In step S11, the generation resource control platform generates a storage resource plan in response to a new resource distribution plan request for a target service sent by the first user device by the first user, and sends the storage resource plan to the second user device; in step S12, the issuing-as-a-replacement resource control platform writes the deposit resource plan into a distributed ledger based on a block chain in response to a confirmation request, sent by the second user equipment, for the deposit resource plan by the second user; in step S13, the brokering resource control platform reads the deposit resource plan from the distributed ledger and adds a first resource that the first user has sent to an intermediate resource account from the intermediate resource account to a second resource account of the second user according to the deposit resource plan.
In step S11, the generation-resource control platform generates a storage resource plan in response to a new resource allocation plan request for the target service sent by the first user device and sent by the first user device, and sends the storage resource plan to the second user device. In some embodiments, the resource includes, but is not limited to, any form of physical or virtual object, for example, the resource may be funds, which are described herein by way of example, and those skilled in the art will appreciate that the funds are merely examples, and that other existing or future resources, such as may be suitable for use in the present application, are included within the scope of the present application and are hereby incorporated by reference. In some embodiments, a brokerage resource control platform (e.g., a brokerage funding control platform) mainly includes modules of merchant services, contract management, a brokerage resource platform (e.g., a brokerage fund platform), a distributed ledger based on block chains, and the like. In some embodiments, the generation resource control platform may be entirely deployed on one network device, or a plurality of modules in the generation resource control platform may be deployed on a plurality of different network devices, respectively. In some embodiments, the merchant services module is responsible for merchant management, such as login, authentication, and role management, such as a depositor, payee; the contract management module is responsible for the business member entering of the merchant, the paying party and the collecting party need to upload business contracts of the two parties to prove the validity of the business, and after the qualification is verified, the paying party, the collecting party and the issuing-generation resource control platform sign two contracts; the fund issuing platform is the core component of the whole system and is externally provided for the paying party and the collecting party to use; the Distributed ledger based on the block chain is mainly used for storing the income and income behaviors and the voucher of both capital parties, for example, the Distributed ledger may be a Fabric Distributed ledger, the Fabric Distributed ledger may be a hyper-hedger Fabric open source block chain Distributed ledger of linux foundation, the Distributed ledger (Distributed ledger) is a database shared, copied and synchronized among network members, the Distributed ledger records transactions among network participants, such as the exchange of assets or data, and the time and expense cost caused by the mediation of different ledgers are reduced by the shared ledger. In some embodiments, the first user is a lender, the second user is a payee, the first user device is a device used by the lender, the second user device is a device used by the lender, the lender may add a new resource distribution plan (e.g., a loan plan) for a target service between the lender and the second user (payee) in a merchant application on the first user device, taking the resource distribution plan as an example of the loan plan, the loan plan includes but is not limited to a loan time point, a loan amount (a support threshold), a loan verification manner (e.g., face verification, short message verification), etc., the first user device generates a corresponding new resource distribution plan request and transmits the new resource distribution plan request to the fund broker control platform, and the new fund broker platform in the fund broker control platform generates a corresponding to the new resource distribution plan request, the deposited resource plan includes, but is not limited to, at least one resource depositing time point corresponding to the depositor, at least a resource quantity that the depositor needs to deposit at each resource depositing time point, at least one resource dispensing time point corresponding to the payee, and a resource quantity that each resource dispensing time point dispenses to the payee, and sends an execution detail corresponding to the deposited resource plan to the second user device of the payee, for example, a link of the execution detail is sent to the payee by a short message, or the execution detail is directly sent to the payee in the merchant application.
In step S12, the proxy resource control platform writes the deposit resource plan into the distributed ledger based on the block chain in response to a confirmation request sent by the second user equipment for the deposit resource plan by the second user. In some embodiments, the payee may view the execution details directly in the merchant application, or the payee may jump to the merchant application to view the execution details by clicking a link in the short message. In some embodiments, if the payee confirms the execution details, the second user device may send a corresponding confirmation request to the funds control platform. In some embodiments, the payee may confirm the execution details only after verification by identification (e.g., face recognition). In some embodiments, the funding brokerage control platform, upon receiving the confirmation request, transitions the state of the deposit resource plan to validated and writes the deposit resource plan to the blockchain based distributed ledger.
