Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present application better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
How to integrate and manage information related to projects is a problem that is yet to be solved. The inventors of the present application have found that, for a certain project, in order to integrate information related to the project, a user (e.g., a project manager or a project participant) can determine information related to the project, tag the information related to the project, and integrate the information related to the project by using the tag.
In order to avoid information leakage related to the project in the project development stage, for the tag related to the project, an authority can be set for the tag, wherein only a user with the tag authority can execute corresponding operation on the tag.
Currently, the authority of a tag is strongly coupled with the authority of information provided with the tag, but this way does not meet the actual requirement. For example, if the information 1 is labeled with the label 1 and the user 1 has the label authority of the label 1, the user 1 correspondingly has the viewing authority of the information 1. But this approach does not effectively protect information security. Since, for the same project, multiple organizations are involved in the development of the project, the emphasis points for which different organizations are responsible may differ, and accordingly, for information with high security requirements, in principle, only members of the organization that created the information can view it. For another example, if the information 1 is marked with the label 1, and the user 1 does not have the label authority of the label 1, the user 1 cannot view the information 1 correspondingly, but if the authority setting of the label 1 is strict and the information 1 itself does not have a special confidentiality requirement, this is not favorable for information sharing.
In view of this, embodiments of the present application provide an information processing method, which can implement management of information related to a project. Various non-limiting embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Exemplary method
Referring to fig. 1, this figure is a schematic flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application.
The method provided by the embodiment of the present application may be executed by a first device, where the first device may be a client or a server, and the embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited.
In this embodiment, a target application may be installed on the first device. The first user mentioned in the embodiment of the present application refers to a user corresponding to an account for logging in the target application program on the first device.
The information mentioned in the embodiments of the present application, such as the first information, the second information, the third information, or the target information, may be one of a task, a schedule, a message, a document, a chat group, and the like, unless otherwise specified. The information unit mentioned in the embodiment of the present application may also be one of a task, a schedule, a message, a document, a chat group, and the like. In some scenarios, "information unit" and "information" may be used interchangeably.
The "#" in the embodiment and the drawings of the present application is a tag identifier, and of course, the tag identifier is not limited to the "#" and may be other symbols.
The method shown in fig. 1 and the method shown in fig. 3 below may be combined and referred to each other without conflict.
All drawings in the embodiments of the present application, for example, fig. 2, fig. 4a to fig. 4e, are only shown for convenience of understanding contents related to the embodiments of the present application, and do not constitute a limitation on the embodiments of the present application. Other contents may also be included in the pages shown in fig. 2 and fig. 4a to 4e, and the embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited.
In this embodiment, the method may include, for example, the steps of: S101-S102.
S101: determining the authority of a first user to a first label and the viewing authority of the first user to first information, wherein the first information is provided with the first label.
In the embodiment of the application, the permission of the first user for the first tag and the permission of the first user for viewing the first information may be stored locally at a client corresponding to the first user, or stored on a server of the target application program. The first device may locally obtain, from a client corresponding to the first user, the permission of the first user for the first tag and the permission of the first user for viewing the first information, or obtain, from the server, the permission of the first user for the first tag and the permission of the first user for viewing the first information, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application. It is understood that the client corresponding to the first user mentioned herein is installed with the target application.
S102: and determining the content presented to the first user according to the authority of the first user to the first label and the viewing authority of the first user to the first information.
In the embodiment of the present application, for the first tag, the first tag itself has the authority, and for the information having the first tag, for example, the first information also has the corresponding viewing authority. The viewing right of the first information is independent of the right of the first tag, and the viewing right of the first information mentioned herein is used to indicate whether the first user has the right to view the first information, for example, it can be determined whether the first user can view the content of the first information and/or which part of the content of the first information can be viewed according to the viewing right of the first information.
In the embodiment of the present application, the content presented to the first user needs to consider not only the viewing right of the first user to the first information, but also the right of the first user to the first tag. Therefore, the problems of information safety and unfavorable information sharing caused by determining the content presented to the first user only by considering the authority of the first user on the first label are avoided. The content presented to the first user may be presented on a client corresponding to the first user.
