Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of an embodiment of a testing method of the present application. Specifically, the method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step S101: and acquiring a user service request, wherein the user service request comprises current user information.
The testing method is applied to the scene of verifying the user information based on the testing video stream, namely, whether the user information is consistent with the user or not is verified by utilizing the testing video stream. The test terminal for executing the test method of the invention comprises, but is not limited to, a self-service device of a bank, a communication terminal and the like, and can verify the identity of a user by utilizing a video stream.
Taking an actual application scenario as an example, if the business handled by the user requires the bank staff to check the user identity, the bank self-service equipment can adopt a remote video checking mode, namely, the bank staff at a remote manual counter verifies and checks the user identity handled by the bank self-service equipment through the video recorded by the user in real time. Based on the above, the self-service equipment of the bank needs to test the remote video auditing function before using, and the testing method of the invention can be adopted. The self-service equipment of the bank can be various intelligent equipment which needs to verify the identity of the user based on the video stream, and before the self-service equipment of the bank is put into practical application, the function of verifying the identity of the user based on the video stream needs to be tested based on the test video stream verification user information. The bank self-service devices include, but are not limited to, VTMs, high-volume cash recyclers, and the like, and are not specifically limited herein. Communication terminals include, but are not limited to, terminals such as PCs (Personal Computer, personal computers), PDAs (Personal Digital Assistant, personal digital assistants or tablet computers), and the like. In an actual application scene, the testing method of the invention can be executed by the communication terminal, and then the testing method which is successfully tested is applied to the self-service equipment of the bank corresponding to the testing program, thereby saving the hardware cost of the self-service equipment of the bank in the testing stage.
Because the testing method is applied to the scene of verifying the user information based on the testing video stream, whether the current user information is consistent with the user information in the virtual testing video stream or not can be determined in order to facilitate the subsequent user identity verification, and the user service request comprises the current user information. The current user information may be a variety of information that can characterize the user's identity, including but not limited to facial feature information, pupil feature information, and the like. The user service request can initiate verification of the user identity, and the acquisition mode of the user service request can be various acquisition modes in the scene of verifying the user information based on the test video stream. For example, obtaining a user service request may be performed by:
in an embodiment, the test terminal may establish a remote connection with the user terminal, where the user terminal is a terminal used by a user corresponding to the current user information; under the remote connection, responding to a first service selection instruction of a user for the service on a user operation interface of the test terminal, and forming a user service request. Therefore, after the user terminal is remotely connected with the test terminal, the user terminal can remotely control the test terminal, and the positions of the user terminal and the test terminal are not limited, so that a user can remotely test the test terminal, and the whole process of triggering a user service request and confirming the user identity is not required to be performed before the test terminal, thereby reducing the labor cost of the test.
In an embodiment, the test terminal may log in a test web page corresponding to the test terminal by using the user terminal; and responding to a second service selection instruction of the user for testing the service on the webpage, and forming a user service request. Therefore, the user can remotely test the test terminal through logging in the test webpage corresponding to the test terminal by the user terminal, so that the whole process of triggering the user service request and confirming the user identity is not required to be carried out before the test terminal, and the labor cost of the test can be reduced.
In an embodiment, the test terminal may receive a third service selection instruction of the user operation interface test terminal for a service on the user operation interface of the test terminal, to form the user service request. The user operation interface test terminal is used for simulating operation of a real person on a user operation interface of the test terminal. The user operation interface test terminal may be various terminals capable of operating on a user operation interface of the test terminal, and is not particularly limited herein. The user operation interface test terminal simulates that a real person operates on the user operation interface of the test terminal to form a user service request, so that the whole process of triggering the user service request and confirming the user identity does not need to be carried out before the test terminal actually occurs, the dependence on manpower can be further reduced, and the test of the test terminal can be carried out more intelligently.
The first service selection instruction, the second service selection instruction and the third service selection instruction are used for triggering service handling, and corresponding services need user identity verification.
In an embodiment, the user service request may also be a manual selection instruction of receiving a service of the test terminal from a user, so as to form the user service request. The triggering mode of the manual selection instruction can be various existing triggering modes, such as a touch screen, a key, a voice instruction and the like. The manual selection instruction needs to be manually operated before the terminal is tested, but once the user service request is formed, the user identity can be confirmed without manual operation.
