In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a massage training method, the method comprising:
and S101, the server creates a training scheme for the massage simulation device according to case information, and the server issues the training scheme for the massage simulation device.
The massage training method in this embodiment may be used in medical places such as hospitals and health stations, and may also be used in massage training education institutions, and the present embodiment is not limited herein. The following is an example of use in a hospital:
the server can be connected with a HIS system in a hospital intranet to obtain corresponding case information, and different diseases correspond to different acupoint massage schemes. When the massage is trained, a training staff, such as a nurse, can select needed simulation case information, such as infantile constipation, from a WEB webpage of the server. The server creates a training plan for the massage simulation device based on the selected simulation case information.
The training scheme comprises all simulated human acupuncture points required to be used by a simulated patient (massage simulation device), the operation sequence of the human acupuncture points, and the pressure, the operation duration and the touch direction of the operation required by each human acupuncture point. As shown in table 1 below:
sequence of operations | Operating acupuncture points | Operating pressure | Direction of touch | Length of operation |
1 | Human body acupuncture point A | 3Pa | Clockwise | 3 minutes |
2 | Human body acupoint B | 5Pa | Push directly | 6 minutes |
3 | Human body acupuncture point C | 6Pa | Clockwise | 3 minutes |
4 | Human body acupuncture points D | 6Pa | Counter clockwise | 3 minutes |
And the server transmits the generated training scheme to the massage simulation device.
The massage simulation device can be connected with the server through a wireless network (wireless networks such as Bluetooth, wifi, 4G and 5G), and data communication is carried out between the server and the massage simulation device through the wireless network. If at the wifi module of massage analogue means installation, communicate through internet and server.
And S102, setting the color, the display mode and the display duration of the indicating device of the human acupuncture points required to be used in the training by the massage simulation device according to the training scheme, and starting the pressure sensing device and the touch sensing device of the human acupuncture points required to be used in the training.
A massage simulation device (e.g., simulating a patient) is deployed with a computer, such as an embedded computer. After receiving a training scheme issued by a server through a wireless network, the computer sets the color, the display mode and the display duration of an indicating device corresponding to the simulated human body acupuncture points deployed on a simulated patient according to the simulated human body acupuncture point information carried in the training scheme. The specific setting process is shown in fig. 2:
step S201, setting the color of an indicating device corresponding to the human body acupuncture points required to be used in the training as a first color, setting the display mode as a first display mode, and setting the display duration as a first duration.
And S202, setting the color of the indicating device corresponding to the human body acupuncture points needing massage operation in the next training step as a second color, wherein the display mode is a second display mode, and the display duration is a second duration.
After the massage simulation device (such as a simulation patient) receives the training scheme, the indication devices corresponding to the positions of the simulated human acupuncture points can be classified according to the simulated human acupuncture point information carried in the training scheme; the indicating device corresponding to the simulated human body acupuncture point position required by the training is a first simulated indicating device; the instruction device corresponding to the position of the simulated human body acupuncture point required to be subjected to massage operation in the next training step is a second simulation instruction device. As shown in table 2 below:
sequence of operations | Operating acupuncture points | Indicating device | Indicating device classification |
1 | Human body acupuncture point A | Indicating device A | Second analog indicating device |
2 | Human body acupoint B | Indicating device B | First analog indicating device |
3 | Human body acupuncture point C | Indicating device C | First analog indicating device |
4 | Human body acupuncture points D | Indicating device D | First analog indicating device |
The computer of the massage simulation device (such as a simulated patient) sets the color and display mode of the classified indicating device, such as an indicating lamp. The color of the indicating lamp corresponding to the human acupuncture points required to be used in the training is set to be yellow, and the display mode is normally bright. The next step needs to use, for example, when the massage is started, the color of the indicator lamp corresponding to the first simulated human acupuncture point needed to be used is set to be blue, and the display mode is flashing. As shown in table 3 below:
the specific color and the display mode can be set according to actual requirements; the color display duration of each indicator lamp can be set according to specific requirements. The technical solution is not limited herein.
It can be understood that all the simulated human acupuncture points needed to be used by the training scheme, namely the human acupuncture point A, the human acupuncture point B, the human acupuncture point C and the human acupuncture point D, can be set to be yellow and normally bright, so that the training staff is prompted to need all the simulated human acupuncture points needed by the training scheme, and the training scheme is convenient for the user to find out quickly. The simulated human body acupuncture points needed to be used in the next step can be recurrently changed according to the operation sequence, namely, the color of the indicator lamp corresponding to the first human body acupuncture point A needed to be used is set to be blue when the massage is started, and the display mode is flashing; after the operation of the human acupuncture point A is completed, the indicator lamp corresponding to the human acupuncture point B can be changed, the color is set to be blue, the display mode is flashing, and recursion is carried out in sequence until the operation of the human acupuncture point D is also completed.
