Abstract

The application relates to a business document conversion method, a business document conversion device, a computer device, a storage medium and a computer program product. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a sub-type document to be converted; based on the main type bill to which the sub-type bill to be converted belongs, acquiring a bill conversion rule, a conversion template and an associated mapping form corresponding to the main type bill, wherein the mapping form records the mapping relation between fields in the sub-type bill and fields in a corresponding public bill, and the public bill is a form containing fields in the main type bill; and based on the conversion template, converting the to-be-converted bill according to the bill conversion rule and the mapping form to obtain a corresponding target bill. By adopting the method, the conversion of the sub-type document by using the document conversion rule and the conversion template corresponding to the attributive main type document is realized to generate the target document, and the document conversion efficiency is improved.

Technical Field

The present application relates to the field of computer technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for converting a document, a computer device, and a storage medium.

Background

With the development of computer technology, more and more enterprises convert the documents into financial vouchers for accounting and preservation through the ERP system.

With the improvement of the refinement degree of enterprise management, the business document types are subdivided into a plurality of business document subtypes along with the scene, in the prior art, each subtype document needs to be converted into a financial document according to configured document conversion rules and corresponding document conversion templates, and a large number of document conversion rules and conversion templates increase the workload of development and maintenance personnel, so that the subtype document conversion efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, there is a need to provide a method, an apparatus, a computer device, a computer readable storage medium, and a computer program product for converting documents, which improve the conversion efficiency of documents.

The application provides a bill conversion method, which comprises the following steps:

acquiring a sub-type document to be converted;

based on the main type bill to which the sub-type bill to be converted belongs, acquiring a bill conversion rule, a conversion template and an associated mapping form corresponding to the main type bill, wherein the mapping form records the mapping relation between fields in the sub-type bill and fields in a corresponding public bill, and the public bill is a form containing fields in the main type bill;

and based on the conversion template, converting the to-be-converted bill according to the bill conversion rule and the mapping form to obtain a corresponding target bill.

In one embodiment, based on the conversion template, converting the to-be-converted document type according to the document conversion rule and the mapping form to obtain a corresponding target document includes:

adding field data corresponding to fields in the sub-type document to be converted to the conversion template based on the document conversion rule and the mapping form;

and replacing the fields existing in the mapping form in the conversion template with the corresponding mapping fields to obtain the target document corresponding to the sub-type document to be converted.

In one embodiment, adding field data corresponding to fields in the sub-type document to be converted to the conversion template based on the document conversion rule and the mapping form comprises:

if the sub-type document to be converted has the field same as the field to be converted, processing the field data corresponding to the field to be converted based on the document conversion rule, and adding the processing result to the field corresponding to the conversion template; the field to be converted is a field processed by converting the bill conversion rule and is consistent with a field in a corresponding main type bill;

and if the sub-type document to be converted does not have the field same as the field to be converted, inquiring the mapping field corresponding to the field to be converted based on the mapping form, processing the field data corresponding to the mapping field as the field data corresponding to the field to be processed based on the document conversion rule, and adding the processing result to the field corresponding to the conversion template.

In one embodiment, replacing fields existing in the mapping form in the conversion template with corresponding mapping fields to obtain a target document corresponding to the sub-type document to be converted includes:

acquiring each template field in the conversion template;

determining a current template field from the template fields;

when the mapping field corresponding to the current template field is inquired in the mapping form, replacing the current template field in the conversion template with the inquired mapping field;

and obtaining the next template field as the current template field, and returning the mapping field corresponding to the current template field when the mapping field corresponding to the current template field is inquired in the mapping form, replacing the current template field in the conversion template with the inquired mapping field until the inquiry of each template field is finished, so as to obtain the target document corresponding to the sub-type document to be converted.

In one embodiment, before obtaining a document conversion rule, a conversion template and an associated mapping form corresponding to the sub-type document to be converted based on the main type document to which the sub-type document to be converted belongs, the method further includes:

acquiring fields in the sub-type document to be converted;

acquiring fields in the compared target main type bills and a mapping form related to the target main type bills;

comparing the field in the sub-type document to be converted with the field in the target main type document to obtain a different field in the sub-type document to be converted, which is different from the field in the target main type document;

and inquiring a reference field corresponding to the difference field based on the mapping form, wherein if the difference field has the corresponding reference field, the target main type bill is the main type bill to which the sub-type bill to be converted belongs.

