本申请涉及一种信息配置方法、装置、设备和存储介质,第一UE接收第二UE发送的配置信息,由于配置信息用于指示第一UE和第二UE之间的侧行链路的省电机制下的数据收发相关参数,当第一UE和第二UE采用配置信息指示的数据收发相关参数通信时,可以达到省电的目的;并且,该配置信息的目的是使得第一UE和第二UE之间的侧行链路的省电机制下进行数据收发,那么在侧行链路的省电机制下,当第一UE和第二UE采用该配置信息指示的数据收发相关参数进行数据收发时,不会出现数据接收和数据发送、或者是终端的激活状态与睡眠状态之间的冲突问题,从而提高数据传输效率,避免出现数据传输失败的问题。
