Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present application without any creative effort belong to the protection scope of the present application.
The core of the application is to provide an operation and maintenance management method based on multi-manufacturer equipment alarm, so as to reduce the processing complexity when the management platform receives alarm messages sent by different manufacturer equipment.
In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the disclosure, the following detailed description will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In practical applications, many enterprise network devices often come from multiple manufacturers, and in order to implement unified management and monitoring, monitoring and management of the devices are usually implemented through one or more management platforms, and the operation of the devices can be controlled through the management platforms, and monitoring of the device states, fault detection and the like can also be implemented through the management platforms. Devices referred to herein include, but are not limited to, servers, hubs, switches, bridges, routers, gateways, Network Interface Cards (NICs), Wireless Access Points (WAPs), printers and modems, fiber optic transceivers, fiber optic cables, and the like. Taking a server as an example, in the management, operation and maintenance of the server, different alarm information generated by the servers of multiple manufacturers does not form a uniform standard, and the alarm content sent by the servers of different manufacturers is defined by themselves, at this time, after the upper management platform receives the alarms of the servers of different manufacturers, each manufacturer is required to provide a specific content corresponding explanation of the alarm message information format, and then the content of the alarm message is analyzed one by one in a classified manner and encapsulated into different types of alarms, so that the sending of the alarms of different manufacturers is realized. The management platform needs to receive the alarm message in time, analyze specific alarm information and respond in time, but the operation and maintenance mode greatly improves the complexity of the management platform system for processing the alarm message of different manufacturers, so that the management platform needs to analyze the alarm message in different modes after receiving the alarm message, and the workload of the management platform is increased. In addition, aiming at different differentiated requirements of the upper management platform for alarming, for example, some platforms need the current original alarm message, and some platforms need to carry out the alarm information plaintext after unified conversion, at the moment, if corresponding different types of interfaces need to be developed to realize the requirements aiming at the alarming of different manufacturers, the workload of research and development personnel is greatly increased, and the system is not beneficial to expansion and later maintenance.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an operation and maintenance management method based on multi-vendor device alarms provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 1, which is a flowchart of an operation and maintenance management method based on multi-vendor device alarms provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the operation and maintenance management method based on multi-vendor device alarms includes:
step S11: acquiring an alarm message of equipment;

The multi-vendor devices mentioned in this embodiment may be the same type of device or different types of devices. When the equipment fails, an alarm message containing fault information and other basic information is generated. The embodiment does not limit the form of obtaining the alarm message, for example, by bluetooth, wireless network, etc. The embodiment also does not limit the specific content of the alarm message, and needs to include specific information of the alarm, the source of the alarm, and the like.
Step S12: acquiring corresponding equipment hardware information according to the address information in the alarm report text;
according to the address information in the alarm notifying message, acquiring device hardware information corresponding to the address information from a local database, wherein the device hardware information includes but is not limited to a device manufacturer, a device model, a device serial number and the like. From the device hardware information it can be determined which device is alarming to be able to respond accordingly.
Step S13: generating a corresponding standard alarm message by combining a preset template according to the alarm message and the equipment hardware information;
step S14: and sending the standard alarm message to a management platform.
In this embodiment, the preset template is set in advance, and the data information and the device hardware information included in the alarm report message may be sequentially filled in the preset template according to the template that changes according to actual needs, and the management platform may directly read the alarm information after receiving the alarm message filled in the preset template format.
The alarm messages generated by different manufacturer equipment are unified into a standard preset format through a preset template, so that the complexity of analyzing the alarm messages of different manufacturers by a management platform is reduced.
The embodiment does not limit the specific form of the management platform, and may be a virtual cloud management platform, a server, or the like. In addition, the number of the management platforms is not limited in this embodiment, and one management platform may manage multiple pieces of multi-vendor equipment, or multiple management platforms may manage multiple pieces of multi-vendor equipment, and the management platform may be designed according to actual application needs.
The embodiment does not limit what response the management platform makes after receiving the standard alarm message, such as sending a control instruction to the alarm device, eliminating the alarm information of the alarm device, and the like, and different response schemes can be designed for different alarm information according to actual needs.
Specifically, after an alarm message of the device is acquired, corresponding device hardware information for alarming is acquired according to address information in the alarm message, a corresponding standard alarm message is generated according to the alarm message and the device hardware information by combining a preset template, and the standard alarm message is sent to the management platform. According to the method and the device, the alarm message is generated into the standard alarm message according to the preset template and unified format and is sent to the management platform, the alarm message received by the management platform is all in the unified format, the resolution complexity of the alarm messages of different formats generated by different manufacturer equipment needing to be processed by the management platform is reduced, and the management operation and maintenance efficiency of the management platform is improved.
In order to timely find and receive the alarm message generated by the device and make a corresponding response, based on the operation and maintenance management method for the device alarm of multiple manufacturers, step S11 obtains the alarm message of the device, which includes:
and polling to obtain the alarm message according to a preset JAVA message queue.
The JAVA message queue mentioned in this embodiment refers to preset address interface information including a device that needs to acquire an alarm message, and preferably, periodically polls the devices stored in the JAVA message queue at preset time intervals to query whether the devices in the JAVA message queue generate an alarm message to be received, and if so, receives the alarm message information sent by the current device.
