本申请提供一种光口适配器、收发器及光口连接组件，涉及光纤技术领域。本申请提供的光口适配器包括端口以及卡接在端口内部的线型连接器挂钩；端口内部在与端口的入口相对一侧的第一侧壁设置有光纤接口；线型连接器挂钩包括：线型自锁结构和两个线型支撑结构；线型自锁结构包括一个解锁凸出部以及位于解锁凸出部两侧、且与解锁凸出部的两端分别连接的两个卡合凹陷部；解锁凸出部朝向端口的顶部一侧凸出，卡合凹陷部朝向端口的底部一侧凹陷；卡合凹陷部与端口的底部之间具有间隙；两个线型支撑结构的第一端分别与线型自锁结构连接的两端连接，两个线型支撑结构对称设置；第二端相对于第一端靠近第一侧壁，且第一端相对于第二端靠近端口的底部。
