Detailed Description
In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present application will become more readily apparent, a more particular description of the invention briefly described above will be rendered by reference to specific embodiments that are illustrated in the appended drawings. It will be apparent that the embodiments described are some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, an information processing method is provided. The method can be applied to an intelligent terminal, and the intelligent terminal is connected with auxiliary equipment; the intelligent terminal can comprise, but is not limited to, electronic equipment such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a telephone watch, a vehicle-mounted central control and the like; auxiliary devices may include, but are not limited to, headphones, smart bracelets, and the like; the connection of the smart terminal and the auxiliary device may include, but is not limited to, a wired connection, a bluetooth connection, a Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11) connection, a Infrared (IrDA) connection, a ZigBee (IEEE 802.15.4) connection, and the like. The method is mainly applied to the smart phone, and the smart phone is connected with the earphone for illustration.
In this embodiment, the method may specifically include the following steps:
and step 101, receiving a triggering operation sent by the auxiliary equipment in the simulation test stage.
The intelligent terminal comprises an application program with an emergency alarm function, and the application program can be pre-installed in the intelligent terminal when leaving a factory or can be actively installed in the intelligent terminal by a user later; the embodiments of the present application are not limited in this regard.
The intelligent terminal comprises a display screen, when the intelligent terminal receives a test instruction of an application program aiming at the emergency alarm function, a setting test interface related to the emergency alarm function can be displayed in the display screen, and a simulation test stage of the emergency alarm function is entered. The emergency alarm function is a function capable of sending alarm information to a preset emergency contact number in preset alarm conditions when an operation conforming to the preset alarm conditions is received. The preset alarm condition can be default of the system or determined by the user through setting.
Specifically, when the intelligent terminal receives an instruction for starting the emergency alarm function, the intelligent terminal can automatically trigger a test instruction to enter a simulation test stage of the emergency alarm function; or when the intelligent terminal receives a setting completion instruction for the emergency alarm function, namely, a setting completion instruction for a preset alarm condition by a user, the intelligent terminal can automatically trigger a test instruction and enter a simulation test stage of the emergency alarm function; or when the intelligent terminal is connected with the new type of auxiliary equipment, a test instruction can be automatically triggered to enter a simulation test stage of an emergency alarm function; the new type of auxiliary device may be a type of auxiliary device to which the smart terminal is first connected, for example, when the smart phone is first connected to the wired earphone, the wired earphone may be considered to be the new type of auxiliary device, and at this time, a test instruction may be automatically triggered to enter a simulation test stage of the emergency alarm function.
A trigger operation transmitted from an auxiliary device connected to the intelligent terminal may be received in the simulation test stage, and the trigger operation may include a click/touch/slide operation of a single key on the auxiliary device, a click/touch/slide operation of a plurality of keys, and the like.
Step 102, testing the triggering operation according to the preset alarm condition, and generating a test report corresponding to the triggering operation.
In this embodiment, the preset alarm condition is information data stored before the simulation test phase; the preset alarm condition comprises a preset triggering operation, a preset emergency contact number and the like, and is used for providing an operation of triggering alarm information by auxiliary equipment and providing an emergency contact number for receiving the alarm information when an emergency alarm function is normally started.
The preset alarm condition can be stored by default or set by user. Specifically, there may be a plurality of preset trigger operations in the preset alarm conditions; the preset trigger operation may include a single key click operation or multiple key click operations on the auxiliary device. It will be appreciated that upon normal activation of the emergency alert function, the same type of auxiliary device has and only one preset trigger operation corresponds thereto.
For example, in a preset alarm condition stored in a mobile phone, the preset trigger operation includes two of double clicking the volume up key and long pressing the main earphone key/touch key for three seconds. The double-click volume key is aimed at a scene when a mobile phone is connected with a wired earphone or a Bluetooth earphone; long pressing the main headset key/touch key for three seconds is a scenario when the handset is connected to a TWS (True Wireless Stereo, true wireless bluetooth) headset.
It can be understood that when the mobile phone is connected with a wired earphone or a bluetooth earphone, the sending of the alarm information to the preset emergency contact number can be triggered only when the operation of clicking the volume up key of the earphone is received. When the mobile phone is connected with the TWS earphone, the alarm information can be triggered to send to the preset emergency contact number only when the operation of pressing the key/touch key of the main earphone for three seconds is received.
