Example 1
In the embodiment, when the cleaning device performs cleaning operation, after the sewage tank is full, the cleaning operation task is suspended and the cleaning device runs to the base station to be butted with the base station for sewage discharge.
Referring to the accompanying drawings 1, the present embodiment provides a method for discharging sewage, which is used in cooperation with a base station to prevent residual dirt in a sewage tank of a cleaning device. The sewage discharge method comprises the following steps:
s1: the base station receives a butt joint signal of a sewage tank of the cleaning device and a sewage cavity of the base station, and the base station receives a sewage discharge signal of the cleaning device
Specifically, the cleaning device may be operated to a corresponding position on the base station to realize docking between the sewage tank of the cleaning device and the sewage cavity of the base station, and then send a docking signal to the base station, and the base station receives and obtains the docking signal between the sewage tank of the cleaning device and the sewage cavity of the base station. The cleaning device then sends a waste signal to the base station, which receives the waste signal from the cleaning device in preparation for receiving the waste from the cleaning device. Or after the sewage tank of the cleaning device is full, sending a sewage discharge signal to the base station, and receiving and acquiring the sewage discharge signal of the cleaning device by the base station. Then, the cleaning device moves to a corresponding position on the base station to realize the butt joint of the sewage tank of the cleaning device and the sewage cavity of the base station, a butt joint signal is sent to the base station after the butt joint, and the cleaning device receives the butt joint signal of the sewage tank of the cleaning device and the sewage cavity of the base station.
S2: vacuumizing the sewage cavity of the base station and the sewage container of the base station according to the docking signal and the sewage discharge signal, and when detecting that the negative pressure values of the sewage cavity of the base station and the sewage container of the base station are greater than a preset value, discharging sewage from the base station by using the cleaning device
And vacuumizing the sewage cavity of the base station and the sewage container of the base station according to the docking signal and the sewage discharge signal until the negative pressure values of the sewage cavity of the base station and the sewage container of the base station are detected to be greater than a preset threshold value, and sending a first signal to the cleaning device to open a valve of a sewage tank of the cleaning device. After the valve of the sewage tank of the cleaning device is opened, the sewage outlet of the sewage tank of the cleaning device is opened, and the sewage in the sewage tank is discharged to the base station. Particularly, after a valve of the sewage tank is opened, dirt in the sewage tank of the cleaning device enters a sewage container of the base station through a sewage cavity of the base station.
After confirming that the sewage tank of the cleaning device with the sewage discharge requirement is in butt joint with the sewage cavity of the base station according to the butt joint signal and the sewage discharge signal, vacuumizing the sewage cavity of the base station and the sewage container of the base station until a certain negative pressure value is reached so that after a sewage discharge port of the sewage tank of the cleaning device is opened, sewage can generate pulling force under the negative pressure to discharge the sewage to the base station from the cleaning device. It should be noted that the negative pressure generated by evacuating the sewage chamber and the sewage container of the base station needs to be kept within the tolerance range of the sewage chamber and the sewage container of the base station. The negative pressure value range satisfying the above requirements is 3000-7000 pa. The range of the preset threshold may be defined by the user, that is, any value may be taken as the preset threshold within the negative pressure range of 3000-7000 pa.
In this embodiment, the preset threshold is 7000pa, that is, when the negative pressure value of the sewage chamber of the base station and the sewage container of the base station is detected to be more than 7000pa, a first signal is sent to the cleaning device to open the valve of the sewage tank of the cleaning device.
S3: after the sewage tank of the cleaning device is detected to be empty, the valve of the sewage tank is closed, and the vacuumizing of the sewage cavity of the base station and the sewage container of the base station is stopped
And after the sewage tank of the cleaning device is detected to be empty, namely after the sewage in the sewage tank of the cleaning device is detected to be emptied, closing a valve of the sewage tank of the cleaning device, and sending a second signal to the base station by the cleaning device. And after the base station receives the second signal sent by the cleaning device, the vacuum pumping of the sewage cavity and the sewage container of the base station is stopped.
S4: after the step of discharging the sewage to the base station by the cleaning device is completed, whether the sewage discharge condition of the cleaning device meets the preset condition or not is detected
And if the detection result is yes, ending the pollution discharge. And if the detection result is negative, injecting water into a sewage tank of the cleaning device, and stopping injecting water after a preset time. And after the water injection is finished, the cleaning device sends a sewage discharge signal to the base station.
And repeating the steps that the base station receives the sewage discharge signal of the cleaning device, and then the cleaning device discharges sewage to the base station until the sewage discharge condition of the cleaning device meets the preset condition.
After sewage in the sewage tank of the cleaning device is emptied, water is repeatedly injected into the sewage tank of the cleaning device and then sewage is discharged, so that solid, hair and the like in the sewage tank can be discharged, and the situation that sewage is remained on the tank body of the sewage tank after one-time sewage discharge to form accumulation can be prevented.
Whether the pollution discharge condition of the cleaning device meets the preset condition can have different judgment standards:
in some embodiments, the "number of times the step of the base station receiving the soil discharge signal of the cleaning apparatus and then the cleaning apparatus discharging the soil to the base station is repeatedly performed" is taken as a standard. Whether the pollution discharge condition of the cleaning device meets the preset condition is detected, specifically whether the pollution discharge frequency of the cleaning device meets the preset standard is detected. The preset standard of the pollution discharge times can be customized by a user. Preferably, any value between 2 and 4 times is taken as a preset standard of the sewage discharge times, so that solid matters, hairs and the like in the sewage tank can be better discharged, and the influence on the working efficiency of the cleaning device caused by multiple times of meaningless washing due to excessive sewage discharge times is avoided.
In some embodiments, the "cleanliness of the sewage tank of the cleaning apparatus after the sewage in the sewage tank of the cleaning apparatus is once emptied" is used as a standard. Whether the pollution discharge condition of the cleaning device meets the preset condition is specifically to detect the cleanliness of a sewage tank of the cleaning device and judge whether the cleanliness of the sewage tank of the cleaning device meets the preset standard. The cleanliness of the sewage tank of the cleaning device can be detected in various ways, such as: after sewage in the sewage tank of the cleaning device is emptied once, scanning to obtain an image of the interior of the sewage tank of the cleaning device, and judging whether dirt remains in the sewage tank of the cleaning device and whether the residual quantity of the dirt exists through image information, so that the cleanliness of the sewage tank of the cleaning device is obtained. Wherein the preset standard of cleanliness can be defined by the user. In some embodiments, the preset standard of the cleanliness is set to 95%, that is, when the detected cleanliness of the sewage tank of the cleaning apparatus is equal to or greater than 95%, the sewage discharge is ended.
In some embodiments, "filling the sump of the cleaning device with water, and stopping the filling after a predetermined time period" includes: cleaning the rolling brush of the cleaning device, and conducting dirt generated by cleaning the rolling brush of the cleaning device into a sewage tank of the cleaning device. After a preset time period, the cleaning operation of the cleaning device is stopped.