In one example, the first user's permission to the first tab includes a first user's viewing permission to the first tab. The viewing permission of the first user for the first label is used for indicating whether the first user has permission for viewing the associated information of the first label. The association information of the first tag mentioned here refers to information having an association relationship with the first tag. Accordingly, the viewing permissions of the first user for the associated information of the first tag may include, but are not limited to, whether the client used by the first user is capable of presenting the first tag, for example. In some application scenarios, assuming that a user has a viewing right for certain information but does not have a viewing right for certain tag a, if the user views the information at a client used by the user, the information is not displayed in association with tag a.
In one example, the associated information of the first tag may be presented on an associated page of the first tag. For this case, the first user's viewing permission for the first tab is used to indicate whether the first user has permission to view the associated page of the first tab. For this situation, if the first user has the viewing right for the first tag, the first user may view the page associated with the first tag, and if the first user does not have the viewing right for the first tag, the first user may not view the page associated with the first tag.
In one example, for first information with a first tag, if the first user has the viewing right to the first tag and does not have the viewing right to the first information, it is determined that the first information is not included in a first page presented to the first user. The first page mentioned here may be an associated page of the first tag, or may be another page, for example, an instant messaging session interface. In other words, even if the first user has the viewing permission of the first tag, if the first user does not have the viewing permission of the first information, the content presented to the first user does not include the first information. For example, if the first page is an associated page of the first tag, the associated page does not include the first information. By adopting the mode, the information security of the first information can be effectively protected.
In one example, the first page may be, for example, an instant messaging session interface, and in this case, the first information may be a file published by another user in an instant messaging session indicated by the instant messaging session interface. It is to be understood that the first user is a user included in the instant messaging session indicated by the instant messaging session interface. For this situation, if the first user does not have the corresponding viewing right for the file published in the instant messaging session indicated by the instant messaging session interface by the other users, the instant messaging session interface displayed on the client corresponding to the first user does not include the first information. For example, the first user and the second user are both users in an instant messaging session interface, the second user issues a document, and the first user does not have the viewing right of the document, so that the instant messaging session interface displayed on the client corresponding to the first user does not include the document. In one scenario, the instant messaging session indicated by the instant messaging session interface may only include the first user and the second user, or may further include other users, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In one example, if the first user has the viewing right to the first tag, an associated page of the first tag may be presented to the first user, and the associated page may include, for example, summary information of an information unit that has the first tag and the viewing right of the first user. For example, if the first user has a right to view the second information and the second information has a first tag, the associated page of the first tag may include summary information of the information unit of the second information. Accordingly, if the first user does not have the viewing right for the first information, in one example, the summary information of the first information is not included in the associated page of the first tag presented to the first user. In the embodiment of the present application, the summary information of an information unit refers to a part of information in the information unit, for example, a part of keywords in the information unit. In yet another example, in the associated page of the first tag presented to the first user, summary information and prompt information of the first information may also be included, where the prompt information is used to prompt the first user not to have the viewing authority of the first information, and is used to prompt the first user to apply for the viewing authority of the first information from the owner of the first information. For this case, in one example, the first user may trigger a preset operation for the summary information of the first information to apply for the viewing right of the first information to the owner of the first information. The preset operation mentioned here may be, for example, a click operation.
In one example, for summary information of the second information displayed in the associated page, the first user may also trigger a preset operation for the summary information of the second information to enable viewing of the second information. The preset operation triggered by the first user for the summary information of the second information may be, for example, a click operation. In one example, if a first user triggers a preset operation for summary information of the second information, the first device may display the second information in response to the preset operation triggered by the first user for the summary information of the second information. For example, a page may be loaded separately in the associated page to display the second information, and for example, the second information may be displayed in a certain area, such as a sidebar, in the associated page. In yet another example, if a first user triggers a preset operation for the summary information of the second information, the first device may jump to a page including the second information in response to the preset operation triggered by the first user for the summary information of the second information. For example, when the second information is an instant messaging message, after the first user triggers a preset operation for the information abstract of the second information, the first user may jump to an instant messaging session interface where the instant messaging message is located; for another example, when the second information is a group, after the first user triggers a preset operation for the information abstract of the second information, the first user may jump to an instant messaging session interface corresponding to the group; and so on.
