背景技术
浸种是农业种植的一项流程,是指对于发芽较慢的种子,在播种之前需要对种子进行浸种,浸种的目的是促进种子较早发芽,提高发芽率,还有可以杀死种子携带的病菌。
药剂浸种是种子处理中最常用技术,方法简便,省工省本,效果明显,对于蔬菜种子,目前最常用的药剂浸种方法为使用农药作为浸种剂进行浸种,但是农药浸种作用单一,主要是以杀菌为主,不能实现对蔬菜虫害的防控,而且农药浸种主要是杀灭种子携带的病菌,播种时种子携带的药剂已经很少,对土壤中的病原菌基本没有防治能力;使用农药浸种可能会影响蔬菜种子的发芽率和发芽势。
为了解决上述问题,目前最常用的方法为向浸种剂中加入植物生长调节剂和杀虫剂,但是植物生长调节剂和杀虫剂的加入容易引起药害,从而影响蔬菜的产量,此外,使用植物生长调节剂进行浸种,在蔬菜生长前期,还会造成蔬菜徒长,影响蔬菜的产量。因此,研发一种蔬菜种子浸种剂,能够在实现对蔬菜虫害的防控的同时,提高蔬菜种子对土壤中的病原菌的防治能力、发芽率、发芽势,避免药害和蔬菜徒长的发生,提高蔬菜的产量,是目前急需解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种蔬菜种子浸种剂,能够在实现对蔬菜虫害的防控的同时,提高蔬菜种子对土壤中的病原菌的防治能力、发芽率、发芽势,避免药害和蔬菜徒长的发生,提高蔬菜的产量。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种蔬菜种子浸种剂的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:制备第一负载填料、制备第二负载填料、制备活性成分、混合。
所述制备第一负载填料的方法为,将膨润土、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、偏硅酸钠、聚乙二醇400置于球磨机中进行球磨,控制球磨时的球料比为10-12:1,球磨转速为300-350rpm,球磨时间为40-45min,然后加入烯效唑、复硝酚钠、硫酸锌、黄原胶,继续球磨35-40min,得到第一负载填料;
所述制备第一负载填料中,膨润土、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、偏硅酸钠、聚乙二醇400、烯效唑、复硝酚钠、硫酸锌、黄原胶的重量比为100-105:3-5:4-7:3-6:0.1-0.3:0.02-0.05:3-7:5-7。

(1)本发明的蔬菜种子浸种剂的制备方法,能够提高对蔬菜虫害的防控,避免药害和蔬菜徒长的发生,提高蔬菜的产量,使用质量分数为0.2%的浸种剂水溶液对大白菜种子进行浸种后种植,在不使用任何杀虫剂和杀菌剂情况下,不会出现药害和蔬菜徒长的问题,大白菜产量为782-793kg/100m2;使用质量分数为0.2%的浸种剂水溶液对辣椒种子进行浸种后种植,在不使用任何杀虫剂和杀菌剂情况下,不会出现药害和蔬菜徒长的问题,辣椒产量为142-149kg/100m2
(2)本发明的蔬菜种子浸种剂的制备方法,能够提高蔬菜种子的发芽率和发芽势,使用质量分数为0.1%的浸种剂水溶液对四季西芹种子进行浸种后催芽,催芽第10天的发芽势为82-84%,催芽第21天的发芽率为95-98%;
(3)本发明的蔬菜种子浸种剂的制备方法,能够提高蔬菜种子对土壤中的病原菌的防治能力,使用质量分数为0.2%的浸种剂水溶液对黄瓜种子进行浸种后,在上季得过黄瓜霜霉病的黄瓜种植地上种植,种植过程中不会产生黄瓜霜霉病,黄瓜产量能达到1081-1097kg/100m2

初级第二负载填料与改性液的重量比为220:1;
所述改性液的组成,按重量份计,由以下成分组成:12份乙蒜素,2份海藻多糖,1份聚乙二醇600,0.5份硅烷偶联剂KH560,0.1份矮壮素。
3.制备活性成分:将葡萄糖、茶皂素、硫酸锰、硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲基纤维素置于反应容器中进行搅拌,控制搅拌时的温度为40℃,搅拌转速为300rpm,搅拌时间为30min,搅拌结束得到初级活性成分,将初级活性成分进行冷冻改性,控制冷冻改性的温度为-50℃,冷冻改性的时间为35min,冷冻改性结束得到活性成分;
其中,葡萄糖、茶皂素、硫酸锰、硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲基纤维素的重量比为2:5:3:2:1。
