The Network is typically the Internet, but may be any Network including, but not limited to, a Local Area Network (LAN), a Metropolitan Area Network (MAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), a mobile, wireline or wireless Network, a private Network, or any combination of virtual private networks. In some embodiments, data exchanged over a network is represented using techniques and/or formats including Hypertext Mark-up Language (HTML), Extensible markup Language (XML), and the like. All or some of the links may also be encrypted using conventional encryption techniques such as Secure Socket Layer (SSL), Transport Layer Security (TLS), Virtual Private Network (VPN), Internet protocol Security (IPsec). In other embodiments, custom and/or dedicated data communication techniques may also be used in place of, or in addition to, the data communication techniques described above.
The interaction method based on the cloud game live broadcast can serve as a cloud service type service client (packaged in a professional game terminal or packaged in different mobile electronic devices), and is not particularly limited in the application, wherein the game runs in the cloud server 110, a game picture rendered by the cloud device is coded and then transmitted to the user terminal through the network, and the coded file is decoded by the terminal device 120 and then rendered to the display screen for displaying the game, so that the user does not need to install the game locally, and can complete the game interaction process only by establishing communication network connection with the cloud. The organization structure of the cloud game comprises a terminal and a cloud server, wherein the terminal 120 is used for receiving control operation of a user on the game process and sending a control instruction corresponding to the control operation to the cloud server 110, and the cloud server 110 is used for controlling the game process and sending a video stream in the game process to the terminal 120 for playing.
The composition structure of the terminal device 120 may be as shown in fig. 1B, where fig. 1B is a schematic composition structure diagram of a terminal device that executes an interaction method based on cloud game live broadcast according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. Terminal device 120 may include various optional hardware and software components 120 e. In general, component 120e may communicate with other components, but not all connections are shown for ease of illustration. The end device 120 may be any of a variety of mobile computing devices (e.g., a cellular phone, a smart phone, a handheld computer, a laptop computer, a notebook computer, a tablet device, a slate device, a media player, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA)) and may allow wired or wireless communication with one or more networks such as a Wi-fi, cellular, or satellite network.
The terminal device 120 may include a controller or processor 120a (e.g., a signal processor, a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), a microprocessor, an ASIC, or other control and processing logic circuitry or software) for performing tasks such as signal coding, graphics processing, data processing, input/output processing, power control, and/or other functions. Operating system 121a can control the allocation and usage of components 120e and support for one or more applications 122 a. The application programs 122a may include general-purpose mobile computing applications (e.g., email applications, calendars, contact managers, web browsers, messaging applications, financial applications) as well as other computing applications (such as cloud gaming applications).
Terminal device 120 may include a memory 120 b. Memory 120b may include non-removable memory and/or removable memory. Non-removable or embedded memory may include RAM, ROM, flash memory, a hard drive, or other well-known memory storage technologies. The removable memory may include flash memory cards (e.g., SD (secure digital) cards), memory sticks, Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) cards, or other well-known memory storage technologies, such as "smart cards. Memory 120b may be used to store data and/or computer-executable instructions for running operating system 121a and application programs 122a on device 120. Example data may include web pages, text, images, sound files, video data, or other data sets that may be sent to or received from one or more network servers or other devices by terminal device 120 via one or more wired or wireless networks. The terminal device 120 may also access an external memory (not shown), such as an external hard drive.
Terminal device 120 may support one or more input devices 120c, such as a touch screen 121c, microphone 122c, camera 123c, physical keyboard 124c, and/or trackball 125c, and one or more output devices 120d, such as a speaker 121d and a display 122 d. Other possible output devices (not shown) may include piezoelectric or other haptic output devices. Either of the input device 120c or the output device 120d may be internal, external, or removably attached to the terminal device 120. The external input and output devices 120c and 120d may communicate with the terminal device 120 through a wired or wireless connection. Some devices may serve more than one input/output function. For example, the touch screen 121c and the display 122d may be combined in a single input/output device.
Terminal device 120 may provide one or more Natural User Interfaces (NUIs). For example, the operating system 121a or the application 122a may include speech recognition software as part of a voice user interface that allows a user to operate the device via voice commands. Further, terminal device 120 may include an input device and software that allows a user to interact with terminal device 120 via a user's spatial gestures. For example, a spatial gesture of a user may be detected and interpreted to provide input to a gaming application. Further, the device may recognize gestures made by the device itself, such as detecting a tap when the device quickly stops and makes a change in direction.
Wireless modem 120f may be coupled to wireless modem antenna 124f and may support bi-directional communication between terminal device 100a and external devices. The modem 120f and antenna 124f are shown generically and may be a wireless cellular modem for communicating with a mobile cellular communications network. The wireless modem 120f may include other radio-based modems, such as a Wi-Fi modem 121f, a bluetooth modem 122f, or an NFC (near field communication) modem 123f, each of which may be coupled to its own antenna (e.g., Wi-Fi antenna 125f, bluetooth antenna 126f, NFC antenna 127 f). Alternatively, multiple modems may share an antenna, or the antenna may be coupled to one of several modems via a switch (not shown). The wireless modem 120f is typically configured to communicate with one or more cellular networks, such as a GSM network for data and voice communications within a single cellular network, between cellular networks, or between the terminal device 120 and a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN).