The triggering operation can be tested by combining with a preset alarm condition, and a corresponding test report is generated; the test report should include test results including both pass and fail cases. It can be understood that when the test result is passing, the triggering operation can be considered to be realized to send the related information to the preset emergency contact number; and when the test result is that the information does not pass, the triggering operation can be considered to be incapable of sending the related information to the preset emergency contact number.
In one embodiment, the step 102 may include the following steps:
judging whether the triggering operation accords with a preset triggering operation or not;
if yes, a connection request aiming at a preset emergency contact number is sent to the simulation service desk;
and receiving a response message of the simulation service desk for the connection request, and generating a first test report according to the response message.
In this embodiment, when the received trigger operation is tested, it may be determined whether the received trigger operation meets a preset trigger operation; whether the preset trigger operation matched with the received trigger operation exists or not can be searched in a mode of traversing the preset trigger operation, and if so, the received trigger operation is considered to be in accordance with the preset trigger operation; otherwise, the received trigger operation may be considered to be inconsistent with the preset trigger operation.
Under the condition that the received triggering operation accords with the preset triggering operation, a connection request aiming at the preset emergency contact number is sent to the simulation service desk; the simulation service desk can be a pre-designed application program for testing the current network connection condition; the application program can be executed by the intelligent terminal or other devices; the embodiments of the present application are not limited in this regard. The connection request comprises a preset emergency contact number.
After receiving the connection request, the simulation service desk judges whether a preset emergency contact number in the connection request is valid or not, and/or judges whether the network where the intelligent terminal currently resides is normal or not, and generates a corresponding response message according to a judgment result. The response message comprises connection result information, and the connection result information has two results of connection success or connection failure; then returning a response message; after receiving the response message, the intelligent terminal can generate a corresponding first test report according to the connection result information in the response message; the first test report may include information about whether the preset emergency contact number is valid and/or whether the network in which the intelligent terminal currently resides is normal.
Further, the number of the preset emergency contact numbers may be plural, and the determining whether the preset emergency contact number in the connection request is valid may refer to determining whether at least one preset emergency contact number in the plurality of preset emergency contact numbers is valid. Specifically, when a plurality of preset emergency contact numbers exist, whether each preset emergency contact number is effective or not can be sequentially judged according to a preset sequence, and a judgment result of whether each emergency contact number is effective or not is obtained; whether the preset emergency contact number is valid or not can be judged from a plurality of preset emergency contact numbers according to a preset sequence or in a mode that the preset emergency contact number is not replaced by sampling at random until the valid preset emergency contact number is found.
Further, when the preset emergency contact number is valid and the network where the intelligent terminal currently resides is normal, after receiving the connection success information, the intelligent terminal can also send alarm information to the simulation service desk, receive feedback information aiming at the alarm information, and add the feedback information to the test report; the alarm information can comprise current positioning information, preset voice information and the like; the feedback information comprises current positioning information, preset voice information, receiving time and the like received by the simulation service desk; the current geographic position information can be displayed in the form of a map in the test report, and can also be in the form of characters for describing the address.
In one embodiment, the step 102 may include the following steps:
judging whether the triggering operation accords with a preset triggering operation or not;
if not, a second test report is generated.
In this embodiment, when the received trigger operation does not conform to the preset trigger operation, a second test report is generated. The process of determining whether the received trigger operation accords with the preset trigger operation may refer to the description related to the previous embodiment, which is not repeated here.
The two types of generation processes of the test report may exist in the embodiment of the present application, where the first generation process is to generate a second test report when the received trigger operation does not conform to the preset trigger operation, and it can be understood that when the trigger operation does not conform to the preset trigger operation, it is obvious that the emergency alarm function cannot be triggered; at this time, the test result of the test report is failed; the second generation process is that after the received triggering operation accords with the preset triggering operation, a connection request aiming at the preset emergency contact number is sent to the simulation service desk, and a first test report is generated according to a response message returned by the simulation service desk; when the connection result in the response message is that the connection is successful, it can be understood that the network where the intelligent terminal currently resides is normal at this time, the preset emergency contact number is effective, and the test result of the test report is passed; when the connection result in the response message is connection failure, it can be understood that the network where the intelligent terminal currently resides is abnormal, or the preset emergency contact number is invalid, and the test result of the test report is failed.
