FIG. 5 illustrates a schematic block diagram of another alert notification apparatus 500 that may be used to implement embodiments of the present application. The alert notification apparatus is intended to represent various forms of digital computers, such as laptops, desktops, workstations, personal digital assistants, servers, blade servers, mainframes, and other suitable computers. The alert notification apparatus may also represent various forms of mobile devices, such as personal digital processing, cellular phones, smart phones, wearable devices, and other similar computing devices. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be examples only, and are not meant to limit implementations of the present application that are described and/or claimed herein.
As shown in fig. 5, the device 500 comprises a computing unit 501 which may perform various suitable actions and processes according to a computer program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)502 or a computer program loaded from a storage unit 508 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 503. In the RAM 503, various programs and data required for the operation of the device 500 can also be stored. The calculation unit 501, the ROM 502, and the RAM 503 are connected to each other via a bus 505. An input/output (I/O) interface 505 is also connected to bus 505.
A number of components in the device 500 are connected to the I/O interface 505, including: an input unit 506 such as a keyboard, a mouse, or the like; an output unit 507 such as various types of displays, speakers, and the like; a storage unit 508, such as a magnetic disk, optical disk, or the like; and a communication unit 509 such as a network card, modem, wireless communication transceiver, etc. The communication unit 509 allows the device 500 to exchange information/data with other devices through a computer network such as the internet and/or various telecommunication networks.
The computing unit 501 may be a variety of general-purpose and/or special-purpose processing components having processing and computing capabilities. Some examples of the computing unit 501 include, but are not limited to, a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), various dedicated Artificial Intelligence (AI) computing chips, various computing units running machine learning model algorithms, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), and any suitable processor, controller, microcontroller, and so forth. The computing unit 501 performs the various methods and processes described above, such as the alert notification method. For example, in some embodiments, the alert notification method may be implemented as a computer software program tangibly embodied in a machine-readable medium, such as storage unit 508. In some embodiments, part or all of the computer program may be loaded and/or installed onto the device 500 via the ROM 502 and/or the communication unit 509. When the computer program is loaded into the RAM 503 and executed by the computing unit 501, one or more steps of the alert notification method described above may be performed. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the computing unit 501 may be configured to perform the alert notification method in any other suitable manner (e.g., by way of firmware).
Various implementations of the systems and techniques described here above may be implemented in digital electronic circuitry, integrated circuitry, Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), system on a chip (SOCs), load programmable logic devices (CPLDs), computer hardware, firmware, software, and/or combinations thereof. These various embodiments may include: implemented in one or more computer programs that are executable and/or interpretable on a programmable system including at least one programmable processor, which may be special or general purpose, receiving data and instructions from, and transmitting data and instructions to, a storage system, at least one input device, and at least one output device.
Program code for implementing the methods of the present application may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages. These program code may be provided to a processor or controller of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, or other programmable data processing apparatus, such that the program code, when executed by the processor or controller, causes the functions/acts specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram to be performed. The program code may execute entirely on the machine, partly on the machine, as a stand-alone software package partly on the machine and partly on a remote machine or entirely on the remote machine or server.
In the context of this application, a machine-readable medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. The machine-readable medium may be a machine-readable signal medium or a machine-readable storage medium. A machine-readable medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of a machine-readable storage medium would include an electrical connection based on one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
To provide for interaction with a user, the systems and techniques described here can be implemented on a computer having: a display device (e.g., a CRT (cathode ray tube) or LCD (liquid crystal display) monitor) for displaying information to a user; and a keyboard and a pointing device (e.g., a mouse or a trackball) by which a user can provide input to the computer. Other kinds of devices may also be used to provide for interaction with a user; for example, feedback provided to the user can be any form of sensory feedback (e.g., visual feedback, auditory feedback, or tactile feedback); and input from the user may be received in any form, including acoustic, speech, or tactile input.
The systems and techniques described here can be implemented in a computing system that includes a back-end component (e.g., as a data server), or that includes a middleware component (e.g., an application server), or that includes a front-end component (e.g., a user computer having a graphical user interface or a web browser through which a user can interact with an implementation of the systems and techniques described here), or any combination of such back-end, middleware, or front-end components. The components of the system can be interconnected by any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communication network). Examples of communication networks include: local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), and the Internet.
The computer system may include clients and servers. A client and server are generally remote from each other and typically interact through a communication network. The relationship of client and server arises by virtue of computer programs running on the respective computers and having a client-server relationship to each other. The server may be a cloud server, a server of a distributed system, or a server with a combined blockchain.