Near Field Communication (NFC) is a standard-based wireless communication technology that allows radio communication between computing devices that are in close proximity to each other (typically, no more than a few centimeters). NFC-enabled devices (NFC devices) may operate in the following modes: a peer-to-peer mode providing bi-directional communication between NFC devices; a reader mode that provides unidirectional communication between the NFC device and an NFC tag, such as an unpowered Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) chip; or a card emulation mode that allows the NFC device to be used as a contactless smart card (i.e., a card with an embedded integrated circuit), a card (such as a contactless smart debit or credit card). An NFC device may read information stored within an NFC tag by powering the NFC tag on via radio energy emitted by the NFC device and receiving the stored information from the powered NFC tag.
The terminal device 120 may further include: at least one input/output port 120g (which may be, for example, a USB port, an IEEE1394 (firewire) port, and/or an RS-232 port) containing a physical connector 121g, a power supply 122g, a satellite navigation system receiver such as a GPS receiver 123g, a gyroscope 124g, and an accelerometer 125 g. The GPS receiver 123g may be coupled to a GPS antenna 127 g. The illustrated component 120e is not required or all-inclusive, as any component can be deleted and other components can be added. In general, as used herein, the term "computer" can refer to any computing device (mobile or otherwise) described or referenced herein. Thus, computer-executable instructions comprise instructions that are executable by any computing device.
Fig. 2 is a flow diagram illustrating a cloud game live-based interaction method according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. The method provided by the present disclosure may be performed by any electronic device with computing processing capabilities, such as the terminal device 120 in fig. 1A and 1B. In the following description, the terminal device 120 is taken as an execution subject for illustration.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, an interaction method 200 based on a cloud game live broadcast is performed by a first terminal, where the first terminal is a user terminal of a first user, and the first user is a controller of the cloud game, and the method may include the following steps:
in step S210, a cloud game control screen is displayed.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the cloud game control screen is generated by a cloud game video stream sent by a server. For example, if the server includes a cloud game server and a live server, the cloud game control screen is generated by the cloud game server through a cloud game video stream sent by the live server to the first terminal, so that the first terminal displays the cloud game control screen to the first user, which may include a control keyboard.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first user may be a director of a cloud game live room, or may be a live-watching user in the cloud game live room, who has transient control of the cloud game.
For example, fig. 3 shows a schematic diagram of a cloud game control screen presented to a first user according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, which includes a game screen (the game screen may also include a picture-in-picture, for example, the small map 5 in fig. 3) and a game control keyboard, for example, buttons 6-22, where the first user may control a cloud game through the keyboard in the screen, or may also control the cloud game through other non-contact operations, such as gesture recognition, body gesture recognition, and the like, without limitation.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the cloud game live in the cloud game control screen (also referred to herein as "video cloud game live", "online cloud game live", or "virtual cloud game live") may be a two-dimensional (2D) cloud game live, a three-dimensional (3D) cloud game live (e.g., a 3D user-generated cloud game live), a Virtual Reality (VR) cloud game live, or an Augmented Reality (AR) cloud game live.
In step S220, a control right handover queue of the live game of the cloud is displayed, where the control right handover queue includes second user information of the second terminal.
Wherein the control right handover queue comprises users waiting for playing the cloud game.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the control handover queue is triggered by the first user of the first terminal in the live broadcast room to expose the control handover queue.
The second terminal is a terminal of a second user, the second user is a user who has a name and waits for playing a game, and the second user information includes, but is not limited to, nickname information, account information and the like of the second user.
For example, some embodiments shown in fig. 4 show a schematic diagram of a control hand-off queue presented to a first user, in which 164 users watching a live broadcast are displayed, wherein 5 users waiting to play a cloud game are respectively a second user, a third user, a fourth user and a fifth user shown in the control hand-off queue.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the control right handover queue displays all users waiting for game play in a manner recommended by the system, or preset, or selected by the user.
In step S230, in response to a predetermined switching condition being satisfied, the cloud game control screen is switched to a cloud game live screen of a second user corresponding to the second user information.
Wherein the predetermined switching condition is a predetermined condition for switching the cloud game control right in the live broadcast room. When the preset switching condition is met, switching the cloud game control right of the first user to a second user so that the second user controls the cloud game; and when the preset switching condition is not met, the control right of the cloud game is not switched.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, cloud game control is switched from a first user to a second user if a predetermined switching condition is satisfied. After the cloud game control right is switched, the first terminal receives a cloud game live broadcast picture sent by the server. Specifically, the cloud game live frame is a live video stream transmitted by a live server. The live broadcast video stream is generated by recording the cloud game video stream sent by the cloud game server by the live broadcast server.
The switched live cloud game screen may be, for example, as shown in fig. 5, where fig. 5 illustrates a schematic view of a live cloud game screen displayed to a first user in some embodiments, and fig. 5 differs from fig. 3 in that the game control authority is changed from the first user to a second user in fig. 3.
