技术领域
本发明适用于低层建筑领域,具体涉及一种低层生物基建材装配式建筑结构及其装配方法。
背景技术
我国是一个农业大国,现阶段农村大量可再生资源被废置或者未被充分利用,大量的生物质原料在田间焚烧,粉碎填埋,不仅破坏生态环境,而且造成可再生资源的浪费,随着建筑行业的发展,建筑原料日益创新,人们已经逐渐意识到对可再生资源的研究与开发,越来越多的农业废弃料被制作成木塑等生物基材产品,再将生物基建材作为墙板用于建筑上,实现对农业废弃料的工业再应用。然而由于建筑实施是一项复杂的工程,对于如何将生物基材与现有建筑进行高效合理的组合装配,且组合装配后的建筑结构仍然符合现有建筑标准要求则是一项待需解决的难题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种低层生物基建材装配式建筑结构及其装配方法,旨在利用生物基建材制作成的复合墙板,开发其与装配式建筑的现场高效可靠连接技术,实现生物基建材与装配式建筑的系统集成与应用。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:提供一种低层生物基建材装配式建筑结构,包括方钢管框架柱和与其装配连接的墙梁一体成型生物基建材墙板,所述方钢管框架柱上焊接有连接件;所述墙梁一体成型生物基建材墙板包括龙骨,设置在龙骨顶部的框架梁、连接钢板、高强螺栓,所述连接钢板通过高强螺栓将框架梁与连接件连接;所述龙骨上设置有钢支撑,该钢支撑为X状安装在龙骨体上,在龙骨内墙面方向装配有生物基建材内墙板,在龙骨外墙面方向装配有生物基建材外墙板,所述生物基建材内墙板和外墙板采用生物质作为原料,被制作为木塑等生物基材产品,后再加工为符合建筑要求的墙板。
优选的,所述龙骨、框架梁、钢支撑形成了墙体骨架,所述墙体骨架内还填充有岩棉,岩棉向外方向依次设置有防水层和水泥板,所述水泥板紧贴生物基建材外墙板。
优选的,在框架梁顶部铺设C型钢檩条和ALC板构成楼板结构体系;在ALC板上铺设地砖,在C型钢檩条下方安装吊顶,实现楼板的装配。
优选的,所述龙骨由冷弯薄壁U型地龙骨,冷弯薄壁U型横龙骨,冷弯薄壁C型竖龙骨和冷弯薄壁U型边龙骨组成,所述冷弯薄壁U型地龙骨横向设置在最下端,所述冷弯薄壁U型横龙骨设置在中间,所述冷弯薄壁C型竖龙骨与冷弯薄壁U型横龙骨垂直交叉设置,所述冷弯薄壁U型边龙骨竖向设置在边缘端。
优选的,所述框架梁包括槽钢框架梁和T型钢框架梁两种结构形式。与之对应的,所述连接件包括槽钢连接件和T型钢连接件两种结构形式。
优选的,当框架梁采用槽钢框架梁结构形式时,对应的连接钢板采用U型连接钢板。
优选的,当框架梁采用T型钢框架梁结构形式时,对应的连接钢板采用矩形连接钢板,该矩形连接钢板可搭配L型连接钢板组合使用实现连接。
进一步,提供一种低层生物基建材装配式建筑的装配方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S01:选取方钢管框架柱,在方钢管框架柱上位于梁柱节点位置处焊接与框架梁连接的连接件,并在连接件上预先开设螺栓孔;
步骤S02:制作墙梁一体成型生物基建材墙板,并将制作好的墙梁一体成型生物基建材墙板的框架梁与连接件通过高强螺栓连接,实现框架的梁柱连接;
步骤S03:在墙梁一体成型生物基建材墙板上铺设C型钢檩条和ALC板构成楼板结构体系;在ALC板上铺设地砖,在C型钢檩条下方安装吊顶,实现楼板的装配。
优选的,步骤S02所述的墙梁一体成型生物基建材墙板是按照以下方法制作而成:
步骤S021:选取冷弯薄壁U型地龙骨,冷弯薄壁U型横龙骨,冷弯薄壁C型竖龙骨和冷弯薄壁U型边龙骨装配组成龙骨;
步骤S022:在龙骨上安装钢支撑;龙骨、框架梁、和钢支撑形成了墙体骨架;
步骤S023:在墙体骨架内填充岩棉,岩棉向外方向依次安装防水层和水泥板;
步骤S024:在龙骨内墙面方向装配生物基建材内墙板,在水泥板外侧方向装配生物基建材外墙板。