Step S102: based on the user service request, the virtual test video stream corresponding to the current user information is called.
The user service request includes the current user information, so that after the test terminal obtains the user service request, the virtual test video stream corresponding to the current user information can be called based on the user service request. The virtual test video stream is a non-real-time recorded video stream. When the prior art tests the test terminal, a user needing to test actually performs test operation before the test terminal, when the camera of the test terminal records the video stream of the user in real time, the camera must be actually aligned to the real person before the test terminal, various actions for user identity verification are executed according to prompts of the test terminal, and because the actions for user identity verification are time-consuming and have high possibility of repeatability, the user needing to test executes more actions, therefore, compared with the prior art, the prior art tests the test terminal, the virtual test video stream recorded in non-real time is utilized for testing, human-computer separation can be realized, and various actions for user identity verification are not required to be executed by the real person before the real person actually reaches the test terminal, so that the labor test cost can be greatly saved. When the prior art tests the test terminal, because the real-time recorded video stream is required to be used for user identity verification, test data are bound, and when a tester is replaced in the test process, the test terminal can report errors due to mismatching of users and user information in the real-time recorded video stream, so that compared with the prior art for testing the test terminal, the virtual test video stream which is not recorded in real time is utilized for testing, the virtual test video stream corresponding to various services can be pre-configured, and the virtual test video stream can be repeatedly used after being configured once, so that the test efficiency is improved, and the cost is saved. When the prior art tests the test terminal, as the real-time recorded video stream of the real person is required to be used for user identity verification, the test terminal is required to be actually configured with the real camera for recording the video stream, and the virtual test video stream which is not recorded in real time is utilized for testing, the real camera is not required, and the hardware cost can be further reduced, so that the test cost is reduced.
Step S103: and transmitting the virtual test video stream to the verification terminal so that the verification terminal can determine that the virtual test video stream is true, and determine that the current user information is consistent with the user information in the virtual test video stream, and the verification passes through the current user information.
The test terminal transmits the virtual test video stream to the verification terminal so that the verification terminal can determine that the virtual test video stream is real, determine that the current user information is consistent with the user information in the virtual test video stream, verify the current user information, and therefore confirm the user identity by utilizing the virtual test video stream. The verification terminal is used for verifying the identity of the user, the verification terminal determines that the virtual test video stream is real, the current user information is determined to be consistent with the user information in the virtual test video stream, and when the verification passes through the current user information, the verification can be realized by the verification terminal automatically and intelligently or by a verifier using the verification terminal, and the verification is not particularly limited. In one embodiment, the authentication terminal may be a remote terminal or a local terminal. When the verification terminal is a remote terminal, the test terminal and the verification terminal are respectively configured at different positions, so that the positions of the verification terminal are freely set, and user identity confirmation is remotely realized. When the verification terminal is a local terminal, after the test terminal invokes the virtual test video stream, user identity confirmation can be realized locally.
In an application scenario, the test terminal for executing the test method is a bank self-service device, the verification terminal is a plurality of manual teller terminals, the manual teller terminals are arranged in different banks, and when the virtual test video stream is transmitted to the verification terminal, the virtual test video stream can be transmitted to the management service center, so that the management service center distributes the virtual test video stream to the manual teller terminals in an idle state. The management service center is respectively connected with the bank self-service equipment and the plurality of manual teller terminals. The management service center coordinates the bank self-service equipment and the manual teller terminal, so that the virtual test video stream is processed by the manual teller terminal in an idle state as soon as possible, and the service processing speed can be improved. In an embodiment, after the verification of the current user information, the test terminal may also receive a video connection request of the verification terminal, and establish a video connection with the verification terminal; based on the video connection, the service operation instruction sent by the verification terminal is received to perform subsequent service operation, so that after the user identity is confirmed, the test terminal can communicate with the verification terminal, and further the subsequent service operation can be tested. In an actual scenario, since the service operations corresponding to different services may be the same or different, and the user identity may need to be confirmed again based on the verification of the user information by the test video stream during the service operation, the virtual test video may further include a virtual service test video stream corresponding to the service operation instruction, so that after the test terminal receives the service operation instruction sent by the verification terminal, the virtual service test video stream may be automatically embedded based on the service operation instruction to automatically perform the subsequent service operation, so that the virtual test video stream may be freely configured for different service scenarios, and the subsequent service operation may be performed automatically without manual operation.