The application also provides a document conversion device, the device includes:

the receiving module is used for acquiring the sub-type document to be converted;

the obtaining module is used for obtaining a bill conversion rule, a conversion template and an associated mapping form corresponding to the main type bill based on the main type bill to which the subtype bill to be converted belongs, wherein the mapping form records the mapping relation between fields in the subtype bill and fields in a corresponding public bill, and the public bill is a form containing fields in the main type bill;

and the conversion module is used for converting the to-be-converted bill type according to the bill conversion rule and the mapping form based on the conversion template to obtain a corresponding target bill.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.

The document conversion method provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. Wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. The data storage system may store data that the server 104 needs to process. The data storage system may be integrated on the server 104, or may be located on the cloud or other network server. The terminal 102 sends an subtype bill conversion request to the server 104, the server 104 obtains a subtype bill to be converted, analyzes a main type bill to which the subtype bill to be converted belongs, obtains a bill conversion rule, a conversion template and a related mapping form corresponding to the main type bill, converts the subtype bill into a target bill according to the bill conversion rule, the conversion template and the mapping form corresponding to the main type bill, and the server 104 sends the target bill to the terminal 102. When a new added sub-type document is generated by subdividing a service scene, the terminal 102 sends a request for updating a mapping form to the server 104, the server 104 obtains a difference field in the new added sub-type document, which is different from a field in an attributive main type document, and a reference field in a public document, which corresponds to the difference field, and records the mapping relationship between the difference field and the reference field in the mapping form associated with the main type document. The terminal 102 may be, but is not limited to, at least one of various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and the like. The server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster comprised of multiple servers.

In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a document conversion method is provided, and this embodiment is illustrated by applying the method to a terminal, it is to be understood that the method may also be applied to a server, and may also be applied to a system including the terminal and the server, and is implemented through interaction between the terminal and the server. In this embodiment, the method includes the steps of:

step 202, obtaining the sub-type document to be converted.

The document refers to a form bearing business data. For example, the order created by the user is used for recording the purchase item, and the formed document has information such as the name, price or brand of the purchase item. The subtype bill is a bill after the business scene is subdivided, and is different from partial fields of the main type bill. It is understood that subtype documents are a branch of main type documents. For example, in the ERP system, the charge reimbursement bill is a main type bill, and the telephone charge reimbursement bill, the water and electricity charge reimbursement bill, the traffic charge reimbursement bill and the like generated by the charge reimbursement bill according to the use scene subdivision are all subtype bills.

Specifically, the terminal 102 sends the sub-type document to be converted to the server 104.

In one embodiment, the sub-type document to be converted may come from or interface with an ERP system.

And step 204, acquiring a bill conversion rule, a conversion template and an associated mapping form corresponding to the main type bill based on the main type bill to which the sub-type bill to be converted belongs, wherein the mapping form records the mapping relation between fields in the sub-type bill and fields in a corresponding public bill, and the public bill is a form containing fields in the main type bill.

The document conversion rule is a rule for defining a document to generate a target document. A conversion template refers to a form in a fixed, standardized structural form, which can be understood as a document or voucher having fixed fields, presented in a fixed form. The mapping form refers to a form that records the correspondence between fields in the subtype form and fields in the public form. The correspondence may be a one-to-one correspondence or a many-to-one correspondence.

Specifically, the server 102 obtains a document conversion rule and a conversion template corresponding to a main type document to which a sub-type document to be converted belongs, and a related mapping form.

In one embodiment, if the configured conversion template exists in the main type bill, the acquired conversion template configured by the main type bill is used as a conversion template corresponding to the main type bill; and if the master type document does not have the configured conversion template, taking the acquired conversion template configured by the public document associated with the master type document as the conversion template corresponding to the master type document.

And step 206, based on the conversion template, converting the to-be-converted bill type according to the bill conversion rule and the mapping form to obtain a corresponding target bill.

The target document is a form generated by the business document according to the document conversion rule and the conversion template, and the target document can be a document, a financial voucher and the like. Specifically, the server 104 converts the sub-type document to be converted into the target document based on the document conversion rule and the conversion template corresponding to the main type document and the associated mapping form.

In one embodiment, after the sub-type document to be converted is converted into the target document, one or more operations of gathering, counting, analyzing and the like are performed on the target document.