Therefore, training personnel can quickly know all simulated human acupuncture points needed to be used by the training scheme, and can quickly find the simulated human acupuncture points needed to be operated on the next step according to the blue flashing lamps, and training efficiency is improved.
After the massage simulation device sets the color, the display mode and the display duration of the indicating device of the human acupuncture points required to be used in the training according to the training scheme, all simulated human acupuncture points required to be used in the training are known, namely the human acupuncture points A, the human acupuncture points B, the human acupuncture points C and the human acupuncture points D, and the pressure sensing devices and the touch sensing devices at the positions of the human acupuncture points required to be used in the training, namely the human acupuncture points A, the human acupuncture points B, the human acupuncture points C and the human acupuncture points D can be started, so that the operation data of training personnel can be collected.
And S103, selecting corresponding human acupuncture points by training personnel according to the color, the display mode and the display duration of the indicating device of the massage simulation device, and performing massage operation at the positions corresponding to the human acupuncture points.
Training personnel who participate in training can select corresponding simulated human acupuncture points according to the color and display mode prompt of the indicator lamps in the massage simulation device (such as a simulated patient), and then carry out massage operation at the positions corresponding to the human acupuncture points.
For example, the indicator light is selected as a simulated human acupuncture point with blue flashing, such as human acupuncture point A. After the human body acupuncture point A is selected, the manipulation operation is carried out on the human body acupuncture point A. After the operation on the human body acupuncture point A is finished, the indicator lamp is selected to be a simulated human body acupuncture point which flickers in blue, such as a human body acupuncture point B. After the human body acupuncture point B is selected, the massage operation is carried out on the human body acupuncture point B, and the like.
Step S104, the massage simulation device records first operation information of the massage operation; the first operation information includes at least one of: the acupuncture point touch control system comprises a first acupuncture point operation sequence, a first operation pressure, a first touch direction and a first operation duration.
Because the simulated human acupuncture points of the massage simulation device (such as a simulated patient) are provided with the sensing equipment, including the pressure sensing device and the touch sensing device, the massage simulation device can be used for detecting the operation pressure, the touch direction and the operation time length acting on each simulated human acupuncture point in the massage operation and the operation sequence of each simulated human acupuncture point. The pressure sensing device can be used for detecting whether the training personnel presses the corresponding acupuncture points and the pressure of the pressing; the touch sensing device can be used for detecting whether the pressing mode of the training staff is correct, such as clockwise pressing and the like. Meanwhile, the operation duration is counted, and the counting can be carried out through the time of the touch sensing device detecting the touch. When the acupuncture points of the human body are massaged, some acupuncture points are massaged in a point mode, some acupuncture points are massaged in a line mode, and some acupuncture points are massaged in a surface mode; when the acupuncture points are massaged in a line mode, the sensors are arranged in a line; when the acupuncture point is a facial massage, a plurality of sensors are deployed in a plane.
Since each simulated human body acupuncture point is provided with the pressure sensing device and the touch sensing device, and the number of the pressure sensing device and the touch sensing device can be more than one, the specific simulated human body acupuncture point to be manipulated can be known according to the data obtained by the pressure sensing device and the touch sensing device. The specific number of the pressure sensing devices and the touch sensing devices can be set according to the actual requirement of each simulated human body acupoint, and the embodiment is not limited herein.
In the following, for example, each simulated human body acupoint is provided with a pressure sensing device and a touch sensing device, the corresponding relationship table can be shown in table 4:
operating acupuncture points | Pressure sensing device | Touch sensing device |
Human body acupuncture point A | Pressure sensing device 1 | Touch sensor device 1 |
Human body acupoint B | Pressure sensing device 2 | Touch sensor device 2 |
Human body acupuncture point C | Pressure sensing device 3 | Touch sensorSensing device 3 |
Human body acupuncture points D | Pressure sensor device 4 | Touch sensor device 4 |
The flow of the massage simulation device recording the first operation information of the massage operation is shown in fig. 3:
and S301, setting the acupoint operation sequence of the first operation information according to the triggered sequence of the pressure sensing devices of the human body acupoints.
Step S302, acquiring the pressure of the pressure sensing device of the human body acupuncture point, and setting the pressure as the operation pressure of the first operation information.
Step S303, acquiring a touch direction of the touch sensing device of the human body acupuncture point, and setting the touch direction as the touch direction of the first operation information.
Step S304, obtaining the touch duration of the touch sensing device of the human body acupuncture point, and setting the touch duration as the touch duration of the first operation information.