According to the scheme, after the user service request comprising the current user information is acquired in a scene of verifying the user information based on the test video stream, the virtual test video stream corresponding to the current user information is called based on the user service request, and then the virtual test video stream is transmitted to the verification terminal, and although the virtual test video stream is a video stream which is not recorded in real time, the verification terminal can still confirm that the virtual test video stream is true, confirm that the current user information is consistent with the user information in the virtual test video stream, verify the current user information, and realize confirmation of the user identity, so that the virtual test video stream replaces the user to record the video in real time, the dependence on manpower can be reduced, and the test cost is further reduced.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of another embodiment of the testing method of the present application. Specifically, the method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step S201: and acquiring a user service request, wherein the user service request comprises current user information.
The related description of step S201 in this embodiment can refer to step S101, and will not be repeated here.
Step S202: and generating a test application program based on the user service request, wherein the test application program is used for indicating a test operation system of a test terminal executing the test method to acquire the virtual test video stream.
In general, software programs can be subdivided into two categories: system program software and application program software. The system program software is actually a driver program, only one of the purposes of the system program software is to drive hardware, so that the system program software can normally complete certain hardware functions, such as a data sending function of a network card and a sound playing function of a sound card; the application software is used for receiving the input request of the user, and after a plurality of business operations are carried out, the driver drives the hardware to complete the task required by the user. The test operating system is used for operating the hardware device. The test application in this embodiment corresponds to application software, so the test application may notify the test operating system to perform a specific action, so that the test application indirectly operates on hardware through the test operating system, for example, the test application is used to instruct the test operating system of the test terminal that performs the test method to obtain the virtual test video stream. The test terminal generates a test application program based on the user service request so as to instruct a test operation system of the test terminal executing the test method to acquire the virtual test video stream.
Step S203: and the test operating system responds to the test application program, and drives the virtual camera to play the preset video file by utilizing the virtual driver to form a virtual test video stream.
Typically, an operating system may include several drivers. The virtual driver is embedded in the test operating system of the embodiment, and the test operating system can respond to the test application program and drive the virtual camera to play the preset video file by using the virtual driver to form a virtual test video stream. In the test method for real-time recording of a real person to form a video stream by a real camera through a test terminal in the prior art, the real camera needs to be provided with a driver, for example, when a test operation system needs to be upgraded, the driver needs to be re-maintained, so that the maintenance cost is high.
The preset video file may be pre-stored in the test terminal. The preset video files are played to form virtual test video streams which support video stream files defining different scenes so as to expand different types of service scenes. The formats of the preset video file and the corresponding virtual test video stream may be various existing formats, for example, WMV (Windows Media Video, digital video compression format), MPEG (Moving Picture Experts Group, moving picture experts group format), RM (RealMedia file format, video container file format), and the like. In order to increase the diversity of the preset video files, the test terminal may determine a test service type based on the user service request, and then determine the preset video file corresponding to the test service type based on the test service type. For example, when the test terminal is a self-service device of a bank, preset video files of different banking scenes can be defined so as to expand different various scenes.
Step S204: and transmitting the virtual test video stream to the verification terminal so that the verification terminal can determine that the virtual test video stream is true, and determine that the current user information is consistent with the user information in the virtual test video stream, and the verification passes through the current user information.
The related description of step S204 in this embodiment can refer to step S103, and will not be repeated here.
According to the method, when the virtual test video stream corresponding to the current user information is called based on the user service request, the test application program can be generated based on the user service request, the test application program is used for indicating the test operation system of the test terminal executing the test method to obtain the virtual test video stream, then the test operation system responds to the test application program, the virtual drive program is used for driving the virtual camera to play the preset video file to form the virtual test video stream, and therefore the virtual drive program is embedded in the test operation system, the virtual camera is configured, the real camera is simulated to record the video stream, and the test flow can be met without aiming at the real camera by a real person.
