The working principle is as follows: when the synchronous telescopic rod 200 drives the linkage frame 400 to press down, the linkage frame 400 presses down the first linkage rod 502, the first linkage rod 502 which is pressed down is matched with the space extension assembly 700 to reduce the internal air pressure of the cavity 302, but the external air pressure is larger, so that the PCB mainboard is tightly adsorbed at the position of the connection port 303, the PCB mainboard is adsorbed and fixed, the clamping force is not considered, the possibility of deformation and damage of the PCB mainboard is reduced, when the synchronous telescopic rod 200 drives the linkage frame 400 to press down, the linkage frame 400 synchronously drives the second linkage rod 602 to press down, the elastic air bag 604 slowly presses down through the second linkage rod 602, the gas extruded from the inside of the elastic air bag 604 is blown to the upper end and the lower end of the PCB mainboard through the pipeline cavity 605 and the air outlet 3401, thereby the dust at the upper end and the lower end of the PCB mainboard is cleaned up, the dust is affected by the air pressure, the elastic air bag 703 cannot move after moving one end distance, the expansion block 701 is matched with the spring 702 to continuously pull up, so as to provide enough space for the compression of the assembly 600, thereby improving the air-blowing effect of the air-sucking assembly 600, the air-sucking and ensuring that the PCB mainboard 500 can be adsorbed and the PCB mainboard 500 can be stably placed in the synchronous air-sucking and stably pressed and fixed assembly 300, on the one hand, make the air current that extrudes blow to the upper and lower both ends of PCB mainboard, can blow the clearance to the dust at both ends about the PCB mainboard, improve the precision that detects, because of need not extrude the centre gripping, the clear glass board of the upper end of linkage frame 400 can be demolishd completely, can directly scan the detection to PCB mainboard upper end, further improves the precision of testing result.
