Description

Method for determining air conditioner operation mode, multi-split central air conditioner and storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to a method for determining an air conditioner operation mode, a multi-split central air conditioner and a storage medium.
Background
The two-pipe multi-split air conditioner is widely used and installed due to its simple system and convenient construction. However, since only one coil is provided in the two-pipe air conditioning cabinet, the multi-split air conditioning system can only operate one operation mode, such as a cooling mode and a heating mode, at the same time.
In view of the above situation, some manufacturers usually set the entire machine to enter the main mode when the entire machine leaves the factory, that is, the external machine is based on the operation mode of the first started internal machine. For example, when the operation mode of the first internal unit is set incorrectly, the external unit may operate in the operation mode, so that other internal units may only operate in the operation mode, but may not operate in the operation mode set by the user, thereby having a problem of low reliability of air conditioner control.

Fig. 2 is a diagram of one method for determining an operation mode of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, which may be applied to the electronic device. As shown in fig. 2, the embodiment of the method can be implemented as follows:
and S101, acquiring the environment temperature of the outdoor unit before the outdoor unit operates.
And S102, determining a target operation mode of the external unit according to at least one of the operation mode of each operating internal unit in the plurality of internal units, the internal unit environment temperature of the operating internal units before operation and the ratio value based on the environment temperature range of the external unit.
Wherein the operating indoor unit characterizes the indoor unit for which the operating mode has been determined. The ratio represents the sum of the rated refrigerating powers of all the running internal machines, and is the ratio of the sum of the rated refrigerating powers of all the internal machines.
The operation mode of the outer unit is determined jointly by combining at least one of the operation mode of each operating inner unit in the plurality of inner units, the environment temperature of the inner unit located before the operation and the ratio value according to the range of the environment temperature of the outer unit located before the operation of the outer unit. Thus, on the basis of the ambient temperatures of the inner unit and the outer unit, the actual use requirements of the inner unit are also considered, for example, the operation mode and the ratio of the inner unit are considered. The operation mode of the outdoor unit is more suitable for the actual application scene, and therefore the reliability of the control of the operation mode of the air conditioner is enhanced.
In order to facilitate understanding of the rated cooling power, the rated cooling power of the air conditioner will be briefly described below. The rated cooling power of the air conditioner generally refers to the output power of the cooling capacity. It is related to the number of air conditioners and their specific systems and electronic control designs of different brands. And the indoor units have different matching numbers due to different application scenes. The living room application scenario is typically 2-3P, the bedroom application scenario is typically 1.5P, and the study room application scenario may be 1P. Therefore, the rated cooling powers of the plurality of internal machines in the multi-split central air conditioner may differ.
The calculation of the ratio can be referred to the following example. For example, there are 5 internal machines in the multi-online central air conditioner, wherein, four internal machines have rated cooling power of 2600KW, and the other internal machine has rated cooling power of 3500 KW. If the rated cooling powers of the internal machines in the determined operation mode are 2600KW and 3500KW, respectively, the occupancy is approximately 44%.
In addition, the method can meet the actual use requirement to the maximum extent, and correct the internal machine with the wrong operation mode to a certain extent, thereby reducing the resource waste caused by the wrong operation mode setting.
Exemplarily, the indoor unit with the unmatched running mode with the outdoor unit for a long time can be recorded, and related personnel are reminded in modes of alarming and the like, so that the frequency of faults caused by the unmatched running modes of the outdoor unit and the indoor unit of the air conditioner for a long time is reduced.
For example, the internal machine whose operation mode has been determined may be an internal machine already in an operation state, or may be an internal machine that has just started an operation mode that has been acquired by the user, but is not yet in an operation state.
For example, when the operation mode of the internal unit is changed, an internal unit is newly started or closed, the embodiment of the method can be executed again to ensure the reliability of the operation mode of the external unit in real time, that is, the reliability of the operation mode of the external unit is not violated with the actual use requirement.
For example, after the operation mode of the external unit is modified, the set temperature of the internal unit may not be changed, or may be changed accordingly according to the operation mode. The range of the outdoor unit can be preliminarily judged based on the acquired environment temperature of the outdoor unit, so that the operation mode of the outdoor unit is preliminarily determined, and the outdoor unit can meet the actual temperature requirement. For example, when the ambient temperature of the outdoor unit is greater than or equal to 25 degrees, the cooling mode needs to be turned on with a high probability, and then the cooling mode can be further considered with the actual use requirement. When the ambient temperature of the outdoor unit is less than or equal to 12 degrees, the heating mode needs to be started with a high probability, and similarly, the subsequent actual user requirements can be further considered. When outer quick-witted ambient temperature is in 12 degrees to 25 degrees scopes, because human response temperature's difference for some have the refrigeration demand, some have the demand of heating, consequently, need further judge, so that can satisfy most user demand.
