By adopting the embodiment of the invention, the current state information of the terminal equipment is obtained, and if the current state information indicates that the terminal equipment has a fault, fault prompt information is sent to related personnel; and performing fault tracing on the terminal equipment based on the operation record information stored in the private chain corresponding to the terminal equipment. Therefore, the scheme enables the equipment management server to obtain the state information of the terminal equipment in time, and further, when the state information of the equipment indicates that the equipment has a fault, the fault tracing is carried out on the terminal equipment based on the operation record information stored in the private chain, so that a user damaging the terminal equipment can be determined; in addition, because the block chain has the attribute of being not tampered, the fault tracing of the terminal equipment is carried out based on the operation record information acquired from the private chain, the authenticity of the operation record data stored in the private chain can be ensured, and the accuracy of the fault tracing of the terminal equipment is further improved.
In one embodiment, if the current state information indicates that the terminal device has a fault, reading operation record information corresponding to the terminal device from a private chain corresponding to the terminal device, or receiving the operation record information sent by the terminal device; the operation record information is read by the terminal device from a private chain deployed in the terminal device.
In this embodiment, if the current state information indicates that the terminal device fails, the device management server may be authorized to read the authority of the data in the private chain corresponding to the terminal device, so that the device management server may directly read the operation record information stored in the private chain, thereby facilitating tracing the cloud mobile phone account causing the terminal device to fail. Of course, in a specific embodiment, the terminal device may also read the operation record information from the corresponding private chain, and send the operation record information to the device management server, so that the device management server performs fault tracing of the terminal device based on the operation record information.

Optionally, a specific implementation may be: firstly, after first sub-operation record information and second sub-operation record information are obtained, whether the operation time in the first sub-operation record information is earlier than that in the second sub-operation record information is determined based on the operation time information recorded in the first sub-operation record information and the operation time information recorded in the second sub-operation record information; if so, acquiring the use attribute information recorded in the first sub-operation record information, acquiring the use attribute information recorded in the second sub-operation record information, and determining whether the use attribute in the first sub-operation record information is 'borrow' or not and whether the use attribute in the second sub-operation record information is 'return' or not; if so, acquiring the cloud mobile phone account recorded in the first sub-operation record information and the cloud mobile phone account recorded in the second sub-operation record information, and determining whether the cloud mobile phone account recorded in the first sub-operation record information is the same as the cloud mobile phone account recorded in the second sub-operation record information, if so, determining that the cloud mobile phone account causing the terminal equipment to have a fault is the cloud mobile phone account recorded in the first sub-operation record information and the cloud mobile phone account recorded in the second sub-operation record information, and the equipment management service end can contact the cloud mobile phone user according to the cloud mobile phone account, so that responsibility can be pursued for the relevant user according to the damage degree of the terminal equipment.
Optionally, the operation related information is obtained from operation record information in a private chain of the terminal device, and the operation related information further includes geographic location information, through which whether the terminal device is returned to a different place can be checked.
In this embodiment, since the operation record information of the terminal device, such as the state information, the operation related information, and the usage attribute of the terminal device, is stored in the private chain corresponding to the terminal device, the authenticity of the operation record data stored in the private chain is ensured, and therefore, the accuracy of the fault tracing of the terminal device can be improved by performing fault tracing on the terminal device based on the operation record information.
Corresponding to the methods provided in the embodiments shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2 of the present invention, based on the same idea, embodiments of the present invention further provide a specific embodiment of an information processing method based on a block chain. Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of an information processing method based on a block chain according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the method may include the following steps:
s301, when the target operation is executed through the cloud mobile phone application, the terminal device generates operation record information corresponding to the target operation.
And S302, the terminal equipment writes the operation record information into a local private chain deployed in the terminal equipment for storage.

S309, based on the state information of the terminal device, the device management server determines the first sub-operation record information corresponding to the last normal state and the second sub-operation record information corresponding to the first fault state from the operation record information.
The first sub-operation record information and the second sub-operation record information may respectively include information such as state information, operation time information, and usage attributes of the terminal device.
And S310, the equipment management server determines the cloud mobile phone account causing the terminal equipment to have a fault based on the cloud mobile phone account, the use attribute information and the operation time information in the first sub-operation record information and the second sub-operation record information.
The method provided by the embodiment of the invention at least has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the embodiment of the invention, the corresponding operation record information is generated when the target operation is executed, and the operation record information is written into the private chain corresponding to the terminal equipment for storage, so that the equipment management server can realize the fault tracing of the terminal equipment based on the operation record information stored in the private chain. The tracing of the terminal equipment faults is realized, and especially for shared terminal equipment, the tracing of users causing the terminal equipment faults can be realized; in addition, corresponding operation record information is generated when the target operation is executed, and the operation record information is stored in a private chain corresponding to the terminal equipment, and the block chain has the property of being not falsified, so that the operation record information can be prevented from being falsified, the authenticity of the operation record data stored in the private chain is ensured, and the accuracy of the fault tracing of the terminal equipment is improved;
2. the private chain is deployed in the local of the terminal device, so that only one access device of the terminal device exists in the private chain, writing and reading of the operation record information in the private chain are achieved through the terminal device, and therefore other users or devices can be prevented from acquiring the operation record information corresponding to the terminal device, and accordingly user privacy can be effectively prevented from being revealed.

