The embodiment of the application provides an intelligent control panel convenient to disassemble and assemble, which comprises a fixed shell and a middle shell, wherein the middle shell is provided with an installation surface for installing control panels with different thicknesses; the fixed casing is equipped with a plurality of fixed slot along the depth direction, and a plurality of fixed slot have the different degree of depth, are equipped with on the middle casing in the offside of installation face and can rotate the fixed strip, and the fixed strip rotates during the tip joint to fixed slot that makes the fixed strip, perhaps the fixed strip rotates and breaks away from in the fixed slot in the tip that makes the fixed strip.
In a possible implementation manner, the fixing strip is provided with an installation opening, the control panel is provided with an operation hole opposite to the installation opening, and the pull rod for detaching the fixing strip can pull the fixing strip through the operation hole and the installation opening.
In a possible implementation manner, the fixing strip is made of a soft material, and the end part of the fixing strip close to the middle shell can be rotationally clamped into the fixing clamping groove.
In a possible implementation manner, the number of the fixing strips is two, the two fixing strips are hinged to each other, and the two fixing strips are respectively hinged to the middle shell.
In one possible implementation, the fixing strip is of a unitary construction, with the ends of the fixing strip being pivotally connected to the intermediate housing.

In order to produce the installation shells with different sizes to install the intelligent control panels with different thicknesses, different molds are required to be used for producing the installation shells with different sizes, so that the cost for installing the intelligent control panels with different thicknesses is higher.
Based on above reason, this application embodiment provides an intelligent control panel convenient to dismouting, control panel through middle casing to different thickness fixes, middle casing can be fixed on the different degree of depth position of fixed casing, so that control panel of different thickness can install on the different degree of depth position of fixed casing, fixed casing has been realized to the smooth installation of control panel of different thickness, need not to design dedicated installation casing and fixed casing to the control panel of different thickness, can realize the high-efficient installation to the control panel of different thickness, the installation effectiveness to the control panel of different thickness has been improved, the cost of installing control panel of different thickness has been reduced.

The following describes an intelligent control panel that is easy to disassemble and assemble in the embodiments of the present application with reference to specific examples.
Fig. 1 to 3 are schematic structural diagrams of an intelligent control panel convenient to mount and dismount in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, including a fixed casing 100 and an intermediate casing 200, where the fixed casing 100 is an outer casing structure for mounting the intermediate casing 200 and the control panel 300, and the fixed casing 100 may be mounted in a wall surface or outside the device.