In a possible implementation manner, the embodiment of the present disclosure introduces an "upper limit value of an external unit ambient temperature" and an "lower limit value of the external unit ambient temperature" to implement identification of the temperature demand scenario by comparing the external unit ambient temperature with the upper limit value of the external unit ambient temperature and the lower limit value of the external unit ambient temperature. In the following, possible implementations are explained for different comparison results.
Scene one: when the outdoor unit ambient temperature is greater than or equal to the outdoor unit ambient temperature upper limit value, that is, based on consideration of the actual temperature, it is probably necessary to start the cooling mode. Please refer to fig. 3, which is a second method for determining an air conditioner operation mode according to an embodiment of the present invention. The specific implementation manner of step S102 may be as follows:
and S102-1, if all the internal machine environment temperatures are greater than or equal to the internal machine environment temperature upper limit value, determining that the operation mode of the external machine is a refrigeration mode.
And S102-2, if the indoor unit environment temperature is lower than the upper limit value of the indoor unit environment temperature, judging whether the ratio is higher than a ratio threshold value. If yes, go to step S102-3. If not, step S102-4 is executed.
And S102-3, preliminarily determining that the target operation mode of the external unit is a cooling priority mode.
And S102-4, preliminarily determining that the target operation mode of the external unit is a minority-compliant mode.
After the cooling priority mode and the minority-compliant mode are preliminarily determined, the actual target operation mode of the external unit is determined to be the cooling mode or the heating mode, and the actual target operation mode of the external unit is determined according to the operation mode of each operating internal unit.
It should be noted that the cooling priority mode and the minority carrier mode are not target operation modes for the actual operation of the external unit, but only for the purpose of making the electronic device clear which current stage the external unit is in and how to perform corresponding processes subsequently. Or the cooling priority mode and the few compliance majority mode can be displayed on the related equipment, so that the related personnel can conveniently determine what stage the outdoor unit is at present.
In the cooling priority mode, a specific operation mode of the external unit is determined according to an operation mode of each internal unit. For example, a cooling mode or a heating mode. Optionally, when there is a target operation mode for operating the internal unit as the cooling mode, determining the operation mode of the external unit as the cooling mode. And when the target operation modes of all the operation internal machines are heating modes, determining the operation mode of the external machine to be the heating mode. On the basis of considering the environment temperature of the inner machine and the environment temperature of the outer machine, the running mode actually set by the inner machine is also considered, so that the condition that the running mode is inconsistent with the actual use requirement is further avoided.
Illustratively, the specific operation mode of the external unit is determined according to the operation mode of each internal unit based on a few obedient majority modes. For example, the cooling mode or the heating mode. For convenience of understanding, in the embodiment of the present invention, the heating operation internal machine represents the operation internal machine with the heating mode, and the cooling operation internal machine represents the operation internal machine with the cooling mode. Optionally, when the sum of the rated cooling powers of all the heating operation internal machines is greater than the sum of the rated cooling powers of all the cooling operation internal machines, the target operation mode of the external machine is determined to be the heating mode. And when the sum of the rated refrigerating powers of the plurality of heating operation internal machines is smaller than the sum of the rated refrigerating powers of the plurality of refrigerating operation internal machines, determining that the target operation mode of the external machine is the refrigerating mode. When the sum of the rated refrigerating powers of all the heating operation internal machines is equal to the sum of the rated refrigerating powers of all the refrigerating operation internal machines, whether the target operation mode of the external machine is the refrigerating mode or the heating mode can be determined according to the actual application condition. Similarly, on the basis of considering the environment temperature of the internal machine and the environment temperature of the external machine, the actual set operation mode of the internal machine is also considered, so that the condition that the actual use requirement is not met is further avoided.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the environment temperature of the external machine is greater than or equal to the upper limit value of the environment temperature of the external machine, at least one of the environment temperature of the internal machine, the occupation ratio and the operation mode of each operation internal machine is comprehensively compared, and the target operation mode of the external machine is determined. The temperature control method and the device meet the temperature requirement and simultaneously combine the actual use requirement of a user for consideration, so that the actual application requirement is met to the maximum extent, and the reliability of the control of the air conditioner operation mode is enhanced.
For example, the upper limit value of the outdoor unit ambient temperature may be set according to practical application requirements, and may be set to any temperature value of 20 degrees to 30 degrees, such as 22 degrees, for example.
For example, the upper limit value of the internal machine ambient temperature may also be set according to the actual application requirement, for example, the upper limit value may be set to any one of the external machine ambient temperature to 35 degrees, such as 25 degrees, and the like.
