Abstract
本发明涉及一种LCD显示屏结构,其包括依次向下层叠设置的上偏光片、TFT玻璃基板、彩膜基板、下偏光片和背光模组;所述TFT玻璃基板一侧设有FPC;所述背光模组包括背框和设在背框内的光源、导光板以及光学膜层;所述光源设在背框一侧;所述导光板设在背框另一侧,其包括入光面和出光面,所述导光板的入光面对应光源的出光面设置;所述光学膜层设置在导光板的出光面上;所述TFT玻璃基板设有FPC一侧的下边框区域上丝印或蚀刻有品牌标志,所述背框对应品牌标志处镂空形成出光口,采用以上技术方案无需使用玻璃盖板和贴合工艺等的材料和组装,节省材料与提升组装效率和良率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,具体涉及了一种LCD显示屏结构。
背景技术
在现有技术中,液晶显示器结构从上至下通常为偏光片、彩膜基板、液晶层、TFT玻璃基板、下偏光片和背光模组叠构而成一个显示屏。随着时代的发展,技术水平的不断提升,显示器的分辨率与尺寸在不断地变大,同时,具有窄边框、全面屏的显示器已成为市场上的主流。为了提升屏占比,各厂商也都在致力于缩小显示器的边框实现全面屏。为了标识各自的品牌,通常在全面屏的显示器上方贴合一片玻璃盖板,在将品牌标志印刷于盖板中来达成。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种无需使用玻璃盖板和贴合工艺等的材料和组装,节省材料与提升组装效率和良率的LCD显示屏结构。
本发明的一种LCD显示屏结构,其包括依次向下层叠设置的上偏光片、TFT玻璃基板、彩膜基板、下偏光片和背光模组;所述TFT玻璃基板一侧设有FPC;所述背光模组包括背框和设在背框内的光源、导光板以及光学膜层;所述光源设在背框一侧;所述导光板设在背框另一侧,其包括入光面和出光面,所述导光板的入光面对应光源的出光面设置;所述光学膜层设置在导光板的出光面上;所述TFT玻璃基板设有FPC一侧的下边框区域上丝印或蚀刻有品牌标志,所述背框对应品牌标志处镂空形成出光口。
一种LCD显示屏结构,其包括依次向下层叠设置的上偏光片、TFT玻璃基板、彩膜基板、下偏光片和背光模组;所述TFT玻璃基板一侧设有FPC;所述背光模组包括背框和设在背框内的光源、导光板以及光学膜层;所述光源设在背框一侧;所述导光板设在背框另一侧,其包括入光面和出光面,所述导光板的入光面对应光源的出光面设置;所述光学膜层设置在导光板的出光面上;所述背框对应TFT玻璃基板设有FPC一侧的下边框区域镂空形成出光口,所述出光口内设有导光条,所述导光条的顶部或TFT玻璃基板的下边框区域上丝印或蚀刻有品牌标志。
进一步,所述上偏光片和TFT玻璃基板之间设有1/4λ玻片,或所述TFT玻璃基板中的TFT元器件和布线由黑色金属材料成型。
进一步,所述背框由顶板、底板以及四个侧壁形成的容纳腔,所述出光口设置在所述顶板靠近所述背框一侧的侧壁。
进一步,所述导光条包括顶部、支撑部以及限位部,所述顶部平行地设在顶板上方,顶部一端遮盖出光口,另一端延伸到顶板上方;所述支撑部一端垂直连接在顶部下,另一端伸入背框中与底板连接;所述限位部连接在支撑部背离出光口一侧,且平行地设在顶板下方。
进一步,所述TFT玻璃基板上的FPC沿着所述背框一侧的侧壁向下弯折,固定在背框底板的底面。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、采用在TFT玻璃基板的下边框区域上丝印或蚀刻有品牌标志,在利用背光模组中的光源来高亮品牌标志,在点亮显示器的同时品牌标志同时高亮,增加品牌辨识度,使显示屏再不使用玻璃盖板的情况下实现全面屏,并节省盖板材料和贴合光学胶,提升组装效率和良率;
2、在对应TFT玻璃基板的下边框区域的背框镂空出光口,在出光口处增设导光条,进一步提高品牌标志的亮度,进一步增加品牌辨识度;
3、采用1/4λ玻片设在上偏光片和TFT玻璃基板之间,或所述TFT玻璃基板中的TFT元器件和布线由黑色金属材料成型,防止外部环境入射光从偏光片进入后会与TFT玻璃基板的电路金属层反射形成相同偏振光射出造成视觉炫光,进一步提升画面的对比度;
4、采用FPC代替PCB+FPC电路,直接将FPC弯折并固定于背光后,方便安装。

具体实施方式