According to the method and the device, the appropriate second user is recommended to the first user display control right handover queue so as to be used for taking over the cloud game of the live broadcast control room, the problem that the game interaction quality of the live broadcast room is influenced by the fact that the first user selects the inappropriate second user is solved, and therefore the first user is assisted to quickly and accurately select the appropriate second user.
Moreover, the cloud game live broadcast pictures of the first user and the second user are displayed in a switching mode, so that the cloud game live broadcast pictures are displayed uninterruptedly, the problem that a cloud game controller in a live broadcast room has to interrupt the cloud game live broadcast temporarily in the cloud game live broadcast process is solved, and the cloud game live broadcast experience of the anchor broadcast and the users is improved.
Further, this application has promoted the interest and the interactive effect of the interactive process that cloud game live provides for the user through providing a novel live interactive mode based on cloud game live for the user, has optimized user experience.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the predetermined switching condition for switching the cloud game control right in the live broadcast room includes: a control right handover operation performed by a first user of the first terminal to the control right handover queue; and/or the control time of the first user reaches the preset switching time; and/or the current communication state of the terminal equipment corresponding to the first user is a call state or a disconnected network state; and/or the interaction information of the second user meets the preset interaction quantity, and the interaction information comprises: favorable information, comment information and appreciation information.
Wherein the control right handover operation performed by the first user of the first terminal to the control right handover queue is a manual handover method performed by the first user. For example, as shown in fig. 4, a second user is selected in the control right handover queue by the first user to determine the second user as a switching object, and a click operation performed on the virtual manipulation button "switch" is received to switch the cloud game control right. By means of the method for manually selecting the second user in the control right handover queue, effective fusion of cloud game live broadcast and cloud game control right transfer can be achieved, users can conveniently conduct cloud game control and control right transfer at the same time, convenience is provided for cloud game live broadcast users, and cloud game live broadcast user experience is improved.
Judging that the control time of the first user reaches a preset switching time; and/or the current communication state of the terminal equipment corresponding to the first user is a call state or a disconnected network state; and/or the interaction information of the second user meets a preset interaction amount, wherein the interaction information comprises: the approval information, the comment information and the reward information belong to a preset automatic switching method executed by the server. Through the automatic switching operation of the user, the problem that the player is inconvenient to execute the manual switching operation is solved, and the cloud game experience of the user is improved.
Furthermore, the method for switching the cloud game control right supports manual switching and automatic switching, seamless connection of the switching process of the cloud game control right is achieved, and dual experience of operation and watching of the cloud game is guaranteed.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, after the step of presenting the control right handover queue of the cloud game live play, the method further includes: the selected state of the second user is presented in the control handover queue.
The selected state may be a result of a manual operation performed by the first user according to the second user information in the control right handover queue, or may be automatically performed by the server, specifically, may be a result of an automatic execution performed by the server with a live broadcast function according to the second user information.
In the manual operation embodiment, a server receives a first user operation that a first user selects second user information from a control right handover queue; and responding to the first user operation, selecting a second user corresponding to the second user information to display the selected state of the second user in the control right handover queue to the first user. The first user operation may be a touch operation, a voice input operation, a gesture operation, a line of sight operation, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In the automatic operation embodiment, the server side automatically selects the second user from the control right handover queue to display the selected state of the second user in the control right handover queue to the first user.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the control right handover queue may also be presented in a tab page in the live room page. The label page comprises a label display area and a content display area, wherein the content display area displays the content of the control right handover queue, and the label display area displays the labels of the control right handover queue. And the terminal displays the label content corresponding to the label by triggering the label. Specifically, the first terminal may display corresponding tag content in response to the first user clicking a tag of the control right handover queue. For example, fig. 6 shows an interface schematic diagram of a control right handover queue, in fig. 6, the control right handover queue is set as a tag 1 to be displayed in a paginated manner, and at the same time, more contents can be displayed in a picture, for example, a chat recording tag in a live broadcast room is created, an area for displaying chat contents, a personal homepage information tag, a content area for displaying personal information, and the like. Meanwhile, the currently displayed tab page is displayed and switched, so that the efficiency of checking and switching the tab page by a user is improved.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the control right handover queue is arranged in order of priority of the users. For example, the control handover queue of the user is shown in the priority order of the highest or lowest composite score of the users waiting to play the game. The advantage of prioritization is to resolve the difficulty in screening for a suitable second user to achieve high quality live cloud game interaction.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, in order to avoid that the list information is too complex to play a role of auxiliary selection due to too many users waiting for game playing in the live broadcast room, the first terminal may set an upper limit to the number of users in the control right handover queue in advance, and only a few users with high priority are displayed.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, an evaluation screen for the second user is displayed at the end of the cloud game live screen of the second user. For example, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a screen for evaluating a second user. As shown in fig. 7, after the second user game is ended, the control right is switched back to the first user, and an evaluation screen for the second user is presented to the first user on the interface of the first terminal, for example, to score the game performance of the second user. Through the method for scoring the second user, the interactivity and interestingness of the cloud game live broadcast can be improved, so that more users are attracted to enter the cloud game live broadcast room and stay time of the users is prolonged.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the method further includes displaying a personal tag in the personal page of the second user, wherein the personal tag is generated according to an evaluation result obtained from the evaluation screen, and the personal tag is used for showing a feature of the second user. For example, the live server on the server side may receive an evaluation result of the second user input by the first user on the evaluation screen, and generate a personal tag of the second user according to the evaluation result to present the personal tag on a personal page of the second user. For example, fig. 8 shows a schematic diagram of displaying personal tags 1 and 2 in a second user's personal page. In the homepage of the second user, the method for displaying the game tag of the cloud game live broadcast room is added, so that the content displayed on the personal page of the live broadcast room can be more flexible and richer, and the watching experience of audiences in the live broadcast room is improved.