For example, the duty ratio threshold may be set according to the actual application requirement. For example, 50% may be set, that is, the ratio of the sum of the rated cooling powers of all the operating indoor units to the sum of the rated cooling powers of all the indoor units is 50%.
For convenience of understanding, the following description will be given by way of example, because there are many branches of judgment when the external unit ambient temperature is greater than or equal to the upper limit of the external unit ambient temperature:
for example, the preset upper limit value of the external machine environment temperature is 22 degrees, the preset upper limit value of the internal machine environment temperature is 25 degrees, and the occupancy threshold value is 50%. The multi-split central air conditioner has 10 total indoor units with rated refrigerating power of 3500kw, two indoor units are currently in operation, the set operation modes are respectively a refrigerating mode and a heating mode, and the ambient temperatures of the indoor units before the operation are respectively 25 ℃ and 24 ℃. At the moment, an internal machine is started up, the set operation mode is a cooling mode, and the ambient temperature of the internal machine before operation is 26 ℃. And detecting that the environment temperature of the outdoor unit is 22 ℃ before the operation of the outdoor unit. Then, since the temperature of one of the running internal machines is lower than the preset upper limit value of the internal machine environment temperature, and the ratio is 3/10, it may be preliminarily determined that the target running mode of the external machine is the cooling priority mode. And finally determining that the target operation mode of the outer machine is the refrigeration mode based on the operation modes (respectively the refrigeration mode, the refrigeration mode and the heating mode) of each operation inner machine in the refrigeration priority mode, so that the outer machine and the three operation inner machines operate in the target refrigeration mode.
Scene two: when the outdoor unit ambient temperature is less than or equal to the lower limit outdoor unit ambient temperature, that is, based on the consideration of the actual temperature, it is probably necessary to start the heating mode. Please refer to fig. 4, which is a third method for determining an air conditioner operation mode according to an embodiment of the present invention. The specific implementation manner of step S102 may be as follows:
and S102-5, if all the internal machine environment temperatures are less than or equal to the internal machine environment temperature lower limit value, determining that the target operation mode of the external machine is a heating mode.
And S102-6, if the indoor unit environment temperature is higher than the lower limit value of the indoor unit environment temperature, judging whether the ratio is higher than the ratio threshold value. If yes, go to step S102-7. If not, step S102-8 is executed.
And S102-7, preliminarily determining that the target operation mode of the outer machine is a minority-compliant mode.
And S102-8, preliminarily determining that the target operation mode of the external unit is a heating priority mode.
Similar to the cooling priority mode, the heating priority mode is not a target operation mode in which the external unit actually operates, but only for the electronic device or related personnel to determine which stage the external unit is currently in. That is, after the cooling priority mode and the minority majority-compliant mode are preliminarily determined, the actual operation mode of the external unit is the cooling mode or the heating mode, and the determination is further performed according to the operation mode of each internal unit in operation.
In the heating priority mode, the specific operation mode of the external unit is determined according to the operation mode of each internal unit. For example, a cooling mode or a heating mode. Optionally, when there is an operating mode in which the internal unit is operated as a heating mode, it is determined that the operating mode of the external unit is the heating mode. And when the operation modes of all the operation internal machines are the cooling mode, determining that the operation mode of the external machine is the heating mode. Similar to the cooling priority mode, the temperature is considered according to the actual use requirement of the user so as to meet the actual application requirement to the maximum extent.
For example, the lower limit value of the outdoor unit ambient temperature may be set according to practical application requirements, and may be set to any temperature value of 12 degrees to 18 degrees, such as 14 degrees, for example.
For example, the lower limit value of the internal unit environmental temperature may also be set according to practical application requirements, for example, the lower limit value may be set to any one of a temperature value from 7 degrees to the external unit environmental temperature, such as 10 degrees, and the like.
For convenience of understanding, the following description will be given by way of example, because there are many branches of judgment when the external unit ambient temperature is less than or equal to the external unit ambient temperature lower limit value:
for example, the preset lower limit of the outdoor unit ambient temperature is 14 degrees, the preset lower limit of the indoor unit ambient temperature is 10 degrees, and the occupancy threshold is 50%. The multi-split central air conditioner has 10 total internal machines with rated refrigerating power of 3500kw, the two internal machines in operation at present have two running modes, the running modes of the two internal machines are respectively a refrigerating mode and a heating mode, and the ambient temperatures of the internal machines before running are respectively 10 degrees and 9 degrees. At this time, an internal machine is newly started, the set operation mode is a heating mode, and the ambient temperature of the internal machine before operation is 8 ℃. And detecting that the environment temperature of the outer unit is 14 ℃ before the outer unit operates. Then, since there is one of the running internal machines whose temperature is lower than the preset upper limit value of the internal machine ambient temperature, and the ratio is 3/10, it may be preliminarily determined that the target running mode of the external machine is the heating priority mode. And finally determining that the target operation mode of the outdoor unit is the heating mode based on the operation modes (respectively a heating mode, a cooling mode and a heating mode) of each operation indoor unit in the heating priority mode, so that the outdoor unit and the three operation indoor units operate in the heating mode.