In step S13, the brokering resource control platform reads the deposit resource plan from the distributed ledger and adds a first resource that the first user has sent to an intermediate resource account from the intermediate resource account to a second resource account of the second user according to the deposit resource plan. In some embodiments, the deposit resource plan is read from the distributed ledger by the fund-issuing control platform, and according to the deposit resource plan, at each resource issuing time point in the deposit resource plan, the first resource of the resource issuing amount corresponding to the resource issuing time point is added to the resource account of the payee from the intermediate resource account, wherein the resource in the intermediate resource account is sent from the account of the depositor to the intermediate resource account before the resource issuing time point, or the depositor directly charges the deposit into the intermediate resource account before the resource issuing time point. In some embodiments, at the resource issuance time point, the remaining resource amount in the intermediate resource account needs to be greater than or equal to the resource issuance amount corresponding to the resource issuance time point, and if not, the fund issuing control platform sends a corresponding deposit reminding message to the lender, for example, the deposit reminding message is sent to the lender by a short message, or the deposit reminding message is directly sent to the lender in the merchant application, so as to notify the lender to send or directly recharge and deposit the resource in the resource issuance amount corresponding to the resource issuance time point into the intermediate resource account. In some embodiments, at the resource issuance time point, if the remaining resource amount in the intermediate resource account is less than the resource issuance amount corresponding to the resource issuance time point, and the remaining resource amount in the depositor's account is greater than or equal to the current resource shortage amount of the intermediate resource account, the fund transfer control platform may automatically add the current resource shortage amount from the depositor's account to the intermediate resource account. In some embodiments, at each resource issuing time point in the deposit resource plan, the originating resource control platform automatically adds the first resource of the resource issuing amount corresponding to the resource issuing time point from the intermediate resource account to the resource account of the payee, or, at each resource issuing time point and after the time point, the originating resource control platform needs to respond to the resource issuing application request of the payee about the deposit resource plan, and then adds the first resource of the resource issuing amount corresponding to the resource issuing time point from the intermediate resource account to the resource account of the payee instead of automatically adding the first resource of the resource issuing amount corresponding to the resource issuing time point. In some embodiments, for each pair of payee and depositor, or for each transaction between each pair of payee and depositor, the funds-brokering control platform generates a unique third-party intermediate resource account that only supports the funds-brokering control platform to add resources from one of the parties 'accounts to the intermediate resource account, or one of the parties sends resources on its account to the intermediate resource account, or one of the parties deposits resources directly to the intermediate resource account, and the funds-brokering control platform adds resources from the intermediate resource account to one of the parties' resource accounts. In some embodiments, after the funding brokerage control platform adds the first resource that the lender has transferred to the intermediate resource account from the intermediate resource account to the resource account of the payee, the funding brokerage control platform also sends a corresponding funding success prompt to the second user device of the payee, e.g., sends the funding success prompt to the payee in a form of a short message, to prompt the payee to confirm the collection in the merchant application. According to the method and the system, the generation resource control platform can solve the problem of resource safety, can ensure that the resource can arrive in time and can furthest ensure the rights and interests of both parties through means of resource hosting, resource behavior cochain and the like.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and the proxy resource control platform responds to an account opening request sent by the first user equipment or the second user equipment, and opens a resource account for the first user or the second user. In some embodiments, the payee and the payer need to open a resource account in the generation fund control platform, and after both parties open the resource account, the payer may add a new resource issuing plan for a target service between the payee and the payer in the merchant application, where the resource account is used to store a resource of the corresponding user in the generation fund control platform, the user may store the resource (e.g., fund) in the resource account, and the user may also present the resource (e.g., fund) in the resource account.
In some embodiments, the provisioning an account for the first user or the second user in response to the account provisioning request sent by the first user device or the second user device includes: responding to an account opening request sent by the first user equipment or the second user equipment, and acquiring qualification information uploaded by the first user or the second user; and auditing the qualification information, and opening a resource account for the first user or the second user if the auditing is passed. In some embodiments, the payee and the depositor need to upload their respective merchant qualifications in the merchant application, and then the fund issuing control platform will audit the merchant qualifications of both parties, and only if the audit is passed, the resource account will be opened in the fund issuing control platform for the payee or the depositor, and the corresponding prompt information indicating that the opening of the account is successful is sent to the payee or the depositor.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: the substitute sending resource control platform responds to an opening request, sent by the second user equipment, of a resource substitute sending product corresponding to the target service, generated by the second user, and sent to the first user equipment; and in response to a confirmation request, sent by the first user device, of the first user for the credit granting request, generating a first contract between the first user and the generation resource control platform, a second contract between the second user and the generation resource control platform, and a third contract between the first user and the second user, and writing the first contract, the second contract, and the third contract into the distributed ledger. In some embodiments, the payee needs to open a fund transfer product for a target service between the payee and the merchant application first, and the lender can add a new resource issuing plan for the target service only when the fund transfer product corresponding to the target service is opened, where the fund transfer product is an authorized deduction, that is, after the authorization of the lender is obtained, the transfer control platform can transfer funds in a resource account of the lender to an intermediate resource account and/or transfer funds in the intermediate resource account to a resource account of the payee. In some embodiments, the second user device, in response to the payee opening a fund-issuing product, sends a corresponding opening request to the fund-issuing control platform, and then the fund-issuing control platform generates a corresponding credit-granting request to send to the lender, for example, a link of the credit-granting request is sent to the lender by a short message, the lender can pull up the merchant application and jump to a credit-granting page corresponding to the credit-granting request by clicking the short message link, and then the lender needs to perform identity recognition (for example, face recognition, which is compared with a face image on an identity card uploaded by the lender when opening an account) on the credit-granting page, recognize that the credit can be confirmed by the lender after the confirmation is passed, the first user device sends a corresponding confirmation request to the fund-issuing control platform, and then the fund-issuing control platform generates a first contract, a second contract, and a third contract between the lender and the fund-issuing control platform based on the confirmation request, And at the moment, the resource issuing generation product corresponding to the target service is considered to be opened, the first contract, the second contract, the third contract and corresponding certificate information are written into the distributed account book, and then the credit success prompt information is sent to the payee, for example, the payee is prompted to successfully credit in a short message manner. In some embodiments, the fund generation control platform sends the first contract and the third contract to the depositor for confirmation, and also sends the second contract and the third contract to the payee for confirmation, and then after the depositor and the payee both confirm to pass, the resource generation product corresponding to the target service is regarded as opened, and at this time, the first contract, the second contract, the third contract and the corresponding certificate information are written into the distributed ledger. In some embodiments, after receiving the resource issuing-instead-of-fulfillment request, the fund issuing-instead control platform may first perform an audit on the merchant qualification of the payee and/or the merchant qualification of the depositor, and only after the audit is passed, may generate a corresponding credit granting request to send to the depositor.