Fig. 9 is a flow diagram illustrating yet another interaction method based on cloud game live, in accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure. In the following exemplary description, the terminal device 120 in fig. 1A and 1B is exemplified as the execution subject.
As shown in fig. 9, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, an interaction method 900 based on a cloud game live broadcast is performed in relation to the interaction method 200 described in the above fig. 2, where the method 900 is performed by the second terminal, and corresponds to the method 200 performed by the first terminal, where the second terminal is a user terminal of a second user, the second user is a switching object of a cloud game control right in a cloud game live broadcast room, and the second user may be a main broadcast of the cloud game live broadcast room or a user watching a live broadcast in the cloud game live broadcast room. Specifically, the method 900 may include the steps of:
in step S910, a live game screen of a first user of a first terminal is displayed.
The first terminal is a user terminal of a first user, and the first user is a controller of the cloud game. The first user may be a director of a cloud game live room or a live watching user in the cloud game live room, and the user has transient control over the cloud game.
The cloud game live frame displayed on the second terminal is generated according to a live video stream sent to the second terminal by a server (such as a server with a live function). The live video stream is generated by recording a cloud game video stream of the first user by the server.
In step S920, a control right handover queue of the live game of the cloud is displayed, where the control right handover queue includes second user information of the second terminal.
Wherein the control right handover queue comprises users waiting for playing the cloud game.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the second user of the second terminal experiences a cloud game by triggering a control right hand over queue entry in the live room. For example, in the live view screen shown in fig. 10, the second user clicks an "entry" button in the control right transfer queue to enter the experience cloud game.
In step S930, when a predetermined switching condition is satisfied, a switching is made from the cloud game live screen to the cloud game control screen.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the predetermined switching condition is a predetermined condition for switching the cloud game control right in the live broadcast. When the preset switching condition is met, the server side switches the cloud game control right of the first user to the second user so that the second user controls the cloud game; when the predetermined switching condition is not satisfied, the control right switching is not executed.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, after the cloud game control right is switched, the second terminal receives the cloud game video stream forwarded by the server to show the cloud game control picture to the second user.
The above steps S910 to S930 correspond to steps S210 to S230 in fig. 2, and steps S910 to S930 show the control right handover queue to the user watching the cloud game in the live broadcast room for registering to wait to take over the cloud game in the live broadcast room, so as to improve the interactivity among the cloud game live broadcast, the cloud game controller and the live broadcast room user, and facilitate the experience of various users with different attributes in the cloud game live broadcast

The selected state is selected by the first user according to the second user information of the second user after the second user registration; or the selected state is automatically selected by the server side after the second user registration. The selected state of the second user is displayed, so that the second user can be prompted to prepare for taking over the control right of the cloud game, and therefore cloud game experience and live broadcast experience are improved.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the control right handover queue is arranged in order of priority of the users.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, when a predetermined switching condition is satisfied, the step of switching from the cloud game live view to the cloud game control view further includes: and after the cloud game control picture of the second user is finished, displaying a personal tag of the second user in a personal page of the second user, wherein the personal tag is used for displaying the characteristics of the second user. The personal tag is generated by the server side according to the evaluation of the first user and other users in the live broadcast room. The method and the device can increase the interactivity and interestingness among users.
Fig. 11 is a flow diagram illustrating yet another interaction method based on cloud game live, in accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure. In the following exemplary description, the terminal device 120 in fig. 1A and 1B is exemplified as the execution subject.
As shown in fig. 11, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, an interaction method 1100 based on a cloud game live broadcast is performed by a third terminal in the interaction methods 200 and 900 described in fig. 2 and 9, and corresponds to the method 200 performed by the first terminal and the method 900 performed by the second terminal, where the third terminal is a user terminal of a third user who is a user watching a cloud game live broadcast in a cloud game live broadcast room. The third user may be one or more. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a first user viewing a first terminal and a second user of a second terminal control a user of a cloud game. Fig. 12 is a flow diagram illustrating yet another interaction method based on cloud game live, in accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure. In the following example, the server 110 (the same server side) in fig. 1A is taken as an execution subject for example.
