Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating another order processing method according to an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 4 is introduced on the basis of a first order processing method. According to the diagram provided in fig. 4, the order processing method specifically further includes:
s401, acquiring the input order information, wherein the order information is input from an initial position.
The order information may be an express order number or a take-away order number generated by online shopping. The initial position may be understood as the position where the delivery person arrives at the entrance set at the cell gate where the order address is located, and is the same as that described in fig. 1, and in this embodiment, the initial position represents the cell entrance.
Further, when the order item is taken to the initial position by the delivery person, the order information is manually input or is input in an automatic scanning mode, the server acquires the input order information to inquire, and matched order information is searched.
In a possible example scenario, a user purchases and places an order on the internet, order information is generated, the order information is sent to a corresponding server by associating with a building system where the user is located, and the order information is synchronously stored in a user order database in the intelligent building system. Further, when the entered order information is subjected to search matching, the validity of the order information is determined. And when the order information is determined to be valid, generating a temporary passing right, and providing the temporary passing right for the deliverer to safely reach the target position.

Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an order processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention; according to the diagram provided in fig. 5, the order processing apparatus specifically comprises:
an obtaining module 51, configured to obtain entered order information, where the order information is entered from an initial position;
the passing module 52 is configured to generate a temporary passing right of the dispatcher when the order information is determined to be valid, where the temporary passing right is used to indicate that the dispatcher carries a passing authorization from the initial position to the target position of the order information;
and the control module 53 is used for controlling the intelligent door lock to execute the order signing operation when the dispatcher is determined to be at the target position.
The order processing apparatus provided in this embodiment may be the order processing apparatus shown in fig. 5, and may execute all steps of the order processing method shown in fig. 2 to 4, so as to further achieve the technical effects of the order processing method shown in fig. 2 to 4, and for brevity, refer to the related descriptions of fig. 2 to 4, which are not repeated herein.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent building system according to an embodiment of the present invention; according to the diagram provided in fig. 6, the intelligent building system specifically includes:
the acquisition module 61 is used for acquiring the recorded order information, and the order information is recorded from the initial position;

The intelligent building system provided in this embodiment may be the intelligent building system shown in fig. 6, and may perform all the steps of the order processing method shown in fig. 2 to 4, so as to achieve the technical effect of the order processing method shown in fig. 2 to 4, and for brevity, it is described with reference to fig. 2 to 4, which is not described herein again.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the server 700 shown in fig. 7 includes: at least one processor 701, memory 702, at least one network interface 704, and other user interfaces 703. The various components in server 700 are coupled together by a bus system 705. It is understood that the bus system 705 is used to enable communications among the components. The bus system 705 includes a power bus, a control bus, and a status signal bus in addition to a data bus. But for clarity of illustration the various busses are labeled as the bus system 705 in figure 7.
The user interface 703 may include, among other things, a display, a keyboard, or a pointing device (e.g., a mouse, trackball, touch pad, or touch screen, among others.
It is to be understood that the memory 702 in embodiments of the present invention may be either volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, or may include both volatile and nonvolatile memory. The non-volatile Memory may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable ROM (PROM), an Erasable PROM (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM), or a flash Memory. Volatile Memory can be Random Access Memory (RAM), which acts as external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, many forms of RAM are available, such as Static random access memory (Static RAM, SRAM), Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), Synchronous Dynamic random access memory (Synchronous DRAM, SDRAM), Double Data Rate Synchronous Dynamic random access memory (ddr Data Rate SDRAM, ddr SDRAM), Enhanced Synchronous SDRAM (ESDRAM), synchlronous SDRAM (SLDRAM), and Direct Rambus RAM (DRRAM). In some embodiments, memory 702 stores the following elements, executable units or data structures, or a subset thereof, or an expanded set thereof: an operating system 7021 and application programs 7022.
The operating system 7021 includes various system programs, such as a framework layer, a core library layer, a driver layer, and the like, for implementing various basic services and processing hardware-based tasks. The application 7022 includes various applications, such as a Media Player (Media Player), a Browser (Browser), and the like, for implementing various application services. Programs that implement methods in accordance with embodiments of the present invention can be included within application program 7022.

The server provided in this embodiment may be the server shown in fig. 7, and may execute all the steps of the order processing method shown in fig. 2 to 4, so as to achieve the technical effects of the order processing method shown in fig. 2 to 4, which please refer to the related descriptions of fig. 2 to 4 for brevity, and is not described herein again.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a storage medium (computer readable storage medium). The storage medium herein stores one or more programs. Among others, the storage medium may include volatile memory, such as random access memory; the memory may also include non-volatile memory, such as read-only memory, flash memory, a hard disk, or a solid state disk; the memory may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.
When one or more programs in the storage medium are executable by one or more processors, the order processing method executed on the server side is realized.
The processor is used for executing the order processing program stored in the memory to realize the following steps of the order processing method executed on the server side:
acquiring the input order information, wherein the order information is input by a dispatcher at an initial position; when the order information is determined to be valid, generating a temporary passing authority of the deliverer, wherein the temporary passing authority is used for indicating the passing authorization of the deliverer for holding the order information from an initial position to a target position; and when the dispatcher is determined to be at the target position, the intelligent door lock is controlled to execute the order signing operation.
Those of skill would further appreciate that the various illustrative components and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, computer software, or combinations of both, and that the various illustrative components and steps have been described above generally in terms of their functionality in order to clearly illustrate this interchangeability of hardware and software. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present invention.
The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied in hardware, a software module executed by a processor, or a combination of the two. Claims (11)

1. An order processing method, comprising:
acquiring input order information, wherein the order information is input from an initial position;
when the order information is determined to be valid, generating a temporary passing authority of a delivery person, wherein the temporary passing authority is used for indicating the delivery person to carry passing authorization of the order information from the initial position to a target position;
and when the dispatcher is determined to be at the target position, executing order signing operation by controlling the intelligent door lock.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining the entered order information, the method further comprises:
receiving a target order sent by a terminal, and adding the target order to an order set;
the determining that the order information is valid includes:
comparing the order information with the target orders in the order set;
and when the order information is consistent with the target orders in the order set, determining that the order information is valid.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
when the order information is inconsistent with the target order in the order set, determining that the order information is invalid;
sending the information that the order information is lost to the terminal so that the terminal confirms the order information;
and when a confirmation message of the terminal for the order information is received, generating a temporary passing permission of the dispatcher.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the performing the order-taking operation by controlling the smart door lock comprises:
acquiring the order information and acquiring a signing picture set and/or a signing video for signing on the order by controlling a camera on the intelligent door lock;
and or (b) a,
and controlling the intelligent door lock to display a reminding message of the order, wherein the reminding message is used for indicating the deliverer to place the object corresponding to the order in a preset area.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
after the object corresponding to the order is placed in a preset area, detecting whether a user appears in the preset area;
and when determining that the user appears in the preset area, controlling a camera on the intelligent door lock to wake up, monitoring the preset area by using the camera to obtain a monitoring video, and sending the monitoring video to the terminal.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
when the user appears in the preset area, determining the user identity of the user;
and when the user identity is a visitor, controlling the intelligent door lock to trigger an alarm event.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1-6, further comprising:
and after the signing operation of the order is completed, deleting the order information in the order set so as to complete the updating of the order set.
8. An order processing apparatus, comprising:
