一种数据传输方法及装置,涉及通信领域,终端设备可以针对同一业务执行相同的HARQ操作,提高数据传输的灵活性。所述方法包括:接收第一信息;所述第一信息用于指示第一配置授权所关联的混合自动重传请求HARQ进程的HARQ功能开启或者关闭,所述第一配置授权是由无线资源控制RRC信令配置的;根据所述第一信息使用所述第一配置授权进行数据传输。