4.混合:将第一负载填料、第二负载填料、活性成分置于球磨机中进行球磨,控制球磨时的球料比为10:1,球磨转速为300rpm,球磨时间为40min,球磨结束得到浸种剂;
其中,第一负载填料、第二负载填料、活性成分的重量比为70:50:3。
实施例2
一种蔬菜种子浸种剂的制备方法,具体为:
1.制备第一负载填料:将膨润土、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、偏硅酸钠、聚乙二醇400置于球磨机中进行球磨,控制球磨时的球料比为11:1,球磨转速为320rpm,球磨时间为42min,然后加入烯效唑、复硝酚钠、硫酸锌、黄原胶,继续球磨37min,得到第一负载填料;
其中,膨润土、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、偏硅酸钠、聚乙二醇400、烯效唑、复硝酚钠、硫酸锌、黄原胶的重量比为102:4:6:5:0.2:0.03:4:6。
2.制备第二负载填料:将硅藻土、高效氯氟氰菊酯、木质素磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、丙烯酰胺置于球磨机中进行球磨,控制球磨时的球料比为16:1,球磨转速为320rpm,球磨时间为37min,然后加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠、预糊化淀粉、代森锰锌,继续球磨32min,得到初级第二负载填料,将初级第二负载填料置于反应容器中,将反应容器的搅拌速度控制到130rpm,向初级第二负载填料上喷淋改性液,控制改性液的喷淋速度为220mL/min,喷淋结束后,得到第二负载填料;
其中,硅藻土、高效氯氟氰菊酯、木质素磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、丙烯酰胺、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、预糊化淀粉、代森锰锌的重量比为115:7:4:2:2.5:0.7:1.5:4:1.5;
初级第二负载填料与改性液的重量比为220:1.2;
所述改性液的组成,按重量份计,由以下成分组成:13份乙蒜素,2.5份海藻多糖,2份聚乙二醇600,0.7份硅烷偶联剂KH560,0.2份矮壮素。
3.制备活性成分:将葡萄糖、茶皂素、硫酸锰、硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲基纤维素置于反应容器中进行搅拌,控制搅拌时的温度为42℃,搅拌转速为320rpm,搅拌时间为32min,搅拌结束得到初级活性成分,将初级活性成分进行冷冻改性,控制冷冻改性的温度为-47℃,冷冻改性的时间为37min,冷冻改性结束得到活性成分;
其中,葡萄糖、茶皂素、硫酸锰、硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲基纤维素的重量比为3:6:4:2.5:2。
4.混合:将第一负载填料、第二负载填料、活性成分置于球磨机中进行球磨,控制球磨时的球料比为11:1,球磨转速为320rpm,球磨时间为42min,球磨结束得到浸种剂;
其中,第一负载填料、第二负载填料、活性成分的重量比为72:52:4。
实施例3
一种蔬菜种子浸种剂的制备方法,具体为:
1.制备第一负载填料:将膨润土、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、偏硅酸钠、聚乙二醇400置于球磨机中进行球磨,控制球磨时的球料比为12:1,球磨转速为350rpm,球磨时间为45min,然后加入烯效唑、复硝酚钠、硫酸锌、黄原胶,继续球磨40min,得到第一负载填料;
其中,膨润土、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、偏硅酸钠、聚乙二醇400、烯效唑、复硝酚钠、硫酸锌、黄原胶的重量比为105:5:7:6:0.3:0.05:7:7。