Specifically, the middle housing 200 is provided with a mounting surface 210 for mounting the control panels 300 having different thicknesses, so that the middle housing 200 can fix the control panels 300 having different thicknesses, and the middle housing 200 is configured to mount the control panels 300. Wherein, the middle housing 200 can be connected with the control panel 300 with different thickness by screws.
In some embodiments, the cross-section of the fixed casing 100 and the middle casing 200 is circular or rectangular, and the fixed casing 100 and the middle casing 200 in fig. 1 are schematic diagrams of a rectangular structure.
As shown in fig. 1, the fixing housing 100 is provided with a plurality of fixing grooves 110 in a depth direction, and the fixing grooves 110 are used to fix the middle housing 200. Wherein the plurality of fixed card slots 110 have different depths, such that the middle housing 200 can be fixed at different depths by the plurality of fixed card slots 110 of different depths.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the distance D of each card slot 110 in the depth direction is 1cm, 2cm, or 3cm, so that the step distance of each card slot 110 to the middle housing 200 may be 1cm, 2cm, or 3 cm.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the plurality of fixing clip slots 110 have an extension length H of 5cm to 10cm, so that the fixing depth of the middle housing 200 can be adjusted within an adjustment range of 5cm to 10cm by the plurality of fixing clip slots 110, and thus control panels 300 with different thicknesses can be fixed and installed.
Specifically, a rotatable fixing strip 220 is arranged on the middle housing 200 on the opposite side of the mounting surface 210, and the fixing strip 220 is used for being clamped with the fixing slot 110, so that the fixing slot 110 can fix the fixing strip 220, and the middle housing 200 is fixed.
Specifically, as shown in the rotation direction in fig. 1, the middle of the fixing strip 220 may move downward along the adjustment direction, and the two ends of the fixing strip 220 rotate along the rotation direction, so that the ends of the fixing strip 220 are clamped into the fixing clamp grooves 110, thereby fixing the middle housing 200.
Specifically, as shown in the rotation direction in fig. 1, the middle of the fixing bar 220 may move upward in the direction opposite to the adjustment direction, and the two ends of the fixing bar 220 rotate in the direction opposite to the rotation direction to disengage the ends of the fixing bar 220 from the fixing slots 110, so that the ends of the fixing bar 220 disengage from the fixing slots 110, thereby disengaging the middle housing 200.
In some embodiments, the fixing strip 220 is made of a flexible material, and the fixing strip 220 has a certain elasticity, so that the fixing strip 220 can be bent and deformed, and the fixing strip 220 can rotate relative to the middle housing 200. The fixing bar 220 is provided with an installation opening 221, the control panel 300 is provided with an operation hole 301 opposite to the installation opening 221, and the area of the operation hole 301 is larger than that of the installation opening 221.
When the middle shell 200 is installed, a push rod for installing the middle shell 200 extends into the operation hole 301, the push rod does not extend into the installation opening 221, the push rod is used for pushing the fixing strip 220 downwards, meanwhile, the fixing strip 220 is bent and deformed, downward rotation of the fixing strip 220 can be achieved, downward rotation of the fixing strip 220 is achieved, the end portion, close to the middle shell 200, of the fixing strip 220 is connected to the fixing clamping groove 110 in a rotating and clamping mode, installation and fixation of the middle shell 200 are achieved, namely fixation of the middle shell 200 and the control panel 300 is achieved, the middle shell 200 and the control panel 300 with different thicknesses can be installed in the fixing clamping groove 110 in different depth positions.
When the middle shell 200 is disassembled, the end part of the pull rod used for disassembling the fixed strip 220 is provided with a hook claw, the hook claw used for disassembling the pull rod of the fixed strip 220 can extend into the installation port 221 through the operation hole 301 and the installation port 221, then the fixed strip 220 is pulled through the hook claw of the pull rod, so that the fixed strip 220 is bent and deformed, the end part of the fixed strip 220 can be separated from the fixed clamping groove 110, then the middle shell 200 is taken down from the fixed clamping groove 110, and the middle shell 200 and the control panel 300 can be disassembled.
Specifically, the fixing strip 220 may be made of plastic or metal sheet.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the number of the fixing strips 220 is two, the two fixing strips 220 are hinged to each other, and the two fixing strips 220 are respectively hinged to the middle housing 200, so that the two fixing strips 220 can rotate relative to each other, and the two fixing strips 220 can be installed in the fixing slot 110 or separated from the fixing slot 110 through bending deformation of the fixing strips 220, and thus, the middle housing 200 and the control panel 300 can be installed and removed.
In other embodiments, the fixing strip 220 is an integral structure, the end of the fixing strip 220 is rotatably connected to the middle housing 200, and the fixing strip 220 is bent and deformed to achieve the above-mentioned installation and removal of the middle housing 200 and the control panel 300, which is not described herein again.
In some embodiments, a limiting plate 230 for limiting the fixing bar 220 is disposed at the bottom of the middle housing 200, the limiting plate 230 is connected to the bottom of the middle housing 200, and a space for movement of the fixing bar 220 is left between the bottom of the middle housing 200 and the limiting plate 230, so as to limit the fixing bar 220 and prevent the fixing bar 220 from losing the clamping function with the fixing slot 110.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the inner side wall of the fixed housing 100 is fixed with a sliding rail 120, and the middle housing 200 is provided with a sliding block 240 which is matched with the sliding rail 120. By providing the slide rail 120 and the slider 240, the stability of the mounting direction of the middle case 200 in the fixed case 100 can be improved, and the accuracy of mounting the middle case 200 and the control panel 300 can be improved.