In the bill conversion method, the sub-type bill to be converted is obtained, the field in the sub-type bill to be converted is compared with the field in the target main-type bill, and the main-type bill to which the sub-type bill to be converted belongs is determined; and obtaining a bill conversion rule and a conversion template corresponding to the main type bill, and converting the sub-type bill to be converted into a corresponding target bill based on the bill conversion rule and the conversion template corresponding to the main type bill. The main type document is subdivided into a plurality of sub-type documents according to the scene, and each sub-type document is converted into the target document based on the document conversion rule and the conversion template corresponding to the main type document, so that the workload of developers and maintainers for newly increasing and maintaining the document conversion rule and the conversion template is reduced, and the conversion efficiency of the sub-type documents is improved.

In one embodiment, step 206 includes:

adding field data corresponding to fields in the sub-type document to be converted to a conversion template based on a document conversion rule and a mapping form; and replacing fields existing in the mapping form in the conversion template with corresponding mapping fields to obtain a target document corresponding to the sub-type document to be converted.

Wherein, the field refers to the attribute set in the receipt. For example, the department, personnel, time, business contact list number, business examination and approval list number, transportation fee, lodging fee, meal fee and the like are set in the travel expense reimbursement list. In the embodiment, the field data in the sub-type document to be converted is added to the conversion template corresponding to the main type document according to the document conversion rule corresponding to the main type document and the associated mapping form, so that the problem that a corresponding document conversion rule needs to be added when a new sub-type document is added is avoided, and the document conversion efficiency is improved. In one embodiment, adding field data corresponding to fields in the subtype document to be converted to a conversion template based on the document conversion rule and the mapping form comprises:

if the sub-type document to be converted has the field same as the field to be converted, processing the field data corresponding to the field to be converted based on the document conversion rule, and adding the processing result to the field corresponding to the conversion template; the field to be converted is a field for converting the document conversion rule and is consistent with the field in the corresponding main type document; and if the sub-type document to be converted does not have the field same as the field to be converted, inquiring the mapping field corresponding to the field to be converted based on the mapping form, processing the field data corresponding to the mapping field as the field data corresponding to the field to be processed based on the document conversion rule, and adding the processing result to the field corresponding to the conversion template.

The field to be converted refers to a field processed by converting the document conversion rule, and can be understood as a field which can be identified by the document conversion rule. For example, the bill conversion rule corresponding to the charge reimbursement bill sets charges as fields to be converted, the bill conversion rule needs to add field data corresponding to the charges to reimbursement charges in the conversion template, telephone charges are set in the telephone charge reimbursement bill, and the bill conversion rule cannot identify the telephone charges to obtain the field data corresponding to the charges. The processing refers to operation on field data through a calculation rule, and may include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, composite operation, and the like.

Specifically, if the fields identical to the fields to be converted exist in the sub-type document to be converted, the field data corresponding to the fields to be converted are obtained from the sub-type document to be converted, the obtained field data are processed according to the operation rules set by the document conversion rules, and the processing results are added to the corresponding fields in the conversion template. In the embodiment, the field data corresponding to the field to be converted is acquired from the sub-type document to be converted based on the mapping form, the acquired field data is processed according to the operation rule set by the document conversion rule, and the processing result is added to the corresponding field in the conversion template, so that the accuracy of the target document is improved.

In one embodiment, replacing fields existing in the mapping form in the conversion template with corresponding mapping fields to obtain the target form corresponding to the sub-type form to be converted comprises:

In one embodiment, the server 104 obtains a difference field by comparing a field in the new increment type document with a field in the main type document, matches a corresponding reference field for the difference field based on a preset database, establishes a mapping relationship between the difference field and the reference field, and presents the established mapping table at the terminal 102 to remind the user of confirmation.

In the embodiment, the obtained sub-type document to be converted is a new sub-type document, the mapping relation between the difference field and the reference field is established in the mapping form associated with the attributive main type, a foundation is laid for the subsequent new sub-type document to generate the target document by using the document conversion rule of the main type document, and the conversion efficiency of the new sub-type document is improved.

The mapping form is updated through the setting interface shown in fig. 7, the setting interface includes a source form, a target form, a source form field and a target form field, the input of the source form and the target form is completed through uploading the form or selecting the existing form, the source form is a new increment type form, the target form is a public form associated with the home type form to which the target form belongs, the source form field is the difference field, the target form field is the reference field, and the selection of the source form field and the target form field is completed through selecting or manually inputting the difference field and the reference field. As shown in fig. 7, in the document association mapping, the source form selects the travel reimbursement bill, the target form selects the expense reimbursement bill template, the source form selects fields in the travel reimbursement bill different from the expense reimbursement bill, including three fields of accommodation cost, accommodation time and accommodation personnel, the target form field selects a reference field in the expense reimbursement bill template corresponding to a difference field in the travel reimbursement bill, including three fields of reimbursement cost, use time and reimbursement personnel, and after the storage, the mapping relationship between accommodation cost and reimbursement cost, accommodation time and use time, accommodation personnel and reimbursement personnel is established.

And if the financial staff or the related staff of the business department do not operate the setting interface after the new accessory type bill, the new accessory type bill determines that the affiliated main type bill is empty, the operator is prompted to convert the accessory type bill into the new accessory type bill, and the operator updates the corresponding mapping form through the steps.

And acquiring the sub-type document to be converted. The expense reimbursement bill is a main type bill in the ERP system, the expense reimbursement bill is subdivided into sub-type bills such as a travel reimbursement bill, a telephone expense reimbursement bill, a water and electricity expense reimbursement bill and the like according to actual conditions, and the ERP system acquires the sub-type bills needing to be converted into financial certificates.

And determining the main type document to which the sub type document to be converted belongs. Comparing the field in the sub-type document to be converted with the field in the existing target main type document to obtain a different field in the sub-type document to be converted, which is different from the field in the target main type document, inquiring a mapping field corresponding to the different field based on a mapping form associated with the target main type document, and if the mapping field is the same as the field of the main type document, determining that the target main type document is the main type document to which the sub-type document to be converted belongs; if the fields in the mapping field and the fields in the main type document are different, determining that the target main type document is not the main type document to which the subtype document to be converted belongs, and repeating the comparison process until determining that the main type document to which the subtype document to be converted belongs.

And acquiring dynamic accounting conversion rules and conversion templates. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a dynamic accounting conversion rule and a conversion template corresponding to a main type document, obtaining the main type document configuration conversion template as a conversion template corresponding to the main type document if the main type document has the configured conversion template, and obtaining a common document configuration conversion template related to the main type document as a conversion template corresponding to the main type document if the main type document does not have the configured conversion template.

And converting the type document of the to-be-converted person into a financial voucher. And adding field data corresponding to fields in the sub-type document to be converted to a conversion template based on the dynamic accounting conversion rule and the mapping form. And if the conversion template is the conversion template configured by the public document, replacing the fields in the mapping form in the conversion template with the corresponding mapping fields to obtain the financial voucher corresponding to the sub-type document to be converted. As shown in fig. 8, if there is a field a in the travel invoice, there is a field E in the conversion template, and a and E have a mapping relationship in the mapping form, the field E in the conversion template is replaced with the field a.

In the embodiment, each sub-type document is converted into the target document based on the dynamic accounting conversion rule and the conversion template corresponding to the main type document, so that the workload of developers and maintainers for newly adding and maintaining the document conversion rule is reduced, and the conversion efficiency of the sub-type document is improved.

It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 1-8 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 1-8 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed sequentially, but may be performed alternately or in alternation with other steps or at least some of the other steps or stages.

Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides a document conversion device for realizing the document conversion method. The implementation scheme for solving the problem provided by the device is similar to the implementation scheme recorded in the method, so that specific limitations in one or more embodiments of the document conversion device provided below can be referred to the limitations on the document conversion method in the above, and details are not described herein.

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, there is provided a document conversion apparatus comprising: receiving module, acquisition module, conversion module, wherein:

a receiving module 902, configured to obtain a sub-type document to be converted;

an obtaining module 904, configured to obtain, based on a master-type document to which the sub-type document to be converted belongs, a document conversion rule, a conversion template, and an associated mapping form corresponding to the master-type document, where the mapping form records a mapping relationship between fields in the sub-type document and fields in a corresponding public document, and the public document is a document including fields in the master-type document;

and the conversion module 906 is configured to convert the to-be-converted bill of the document type according to the bill conversion rule and the mapping form based on the conversion template to obtain a corresponding target bill.

In one embodiment, the conversion module 906 is further configured to: adding field data corresponding to fields in the sub-type document to be converted to the conversion template based on the document conversion rule and the mapping form; and replacing the fields existing in the mapping form in the conversion template with the corresponding mapping fields to obtain the target document corresponding to the sub-type document to be converted.