In another example, if the first user has the right to use the first tag, the first information is information in an instant messaging session. And if the first user is not the user in the instant messaging session, the first user does not necessarily have the viewing permission of the first information. However, if the first user subsequently joins the instant messaging session including the first information, in some application scenarios, the first user has a right to view the first information, and at this time, the first information having the first tag in the instant messaging session may be presented to the first user in an associated manner. The associating and presenting the first information with the first label means presenting both the first information and an association relationship between the first information and the first label. The first user may determine that the first information is provided with the first tag by associating the first information presented with the first tag.
As described above, the viewing permission of the first user for the first tag may be used to indicate whether the first user has permission to view the associated information of the first tag, and the associated information of the first tag may be presented in the associated page of the first tag. Therefore, in some embodiments, if the first user does not have the viewing permission of the first tab, the content presented to the first user does not include the associated page of the first tab regardless of whether the first user has the viewing permission of the first information.
In one example, if the first user does not have the viewing permission of the first tag and has the viewing permission of the first information, the first device may determine the content presented to the first user, including: a page including first information. In addition, because the first user does not have the viewing right for the first tag, the association relationship between the first information and the first tag is not presented in the page including the first information. For convenience of description, the "page including the first information" is referred to as a second page, and the second page may include the first information, and the first user may view the first information on the second page, but the second page does not present the association relationship between the first information and the first tag. In other words, the first user may view the first information through the second page, but may not be able to determine that the first information has the first tag through the second page. The second page mentioned here may be, for example, an instant messaging session interface including the first user, and the first information may include, for example: the instant messaging session interface is used for indicating the instant messaging session, and/or the instant messaging session interface is used for indicating the instant messaging session indicated by the instant messaging session interface, and/or the instant messaging session indicated by the instant messaging session interface is used for indicating the instant messaging session. The instant messaging session interface mentioned here may be an instant messaging interface including two users, or an instant messaging session interface including more than two users, and the embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited.
The inventor of the present application finds that, at present, when a user tags information, there is no particular limitation on the tag used by the user, that is, for a certain tag, for example, "item a development," any user can tag the content that the user wants to tag with the tag. However, this does not facilitate integration of the aforementioned information related to the project. For example, a team a and a team B jointly develop a project a, the team a and the team B may tag related information (e.g., shared information that needs to be cooperatively processed) by using the tag "project a development", and other users may tag the related information by using the tag "project a development". Therefore, when information integration is performed by using the label "item a research and development", it is possible to integrate other content labeled by other users (for example, other users add the label "item a research and development" to certain information and do not set the access right of the information, or set the access right of the information just enough to enable members of team a and/or team B to view the information).
In view of this, in the embodiment of the present application, the authority of the first user to the first tag may further include, in addition to the viewing authority of the first tag to the first user, a usage authority of the first user to the first tag, where the usage authority of the first tag by the first user is used to indicate whether the first user has an authority to add the first tag to the information.
Regarding the usage right and the viewing right of the first tag, it should be noted that, in an example, the priority of the usage right may be higher than the viewing right, in other words, if the first user has the usage right of the first tag, the first user necessarily also has the viewing right of the first tag. On the contrary, if the first user has the viewing right of the first tag, the first user does not necessarily have the usage right of the first tag.
For the first label, the first user cannot add the first label according to own subjective intention, and whether the first user can use the first label is determined by the use permission of the first label.
In one example, the first user may add the first tag to the target information if the first user has usage rights for the first tag. The following describes an implementation manner in which the first user adds the first tag to the target information.