And step 103, determining the triggering operation as a target triggering operation when the test result of the test report is passing.
In this embodiment, when the test result of the test report is passing, it may be considered that the emergency alert function may be normally used, and at this time, the received trigger operation may be determined as the target trigger operation, the simulation test phase is ended, and the emergency alert function is normally started. It can be understood that the target triggering operation is one of preset triggering operations, and when the emergency alarm function is normally started for the auxiliary equipment currently connected to the intelligent terminal, the operation of sending the alarm information to the preset emergency contact number can be triggered.
When the test result of the test report is not passed, the emergency alarm function cannot be used normally, the simulation test stage needs to be executed again until the test result is passed, the simulation test stage is automatically ended, and the emergency alarm function is started.
Further, in one embodiment, after the test report is generated, the test report may be displayed on a display screen of the intelligent terminal, so that a user may intuitively understand the test situation; especially, when the test result of the test report is failed, the user can modify the preset trigger operation or the preset emergency contact number again, and then enter the simulation test stage to continue the test.
And 104, when the target triggering operation is monitored, sending alarm information to a preset emergency contact number.
When the emergency alarm function is started, when receiving a target trigger operation sent by auxiliary equipment, sending alarm information to a preset emergency contact number; the alarm information can comprise current positioning information, preset voice information and the like; the preset voice information can be set by default of the system or by user definition.
In one embodiment, the step 104 may include the following steps:
when the target triggering operation is monitored, a connection request is sent to the electronic equipment corresponding to the preset emergency contact number;
and when receiving a response message of successful connection, sending preset voice information to the electronic equipment corresponding to the preset emergency contact number.
In this embodiment, the emergency contact number may be an account number or a telephone number of the communication application. When the emergency contact number is an account number of the communication application, the corresponding electronic device can be regarded as the electronic device logging in the account number of the communication application; when the emergency contact number is a telephone number, the corresponding electronic device can be regarded as the communication device corresponding to the telephone number
Further, in one embodiment, the step 104 may include the following steps:
when the target triggering operation is monitored, a preset emergency contact number is dialed;
and when the preset emergency contact number is dialed, sending preset voice information.
In this embodiment, the preset emergency contact number is a telephone number, and when the emergency alarm function is started and a target trigger operation sent by the auxiliary equipment is received, the preset emergency contact number is dialed; and when the dial-up is completed, sending out preset voice information.
Further, in one embodiment, there may be a plurality of preset emergency contact numbers, and when the target triggering operation is monitored, the step of sending a connection request to the electronic device corresponding to the preset emergency contact number may include:
and when the target triggering operation is monitored, sending a connection request to the electronic equipment corresponding to the plurality of preset emergency contact numbers.
In this embodiment, when there are multiple preset emergency contact numbers, a connection request may be sequentially sent to electronic devices corresponding to the multiple preset emergency contact numbers according to a preset sequence or in a manner that the samples are not randomly put back, and preset voice information is sent to all electronic devices that return response messages that are successfully connected, so that the opportunity of obtaining assistance may be improved.
Further, in one embodiment, there may be a plurality of preset emergency contact numbers, and the step of dialing the preset emergency contact number when the target triggering operation is monitored may include:
when a target triggering operation is monitored, acquiring a preset sequence of a plurality of preset emergency contact numbers;
and dialing a preset emergency contact number according to a preset sequence until the emergency contact number is dialed.
In this embodiment, when there are a plurality of preset emergency contact numbers, a preset sequence of the plurality of preset emergency contact numbers may be obtained, and dialing is performed sequentially according to the preset sequence until the dialing is completed. It will be appreciated that if the plurality of preset emergency contact numbers are not in the preset order, one of the preset emergency contact numbers may be selected for dialing in a random non-subsampling manner until dialing. The probability of dialing can be increased, and then the chance of obtaining rescue is increased.
In the embodiment of the application, the intelligent terminal receives a triggering operation sent by the auxiliary equipment through a setting test interface; testing the triggering operation according to a preset alarm condition, and generating a test report corresponding to the triggering operation; when the test result of the test report is passing, determining the triggering operation as a target triggering operation; when the target triggering operation is monitored, alarm information is sent to a preset emergency contact number; the alarm information can be sent through auxiliary equipment connected with the intelligent terminal in an emergency, and the alarm information can be ensured to be sent normally.