the generating module 410 is configured to generate operation record information corresponding to a target operation when the target operation is executed by the cloud mobile phone application; the operation record information comprises operation related information, state information of the terminal equipment when the target operation is executed and use attribute information of the terminal equipment, the target operation comprises login of a cloud mobile phone account or exit of the cloud mobile phone account, and the use attribute information comprises borrowing or returning;
a writing module 420, configured to write the operation record information into a private chain corresponding to the terminal device for storage;
a reporting module 430, configured to report current state information of the terminal device to a device management server when a data reporting condition is met, so that the device management server implements fault tracing of the terminal device based on the current state information and operation record information stored in the private chain; the data reporting condition includes that the terminal device fails, the current time reaches a preset reporting time point, or a reporting instruction sent by the device management server is received.
In one embodiment, the writing module 420 includes:
the establishing unit is used for establishing a private chain node corresponding to the target operation in the private chain;
and the storage unit is used for storing the operation record information corresponding to the target operation in the private chain node.
In one embodiment, the private chain corresponding to the terminal device is deployed locally on the terminal device;

and the reading module is used for reading the operation record information from the private chain through the terminal equipment when the terminal equipment has a fault, and reporting the operation record information to the equipment management server side.
In one embodiment, the data reporting condition is that the terminal device fails;

and if so, generating fault prompt information aiming at the fault of the terminal equipment, and sending the fault prompt information serving as the current state information to the equipment management server side.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the target operation is executed through the cloud mobile phone application, the operation record information corresponding to the target operation is generated. And further writing the operation record information into a private chain corresponding to the terminal equipment for storage. When the data reporting condition is met, reporting the current state information of the terminal equipment to the equipment management server side, so that the equipment management server side can realize the fault tracing of the terminal equipment based on the current state information and the operation record information stored in the private chain. That is, by the embodiment of the present invention, tracing back of a failure of a terminal device is achieved, and especially for a shared terminal device, based on the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, tracing back of a user causing a failure of a terminal device can be achieved; in addition, in the embodiment of the invention, the corresponding operation record information is generated when the target operation is executed, and the operation record information is stored in the private chain corresponding to the terminal device, and the block chain has the attribute of being not falsified, so that the operation record information can be prevented from being falsified, the authenticity of the operation record data stored in the private chain is ensured, and the accuracy of the fault tracing of the terminal device is further improved.
Based on the same technical concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an information processing apparatus based on a block chain corresponding to the information processing method based on a block chain provided in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a second structure of the information processing apparatus based on a block chain provided in the embodiment of the present invention, where the information processing apparatus based on a block chain is configured to execute the information processing method based on a block chain described in fig. 2, and is applied to a device management server, as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes:
an obtaining module 510, configured to obtain current state information of a terminal device;
a sending and tracing module 520, configured to send a fault notification message to a relevant person if the current state information indicates that the terminal device fails; the terminal equipment is subjected to fault tracing based on operation record information stored in a private chain corresponding to the terminal equipment; the private chain stores operation record information generated when target operation is executed through a cloud mobile phone application of the terminal device, the operation record information comprises operation related information, state information of the terminal device when the target operation is executed and use attribute information of the terminal device, the target operation comprises login of a cloud mobile phone account or exit of the cloud mobile phone account, and the use attribute information comprises borrowing or returning.
In one embodiment, the operation-related information includes operation time information;
the sending and tracing module 520 includes:
a first determining unit, configured to determine, from the operation record information, first sub-operation record information corresponding to a last normal state and second sub-operation record information corresponding to a first fault state based on the state information of the terminal device;
a second determining unit, configured to determine, based on the cloud mobile phone account, the usage attribute information, and the operation time information in the first sub-operation record information and the second sub-operation record information, the cloud mobile phone account that causes the terminal device to malfunction.
The information processing apparatus based on a block chain according to the embodiment of the present invention can implement each process implemented by the information processing method based on a block chain in the foregoing method embodiments, and is not described here again to avoid repetition.

Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an information processing apparatus based on a block chain according to an embodiment of the present invention, which can implement details of an information processing method based on a block chain executed by the information processing apparatus based on a block chain in the foregoing embodiment, and achieve the same effect. As shown in fig. 6, the block chain-based information processing apparatus 600 includes: a processor 601, a transceiver 602, a memory 603, a user interface 604, and a bus interface, wherein:
in the embodiment of the present invention, the information processing apparatus 600 based on a block chain further includes: a computer program stored in the memory 603 and executable on the processor 601, the computer program when executed by the processor 601 performing the steps of:
when target operation is executed through the cloud mobile phone application, operation record information corresponding to the target operation is generated; the operation record information comprises operation related information, state information of the terminal equipment when the target operation is executed and use attribute information of the terminal equipment, the target operation comprises logging in a cloud mobile phone account or logging out of the cloud mobile phone account, and the use attribute information comprises borrowing or returning;
writing the operation record information into a private chain corresponding to the terminal equipment for storage;
when a data reporting condition is met, reporting the current state information of the terminal equipment to an equipment management server, so that the equipment management server realizes the fault tracing of the terminal equipment based on the current state information and the operation record information stored in the private chain; the data reporting condition includes that the terminal device fails, the current time reaches a preset reporting time, or a reporting instruction sent by the device management server is received.
Or, the information processing apparatus based on a block chain according to the embodiment of the present invention may further implement each process of the embodiment of the information processing method based on a block chain shown in fig. 2, and achieve the same effect.

acquiring current state information of the terminal equipment;
if the current state information indicates that the terminal equipment fails, fault prompt information is sent to related personnel;

the private chain stores operation record information generated when target operation is executed through a cloud mobile phone application of the terminal device, the operation record information comprises operation related information, state information of the terminal device when the target operation is executed and use attribute information of the terminal device, the target operation comprises login of a cloud mobile phone account or exit of the cloud mobile phone account, and the use attribute information comprises borrowing or returning.
In fig. 6, the bus architecture may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, with one or more processors represented by processor 601 and various circuits of memory represented by memory 603 being linked together. when target operation is executed through the cloud mobile phone application, operation record information corresponding to the target operation is generated; the operation record information comprises operation related information, state information of the terminal equipment when the target operation is executed and use attribute information of the terminal equipment, the target operation comprises logging in a cloud mobile phone account or logging out of the cloud mobile phone account, and the use attribute information comprises borrowing or returning;
writing the operation record information into a private chain corresponding to the terminal equipment for storage;
when a data reporting condition is met, reporting the current state information of the terminal equipment to an equipment management server, so that the equipment management server realizes the fault tracing of the terminal equipment based on the current state information and the operation record information stored in the private chain; the data reporting condition includes that the terminal device fails, the current time reaches a preset reporting time, or a reporting instruction sent by the device management server is received.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein writing the operation record information into a private chain corresponding to the terminal device for storage comprises:
establishing a private chain node corresponding to the target operation in the private chain;
and storing the operation record information corresponding to the target operation in the private chain node.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the private chain corresponding to the terminal device is deployed locally to the terminal device;
the method further comprises the following steps:
and when the terminal equipment fails, reading the operation record information from the private chain through the terminal equipment, and reporting the operation record information to the equipment management server side.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the data reporting condition is that the terminal device has a fault;
correspondingly, reporting the current state information of the terminal device to the device management server when the data reporting condition is met includes:
detecting whether the terminal equipment has a fault;
if yes, generating fault prompt information aiming at the fault of the terminal equipment, and sending the fault prompt information serving as the current state information to the equipment management server side.

acquiring current state information of the terminal equipment;
if the current state information indicates that the terminal equipment fails, fault prompt information is sent to related personnel;
based on the operation record information stored in the private chain corresponding to the terminal equipment, performing fault tracing on the terminal equipment;
the private chain stores operation record information generated when target operation is executed through a cloud mobile phone application of the terminal device, the operation record information comprises operation related information, state information of the terminal device when the target operation is executed and use attribute information of the terminal device, the target operation comprises login of a cloud mobile phone account or exit of the cloud mobile phone account, and the use attribute information comprises borrowing or returning.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the operation-related information includes operation time information;
the performing fault tracing on the terminal device based on the operation record information stored in the private chain corresponding to the terminal device includes:
determining first sub-operation record information corresponding to the last normal state and second sub-operation record information corresponding to the first fault state from the operation record information based on the state information of the terminal equipment;
determining a cloud mobile phone account causing the terminal equipment to have a fault based on the cloud mobile phone account, the usage attribute information and the operation time information in the first sub-operation record information and the second sub-operation record information.