In one example, the first user may trigger a tag add operation for the target information. After the first user triggers the tag addition operation for the target information, the first device may display a tag addition page. The tag adding page comprises a character input area, and the first user can input at least a part of characters included in the first tag in the character input area. Correspondingly, after the first device acquires the character input by the first user, the first device may provide a corresponding tag candidate item for the first user according to the character input by the first user, and display the tag candidate item in the tag adding page, so that the user can select a tag to be added based on the tag candidate item. In one example, the tag candidate item includes a first tag, so that a first user may trigger a selection operation for the first tag, and after the first user may trigger the selection operation for the first tag, the first device may generate a correspondence between the first tag and the target information, thereby adding the first tag to the target information.
In one example, a first user may add a first tag to target information in a page associated with the first tag. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the first user can trigger an information block adding operation in the associated page of the first tag, and the first device displays at least one candidate information block in response to the information block adding operation triggered by the first user. The first user may select target information from the displayed at least one information block and then trigger a tag add operation with respect to the target information. After the first user triggers the tag adding operation for the target information, the first device may generate a corresponding relationship between the first tag and the target information in response to the first user triggering the tag adding operation for the target information, so as to add the first tag to the target information. The first user triggers an information block adding operation in the associated page of the first tag, for example, the first user may input a part of characters included in the target information in a character input area of the associated page.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, only when the first user has the right to use the first tag, the first user can add the first tag to the information. In one example, users within a certain team (e.g., a team of development project A) may be allowed to use the first tag, while users outside the team may not be allowed to use the first tag. Therefore, the situation that users outside the team add the first label to the information can be avoided, and the information of the project A is integrated based on the first label. Therefore, the scheme can be favorable for information integration.
In one example, the first user may trigger a viewing operation for the first tab. In one example, the first user may trigger a tag viewing operation for tag sharing information to trigger a viewing operation for a tag indicated by the tag sharing information. After the first user triggers the tag viewing operation on the tag sharing information, the first device may determine, based on the viewing permission of the first user on the tag indicated by the tag sharing information, the content presented in the tag-associated page presented to the first user. The tag sharing information may be, for example, a hyperlink or, for example, a tag identifier, and the embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited. The tag viewing operation triggered by the tag sharing information may be, for example, a click operation. Regarding the specific implementation of "determining the content presented in the tag-associated page presented to the first user based on the viewing permission of the first user for the tag indicated by the tag sharing information," reference may be made to the relevant description sections above for "viewing permission of the first user for the first tag" and "content presented in the tag-associated page presented to the first user," and a description thereof is not repeated here.
With regard to the above page added with a tag, it can be understood with reference to fig. 2, and fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a page added with a tag according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, after the first user inputs the character "# Q" in the tag adding page, tag candidates such as "all day test", "light service", "confirm" and the like shown in fig. 2 may appear, where the first tag is "light service", and the first user may trigger a selection operation for the first tag "light service", for example, click on the first tag "light service", so as to add the first tag to the target information.
The embodiment of the application also provides an information processing method, which is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 3, the figure is a schematic flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. The method shown in fig. 3 may be executed by a first device, and with regard to the first device, reference may be made to the relevant description section above, which is not described in detail here. The method shown in fig. 3, for example, may include the following S301-S302.
S301: and in response to a viewing operation triggered by a first user for a first tag, obtaining a viewing permission of the first user for the first tag, wherein the viewing permission is used for indicating whether the first user has a permission to view the associated information of the first tag.
In one example, the first user may trigger a viewing operation for the first tab. In one example, the first user may trigger a viewing operation for the first tag in a page including tag sharing information, where the tag sharing information may indicate an entry to access associated information of the first tag. As an example, the page including the tag sharing information may be an instant messaging session interface, and the tag sharing information may be shared by the user in the instant messaging session interface to the instant messaging session interface. In yet another example, the first user may search for the first tag in a tag management interface, and after searching for the first tag, a viewing operation for the first tag may be further triggered.
After the first user triggers the viewing operation for the first tag, the first device may obtain the viewing right of the first user for the first tag in response to the viewing operation triggered by the first user for the first tag, and then determine the content presented to the first user according to the viewing right of the first user for the first tag.
S302: and displaying the associated information of the first label under the condition that the first user is determined to have the viewing permission of the first label.
In one example, if the first user has the viewing right of the first tag, the first user may be presented with the associated information of the first tag.
