acquiring corresponding basic parameter information in the accounting request according to the received accounting request, wherein the basic parameter information comprises information of security participation units and information of security participation personnel;
traversing the policy library according to the corresponding relation between the basic parameter information and the element library to obtain a matched policy set;
acquiring matched accounting rules according to the policy information in the matched policy set and the rule base;
traversing the matched accounting rules, and acquiring the matched accounting algorithm corresponding to the matched accounting rules through the algorithm library;
and outputting a service data processing result according to the matching accounting algorithm and a preset format and field, wherein the service data processing result comprises personnel, dangerous seeds, a fee period and money information.
