On the other hand, the effect of the particles with different thicknesses on the hydration performance of the cement in the composition of the cement particles is different, and the cement quality is greatly related to the content of the particles with the diameter of 3-30 um in the finished cement product; the current user puts higher demands on how the vertical mill controls the granularity distribution of the finished product; the effect of controlling the particle size distribution of the finished product is limited only from the point of view of improving the performance of the classifying equipment, which places a higher demand on the ability to pulverize the material.

The upper surface of the grinding disc 1 is provided with an annular groove around the center of the grinding disc 1, and screw holes are uniformly formed in the groove bottom of one side, close to the inner annular surface, of the annular groove along the circumference; the material blocking rings 2 are arranged on the circumference of the edge of the grinding disc 1 at the outer side of the annular groove, the material blocking rings 2 are in 5 layers of structure, the lowest layer of material blocking rings 2 are matched with the edge of the grinding disc 1 in a step-type structure, bolt holes are uniformly formed in the circumference of the edge of the grinding disc 1, bolt counter bores corresponding to the bolt holes in the edge of the grinding disc 1 are formed in the uppermost layer of material blocking rings 2, the material blocking rings 2 are fixed on the edge of the grinding disc 1 through connecting bolts after being overlapped, and the width of each layer of material blocking rings 2 is gradually reduced from bottom to top so as to avoid material accumulation; the lower three layers are made of Q345B steel, the inner sides of the lower three layers are welded with composite steel plates, and the upper two layers are made of NM400 steel plates.
The grinding disc lining plate 3 is of a split annular structure matched with an annular groove on the grinding disc 1, a step structure which gradually rises is arranged on the upper surface of the grinding disc lining plate 3 from the center to the edge, the step structure on the grinding disc lining plate 3 is 2-3 stages, the step structure divides the upper surface of the grinding disc lining plate 3 into a grinding area and a grinding area from the inner ring to the outer ring, and material blocking bosses 32 are uniformly arranged on the upper surface of the grinding disc lining plate 3 at intervals along the radial direction; the millstone lining plate 3 is provided with a circle of baffle plate 31 along the circumference of the inner annular surface, the included angle alpha between the outer side surface of the baffle plate 31 and the upper surface of the millstone lining plate 3 is 60-90 degrees, the baffle plate 31 and the millstone lining plate 3 are of an integrated structure, and the inner annular surface of the millstone lining plate 3 and the inner side surface of the baffle plate 31 are arranged in a common inclined plane.

The grinding roller 5 is driven by the loading device 6, the grinding roller 5 is of a conical structure, the conical surface width of the grinding roller 5 is matched with the annular width of the grinding disc lining plate 3, the included angle between the conical surface of the grinding roller 5 and the central axis of the grinding roller 5 is 15 degrees, and the conical surface of the grinding roller 5 is provided with blocking ribs 51 at uniform intervals along the circumference.
Preferably, the material blocking boss 32 on the grinding disc lining plate 3 and the material blocking convex rib 51 on the conical surface of the grinding roller 5 are of an integrated structure with square cross sections, the side length of the square is 8-15mm, and the interval between every two adjacent material blocking bosses 32 or between every two adjacent material blocking convex ribs 51 is 280-310 mm.
When the grinding machine works, the grinding roller 5 is driven by the loading device 6 to pressurize a material bed on the grinding disc 1, the motor drives the grinding disc 1 to rotate through the speed reducer, and the grinding roller 5 and the grinding disc 1 rotate in opposite directions under the action of friction force; the materials fall to the center of the millstone 1 through the feeding valve, then move towards the edge of the millstone 1 under the action of centrifugal force, and form a material bed above the millstone liner 3, the materials are brought into between the milling roller 5 and the millstone liner 3 for crushing, coarse particle materials from the center of the millstone 1 firstly enter a crushing and grinding area of the millstone liner 3 for fine crushing and coarse grinding, and then enter a grinding area for fine grinding; the crushing and grinding area has the advantages that the thickness of the material in the crushing and grinding area is small, the main functions are fine crushing and coarse grinding, the grinding area is close to the edge of the grinding disc 1, the received semi-coarse particles which are mainly from the crushing and grinding area and are subjected to preliminary crushing are thin, the pressure in the unit area of the material is large, the main functions are fine grinding, and the functional partition enables the crushing process to conform to the energy-saving principle of multiple crushing and less grinding, so that the vertical grinding is more energy-saving; the material blocking rings 2 are positioned at the outer edge of the grinding disc 1 to limit a material bed on one side of the outer edge of the grinding disc 1, and the material blocking rings 2 are overlapped and detachably adjusted to adjust the overflow speed of materials on the material bed so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the yield; the grinding disc lining plate 3 is close to a circle of integrated material baffle plate 31 on one side of the center of the grinding disc 1, an included angle alpha between the outer side surface of the material baffle plate 31 and the upper surface of the grinding disc lining plate 3 is 60-90 degrees, the height of the material baffle plate is equal to or slightly larger than the height of a material layer in actual operation, and the material layer is prevented from pushing and flowing to one side of the center of the grinding disc 1 when being rolled, so that the material bed on one side close to the center of the grinding disc 1 is limited; meanwhile, the material blocking boss 32 in the radial direction of the millstone lining plate 3 and the material blocking convex rib 51 in the conical surface direction of the millstone roller 5 jointly play a role in holding and biting materials and slowing down the sliding of the materials in the circumferential direction; therefore, the material bed can limit the materials in the left-right, up-down and circumferential directions, and a completely limited material bed is formed; the fully-restricted material bed is more stable, reduces the compression energy and the flow energy consumption of the material bed, reduces the energy consumption except the non-direct crushing, improves the utilization rate of crushing energy, and improves the energy-saving effect and the grinding efficiency.
