Detailed Description
In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present application will become more readily apparent, a more particular description of embodiments of the application will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings and appended drawings. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the application and are not limiting thereof. In addition, for convenience of description, only a part, not all, of the structures related to the present application are shown in the drawings.
Currently, when a user collects interesting contents through some application programs, labels can be added to the collected contents, and quick searching is achieved through the added labels. As shown in fig. 1b, when searching for a content corresponding to a label "patent document", the user may input a label name "patent document" in the search area, and the user may search for a plurality of contents corresponding to the label name by using the label name. However, when a user shares content, the user can only share the shared content one by one, and the user experience is affected because the user cannot share a plurality of content through the tag. For example, a user cannot share the "patent literature" tag itself, and only the content included under the tag can be shared.
Based on the above, the embodiment of the application provides a tag sharing method, which takes a tag as an object which can be shared, and determines a tag to be shared in response to a triggering operation of a first user. After the label to be shared is determined, the label to be shared is sent to the target object in response to the sharing operation triggered by the first user. The determined tags to be shared are shared to the target location, for example, to an instant messaging interface with a contact or group. The second user corresponding to the target object can access the target object through the client corresponding to the second user to acquire the entry of the tag to be shared. Further, after detecting the triggering operation of the second user on the portal, the user can jump to the position where the tag to be shared is located, namely the tag page. When the tag to be shared comprises information blocks, one or more corresponding information blocks can be displayed through the tag page. It will be appreciated that in embodiments of the present application, tags are not only to be shared as classification attributes of information blocks, but also as individuals.
It should be noted that, the main body implementing the embodiments of the present application may be a client or a server with a tag sharing function, where the client may be carried on a terminal, and the terminal may be any user device that is existing, under development or developed in the future and is capable of interacting with each other through any form of wired and/or wireless connection, including but not limited to: existing, developing or future developed smart wearable devices, smartphones, non-smartphones, tablet computers, laptop personal computers, desktop personal computers, minicomputers, midrange computers, mainframe computers, and the like.
In order to facilitate understanding of the specific implementation of tag sharing provided by the embodiments of the present application, the following description will refer to the accompanying drawings. In addition, the following embodiments will be described with the execution subject as a client.
Referring to fig. 2, the flowchart of a tag sharing method provided by an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the method may include:
S201: and responding to the triggering operation of the first user, and determining the label to be shared.
In this embodiment, when the first user wants to share a certain tag, the client determines the tag to be shared after detecting the triggering operation of the first user. The tag to be shared is used for adding the attribute indicated by the tag to be shared to the information block, that is, the tag to be shared can represent certain attribute information of the information block. The tag to be shared can be independent of the information blocks, namely the information blocks are not necessarily related to the tag to be shared, and any information block does not exist in the tag page corresponding to the tag to be shared. In this case, the tag to be shared may be created separately, and when the information block needs to be tagged, the tag to be shared is added to the information block. For example, when a user has previously created a "patent document" tab and browses a certain patent law-related modification article, the "patent document" tab may be added to the article, thereby generating an association relationship between the article and the tab "patent document". Accordingly, in some scenarios, the article and the tag may be presented in association. For example, in a tabbed page corresponding to "patent literature," information characterizing the article (e.g., one or more of information indicating the title of the article, information indicating the storage address of the article, information indicating the abstract of the article, etc.) is presented. For another example, the user creates a "XX software development" tag in advance, and the tag of "XX software development" can be added to the information blocks such as the requirement document, the task allocation document and the like which are acquired later. Specifically, the tags to be shared may correspond to one or more information blocks, i.e. the information blocks may have the same tag. The information blocks may be various types of information, for example, the information blocks may be tasks, cloud documents, schedules, instant messaging messages, groups, mails, and the like.
