during reaming, the indication arrow 115 moves along with the reaming rod 112 so as to display the reaming depth, and the reaming depth of the reaming rod 112 can be judged through the depth adjusting carriage 114 so as to facilitate the understanding of the reaming depth by medical staff in the later period;