In the related embodiment of the application, the method of processing the alarm notification information in a hierarchical manner at the client is adopted, and the alarm notification information of the server equipment and the alarm level corresponding to the alarm notification information are received, wherein the alarm level is used for indicating the importance degree of the alarm notification information; acquiring first behavior information of a target object in a first target time period, and determining a first notification receiving threshold corresponding to the target object according to the first behavior information, wherein the first notification receiving threshold is used for indicating a lowest threshold of an acceptable warning notification level of the target object in the first target time period; the alarm level is compared with the first notice receiving threshold value to obtain a comparison result, and the notice mode of the alarm notice information is determined according to the comparison result, so that the aim of executing different notice strategies on the alarm notice information based on the behavior information of the user is fulfilled, the technical effect of improving the touch effect of the alarm notice is realized, and the technical problems that the touch effect of the alarm notice is poor and the like because the existing system client can only adopt a uniform or fixed preset rule to push the notice aiming at the alarm information with different levels, and the operation and maintenance personnel are interrupted by the notice with low priority level when processing the transaction with higher priority level, or the alarm notice is not timely looked up by the operation and maintenance personnel are solved.

In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed technology can be implemented in other ways. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units may be a logical division, and in actual implementation, there may be another division, for example, multiple units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, units or modules, and may be in an electrical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be substantially implemented or contributed to by the prior art, or all or part of the technical solution may be embodied in a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, and various media capable of storing program codes.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and it should be noted that those skilled in the art can make several improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the present application, and these improvements and modifications should also be considered as the protection scope of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. An alert notification method, comprising:
receiving alarm notification information of server equipment and an alarm level corresponding to the alarm notification information, wherein the alarm level is used for indicating the importance degree of the alarm notification information;
acquiring first behavior information of a target object in a first target time period, and determining a first notification receiving threshold corresponding to the target object according to the first behavior information, wherein the first notification receiving threshold is used for indicating a lowest threshold of an acceptable alarm notification level of the target object in the first target time period;
and comparing the alarm level with the first notification receiving threshold to obtain a comparison result, and determining a notification mode of the alarm notification information according to the comparison result.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein determining a notification mode of the alarm notification information according to the comparison result comprises:
and under the condition that the comparison result indicates that the alarm level is greater than the first alarm receiving threshold value, determining that the alarm mode is a trigger reminding signal, and displaying the alarm notification information on a preset display page, wherein the reminding signal is used for reminding the target object to view the alarm notification information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after a predetermined display page presents the alert notification information, the method further comprises:
detecting whether a first operation instruction of the target object is received within a preset time length or not, wherein the first operation instruction is used for consulting the alarm notification information;
and under the condition that the first operation instruction of the target object is not received within the preset time, adjusting the preset display page to be a full-screen page, and placing the display layers of the preset display page above all the display layers.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein determining a notification mode of the alarm notification information according to the comparison result comprises:
determining the notification mode to be displaying the alarm notification information in a silent state under the condition that the comparison result indicates that the alarm level is smaller than the first notification reception threshold, wherein the silent state comprises: and not triggering the reminding signal and not displaying the alarm notification information on the preset display page.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein after determining that the notification mode is to display the alert notification information in a silent state, the method further comprises:
and sending a feedback result to the server side equipment, wherein the feedback result is used for indicating that the alarm notification information is not sent, and the server side equipment is used for caching the alarm notification information to a preset cache region.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after determining that the notification mode is to display the alert notification information in a silent state, the method further comprises:
detecting a second operation instruction of the target object, and generating a reading request under the condition that the second operation instruction is determined to be the alarm notification information of pulling the silent state;
sending the reading request to the server-side equipment, wherein the reading request is used for acquiring the alarm notification information;
receiving a response result returned by the server-side equipment, wherein the response result at least comprises: all notification information meeting a preset threshold condition on the preset cache region;
and generating the reminding signal, wherein the reminding signal is used for prompting the target object to view the response result.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein after determining that the notification mode is to display the alert notification information in a silent state, the method further comprises:
detecting second behavior information of the target object in a second target time period, wherein the end time of the first target time period is earlier than the start time of the second target time period;
determining a second notification receiving threshold corresponding to the target object in the second target time period according to the second behavior information; wherein the second notification reception threshold is a lowest threshold indicative of an alert notification level acceptable for the target object for the second target period of time;
and comparing the alarm level with the second notification receiving threshold, determining that the notification mode is a trigger reminding signal under the condition that the alarm level is greater than the second notification receiving threshold, and displaying the alarm notification information on a preset display page, wherein the reminding signal is used for reminding the target object to view the alarm notification information.
8. An alert notification apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises a receiving module, a sending module and a processing module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving alarm notification information of server-side equipment and an alarm level corresponding to the alarm notification information, and the alarm level is used for indicating the importance degree of the alarm notification information;
an obtaining module, configured to obtain first behavior information of a target object in a first target time period, and determine a first notification receiving threshold corresponding to the target object according to the first behavior information, where the first notification receiving threshold is used to indicate a lowest threshold of an acceptable alert notification level of the target object in the first target time period;
and the comparison module is used for comparing the alarm level with the first notification receiving threshold value to obtain a comparison result, and determining a notification mode of the alarm notification information according to the comparison result.
9. A non-volatile storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium includes a stored program, wherein when the program is executed, a device in which the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the alarm notification method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. An alert notification apparatus, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing the processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to execute the instructions to implement the alert notification method of any of claims 1 to 7.