As shown in fig. 12, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, an interaction method 1200 based on the cloud game live broadcast is executed by a server side with respect to the interaction methods 200 and 900 described in fig. 2 and 9, and corresponds to the method 200 executed by the first terminal and the method 900 executed by the second terminal, where the method includes a cloud game control right interaction method based on the cloud game live broadcast performed by the server side and the first terminal and the second terminal, and a first user of the first terminal is a game controller and a second user of the second terminal is a game control right switching object. The method 1200 includes the steps of:
in step S1210, a cloud game video stream is transmitted to a first user of a first terminal to show a cloud game control screen to the first user.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a cloud game video stream is sent by a server to a first terminal of a first user to form a cloud game control screen, such as the cloud game screen in fig. 3, through which the first player may control the game via the virtual control buttons in fig. 3.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the server further records the cloud game video stream and sends the recorded video stream to the second user of the second terminal and the third user of the third terminal in the live broadcast room to realize live broadcast of the cloud game of the first user. The second user and the third user are users watching the cloud game live broadcast in the cloud game live broadcast room. The third user may be one or more. The method that the third terminal can perform may refer to the description in fig. 11, and is not described herein again.
In step S1220, in response to the triggering operation of the control handover queue by the first user, the control handover queue of the live game is triggered to display the control handover queue, where the control handover queue includes second user information of the second terminal.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, a trigger operation of the control right handover queue from the first user is received by the server to present the control right handover queue, which includes the second user information of the second terminal that has been registered. The control right transfer queue of the screen shown in fig. 4 includes a plurality of users who have been registered and are waiting for playing the game.
In response to the predetermined switching condition being satisfied, the cloud game video stream is transmitted to the second user to present the cloud game control screen to the second user in step S1230.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, when the server detects that the first user and/or the second user satisfy the predetermined switching condition, the server stops sending the cloud game video stream to the first user, and sends the cloud game video stream to the second user to show the cloud game control picture to the second user, so as to switch the cloud game control right from the first user to the second user.
Meanwhile, in some embodiments, the server further records the cloud game process of the second user and forwards the cloud game process to the first user and one or more third users in the live broadcast room so as to realize live broadcast of the game of the second user.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, if the first user of the first terminal is the anchor of the cloud game live room, the second user of the second terminal is a user watching the cloud game in the cloud game live room; if the first user of the first terminal is a user watching a cloud game in the cloud game live room, the second user of the second terminal is a user who takes a lead or watches the cloud game in the cloud game live room. The control right of the cloud game live broadcast can be switched from a main broadcast to audiences, or from the audiences to the main broadcast, or can be switched among the audiences.
According to the method and the device, the right-of-control handover queue is used for recommending the appropriate second user to the first user of the game controller so as to take over the cloud game of the live broadcast control room, the problem that the interaction quality of the cloud game of the live broadcast room is influenced by the fact that the first user selects the inappropriate second user is solved, and therefore the first user is assisted to quickly and accurately select the appropriate second user.
In addition, the game live broadcast pictures of the first user and the second user are displayed in a switching mode, so that the live broadcast pictures are displayed uninterruptedly, the problem that the live broadcast has to be interrupted due to the fact that a main broadcast and other users in a live broadcast room have temporary events in the game live broadcast process is solved, and the cloud game live broadcast experience of the main broadcast and other users is improved.
Further, this application has promoted the interest and the interactive effect of the interactive process that cloud game live provides for the user through providing a novel live interactive mode based on cloud game live for the user, has optimized user experience.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the predetermined handover condition comprises: the first user performs control right handover operation on the control right handover queue; and/or the control time of the first user reaches the preset switching time; and/or the current communication state of the terminal equipment corresponding to the first user is a call state or a disconnected network state; and/or the interaction information of the second user meets the preset interaction quantity, wherein the interaction information comprises: favorable information, comment information and appreciation information.
The predetermined handover condition of the control right handover operation performed by the first user on the control right handover queue may include: the first user selects a manual operation of the second user in the control right handover queue.
The predetermined switching condition that the control time of the first user reaches the preset switching time may include: if the control time of the first user accessing the cloud game reaches the preset switching time, switching the cloud game control right of the first user; and if the preset switching time is not reached, the cloud game control right is not switched.
The predetermined switching condition that the current communication state of the first terminal corresponding to the first user is a call state or a network disconnection state may include: the server judges whether the current communication state of the first terminal is a call state or a disconnected state; if the cloud game is in the communication state or the disconnected state, switching the cloud game control right of the first user; if the state is not the call state or the disconnected state, the cloud game control right is not switched, so that the problem that the manual switching of the user in the call state or the disconnected state is difficult is solved. The server can acquire the current communication state of the first terminal through the communication state of the subscription terminal; the server may also acquire the current communication status of the first terminal by polling the communication status of the first terminal.