In some embodiments, the generating, in response to an opening request of a resource broker product corresponding to the target service and sent by the second user equipment, a trust request to send to the first user equipment includes: responding to an opening request, sent by the second user equipment, of the second user for the resource generation product corresponding to the target service, verifying the target service according to a first service contract corresponding to the target service uploaded by the second user, and if the verification is passed, generating a credit granting request and sending the credit granting request to the first user equipment. In some embodiments, when the payee opens the fund issuing-for-delivery product, a service contract related to the target service between the payee and the depositor needs to be uploaded in the merchant application, after the fund issuing-for-delivery control platform receives the resource issuing-for-delivery request, the target service needs to be checked according to the service contract, and only when the check is passed, a corresponding credit granting request is generated and sent to the depositor, for example, whether signature information and stamping information in the service contract are real and valid is checked.
In some embodiments, the auditing the target service according to the first service contract corresponding to the target service uploaded by the second user includes: and auditing the target service according to a first service contract corresponding to the target service uploaded by the second user and a second service contract corresponding to the target service uploaded by the first user. In some embodiments, the lender also needs to upload a business contract between the lender and the payee about the target business in the merchant application, and then the funds-brokering control platform needs to check the target business according to the two business contracts, for example, to check whether the contract contents of the two business contracts are the same. For another example, the signature information and the seal information in the two service contracts are checked to see if they are consistent.
In some embodiments, the deposit resource plan includes at least one of:
1) time point of depositing resource
In some embodiments, the deposited resource Time points include at least one resource deposit Time point for the depositor and at least one resource release Time point for the payee, e.g., the depositor needs a first deposit before Time point Time1 and a second deposit before Time point Time2, respectively. For another example, the payee may receive a first payout at Time3 and a second payout at Time 4.
2) Quantity of resources stored
In some embodiments, depositing the amount of the resource includes depositing at least the amount of the resource that the depositor needs to deposit at each point in Time when the resource is deposited, depositing at least the amount of the resource to the payee at each point in Time when the resource is dispensed, e.g., depositing at least a first amount of funds before Time1 and depositing at least a second amount of funds before Time2, respectively. As another example, the payee may receive funds in at least a third amount at Time point Time3 and at least a fourth amount at Time point Time 4.
3) Resource distribution checking mode
In some embodiments, the payee needs to be checked before the deposit is placed on the payee, and the checking manner includes but is not limited to face checking, fingerprint checking, password checking, short message checking, and the like.
4) Materials required for resource distribution
In some embodiments, the payee is required to upload or fill in the specified materials according to the deposit resource plan before placing a payment to the payee.
5) Any combination of the above deposit resource plans
In some embodiments, the step S11 includes: the generation resource control platform responds to a newly increased resource distribution plan request, sent by first user equipment, of a first user for a target service, confirms the newly increased resource distribution plan request, generates a stored resource plan if the newly increased resource distribution plan request passes the confirmation, and sends the stored resource plan to second user equipment. In some embodiments, after receiving a new resource distribution plan request for a target service from a lender, the fund generation control platform may confirm format information or specific content information of the new resource distribution plan request, and regenerate a corresponding stored resource plan after confirming that the new resource distribution plan request is correct, for example, may confirm whether the format information of the new resource distribution plan request meets a predetermined format requirement, and for example, may also confirm whether the specific content information of the new resource distribution plan request matches a service contract of the target service. In some embodiments, the newly added resource distribution plan request may also be confirmed according to a service contract uploaded by the lender in the merchant application and/or a service contract uploaded by the payee in the merchant application, for example, whether the specific content information of the newly added resource distribution plan request matches the service contract, for example, whether the time point of the stored resource in the newly added resource distribution plan request is consistent with the contract time node of the service contract, and whether the total number of the stored resource in the newly added resource distribution plan request is consistent with the contract amount of the service contract.