In one embodiment, before the test application is generated based on the user service request in step S202, the virtual driver and the virtual camera may be configured for the test application using various existing program configuration methods. In another embodiment, the configuration of the virtual driver and virtual camera for the test application may also be performed prior to the acquisition of the user service request. To adapt to the diversity of business handling, different virtual drivers and virtual cameras thereof can be configured for different businesses. The virtual driver may be a peripheral program registered in the test operating system, for example, the virtual driver may be a DLL (Dynamic Link Library ) program developed in accordance with specifications of the test operating system. In one embodiment, the test terminal includes an application layer, an operating system layer, and a hardware layer, so that when configuring a virtual driver and a virtual camera for the test application, the virtual driver can be registered in the operating system layer; configuring a virtual camera corresponding to a virtual driver at a hardware layer; and modifying the camera configuration corresponding to the test application program in the application layer from a real camera to a virtual camera. The real camera is used for recording real video streams of the user operation process in real time. If the virtual driver and the virtual camera are not configured for the test application program, the test application program can only be used for indicating a test operation system of the test terminal to control the real camera to acquire a real-time recording user operation process so as to form a real video stream. For the camera configuration, after the hardware layer configures the virtual camera corresponding to the virtual driver, the device name of the virtual camera may be named as CAM1 (camera 1 ), so that when the camera configuration corresponding to the test application in the application layer is modified from the real camera to the virtual camera, the camera name used by the test application is modified to CAM1, that is, the camera name used by the test application is modified to be consistent with the device name of the virtual camera. Since the virtual driver is registered in the operating system layer of the test terminal and the virtual camera is newly added in the hardware layer correspondingly, the test terminal executing the test method of the embodiment can be any terminal capable of installing the test operating system, for example, the test terminal includes, but is not limited to, a self-service device of a bank for installing the test operating system, a communication terminal for installing the test operating system, and the like. The communication terminal may be a terminal such as a PC or a PDA, and may be capable of implementing functions such as authentication through current user information, which is not particularly limited herein. In an actual scenario, in order to test the test program of the bank self-service device, the communication terminal provided with the test operation system can be used for performing functional test, and the test program is applied to the bank self-service device after the test is successful, so that the hardware requirements of the bank self-service device in the test stage can be saved, the test cost can be reduced, the method can be applied to bank self-service devices of different manufacturers and different models, and the dependence on peripheral providers is reduced. In another practical scenario, in order to test the test program of the self-service equipment of the bank, the functional test can also be performed by directly installing a test operating system on the self-service equipment of the bank, and the self-service equipment of the bank can be led to each banking website after the test is successful.
In an embodiment, the test terminal may further include a user operation interface layer, where the user operation interface layer is configured to form a user service request and other man-machine interaction functions in response to the first to third service selection instructions and the manual selection instruction of the user on the user operation interface of the test terminal. In order to facilitate understanding of the test terminal according to the present application, the following description is provided with reference to a specific example:
as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of a test terminal 30 of the present application. In a specific application, the test terminal 30 is a self-service device of a bank, which includes a user operation interface layer 301, an application layer 302, an operating system layer 303, and a hardware layer 304.
First, the self-service device registers a virtual driver in the operating system layer 303 before executing the test method; configuring a virtual camera corresponding to the virtual driver at the hardware layer 304; the camera configuration corresponding to the test application program in the application layer 302 is modified from a real camera to a virtual camera, so that the pre-configuration of the bank self-service equipment is realized.
And secondly, when the self-service equipment of the bank executes the test method, after acquiring a user service request comprising current user information, the self-service equipment of the bank invokes a virtual test video stream corresponding to the current user information based on the user service request, and then transmits the virtual test video stream to the verification terminal, wherein the virtual test video stream is a video stream which is recorded in a non-real time manner, but the verification terminal can still confirm that the virtual test video stream is real, confirm that the current user information is consistent with the user information in the virtual test video stream, verify that the identity of the user is confirmed through the current user information, thereby replacing the user with the virtual test video stream to record the video in real time, reducing the dependence on manpower and further reducing the test cost. After the verification passes the current user information, the test terminal 30 can also receive a video connection request of the verification terminal, and establish video connection with the verification terminal; and receiving a service operation instruction sent by the verification terminal based on the video connection so as to carry out subsequent service operation.
Finally, the self-service equipment of the bank can formally input the quotation after the self-service equipment of the bank completes the test. That is, after the test terminal 30 completes the test, a user service request is obtained, where the user service request includes current user information; based on the user service request, a real camera is called to record a real video stream in real time, the real video stream is transmitted to a verification terminal, so that the verification terminal can determine that the real video stream is real, the current user information is consistent with the user information in the real video stream, and the verification is completed through the current user information.