Wherein, the interactive information of second user satisfies predetermined interactive quantity, and the interactive information includes: the predetermined switching conditions of the approval information, the comment information and the reward information may include: the server judges whether the approval number, the comment number and the reward number of the second user for the first user meet the preset approval number, the comment number and the reward number or not; if the approval number, the comment number and the appreciation number of the second user as the first user meet the preset approval number, comment number and appreciation number, switching the cloud game control right; and if the preset number of praise, comment and reward are not met, the cloud game control right is not switched.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the control right handover queue may also be presented in a tab page in the live room page. The label page comprises a label display area and a content display area, wherein the label display area displays labels of the control right handover queue, the content display area displays the content of the control right handover queue, and the terminal displays the label content corresponding to the labels by triggering the labels. Step S1220 further includes: and responding to the triggering operation of the first user on the label of the control right handover queue on the live broadcasting room page to display the content of the control right handover queue, wherein the control right handover queue comprises second user information. Through setting up a plurality of labels and the label content display area that corresponds, can realize effectively utilizing the interface space, make the live broadcast room picture clean and tidy, the user of being convenient for acquires information when operating the cloud recreation, and the user of being convenient for carries out cloud recreation control right handing-over, further can improve the cloud recreation user experience of live broadcast room again. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, after step S1230, the method may further include: and if the server detects that the cloud game control screen of the second user is finished, generating an evaluation screen to display the evaluation screen of the second user.
The cloud game control screen ending may include that the server detects a game disconnection control request sent by the second user, ending prompt information of game turn ending of the second user, or user switching request information sent by the second user.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, after the cloud game control of the second user is finished, other users may evaluate the second user through an evaluation screen to obtain an evaluation result, where the evaluation result may include a score and/or a comment.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, if the server detects that the cloud game control screen of the second user is not finished, the evaluation screen is not generated. By generating the evaluation picture when the game is finished, the interactivity and the interestingness of live broadcast of the game are improved, so that more users are attracted to enter a live broadcast room of the game and the stay time of the users is prolonged.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, after generating the evaluation screen, further comprising: obtaining an evaluation result according to the evaluation picture; and generating a personal label according to the evaluation result, wherein the personal label is used for showing the characteristics of the second user.
For example, when the rating results include scores, the rating results may be divided into different sections to generate corresponding individual tags, e.g., less than 6 points for # small white players #, 6-8 points for # valued players #, 9 points for # diamond players #, and 10 points for # invincible players #.
For example, when the evaluation result includes a comment, the comment may be analyzed using a semantic recognition model loaded on the server to obtain a corresponding score, for example, "general" is classified as less than 6; "good" is classified into 6-8 points; the score of "too wonderful" was 10. The comment recognition algorithm carried in the semantic recognition model is not particularly limited in this embodiment, and those skilled in the art can refer to the description in the related art when implementing the technical scheme of the present application; for example, in some embodiments, the semantic recognition model may be a deep learning model trained based on neural networks in conjunction with a large number of comment recognition samples.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the generated tag may be displayed in a personal home page, such as the personal home page shown in fig. 8.
According to the embodiment of the application, the personalized information of the user can be conveniently and rapidly acquired, the experience of the user is improved, and the superiority of a player can be improved by acquiring the label.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 13, a method of selecting a second user from a control handover queue may include the steps of:
in step S1310, a first user operation is received in which the first user selects the second user information from the control right handover queue.
The first user operation may be a touch operation, a voice input operation, a gesture operation, a line of sight operation, and the like, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In step S1320, in response to the first user operation, a second user corresponding to the second user information is selected to display a selected state of the second user in the control right handover queue.

The second user is manually selected by the first user, so that the user who is willing to experience the cloud game can participate in the game at any time, the flexibility of live broadcast of the cloud game is improved, and great convenience is brought to the user in a live broadcast room.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, fig. 14 illustrates a flowchart of a prioritization method of a control-handed over queue, shown in accordance with some embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 14, the method 1400 may include the steps of:
in step S1410, the user information in the control right handover queue is acquired.
The user information may include live broadcast viewing information, fan rating information, network condition characteristic information, and the like. The live broadcast room appreciation information comprises gift information sent by a user in the live broadcast room, and comprises the number of gifts, gift value and the like. The fan grade information comprises the grade of historical behavior accumulation of the user in the live broadcast room, and can be related to the time length of the user entering the live broadcast room, the consumption condition of the user in the live broadcast room and the speaking frequency of the user in the live broadcast room. The network condition characteristic information comprises network state information, network quality information and the like of the user terminal. For example, the network status information may include a wireless local area network status or a cellular network status, etc. The Wireless local area network may be a WIFI (Wireless-Fidelity) network, and the cellular network may be a 2G network, a 3G network, a 4G network, a 5G network, and the like.
Whether audiences are real or not can be distinguished through interaction conditions such as appreciation of a live broadcast room and the grade of vermicelli, and meanwhile, the condition that some malicious programs impersonate real players to interfere normal live broadcast is avoided.