In one implementation, the associated information of the first tag may be displayed on an associated page of the first tag. Therefore, S302 may display the associated page of the tag when implemented specifically.
The associated page may include summary information of an information unit having the first tag and a first user having a viewing right, for example. For example, if the first user has a right to view the second information and the second information has a first tag, the related page of the first tag may include summary information of an information unit of the second information. Accordingly, if the first user does not have the viewing right for the first information, in an example, the summary information of the first information is not included on the associated page of the first tag. In the embodiment of the present application, the summary information of an information unit refers to a part of information in the information unit, for example, a part of keywords in the information unit.
In this embodiment of the present application, the information digests of the information units with the first tag are presented in a classification manner in the associated page of the first tag according to the message domain from which each information unit originates. Wherein, the information unit with the first label comprises a first information unit, and the message field from which the first information unit originates is used for indicating the source of the first information unit. In one example, the message field from which the first information element originates is used to indicate a service provider to which the first information element corresponds. The service provider mentioned here may be, for example, an instant messaging session service provider, as well as a file service provider, and so on.
As to the information digests of the information units with the first tag being presented in a classification manner in the associated page of the first tag according to the message fields from which the information units are derived, it can be understood with reference to fig. 4a, where fig. 4a is a schematic diagram of an associated page of the first tag provided in this embodiment of the present application.
As shown in FIG. 4a, the association page includes 5 message fields, respectively "task", "calendar", "message", "document", and "chat group". In the associated page shown in fig. 4a, the message field "task" is in a selected state, and the page displays information summaries corresponding to 3 tasks, which are "project seminar", "complete research and development task 1", and "complete research and development task 2", respectively. It should be noted that, although the content corresponding to the message field "task" shown in fig. 4a is displayed in a list form, fig. 4a is shown merely for convenience of understanding, and does not constitute a limitation on the embodiment of the present application. In an example, the content corresponding to the message field "task" may also be displayed in the form of a canvas, and the user may switch the display form of the content corresponding to each tab through the controls "list" and "canvas" shown in fig. 4a, for example, which will not be described in detail herein.
In one example, for the summary information of the second information displayed in the associated page, the first user may also trigger a preset operation for the summary information of the second information to realize the viewing of the second information. Regarding the relevant description part of the first user for triggering the preset operation according to the summary information of the second information, reference may be made to the relevant description part of the method shown in fig. 1 above, and the description is not repeated here.
In yet another example, in addition to the summary information that may include the second information, for the third information, the summary information of the third information may be included in the associated page of the first tag even if the first user does not have the access right to the third information.
For this case, the first user may trigger a preset operation for the information summary of the third information, so as to apply for the viewing right of the third information to the owner of the third information. In an example, after the first user views the summary of the third information, if the first user wishes to further view the specific content of the third information, a preset operation may be triggered for the summary of the third information (for example, click on the summary of the point information) to apply for the owner of the third information for the viewing right of the third information. If the owner of the third information agrees to the application, the first user may further view the third information. The owner of the third information mentioned here may be, for example, a publisher or a creator of the third information.
In this way, for the third information with less strict confidentiality requirement, for example, the summary information of the third information can be displayed in the associated page of the first tag, and the first user is provided with an entrance for applying for viewing the third information, thereby facilitating information sharing.
As previously described, the first device may determine the content presented to the first user based on the first user's viewing rights to the first tag. In one example, if the first device determines that the first user does not have the permission to view the first tag, the first device may display first prompt information indicating that the first user does not have the permission to view the associated information of the first tag. In yet another example, the first prompt message may be used to instruct the first user to apply for the viewing permission of the first tag to the owner of the first tag, in addition to indicating that the first user does not have permission to view the associated information of the first tag. For this case, if the first user wishes to view the associated information of the first tag, a preset operation may be triggered for the first prompt information. The first device may apply for the viewing permission of the first tag to an owner of the first tag in response to a preset operation triggered by the first user for the first prompt information after the first user triggers the preset operation for the first prompt information, for example. If the owner of the first tag agrees to the application, the first user may view the associated information of the first tag, for example, the first device may display an associated page of the first tag.
