In an initial state, the first sliding plate 503 is in contact with the second sliding plate 504, the first steel wire rope 306, the second steel wire rope 310 and the third steel wire rope 502 are in a tight state at the moment, when a coal rock block impacts on a net formed by staggering a plurality of first steel wire ropes 306 and second steel wire ropes 310, the first steel wire ropes 306 and the second steel wire ropes 310 are deformed by impact, the coal rock block is intercepted by the first steel wire ropes 306 and the second steel wire ropes 310 at the moment, the deformation of the first steel wire ropes 306 and the second steel wire ropes 310 pulls the sliding rods 304 in contact with the first steel wire ropes 306 and the second steel wire ropes 310 to move inwards, and the sliding rods 304 move inwards to compress the adjacent second springs 305, so that the first steel wire ropes 306 and the second steel wire ropes 310 buffer and intercept the ejection coal rock block.
When the sliding rod 304 moves inwards, the sliding rod 304 drives the first sliding plug 402 connected with the sliding rod 304 to move inwards, at this time, under the action of hydraulic oil in the cylindrical shell 401, the third sliding block 403 keeps relatively static, so that the second sliding plug 404 is separated from the cylindrical hole of the first sliding plug 402, the flow cross section of the hydraulic oil is pressurized, and then the first sliding plug 402 moves to pull the third sliding block 403 and the second sliding plug 404 to move inwards until the coal rock block is intercepted.
Meanwhile, in the deformation process of the first steel wire rope 306, the first steel wire rope 306 drives the two second sliding plates 504 to move inwards through the rectangular blocks on the first steel wire rope, the two second sliding plates 504 move inwards to extrude the adjacent first sliding plates 503, the four first sliding plates 503 are extruded to move outwards, the first sliding plates 503 move outwards to pass through the adjacent fourth sliding blocks 501 to drive the third steel wire rope 502 and the second connecting block 506 to move, the fourth sliding blocks 501 move to compress the adjacent third springs 505, and the first steel wire rope 306, the second steel wire rope 310 and the first connecting block 311 are combined to form a mesh hole which is separated by the three steel wire ropes 502 to be reduced along with the movement of the third steel wire rope 502 and the second connecting block 506, so that the three steel wire ropes 502 can hold and intercept coal rock blocks located at the mesh hole.
And partial impact force of the coal rock is transmitted to the first fixing frame 213 through the first steel wire rope 306 and the second steel wire rope 310, the first fixing frame 213 enables the second sliding block 211 to move downwards through parts connected with the first fixing frame 213, the second sliding block 211 moves downwards to compress the first spring 202, the impact force of the coal rock is further buffered, the ejected coal rock is subjected to multi-stage buffering treatment, after the coal rock is buffered, the first sliding block 201 drives the parts connected with the first sliding block 201 to move upwards together under the action of the first spring 202, and as friction force exists when the inclined rubber block of the first sliding block 201 is in contact with the first fixing rod 2, the inclined rubber block in the first sliding block 201 deforms when the first sliding block 201 moves upwards, the first sliding block 201 is prevented from moving upwards on the first fixing rod 2 quickly, the first fixing frame 213 is prevented from resetting quickly, and the coal rock is ejected through the first steel wire rope 306 and the second steel wire rope 310.
After the first steel wire rope 306 and the second steel wire rope 310 complete interception of the coal rock, under the action of the second spring 305, the sliding rod 304 moves outwards to reset, and under the action of the third spring 505, the fourth sliding block 501 drives parts connected with the fourth sliding block to move reversely to return to the initial state, so that the third steel wire rope 502 returns to the initial state, and the third steel wire rope 502 releases clamping of the coal rock.

When an emergency occurs, an operator holds the long handle of the second sliding block 211 to lift upwards, the second sliding block 211 moves to drive the third rotating rod 212 to move, so that the third rotating rod 212 is separated from the cylindrical hole of the guide rod 210, and then under the action of the torsion spring 206, the first fixing frame 213, the fixing frame 203 and the first rotating rod 204 drive parts on the first fixing frame to rotate, the first fixing frame 213 rotates to remove shielding of the cab of the heading machine 1, so that the operator can quickly escape from the heading machine 1, and the safety of the operator is ensured.