Scene three: and when the environment temperature of the outdoor unit is smaller than the upper limit value of the environment temperature of the outdoor unit and is larger than the lower limit value of the environment temperature of the outdoor unit. At the moment, due to the fact that human bodies have different temperature sensing requirements and refrigerating and heating requirements, a few modes which are subject to most can be adopted, and therefore the operation mode of the outdoor unit is determined. So as to meet the requirements of most running modes of the internal machine.
Since the minority majority mode is used in the plurality of determination scenarios, for the sake of clarity, the following examples are given:
for example, the preset upper limit of the outdoor unit ambient temperature is 22 degrees, the preset lower limit of the outdoor unit ambient temperature is 14 degrees, and the preset upper limit of the indoor unit ambient temperature is 25 degrees. The multi-split central air conditioner is provided with a plurality of 10 indoor units with rated refrigerating power of 3500kw, the number of the indoor units in operation is two at present, and the set operation modes are respectively a refrigerating mode and a heating mode. At the moment, an internal machine is started up, and the set operation mode is a cooling mode. And detecting that the environment temperature of the outer unit is 17 ℃ before the outer unit operates. Because there are two sets of operation internal machines set as the cooling mode at this time, the sum of rated cooling power is 7000kw, and there is one set as the heating mode, the sum of rated cooling power is 3500 kw. Therefore, the operation mode of the outer machine can be determined to be a heating mode so as to meet the requirements of most of the operation modes of the inner machine.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the actual temperature requirement and the actual use requirement are considered, and various judgments can be carried out to determine whether the target operation mode of the outdoor unit is the heating mode or the cooling mode. For clarity of explanation, the determination of the target operation mode of the outer unit may be referred to in conjunction with the following table.
It should be construed that the following tables are replaced by letters for ease of viewing. Tao represents the environment temperature of the outdoor unit, Tai represents the environment temperature of the indoor unit, a represents the upper limit value of the environment temperature of the outdoor unit, b represents the upper limit value of the environment temperature of the indoor unit, c represents the lower limit value of the environment temperature of the outdoor unit, d represents the lower limit value of the environment temperature of the indoor unit, and d is less than or equal to c and less than or equal to b. In this case, it is preferable that the plurality of modes are preliminarily determined according to the majority mode, the cooling priority mode, and the heating priority mode. Subsequently, based on the operation mode of each operating indoor unit, whether the target operation mode of the outdoor unit is the cooling mode or the heating mode is determined.
Figure BDA0003672551290000131
As can be seen from the above table, when the outdoor unit ambient temperature is greater than or equal to the outdoor unit ambient temperature upper limit value, and all the indoor unit ambient temperatures are greater than or equal to the indoor unit ambient temperature upper limit value, the mode is directly determined as the cooling mode, i.e., the determination result in step S102-1. When the external machine environment temperature is greater than or equal to the external machine environment temperature upper limit value and the internal machine environment temperature is less than the internal machine environment temperature upper limit value, the relation between the ratio and the ratio threshold value needs to be further judged. If the ratio is less than or equal to the ratio threshold, judging the mode to be a refrigeration priority mode, namely a determination result of the step S102-3; if the duty ratio is greater than the duty ratio threshold, it is determined that the minority is compliant with the majority mode, i.e., the determination result of step S102-4.
And when the environment temperature of the outdoor unit is smaller than the upper limit value of the environment temperature of the outdoor unit and is larger than the lower limit value of the environment temperature of the outdoor unit, directly determining that the mode is a majority mode.
And when the external machine environment temperature is less than or equal to the external machine environment temperature upper limit value and all the internal machine environment temperatures are less than or equal to the internal machine environment temperature lower limit value, directly determining the external machine environment temperature as a heating mode, namely determining the result in the step S102-5. When the external unit environment temperature is less than or equal to the external unit environment temperature upper limit value and the internal unit environment temperature is greater than the internal unit environment temperature lower limit value, the relation between the proportion value and the proportion threshold value needs to be further judged. If the occupation ratio value is less than or equal to the occupation ratio threshold value, the mode is judged to be a heating priority mode, namely the determination result of the step S102-8; if the duty ratio is greater than the duty ratio threshold, it is determined that the minority is compliant with the majority mode, i.e., the determination result of step S102-7.