In some application scenarios, when the first user browses information through the client, tags may be added to the information blocks that are of interest or need to be collected. For different types of information blocks added with the same label, the information blocks can be integrated under the same label, so that a user can quickly search and view the information blocks through the label. For example, as shown in fig. 3 a-3 c, the label is called "2020 end summary", and the information types corresponding to the label include tasks, cloud documents, schedules, messages, groups and mails, where the instant messaging message types include: AA: the cloud document type comprises a '2020 end summary template 1' and a '2020 end summary template 2' under the conditions of delivery before working on 1/10/2021; the calendar type includes 'the job-2021, 1 month, 13 days, 14 points-15 points', and no information exists for the task, group, mail and other types. The display modes shown in fig. 3a to 3c are only examples, and are not limited thereto.
The determining the tag to be shared may be implemented by responding to a triggering operation of the first user in the following manner:
One is to receive a tag name entered by a first user in an input area of a target object and display one or more tags including the tag name. The target object may be an instant messaging (INSTANT MESSAGING, IM) session or a shared document, among others. Specifically, the first user may input a "preset symbol+tag name" in an input area at the target object, and after the client detects the input of the first user, one or more tag reference items including the tag name may be displayed; and the client determines the tag to be shared according to the confirmation operation triggered by the first user. In an exemplary embodiment, the first user may input a preset symbol in the input area of the target object, and the client may learn that the content to be input by the user is the tag name after detecting the input of the preset symbol. I.e. the preset symbol is used as a condition for calling the label input. In some application scenarios, the server may generate a link indicating that the character string is the tag name when detecting the character string guided by the preset symbol. That is, the server may translate the shared tag name into a link that may be triggered by a click. The preset symbols may include, but are not limited to, a pound sign (#). For example, there are three labels of "patent document 2020", "patent document 2019", and "patent document", and when the first user inputs "# patent document" in the input area of the target object, reference items such as "# patent document", "# patent document 2019", and "# patent document 2020" may be displayed below the input area for the first user to select.
For example, the first user may enter the tag name to be shared within the IM session interface, as shown in fig. 4a, and the first user enters the "#2020 end of year summary within the corresponding group" project 1 development team "session interface. Or the first user adds a label in the input area at the shared document through the # + label name, as shown in fig. 4b, the first user wants to share the label at the positions of three and XXX, places the cursor at the position to be shared, and inputs the "#2020 end-of-year summary.
It should be noted that, when the tag is shared in the shared document, the first user may obtain the editing authority of the shared document first, and then may share the tag to be shared in the shared document.
The first user can search the label to be shared in the label page in a searching mode, and the client side responds to searching operation triggered by the first user and selecting operation on the searching result to determine the label to be shared. As shown in fig. 4c, the first user may evoke the tag search by inputting "# +" tag name "in the tag search area, to obtain" #2020 end of year summary "corresponding tag. That is, a selection operation of the first user on a tag interface including a plurality of tags is received, and the tags to be shared are determined.
In one implementation, when the first user inputs the tag name in the above manner, the client may further display a plurality of tags including the tag name input by the first user, so that the first user determines a tag to be shared from the displayed plurality of tags. Specifically, the first user enters a tag search page, tag search is evoked in a search area in a mode of # + tag names, and the client displays a plurality of candidate tags for the first user. As shown in fig. 4c, the "#2020 end of year summary" is input in the search area, and the tag candidates displayed by the client include a plurality of tags such as "#2020 end of year summary", "#2020 end of year summary-a" and "#2020 end of year summary-B".
S202: and responding to the sharing operation of the first user, and sending the label to be shared to the target object.
After the tag to be shared is determined, the tag to be shared is sent to the target object in response to the sharing operation triggered by the first user, so that the second user obtains an entry accessing the tag to be shared through the target object, and the second user enters a tag page where the tag to be shared is located through the entry. Wherein the target object may be an IM session or a shared document.
In one implementation, when the tag to be shared is determined by the first user inputting the tag name, a confirmation operation of the first user on the tag to be shared, for example, a sending operation triggered by the first user, is received, and the tag to be shared is sent to the target object. For example, as shown in fig. 5a, when the target object is an IM session, the client detects a sending operation of the first user on the input "#2020 end of year summary" trigger, and sends a tag of "#2020 end of year summary" in the IM session. For another example, as shown in fig. 5b, when the target object is a shared document, the client detects that the first user performs a confirmation operation triggered by "#2020 end of year summary" input, and adds "#2020 end of year summary" to a specific location of the shared document.