In step S1420, the user information of different users is analyzed to obtain priority identifiers of different users.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the priority identification may include, corresponding to the above-mentioned audience information: at least one of the watching priority identification, the vermicelli grade priority identification and the network condition priority identification of the live broadcast room.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, when the priority identifier includes a live broadcast viewing priority identifier, the live broadcast viewing priority identifier may be determined according to gift information sent by the user in the live broadcast. For example, the live broadcast room appreciation amount is determined according to the gift quantity and the gift value sent by the user in the live broadcast room, so that different live broadcast room appreciation priority identifications are determined according to different live broadcast room appreciation amounts, and the corresponding priorities of the different live broadcast room appreciation priority identifications are different.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, when the priority identifier comprises a fan-level priority identifier, the fan-level priority identifier may be determined according to a level accumulated by a user's historical behavior within the live broadcast room. For example, the fan grade is determined according to the time length of the user entering the live broadcast room, the consumption amount of the user in the live broadcast room and the speaking frequency of the user in the live broadcast room, so that different fan grade priority marks are determined according to different fan grades, and the priority corresponding to the fan grade priority marks is increased along with the increase of the fan grade.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, when the priority identifier includes a network condition priority identifier, the network condition priority identifier may be determined according to network state information and network quality information where the user terminal is located. For example, the network speeds of the user terminals are different, such as a 2G network with a lower network speed, a 3G network with a moderate network speed, a 4G/Wifi network with a higher network speed, and a 5G network with a higher network speed, the response speeds of the corresponding user game operations are also different, and the network condition priority identifiers can be determined according to the difference of the network speeds. The priority corresponding to the network condition priority identification may increase as the network speed increases.
In step S1430, the priorities of the different users are sorted according to their priority identifications.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the server may perform a weight adjustment on the one or more priority identifications obtained above to scale to a composite rating, such as a composite score, to rank from high to low according to the composite rating of each viewer. For example, if the requirement of live game on network speed is high, the weight of the network condition priority identifier may be increased, and if the calculation rule may be set as: and the comprehensive score of the audience is equal to the direct broadcasting room reward priority identification + the bean vermicelli level priority identification + the network condition priority identification + 2.
In step S1440, a control handover queue is created for determining a second user according to the priorities of the different users.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the control handover queue is generated based on viewer priorities, e.g., composite ratings, ranked in order from high to low. Further, the second user is determined by the first user or the server based on the control right handover queue arranged in the order of priority.
The embodiment of the invention not only ensures that the live game is not interrupted, but also ensures that the user with high priority can obtain the participation right first, and simultaneously avoids the condition that some malicious programs impersonate real users to interfere the normal live game, thereby improving the use experience of the user.
Fig. 15 illustrates an interaction flow diagram of a cloud game live-based interaction method, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 15, an interaction method based on cloud game live broadcast includes: first terminal 1500a, second terminal 1500b, third terminal 1500c, server side, wherein the server side still includes: a live server 1500d and a cloud game server 1500 e.
As shown in fig. 15, the live broadcast room interaction method based on the cloud game includes: upon establishing a network connection between the first terminal 1500a and the cloud game server 1500e through the live broadcast server 1500d, as shown in step S1502, the cloud game server 1500e sends a cloud game video stream to the first terminal 1500a through the live broadcast server 1500d, so that the first terminal performs step S1508a to display a cloud game control screen. Meanwhile, as shown in step S1506, the live server 1500d synchronously records the cloud game video stream to generate a live video stream, and sends the live video stream to other terminals including the second terminal 1500b and the third terminal 1500c in the live broadcast room, so that the second terminal performs steps S1508b and S1508c, and displays a cloud game live screen of the first user of the first terminal.
As shown in fig. 15, the first terminal 1500a performs the triggering operation of the control right handover queue in step S1510a to implement step S1512a, which shows the control right handover queue of the live game of the cloud game, wherein the control right handover queue includes the second user information of the second terminal. So that the first terminal can select a control right switching object according to the user information in the control right handover queue.
In addition, the second terminal 1500b and the third terminal 1500c may respectively perform steps S1510b and S1510c, trigger the control right handover queue to implement steps S1512b and S1512c, and show the control right handover queue of the live cloud game, where the control right handover queue includes the second user information of the second terminal. Therefore, the second terminal and the third terminal in the live broadcast room can register and play games or know the conditions of other registered users according to the control right handover queue.
As shown in fig. 15, the process of the first terminal 1500a implementing the cloud game control right transfer includes: in step S1514, the live server determines whether a predetermined switching condition is satisfied, and if the predetermined switching condition is satisfied, step S1516 is executed to transmit the cloud game video stream to the second terminal, and step S1518 is executed to transmit the live video stream generated by recording the cloud game video stream to the first terminal and the third terminal, so that the first terminal and the third terminal execute steps S1520a and S1520c according to the live video stream, display a cloud game live view of the second user, and cause the second terminal to execute step S1520b according to the cloud game video stream, and display a cloud game control view.
Fig. 16 is a block diagram illustrating an interactive terminal based on cloud game live broadcast according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 16, the cloud game live-based interaction apparatus 1600 includes:
a first game presentation unit 1610 configured to present a cloud game control screen; a first queue presentation unit 1620 configured to present a control right handover queue of the live cloud game, wherein the control right handover queue includes second user information of the second terminal; and a first live presentation unit 1630 configured to switch from the cloud game control screen to a cloud game live screen of the second user corresponding to the second user information in response to a predetermined switching condition being satisfied.