In one embodiment, the conversion module 906 is further configured to: if the sub-type document to be converted has the field same as the field to be converted, processing the field data corresponding to the field to be converted based on the document conversion rule, and adding the processing result to the field corresponding to the conversion template; the field to be converted is a field processed by converting the bill conversion rule and is consistent with a field in a corresponding main type bill; if the fields identical to the fields to be converted do not exist in the sub-type document to be converted, the mapping fields corresponding to the fields to be converted are inquired based on the mapping form, the field data corresponding to the mapping fields are used as the field data corresponding to the fields to be processed based on the document conversion rule, and the processed result is added to the fields corresponding to the conversion template.

In one embodiment, the conversion module 906 is further configured to: acquiring each template field in the conversion template; determining a current template field from the template fields; when the mapping field corresponding to the current template field is inquired in the mapping form, replacing the current template field in the conversion template with the inquired mapping field; and obtaining the next template field as the current template field, and returning the mapping field corresponding to the current template field when the mapping field corresponding to the current template field is inquired in the mapping form, replacing the current template field in the conversion template with the inquired mapping field until the inquiry of each template field is finished, so as to obtain the target document corresponding to the sub-type document to be converted.

In one embodiment, the receiving module 902 is further configured to: acquiring a new subtype document; acquiring a main type document to which the new accessory type document belongs, and a public document and a mapping form which are associated with the main type document; and recording the mapping relation between the fields in the new sub-type document and the fields in the public document in the mapping form.

In one embodiment, the receiving module 902 is further configured to: acquiring a difference field in the new increment type bill, which is different from a field in the main type bill; acquiring a reference field corresponding to the difference field in the public document; and establishing a mapping relation between the difference field and the reference field, and storing the mapping relation to the mapping form.

In one embodiment, the obtaining module 904 is further configured to: acquiring fields in the sub-type document to be converted; acquiring fields in the compared target main type bills and a mapping form related to the target main type bills; comparing the field in the sub-type document to be converted with the field in the target main type document to obtain a different field in the sub-type document to be converted, which is different from the field in the target main type document; and querying a reference field corresponding to the difference field based on the mapping form, wherein if the difference field has the corresponding reference field, the target main type bill is the main type bill to which the sub-type bill to be converted belongs.

All or part of each module in the bill conversion device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.

FIG. 10 is a diagram illustrating an internal structure of a computer device in one embodiment. The computer device may be either a terminal or a server. As shown in fig. 10, the computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the memory includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium of the computer device stores an operating system and may also store a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to implement the video compositing method. The internal memory may also have a computer program stored therein, which when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform a business document conversion method.

Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 10 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.

In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor that when executing the computer program performs the steps of: acquiring a sub-type document to be converted; based on the main type bill to which the sub-type bill to be converted belongs, acquiring a bill conversion rule, a conversion template and an associated mapping form corresponding to the main type bill, wherein the mapping form records the mapping relation between fields in the sub-type bill and fields in a corresponding public bill, and the public bill is a form containing fields in the main type bill; and based on the conversion template, converting the to-be-converted bill according to the bill conversion rule and the mapping form to obtain a corresponding target bill.

In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: adding field data corresponding to fields in the sub-type bill to be converted to the conversion template based on the bill conversion rule and the mapping form; and replacing the fields in the mapping form in the conversion template with the corresponding mapping fields to obtain the target document corresponding to the sub-type document to be converted.

In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: if the sub-type document to be converted has the field same as the field to be converted, processing the field data corresponding to the field to be converted based on the document conversion rule, and adding the processing result to the field corresponding to the conversion template; the field to be converted is a field processed by converting the bill conversion rule and is consistent with a field in a corresponding main type bill; and if the sub-type document to be converted does not have the field same as the field to be converted, inquiring the mapping field corresponding to the field to be converted based on the mapping form, processing the field data corresponding to the mapping field as the field data corresponding to the field to be processed based on the document conversion rule, and adding the processing result to the field corresponding to the conversion template.

In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: acquiring each template field in the conversion template; determining a current template field from the template fields; when the mapping field corresponding to the current template field is inquired in the mapping form, replacing the current template field in the conversion template with the inquired mapping field; and obtaining the next template field as the current template field, returning to the step of replacing the current template field in the conversion template with the inquired mapping field when the mapping field corresponding to the current template field is inquired in the mapping form until the inquiry of each template field is finished, and obtaining the target document corresponding to the sub-type document to be converted.

