Detailed Description
Example embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Example embodiments may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the examples set forth herein; rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of example embodiments to those skilled in the art. The described features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments.
Furthermore, the drawings are merely schematic illustrations of the present disclosure and are not necessarily drawn to scale. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar parts, and thus their repetitive description will be omitted. Some of the block diagrams shown in the figures are functional entities and do not necessarily correspond to physically or logically separate entities. These functional entities may be implemented in the form of software, or in one or more hardware modules or integrated circuits, or in different networks and/or processor devices and/or microcontroller devices.
Referring first to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of an applet voice communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The applet voice communication method provided by the application comprises the following steps:
step S110: plug-flowing the local voice signal collected based on the applet to the Freeswitch;
step S120: determining an opposite-end audio coding protocol supported by an opposite end according to the opposite-end environment;
step S130: converting the local terminal voice signal according to the opposite terminal audio coding protocol;
step S140: pushing the converted local voice signal to the opposite terminal and playing;
step S150: converting the opposite-end voice signal according to an AAC protocol;
step S160: and pushing the converted opposite-end voice signal to an applet for playing.
Therefore, in the applet voice communication method of this embodiment, the local terminal voice signal collected based on the applet is pushed to FreeSwitch, according to the opposite terminal environment, the opposite terminal audio coding protocol supported by the opposite terminal is determined to be converted, then the opposite terminal voice signal is pushed to the opposite terminal to be played, and the opposite terminal voice signal is converted according to the AAC protocol and then pushed to the applet to be played. Therefore, the invention expands the energy endowing of the existing call center system, technically expands the WeChat small program scene support on the basis of the original network telephone, and further ensures that the scene in service has more feasibility. The method supports applet communication, not only gets rid of traditional hardware limitation, but also is more convenient and fast, and the user can walk along with the use of the method, so that the enterprise is helped to reduce management cost and improve service experience of the user.
Figure 2 shows a schematic diagram of an applet voice communication system according to an embodiment of the invention. In this application, the applet 11 communicates with the peer 13 via a Freeswitch 12.
Specifically, AAC is a very comprehensive coding mode, and on one hand, AAC coding has the characteristics of multiple channels and high sampling rate; on the other hand, the high sound quality at low bit rate makes AAC encoding suitable for mobile communication and internet phone, and provides a good speech quality even when the network environment is limited. The AAC Protocol is supported by the WeChat small program end, and depends on the WeChat small program end to carry out rtmp (Real Time Messaging Protocol Real-Time message transport Protocol) to push AAC audio streams and analyze the received audio streams, so that the Real-Time audio function of the small program end is realized.
Therefore, the WeChat applet can be pushed to Freeswitch to be analyzed and converted, the audio coding protocol supported by the opposite terminal is judged according to the environment of the opposite terminal, such as the opposite customer service landline phone, the opposite customer service soft phone and the like, the conversion is carried out, then the converted voice stream is pushed and played, meanwhile, the voice stream from the opposite terminal is converted into the AAC protocol which can be identified by the WeChat applet to be played by the applet in real time, and therefore the intercommunication between the WeChat applet and the traditional network phone is achieved.
The method ensures the low-delay and high-quality conversation effect in the communication process, and the actual experience is close to that of the traditional telephone dialing telephone. The method also provides stronger expansibility, so that the traditional network telephone can provide more scene coverage, and can provide more perfect telephone service functions for various industries, hotels, tourism, scenic spots and the like by depending on the diversity of the WeChat small programs. Furthermore, the method can also improve customer service efficiency, and if the current customer service needs to serve guests at the applet end, the method for guiding the user to add enterprise chatting, guiding a mobile phone to dial numbers and the like is usually adopted, and meanwhile, the customer requirements from a call center are also met, and because the two parties are independent and cannot be taken into consideration at the same time, the customer requirements can be uniformly received by the telephone through the enabling of the method, so that the service efficiency of the customer service is improved, and the customer request experience is improved.
In some embodiments, when applied in a hotel customer service scenario, the applet voice communication method may further comprise: identifying a wifi identifier accessed by terminal equipment where the applet is located; determining a user room number according to the WiFi identification; and sending the determined user room number to the opposite terminal. Therefore, the current room number of the user can be identified through the wifi identification accessed by the terminal equipment of the user besides the room number input by the user in the applet, and the room number is sent to the opposite terminal, so that the hotel customer service can know the room number related to the current voice call, follow-up distribution of a customer requirement task is facilitated, and the user requirement can be met quickly.
In some embodiments, the wechat applet may be linked with an associated public number because the current information push functionality in the wechat applet is not sophisticated enough. Therefore, in response to the fact that the user operates the small program to communicate with the hotel telephone customer service, the public number associated with the small program is pushed in the communication application where the small program is located, so that the user can pay attention to the public number, and relevant information push related to the hotel telephone customer service in the small letter program is obtained in real time.
Further, in response to a user focusing attention on the public number associated with the applet, the applet may be caused to update the processing progress and processing result of the user's hotel telephone customer service in synchronization with the public number, including after pushing the public number associated with the applet. Therefore, when the hotel customer service processes the customer requirement according to the call content, the related processing progress and the processing result can be updated to the applet and further synchronized to the public number, so that the updated progress is pushed to the user in real time by the public number, and the user does not need to open the applet by himself and views the progress all the time. The synchronous updating of the processing progress and the processing result of the hotel telephone customer service of the user by the small program and the public number can be realized by the following steps: pushing the processing progress and summary information of the processing result of the hotel telephone customer service to the user through the public number; responding to the summary information operated by the user, jumping to the small program, and displaying the processing progress and the processing result of the hotel telephone customer service to the user. Therefore, the user can acquire the processing progress and the summary information of the processing result of the hotel telephone customer service through the public number and jump to the applet through the user operation to acquire further details. Therefore, when information is pushed through the public number, complete and detailed information does not need to be pushed to a user, and the information pushing is simple and clear.
In some embodiments, the plug-in of the applet-based captured local speech signal to Freeswitch may include the following steps: receiving the operation of a user on a public number associated with the applet on a hotel customer service telephone control; and jumping to the small program to dial the hotel customer service telephone based on the small program. Specifically, in order to unify the user to the telephone service in a manner of carrying out service communication through a public number, when the user operates the hotel service telephone control at the public number, the step jumps to the applet to dial the hotel service telephone so as to avoid the increase of the labor cost caused by the acquisition of the multi-channel customer demands.
In still other embodiments, before streaming the applet-based captured local speech signal to the Freeswitch, the method may further include the steps of: receiving communication information of an enterprise communication account of a user, wherein the enterprise communication account is associated with the small program; identifying whether the communication information indicates that the user has an intent to make a hotel customer service call; and if so, jumping to the small program to dial the hotel customer service telephone based on the small program. Specifically, in order to unify the user to the telephone service through the way of performing service communication through the enterprise WeChat communication account, the user intention is identified for the communication information of the user and the enterprise communication account (for example, the user intention can be identified through a trained artificial intelligence model or through a way of keyword matching), and when the user intention is to dial a hotel service telephone or to provide a user demand, the method can jump to the applet to dial the hotel service telephone based on the applet, so as to avoid the increase of the labor cost caused by the acquisition of the multi-channel customer appeal.
The foregoing is merely an exemplary description of various implementations of the invention and is not intended to be limiting thereof.