The pressure sensing devices installed on the simulated body acupuncture points of the massage simulation device (such as a simulated patient) can record the acupuncture point operation sequence of the first operation information according to the triggered sequence, and then record the operation pressure of the first operation information according to the pressure received by the pressure sensing devices. Meanwhile, the touch sensing devices installed on the simulated body acupuncture points of the massage simulation device (such as a simulated patient) can obtain the touch direction according to the triggered time and the cycle process of the plurality of touch sensing devices, record the touch direction as the touch direction of the first operation information, and then count the touch duration by detecting the touch time through the touch sensing devices, and record the touch duration as the touch duration of the first operation information.
The summary table of the recording results of the first operation information may be as shown in the following table 5:
step S105, the massage simulation device uploads the first operation information to the server, and the server compares the first operation information with the training scheme to obtain a first operation result; the first operation result includes at least one of: normal operation, operation error, error cause.
The massage simulation device may upload the first operation information to the server after all massage operations are completed. Or uploading the first operation information to the server after the massage operation of each simulated human body acupuncture point is completed. In this embodiment, for example, the first operation information that completes all the massage operations is uploaded to the server:
the server may compare the first operation information with the training program, receive the first operation information as table 5, compare table 1 with the training program as the server stores the training program as table 1
Table 5, the comparison results can be obtained as the first operation, as shown in table 6 below:
and S106, setting the color and the display mode of the indicating device of the human acupuncture points by the massage simulation device according to the first operation result.
And the massage simulation device (a human simulator) sets the corresponding indicator lamps of the human acupuncture points according to the first operation result. The specific setup process is shown in fig. 4:
and S401, setting the color of the indicating device corresponding to the human acupuncture point with the correct operation as a third color, the display mode as a third display mode and the display duration as a third duration as the first operation result.
And S402, setting the color of the indicating device corresponding to the human acupuncture point with the first operation result of wrong operation as a fourth color, wherein the display mode is a fourth display mode, and the display duration is a fourth duration.
After the massage simulation device (such as a simulation patient) receives the first operation result, the indication devices corresponding to the simulated human body acupuncture point positions can be classified according to the simulated human body acupuncture point information carried in the first operation result; setting the first operation result as a third simulation indicating device of the indicating device corresponding to the human acupuncture point which is operated correctly; and setting the indicating device corresponding to the human acupuncture point with the first operation result of wrong operation as a fourth simulation indicating device. As shown in table 7 below:
sequence of operations | Operating acupuncture points | Indicating device | Indicating device classification |
1 | Human body acupuncture point A | Indicating device A | Third analog indicating device |
2 | Human body acupoint B | Indicating device B | Third analog indicating device |
3 | Human body acupuncture point C | Indicating device C | Third analog indicating device |
4 | Human body acupuncture points D | Indicating device D | Fourth analog indicating device |
The computer of the massage simulation device (e.g. a simulated patient) sets the color and display mode of the classified indicating device, such as an indicating lamp. And setting the color of the indicating lamp corresponding to the simulated human acupuncture point with the correct operation result of the training as green, and displaying in a normally bright mode. The first operation result of the training is that the color of the indicator lamp corresponding to the simulated human acupuncture point with the wrong operation is set to be red, and the display mode is normally on. As shown in table 8 below:
the specific color and the display mode can be set according to actual requirements; the color display duration of each indicator lamp can be set according to specific requirements. The technical solution is not limited herein.
It can be understood that, for all the simulated human body acupuncture points, namely the human body acupuncture point a, the human body acupuncture point B, the human body acupuncture point C and the human body acupuncture point D, which are used for the massage operation in the training scheme, the first operation result shows that the human body acupuncture point a, the human body acupuncture point B and the human body acupuncture point C are all operated correctly, and the human body acupuncture point D is operated incorrectly. The color of the indicator light corresponding to the correctly operated human acupuncture point A, the human acupuncture point B and the human acupuncture point C is set to be green, and the display mode is normally bright. The training personnel can clearly and clearly know that the operation is correct. The color of the indicator light corresponding to the human acupuncture point D with the wrong operation is set to be red, and the display mode is normally bright. The trainee can clearly know that the operation of the human acupuncture point D is wrong. So as to facilitate the next correction of training personnel and improve the training efficiency.
And S107, the server scores the first operation result of the training personnel.
And the server scores according to the first operation result reported by the massage simulation device and the first operation result. Each first operation result can be set with a different score, and then a final training score is performed according to whether the first operation result is correct or not. Meanwhile, correct results, operation results which do not meet the requirements, error reasons and corresponding operation requirements are displayed on an interface, so that the follow-up improvement of training personnel is facilitated.