In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: acquiring a new subtype document; acquiring a main type document to which the new accessory type document belongs, and a public document and a mapping form which are associated with the main type document; and recording the mapping relation between the fields in the new sub-type document and the fields in the public document in the mapping form.

In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of: acquiring a difference field in the new increment type bill, which is different from a field in the main type bill; acquiring a reference field corresponding to the difference field in the public document; and establishing a mapping relation between the difference field and the reference field, and storing the mapping relation to the mapping form.

In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: acquiring a sub-type document to be converted; based on the main type bill to which the sub-type bill to be converted belongs, acquiring a bill conversion rule, a conversion template and an associated mapping form corresponding to the main type bill, wherein the mapping form records the mapping relation between fields in the sub-type bill and fields in a corresponding public bill, and the public bill is a form containing fields in the main type bill; and based on the conversion template, converting the to-be-converted bill according to the bill conversion rule and the mapping form to obtain a corresponding target bill.

In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: adding field data corresponding to fields in the sub-type document to be converted to the conversion template based on the document conversion rule and the mapping form; and replacing the fields existing in the mapping form in the conversion template with the corresponding mapping fields to obtain the target document corresponding to the sub-type document to be converted. In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: if the sub-type document to be converted has the field same as the field to be converted, processing the field data corresponding to the field to be converted based on the document conversion rule, and adding the processing result to the field corresponding to the conversion template; the field to be converted is a field processed by converting the bill conversion rule and is consistent with a field in a corresponding main type bill; and if the sub-type document to be converted does not have the field same as the field to be converted, inquiring the mapping field corresponding to the field to be converted based on the mapping form, processing the field data corresponding to the mapping field as the field data corresponding to the field to be processed based on the document conversion rule, and adding the processing result to the field corresponding to the conversion template.

In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: acquiring each template field in the conversion template; determining a current template field from the template fields; when the mapping field corresponding to the current template field is inquired in the mapping form, replacing the current template field in the conversion template with the inquired mapping field; and obtaining the next template field as the current template field, and returning the mapping field corresponding to the current template field when the mapping field corresponding to the current template field is inquired in the mapping form, replacing the current template field in the conversion template with the inquired mapping field until the inquiry of each template field is finished, so as to obtain the target document corresponding to the sub-type document to be converted.

In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: acquiring a new subtype document; acquiring a main type receipt to which the new increment type receipt belongs, and a public receipt and a mapping form which are associated with the main type receipt; and recording the mapping relation between the fields in the new sub-type document and the fields in the public document in the mapping form.

In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: acquiring a difference field in the new increment type bill, which is different from a field in the main type bill; acquiring a reference field corresponding to the difference field in the public document; and establishing a mapping relation between the difference field and the reference field, and storing the mapping relation to the mapping form.

In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of: acquiring fields in the sub-type document to be converted; acquiring fields in the compared target main type bills and a mapping form related to the target main type bills; comparing the field in the sub-type document to be converted with the field in the target main type document to obtain a different field in the sub-type document to be converted, which is different from the field in the target main type document; and inquiring a reference field corresponding to the difference field based on the mapping form, wherein if the difference field has the corresponding reference field, the target main type bill is the main type bill to which the sub-type bill to be converted belongs.

It should be noted that, the user information (including but not limited to user device information, user personal information, etc.) and data (including but not limited to data for analysis, stored data, presented data, etc.) referred to in the present application are information and data authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, high-density embedded nonvolatile Memory, resistive Random Access Memory (ReRAM), Magnetic Random Access Memory (MRAM), Ferroelectric Random Access Memory (FRAM), Phase Change Memory (PCM), graphene Memory, and the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM), external cache Memory, and the like. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others. The databases involved in the embodiments provided herein may include at least one of relational and non-relational databases. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a block chain based distributed database, and the like. The processors referred to in the embodiments provided herein may be general purpose processors, central processing units, graphics processors, digital signal processors, programmable logic devices, quantum computing based data processing logic devices, etc., without limitation.

The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

obtaining a sub-type document to be converted;

based on the main type bill to which the sub-type bill to be converted belongs, acquiring a bill conversion rule, a conversion template and an associated mapping form corresponding to the main type bill, wherein the mapping form records a mapping relation between fields in the sub-type bill and fields in a corresponding public bill, and the public bill is a form containing fields in the main type bill;