It should be noted that, for the specific operation of sharing the tag to the shared document, the determination may be performed according to the actual application scenario, and fig. 5b is only illustrated as an example.
In another mode, after the label to be shared is determined through searching in the label interface and the selection operation after searching by the first user, the sharing operation of the first user on the label to be shared is received, and the path information corresponding to the label to be shared is sent to the target object. In this implementation manner, the client may send the path information corresponding to the tag to be shared to the target object in the following manner. One example is that a trigger operation of a sharing component of a page where a label to be shared is located by a first user is received, and the page including a target object is jumped to; and receiving the selection operation of the first user on the target object, and sending the path information corresponding to the label to be shared to the target object. In another example, a trigger operation of a copy path information component of a page where a tag to be shared is located is received by a first user, and path information corresponding to the tag to be shared is obtained; and receiving the selection operation of the first user on the target object, and sending the path information corresponding to the label to be shared to the target object. The path information corresponding to the label to be shared may be a link corresponding to the label to be shared, and the copy path information component is a copy link component. For example, as shown in fig. 5c, for a determined tag to be shared, a "sharing" or "copying a link" may be selected, and a link corresponding to the tag to be shared may be obtained. The client receives the selection of the target object by the first user and sends the link to the target object. It should be noted that, when tag sharing is performed in a manner of "sharing" or "copying path information", the target object is usually an IM session, so as to send path information corresponding to the tag to be shared to the IM session interface. For example, as shown in fig. 5d, the link corresponding to the label to be shared is sent to the session interface of "project 1 development team".
S203: and responding to the triggering operation of the second user on the entry of the label to be shared, and displaying the information blocks included under the label to be shared.
And triggering the entry of the label to be shared, which is shared by the first user, through the client corresponding to the second user, which is the user corresponding to the target object, and jumping to the page where the label to be shared is located by the client based on the triggering operation of the second user. And displaying all the information blocks under the label to be shared under the condition that the information blocks exist in the label to be shared. The first user and the second user may be the same user, for example, the first user who shares the tag may also obtain an entry of the tag to be shared through the target object. Or the first user and the second user may be different users.
In a specific implementation, when the client displays the information block, the client can display the information block in different forms according to the type of the information block. For example, when the information block is an instant messaging message, the client may directly display the complete content of the instant messaging message; when the information block is a schedule, the client can directly display the complete content of the schedule; when the information block is a cloud document, the client side can display a link corresponding to the cloud document, so that a second user views specific document content through the link; when the information block is a mail, the client may display a link corresponding to the mail, so that the second user views the content of the mail, etc. through the link.
Optionally, when the client displays the information block, the client may also display the information block in a classified manner according to the source of the information block. For example, as shown in fig. 3a or 3b, the source of the information block may be a task, a message, a cloud document, a group, a calendar, a mail, or the like.
As can be seen from the above description, the tag is taken as an object that can be shared, and the tag to be shared is determined in response to the triggering operation of the first user. Therefore, the sharing efficiency can be improved through label sharing, and the user experience is improved.
In some application scenarios, in order to ensure information security and avoid important information from being revealed, access rights can be set for the tag and the information block under the tag. The access right of the tag, that is, the tag access right, refers to whether the user has the right to view the tag. The access right of the information block, that is, the information access right, refers to whether the user has the right to view the information block. The tag access rights are decoupled from the information access rights, and the access rights of each information block are mutually independent. That is, when the second user has the tag access right, it is not necessarily the information access right of the information block included in the tag. For example, the tag 1 includes the information block a and the information block b, and the second user only has the tag access right of the tag 1 but does not have the information access right of the information block a and the information block b. Or the second user has the tag access right of the tag 1 and also the information access right of the information block a, but does not have the access right of the information block b. When the second user does not have the tag access right, the user cannot access the tag by triggering the tag.
