The on-line punching structure and method for tipping paper based on cigarette data detection are simple in arrangement, and the tipping paper and forming paper are used for acquiring the material, thickness and layer number of tipping paper and forming paper by additionally arranging the detection head, feeding paper data back to the laser punching part in real time, adjusting power by the laser punching part according to requirements, effectively ensuring that tipping paper and forming paper are punched, adjusting laser punching power according to the tightness of tows, ensuring the ventilation rate of cigarettes, and being suitable for punching operations of different cigarettes.

Tipping paper on-line punching structure based on cigarette data detection is characterized in that: comprises a cigarette forming part (4), a cigarette connecting and installing part (5), a slitting part (6), a conveying part (7) arranged between the cigarette connecting and installing part (5) and the slitting part (6), a laser punching part (8) arranged above the conveying part (7), a first detecting head (1) arranged on the side surface of the cigarette forming part (4) and used for acquiring formed paper materials, a second detecting head (2) arranged on the side surface of the cigarette connecting and installing part (5) and used for acquiring connected paper materials, and a third detecting head (3) arranged at the conveying part (7), wherein the third detecting head (3) comprises an isotope scanner (31) and an infrared probe (32), the laser punching part (8) comprises a laser output head (81) and a power controller (82) electrically connected with the laser output head (81), the isotope scanner (31) is arranged in the axial extending direction of a cigarette on the conveying part (7), the first detecting head (1) and the second detecting head (2) are arranged on the radial direction of the laser output head (81) and the infrared probe (31) are both connected with the laser output head (81) in the radial direction, the infrared probe (32) and the isotope scanner (31) are electrically connected with the power controller (82);
the side surface of the cigarette forming part (4) is also provided with a fourth detecting head (9) for obtaining cigarette tow materials, and the fourth detecting head (9) is arranged in the axial extension direction of the cigarettes on the cigarette forming part (4);
the conveying part (7) is provided with a clamping piece for clamping and rotating cigarettes;
so that after the first detecting head obtains the forming paper material, the second detecting head obtains the tipping paper material, the third detecting head obtains the thickness and the layer number of the forming paper and the tipping paper and the fourth detecting head obtains the tow material in the cigarette, the power controller (82) also controls and adjusts the output power of the laser output head (81) according to the degree of tightening the threads to punch the cigarette.

s1: when the cigarettes are formed at the cigarette forming part, the material of forming paper of the cigarettes is obtained through the first detecting head;
s2: when the formed cigarettes pass through the cigarette tipping paper bonding part, the material of the tipping paper of the cigarettes is obtained through the second detecting head;
s3: when the cigarettes after the tipping is finished pass through the conveying part, the isotope scanner arranged in the axial extending direction of the cigarette shaft scans the forming paper and the tipping paper, and the thickness and the layer number of the forming paper and the tipping paper are generated by the materials of the forming paper and the tipping paper obtained in the steps S1 to S2;
s4: after the power controller in the laser punching part above the conveying part obtains the material, thickness and layer number of the forming paper and the tipping paper, controlling and adjusting the output power of the laser output head to punch the cigarettes;
s5: acquiring a real-time laser perforation image through an infrared probe arranged in the radial extension direction of the cigarette, and adjusting the output power of the laser output head;
s6: the cigarettes after punching reach the slitting part through the conveying part to be slit;
in addition, when the step S1 is executed, the material of the tow in the cigarette is obtained by the fourth detecting head at the cigarette forming part;
when the step S3 is executed, the isotope scanner acquires the materials of the tipping paper, the forming paper and the silk bundles, and acquires the thickness and the layer number of the forming paper and the tipping paper and the silk tightening solidity at the same time;