As can be understood in conjunction with fig. 4b, fig. 4b is a schematic diagram of a page provided in the embodiment of the present application. In fig. 4b, if the first user does not have the viewing permission of the first tag "QA", the first device may display a first prompt message "no permission to view and click here to apply permission" after the first user triggers a viewing operation with respect to the first tag.
As mentioned above, the right of the first user to the first tag may include a right of the first user to use the first tag in addition to the right of the first user to view the first tag.
In one implementation, if the first user has the right to use the first tag, the first user may add the first tag to the target information. Regarding the implementation manner of adding the first tag to the target information by the first user, reference may be made to the relevant description part in the method shown in fig. 1 above, and a repeated description is not made here.
In another implementation manner, if the first user does not have the usage right of the first tag, the first device may further display second prompt information in the tag addition page, where the second prompt information is used to indicate that the first user does not have the usage right of the first tag. For example, the following steps are carried out: the first user inputs at least a part of characters contained in a first label in a label adding page, and the first device displays corresponding label candidate items in the label adding page, wherein the first label is one of the label candidate items. At this time, if the first user does not have the permission of the first tag, the tag addition page displays second prompt information. In yet another example, the second prompt may be used to instruct the first user to apply for the usage right of the first tag to the owner of the first tag, in addition to indicating that the first user does not have the usage right of the first tag. For this case, if the first user wishes to use the first tag, a preset operation may be triggered for the second prompt information. The first device may apply for the usage right of the first tag to the owner of the first tag in response to a preset operation triggered by the first user for the second prompt information after the first user triggers the preset operation for the second prompt information, for example. If the owner of the first tag agrees with the application, the first user may add the first tag to the target information.
As can be understood with reference to fig. 4c, fig. 4c is a schematic diagram of a tag adding page provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 4c, after the first user inputs the character "# Q" in the tag adding page, tag candidates such as "all day test", "light service", "confirm" and the like shown in fig. 4c appear, and for the first tag candidate "light service", second prompt information is also displayed: "No permission click applies for permission here".
In this embodiment of the present application, the usage right of the first tag and the viewing right of the first tag may be set by an owner of the first tag. In one example, an owner of the first tag may trigger an authority setting operation on an authority setting interface of the first tag to implement authority setting on the first tag. After the owner of the first tag can trigger the permission setting operation on the permission setting interface of the first tag, the first device can respond to the permission setting operation to acquire the use permission and/or the viewing permission of the first tag set by the owner of the first tag. After the usage right and/or the viewing right of the first tag set by the owner of the first tag are/is acquired, the right setting information of the first tag can be generated.
Fig. 4d is a schematic diagram of a permission setting interface of a tag according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The owner of the first tag "QA" can set the rights to said first tag through the three rights setting options 401, 402 and 403 provided in fig. 4 d. As described above, the priority of the usage right is higher than the priority of the viewing right, and therefore, if the owner of the first tag sets the right of the first tag by using the option 401, it indicates that all members in the organization have both the usage right and the viewing right of the first tag. If the owner of the first tag sets the authority of the first tag by using the option 402 or 403, the owner of the first tag may further set the designated user.
The owner of the first tag mentioned in the embodiments of the present application may be the creator of the first tag. For example, for an item for which the first tag was created by the principal, the owner of the first tag may be the principal of the item.
In addition, considering that the project leader may be changed, after the project leader is changed, the leader before the change should not act as the owner of the first tag. Thus, in embodiments of the present application, the identity of the owner of the first tag may be transferred. The history owner of the first tag may transfer the owner of the first tag to other users by performing an owner identity transfer operation. In one example, the history owner may perform the label transfer operation in a setting interface of the first label, and designate a user as an owner of the first label. As can be understood by referring to fig. 4e, fig. 4e is a schematic diagram of a label setting interface provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG. 4e, a history owner of the first tag "QA", such as user A, may trigger the owner identity transfer operation by clicking on "transfer" as shown in FIG. 4e and further designate the user as the new owner.