Specifically, responding to a triggering operation of a second user on an entry of a tag to be shared, displaying an information block included under the tag to be shared, including: and responding to the second user as a collaborator of the tag to be shared, and based on the access of the tag page of the tag to be shared indicated by the entry of the tag to be shared by the second user, presenting the summary information of the information block with the tag to be shared to the second user. Wherein, the collaborators to be shared with the tag may include at least one of the following: users with access rights to tags to be shared, and users with use rights to multiple tags to be shared. That is, when the second user is a collaborator, when the second user accesses the tabbed page of the tab to be shared, whether the second user has access authority of the information blocks under the tab to be shared or not, the summary information of each information block can be displayed to the second user.
The second user serving as a collaborator of the tag to be shared can be realized in an adding manner, and specifically, when the first user is detected to share the tag to be shared to the target object, an operation of adding the second user corresponding to the target object as the collaborator can be triggered; or before the tags to be shared are shared, the second user is added as a collaborator in response to the adding operation triggered by the first user on the tag page of the tags to be shared.
Optionally, when the second user does not have the tag access right, responding to a triggering operation of the second user on the entry of the tag to be shared, jumping to a page where the tag to be shared is located, and displaying a component applying the access right, so that the second user obtains the access right through the component, and then accesses the tag to be shared.
Optionally, when the first user sends the tag to be shared to the target object, the access right of the user corresponding to the target object to the tag to be shared may be modified. Specifically, in response to a sharing operation of a first user, a tag access right of a tag to be shared is given to a user corresponding to a target object, namely a second user. That is, before the client sends the tag to be shared to the target object, the user or part of the users corresponding to the target object may not have the access right of the tag to be shared, and in response to the operation of sending the tag to be shared to the target object, the operation of assigning the access right of all the users corresponding to the target object to the tag to be shared to the right of the tag to be shared may be triggered, so that the user corresponding to the target object may access the tag to be shared. It should be noted that, based on the operation that the tag to be shared is shared, the tag access right of the tag to be shared may be modified, but the access right of the information block under the tag to be shared is not modified. For example, before sharing the "corresponding tag to item 1 development team" of "#2020," friend a does not have tag access rights to "#2020," and does not have information access rights of "2020" and "2020" in the tag. After sharing the tag to the session interface, friend a can access the tag and view other information blocks with information access rights under the tag except for the "2020 s summary template 1" and the "2020 s bottom summary template 2".
In some implementations, when the second user accesses the tag to be shared through the entry of the tag to be shared, different displays are performed according to the information access rights possessed by the second user.
In an example, when the second user only has the tag access right of the tag to be shared and does not have the information access right of each corresponding information block, the client jumps to the page where the tag to be shared is located after detecting the triggering operation of the second user on the entry of the tag to be shared, and does not display the information blocks included under the tag to be shared.
In another example, when the second user only has the tag access right of the tag to be shared and does not have the information access right of each corresponding information block, the client jumps to the page where the tag to be shared is located after detecting the triggering operation of the second user on the entry of the tag to be shared, and displays summary information corresponding to the information block included under the tag to be shared, where the summary information is used for describing the basic information of the information block. The summary information may include a title, creation time, etc. of the information block, and may further include information of an information block manager, so that the second user applies the manager for permission to access the information block through the information.
In an example, when the second user has the tag access right of the tag to be shared and the information access right of some information blocks corresponding to the tag to be shared, the client jumps to the page where the tag to be shared is located after detecting the triggering operation of the second user on the entry of the tag to be shared, and only the information blocks with the access right are displayed.
In an example, when the second user has the tag access right of the tag to be shared and the information access right of some information blocks corresponding to the tag to be shared, the client jumps to the page where the tag to be shared is located when detecting the triggering operation of the second user on the entry of the tag to be shared, and displays the summary information of the information blocks with the access right and the information blocks without the access right.
Further, a hint information of the information block without access right may be displayed, where the hint information may hint the second user that the second user does not have access right to the information block, and/or hint the second user to apply the access right to the creator or manager of the information block.
It can be appreciated that the above situation is merely taken as an example, and the display manner of the corresponding information block under the label can be determined in combination with a specific application scenario, which is not limited in this embodiment.