参见图1所示,实施例一的一种LCD显示屏结构,其包括依次向下层叠设置的上偏光片1、1/4λ玻片2、TFT玻璃基板3、彩膜基板4、下偏光片5和背光模组6;当然也可以不设1/4λ玻片2,直接将TFT玻璃基板中的TFT元器件和布线采用黑色金属材料成型;所述TFT玻璃基板3一侧设有FPC31;所述背光模组6包括背框61和设在背框61内的光源63、导光板62以及光学膜层64;所述光源63设在背框61一侧;所述导光板62设在背框61另一侧,其包括入光面和出光面,所述导光板62的入光面对应光源63的出光面设置;所述光学膜层64设置在导光板62的出光面上;所述TFT玻璃基板3设有FPC31一侧的下边框区域上丝印或蚀刻有品牌标志(未画出),所述背框61对应品牌标志处镂空形成出光口65。
参见图2-图4之一所示,实施例二除增设导光条和品牌标志位置不同以外,其他均与实施例一一致。实施例二的一种LCD显示屏结构,所述出光口内设有导光条7,所述导光条7的顶部或TFT玻璃基板3的下边框区域上丝印或蚀刻有品牌标志(未画出),当然导光条的光源可以单独设置,也可以直接引用背光模组内的光源。
以上两种实施例的进一步改进,所述背框61由顶板613、底板611以及四个侧壁612形成的容纳腔,所述出光口65设置在所述顶板613靠近所述背框61一侧的侧壁612。
以上两种实施例的进一步改进,所述TFT玻璃基板3上的FPC31沿着所述背框61一侧的侧壁612向下弯折,固定在背框底板611的底面。
实施例二的进一步改进,所述导光条7包括顶部71、支撑部73以及限位部72,所述顶部71平行地设在顶板613上方,顶部71一端遮盖出光口65,另一端延伸到顶板613上方;所述支撑部73一端垂直连接在顶部71下,另一端伸入背框61中与底板611连接;所述限位部72连接在支撑部73背离出光口一侧,且平行地设在顶板613下方。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种LCD显示屏结构,其特征在于:其包括依次向下层叠设置的上偏光片、TFT玻璃基板、彩膜基板、下偏光片和背光模组;所述TFT玻璃基板一侧设有FPC;所述背光模组包括背框和设在背框内的光源、导光板以及光学膜层;所述光源设在背框一侧;所述导光板设在背框另一侧,其包括入光面和出光面,所述导光板的入光面对应光源的出光面设置;所述光学膜层设置在导光板的出光面上;所述TFT玻璃基板设有FPC一侧的下边框区域上丝印或蚀刻有品牌标志,所述背框对应品牌标志处镂空形成出光口。
2.一种LCD显示屏结构,其特征在于:其包括依次向下层叠设置的上偏光片、TFT玻璃基板、彩膜基板、下偏光片和背光模组;所述TFT玻璃基板一侧设有FPC;所述背光模组包括背框和设在背框内的光源、导光板以及光学膜层;所述光源设在背框一侧;所述导光板设在背框另一侧,其包括入光面和出光面,所述导光板的入光面对应光源的出光面设置;所述光学膜层设置在导光板的出光面上;所述背框对应TFT玻璃基板设有FPC一侧的下边框区域镂空形成出光口,所述出光口内设有导光条,所述导光条的顶部或TFT玻璃基板的下边框区域上丝印或蚀刻有品牌标志。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种LCD显示屏结构,其特征在于:所述上偏光片和TFT玻璃基板之间设有1/4λ玻片,或所述TFT玻璃基板中的TFT元器件和布线由黑色金属材料成型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LCD显示屏结构,其特征在于:所述背框由顶板、底板以及四个侧壁形成的容纳腔,所述出光口设置在所述顶板靠近所述背框一侧的侧壁。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种LCD显示屏结构,其特征在于:所述背框由顶板、底板以及四个侧壁形成的容纳腔,所述出光口设置在所述顶板靠近所述背框一侧的侧壁。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种LCD显示屏结构,其特征在于:所述导光条包括顶部、支撑部以及限位部,所述顶部平行地设在顶板上方,顶部一端遮盖出光口,另一端延伸到顶板上方;所述支撑部一端垂直连接在顶部下,另一端伸入背框中与底板连接;所述限位部连接在支撑部背离出光口一侧,且平行地设在顶板下方。
7.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种LCD显示屏结构,其特征在于:所述TFT玻璃基板上的FPC沿着所述背框一侧的侧壁向下弯折,固定在背框底板的底面。