2.制备第二负载填料:将硅藻土、高效氯氟氰菊酯、木质素磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、丙烯酰胺置于球磨机中进行球磨,控制球磨时的球料比为18:1,球磨转速为350rpm,球磨时间为40min,然后加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠、预糊化淀粉、代森锰锌,继续球磨35min,得到初级第二负载填料,将初级第二负载填料置于反应容器中,将反应容器的搅拌速度控制到150rpm,向初级第二负载填料上喷淋改性液,控制改性液的喷淋速度为240mL/min,喷淋结束后,得到第二负载填料;
其中,硅藻土、高效氯氟氰菊酯、木质素磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、丙烯酰胺、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、预糊化淀粉、代森锰锌的重量比为120:8:5:3:3:1:2:5:2;
初级第二负载填料与改性液的重量比为220:1.5;
所述改性液的组成,按重量份计,由以下成分组成:15份乙蒜素,3份海藻多糖,3份聚乙二醇600,1份硅烷偶联剂KH560,0.3份矮壮素。
3.制备活性成分:将葡萄糖、茶皂素、硫酸锰、硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲基纤维素置于反应容器中进行搅拌,控制搅拌时的温度为45℃,搅拌转速为350rpm,搅拌时间为35min,搅拌结束得到初级活性成分,将初级活性成分进行冷冻改性,控制冷冻改性的温度为-45℃,冷冻改性的时间为40min,冷冻改性结束得到活性成分;
其中,葡萄糖、茶皂素、硫酸锰、硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲基纤维素的重量比为4:8:5:3:3。
4.混合:将第一负载填料、第二负载填料、活性成分置于球磨机中进行球磨,控制球磨时的球料比为12:1,球磨转速为350rpm,球磨时间为45min,球磨结束得到浸种剂;
其中,第一负载填料、第二负载填料、活性成分的重量比为75:55:5。
对比例1
采用实施例1所述的蔬菜种子浸种剂的制备方法,其不同之处在于:第1步制备第一负载填料步骤改为:将烯效唑、复硝酚钠、硫酸锌、黄原胶置于球磨机中进行球磨,控制球磨时的球料比为10:1,球磨转速为300rpm,球磨时间为35min,球磨结束得到第一负载填料;
其中,烯效唑、复硝酚钠、硫酸锌、黄原胶的重量比为0.1:0.02:3:5。
对比例2
采用实施例1所述的蔬菜种子浸种剂的制备方法,其不同之处在于:第2步制备第二负载填料步骤中省略向初级第二负载填料上喷淋改性液步骤,即将第2步制备第二负载填料步骤中制备的初级第二负载填料作为第二负载填料,用于第4步混合步骤。
对比例3
采用实施例1所述的蔬菜种子浸种剂的制备方法,其不同之处在于:省略第3步制备活性成分步骤,且第4步混合步骤中省略活性成分的加入。
试验例1
分别将实施例1-3和对比例1-3制备的蔬菜种子浸种剂溶于水中,配制成质量分数为0.1%的浸种剂水溶液,然后分别标为1-6号浸种剂水溶液,然后取600颗四季西芹种子,平分为6组,每组100颗,分别浸入1-6号浸种剂水溶液中进行浸种,控制浸种中的温度为25℃,浸种时间为4h,浸种结束后晾干,然后取6个光照培养箱,分别将每组四季西芹种子置于光照培养箱内进行催芽,控制每个光照培养箱的温度为20℃,每天光照时间为8h,其他的光照强度,湿度等培养条件均保持一致,在催芽第10天记录发芽势,第21天记录发芽率,记录结果如下所示:

试验例2
分别将实施例1-3和对比例1-3制备的蔬菜种子浸种剂溶于水中,配制成质量分数为0.2%的浸种剂水溶液,然后分别标为1-6号浸种剂水溶液,然后取360g大白菜种子,平分为6组,标号1-6组,每组60g,分别浸入1-6号浸种剂水溶液中进行浸种处理,控制浸种中的温度为20℃,浸种时间为5h,浸种结束后晾干,得到浸种处理后的1-6组大白菜种子;
在山东省潍坊市寿光市开展试验,将一块面积为600m2的种植地平分为6份,每份100m2,分别标号1-6号,然后分别在1-6号种植地上种植浸种处理后的1-6组大白菜种子,控制每号种植地的播种时间、土地耕作、种子用量、播种间隙、肥水管理等完全相同,在大白菜种植期间不使用任何杀虫剂和杀菌剂,在种植期间记录是否会出现药害及蔬菜徒长的问题,并记录每号种植地的产量,记录结果如下:

分别将实施例1-3和对比例1-3制备的蔬菜种子浸种剂溶于水中,配制成质量分数为0.2%的浸种剂水溶液,然后分别标为1-6号浸种剂水溶液,然后取300g黄瓜种子,平分为6组,标号1-6组,每组50g,分别浸入1-6号浸种剂水溶液中进行浸种处理,控制浸种中的温度为25℃,浸种时间为4h,浸种结束后晾干,得到浸种处理后的1-6组黄瓜种子;
在山东省潍坊市寿光市开展试验,挑选一块面积为600m2,上季得过黄瓜霜霉病的黄瓜种植地,种植前不向土壤中喷施杀菌剂进行杀菌处理,然后将黄瓜种植地平分为6份,每份100m2,分别标号1-6号,然后分别在1-6号种植地上种植浸种处理后的1-6组黄瓜种子,控制每号种植地的播种时间、土地耕作、种子用量、播种间隙、肥水管理等完全相同,在黄瓜种植期间不使用任何杀虫剂和杀菌剂,在种植期间记录是否会出现黄瓜霜霉病的问题,并记录每号种植地的产量,记录结果如下:

Claims (2)

1.一种蔬菜种子浸种剂的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤组成:制备第一负载填料、制备第二负载填料、制备活性成分、混合;
所述制备第一负载填料的方法为,将膨润土、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、偏硅酸钠、聚乙二醇400置于球磨机中进行球磨,控制球磨时的球料比为10-12:1,球磨转速为300-350rpm,球磨时间为40-45min,然后加入烯效唑、复硝酚钠、硫酸锌、黄原胶,继续球磨35-40min,得到第一负载填料;
所述制备第一负载填料中,膨润土、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、偏硅酸钠、聚乙二醇400、烯效唑、复硝酚钠、硫酸锌、黄原胶的重量比为100-105:3-5:4-7:3-6:0.1-0.3:0.02-0.05:3-7:5-7;
所述制备第二负载填料的方法为,将硅藻土、高效氯氟氰菊酯、木质素磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、丙烯酰胺置于球磨机中进行球磨,控制球磨时的球料比为15-18:1,球磨转速为300-350rpm,球磨时间为35-40min,然后加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠、预糊化淀粉、代森锰锌,继续球磨30-35min,得到初级第二负载填料,将初级第二负载填料置于反应容器中,将反应容器的搅拌速度控制到120-150rpm,向初级第二负载填料上喷淋改性液,控制改性液的喷淋速度为200-240mL/min,喷淋结束后,得到第二负载填料;
所述制备第二负载填料中,硅藻土、高效氯氟氰菊酯、木质素磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、丙烯酰胺、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、预糊化淀粉、代森锰锌的重量比为110-120:6-8:3-5:1-3:2-3:0.5-1:1-2:3-5:1-2;
所述制备第二负载填料中,初级第二负载填料与改性液的重量比为220:1-1.5;
所述制备第二负载填料中,所述改性液的组成,按重量份计,由以下成分组成:12-15份乙蒜素,2-3份海藻多糖,1-3份聚乙二醇600,0.5-1份硅烷偶联剂KH560,0.1-0.3份矮壮素;
所述制备活性成分的方法为,将葡萄糖、茶皂素、硫酸锰、硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲基纤维素置于反应容器中进行搅拌,控制搅拌时的温度为40-45℃,搅拌转速为300-350rpm,搅拌时间为30-35min,搅拌结束得到初级活性成分,将初级活性成分进行冷冻改性,控制冷冻改性的温度为-50℃至-45℃,冷冻改性的时间为35-40min,冷冻改性结束得到活性成分;
所述制备活性成分中,葡萄糖、茶皂素、硫酸锰、硬脂酸镁、羟丙甲基纤维素的重量比为2-4:5-8:3-5:2-3:1-3;
所述混合的方法为,将第一负载填料、第二负载填料、活性成分置于球磨机中进行球磨,控制球磨时的球料比为10-12:1,球磨转速为300-350rpm,球磨时间为40-45min,球磨结束得到浸种剂;
所述混合中,第一负载填料、第二负载填料、活性成分的重量比为70-75:50-55:3-5。
2.一种蔬菜种子浸种剂,其特征在于,采用权利要求1中所述的蔬菜种子浸种剂的制备方法制得。