For example, the processing unit 2010 may perform the method as shown in fig. 12: s1210, sending a cloud game video stream to a first user of a first terminal so as to display a cloud game control picture to the first user; s1220, in response to the triggering operation of the first user on the control right handover queue, triggering the control right handover queue of the live game of the cloud to display the control right handover queue, wherein the control right handover queue comprises second user information of the second terminal; in step S1230, in response to the predetermined switching condition being satisfied, the cloud game video stream is sent to the second user to display the cloud game control screen to the second user.
The storage unit 2020 may include readable media in the form of volatile storage units, such as a random access memory unit (RAM)2021 and/or a cache memory unit 2022, and may further include a read only memory unit (ROM) 2023.
Storage unit 2020 may also include a program/utility 2024 having a set (at least one) of program modules 2025, such program modules 2025 including but not limited to: an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which, or some combination thereof, may comprise an implementation of a network environment.
Bus 2030 may be one or more of any of several types of bus structures including a memory unit bus or memory unit controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, a processing unit, or a local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures.
The electronic device 2000 may also communicate with one or more external devices (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, bluetooth device, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic device 2000, and/or with any devices (e.g., router, modem, etc.) that enable the electronic device 2000 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may occur over an input/output (I/O) interface 2050. As shown, the network adapter 2060 communicates with the other modules of the electronic device 2000 via the bus 2030. It should be appreciated that although not shown, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with the electronic device 900, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, there is also provided a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a program product capable of implementing the above-described method of the present specification. In some possible embodiments, the various aspects of the invention may also be implemented in the form of a program product comprising program code means for causing a terminal device to carry out the steps according to various exemplary embodiments of the invention described in the above section "exemplary method" of this description, when said program product is run on said terminal device.
The program product for implementing the above method according to the embodiment of the present invention may employ a portable compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM) and include program codes, and may be run on a terminal device, such as a personal computer. However, the program product of the present invention is not limited in this regard and, in the present document, a readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
The program product may employ any combination of one or more readable media. The readable medium may be a readable signal medium or a readable storage medium. A readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the readable storage medium include: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable disk, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A readable signal medium may also be any readable medium that is not a readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computing device, partly on the user's device, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computing device and partly on a remote computing device, or entirely on the remote computing device or server. In the case of a remote computing device, the remote computing device may be connected to the user computing device through any kind of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or may be connected to an external computing device (e.g., through the internet using an internet service provider).
It should be noted that although in the above detailed description several modules or units of the device for action execution are mentioned, such a division is not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functionality of two or more modules or units described above may be embodied in one module or unit, according to embodiments of the present disclosure. Conversely, the features and functions of one module or unit described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of modules or units.
Moreover, although the steps of the methods of the present disclosure are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that the steps must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the depicted steps must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions, etc.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will readily understand that the exemplary embodiments described herein may be implemented by software, or by software in combination with necessary hardware. Therefore, the technical solution according to the embodiments of the present disclosure may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which may be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.) or on a network, and includes several instructions to enable a computing device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a mobile terminal, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

1. An interaction method based on cloud game live broadcast is applied to a first terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
displaying a cloud game control picture;
displaying a control right handover queue of the live cloud game, wherein the control right handover queue comprises second user information of a second terminal;
and responding to the meeting of a preset switching condition, and switching the cloud game control picture to a cloud game live broadcast picture of a second user corresponding to the second user information.
2. The interaction method based on the cloud game live broadcast of claim 1, wherein the predetermined switching condition comprises:
a control right handover operation performed by a first user of the first terminal on the control right handover queue; and/or
The control time of the first user reaches the preset switching time; and/or
The current communication state of the terminal equipment corresponding to the first user is a call state or a disconnected network state; and/or
The interaction information of the second user meets the preset interaction quantity, and the interaction information comprises: favorable information, comment information and appreciation information.
3. The interaction method based on the cloud game live broadcast of claim 1, wherein the step of displaying the control right handover queue of the cloud game live broadcast further comprises:
displaying the selected state of the second user in the control handover queue.
4. The interaction method based on the cloud game live broadcast of claim 1, wherein the control right handover queue is arranged according to a priority order of users.
5. The interaction method based on the cloud game live broadcast according to claim 1, further comprising:
and displaying an evaluation picture of the second user when the cloud game live broadcast picture of the second user is finished.
6. The interaction method based on the cloud game live broadcast of claim 5, further comprising:
and displaying a personal tag in the personal page of the second user, wherein the personal tag is generated according to the evaluation result obtained by the evaluation screen, and the personal tag is used for showing the characteristics of the second user.
7. An interaction method based on cloud game live broadcast is applied to a server and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending a cloud game video stream to a first user of a first terminal to display the cloud game control picture to the first user;
responding to the triggering operation of the first user on a control right handover queue, triggering the control right handover queue of the live cloud game to display the control right handover queue, wherein the control right handover queue comprises second user information of a second terminal;
and responding to the meeting of a preset switching condition, and sending the cloud game video stream to the second user so as to show the cloud game control picture to the second user.

A computer-readable storage medium, wherein instructions that, when executed by a processor of a cloud game live based interaction device, enable the cloud game live based interaction device to perform the cloud game live based interaction method of any one of claims 1 to 7 or the cloud game live based interaction method of claim 8.