优选的,步骤S022所述框架梁包括槽钢框架梁和T型钢框架梁两种结构形式;当框架梁采用槽钢框架梁结构形式时,对应的连接钢板采用U型连接钢板;当框架梁采用T型钢框架梁结构形式时,对应的连接钢板采用矩形连接钢板。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所述的一种低层生物基建材装配式建筑结构及其装配方法,可将方钢管框架柱和墙梁一体成型生物基建材墙板在建筑施工现场连接,实现装配式建筑的快速施工,其中墙梁一体成型生物基建材墙板各结构件可提前装配,采用的生物基建材利用可再生生物资源环保安全,制作成的生物基建材质量轻便,与其装配后的建筑结构整体用钢量小,为现有低层建筑提供一种高效便捷可行性强的装配式建筑技术,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

以下结合具体附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,提供一种低层生物基建材装配式建筑结构,包括方钢管框架柱1和与其装配连接的墙梁一体成型生物基建材墙板2,方钢管框架柱1与墙梁一体成型生物基建材墙板2墙体厚度相同,方钢管框架柱1上焊接有连接件11,连接件11上预开设有螺栓连接孔;墙梁一体成型生物基建材墙板2包括龙骨21,龙骨21由冷弯薄壁U型地龙骨211,冷弯薄壁U型横龙骨212,冷弯薄壁C型竖龙骨213和冷弯薄壁U型边龙骨214组成,在龙骨21顶部设置有槽钢框架梁221、U型连接钢板231、高强螺栓24,U型连接钢板231通过高强螺栓24将槽钢框架梁221与连接件11预留的螺栓孔连接,实现梁柱节点装配。
如图3所示,龙骨21设置有X状的钢支撑25,在龙骨21内墙面方向装配有生物基建材内墙板26(见图1),外墙面方向装配有生物基建材外墙板27(见图1),生物基建材内墙板和外墙板采用生物质作为原料,被制作为木塑等生物基材产品,后再加工为符合建筑要求的墙板。
如图4所示,龙骨21、框架梁22、和钢支撑25形成了墙体骨架,在墙体骨架内还填充有岩棉3,岩棉具有保温功能,可以确保建筑结构保温性能要求,在岩棉3向外方向依次设置有防水层4和水泥板5,水泥板5紧贴生物基建材外墙板27。在槽钢框架梁221顶部铺设C型钢檩条6和ALC板7构成楼板结构体系;在ALC板7上铺设地砖8,在C型钢檩条6下方安装吊顶9,如此即可实现施工现场楼板的装配。
如图2所示,其与图1的区别在于,采用T型钢框架梁222作为框架梁,与之对应的采用矩形连接钢板232作为连接钢板,该结构形式承载能力高,适用跨度较长的建筑结构。
对于上述图1-图4所述的一种低层生物基建材装配式建筑结构,是按照以下方法进行装配:
步骤S01:选取方钢管框架柱1,在方钢管框架柱1上位于梁柱节点位置处焊接连接件11,并在连接件11上预先开设螺栓孔;
步骤S02:制作墙梁一体成型生物基建材墙板2,并将制作好的墙梁一体成型生物基建材墙板2通过连接件11与方钢管框架柱1连接;
其中:墙梁一体成型生物基建材墙板2是按照以下方法制作而成:
步骤S021:选取冷弯薄壁U型地龙骨211,冷弯薄壁U型横龙骨212,冷弯薄壁C型竖龙骨213和冷弯薄壁U型边龙骨214装配组成龙骨21,组装时冷弯薄壁U型地龙骨211横向设置在最下端,冷弯薄壁U型横龙骨212设置在中间,冷弯薄壁C型竖龙骨213与冷弯薄壁U型横龙骨212垂直交叉设置,底端位于冷弯薄壁U型地龙骨211上,冷弯薄壁U型边龙骨214竖向设置在边缘端;
步骤S022:在龙骨上安装钢支撑25;龙骨21、框架梁22、和钢支撑25形成了墙体骨架;
步骤S023:在墙体骨架内填充岩棉3,岩棉3向外方向依次安装防水层4和水泥板5;
步骤S024:在龙骨内墙面方向装配生物基建材内墙板26,在水泥板外侧方向装配生物基建材外墙板27;
步骤S03:在墙梁一体成型生物基建材墙板2上铺设C型钢檩条6和ALC板7构成楼板结构体系;在ALC板7上铺设地砖8,在C型钢檩条6下方安装吊顶9,实现楼板的装配。
经过上述步骤制作好的墙梁一体成型生物基建材墙板2,在龙骨21顶部设置框架梁22、连接钢板23、高强螺栓24,连接钢板23通过高强螺栓24将框架梁22和连接件11连接;其中:框架梁22可以选用槽钢框架梁221或者T型钢框架梁222;当框架梁采用槽钢框架梁221结构形式时,对应的连接钢板采用U型连接钢板231,此时对应的连接件11选用槽钢连接件;当框架梁采用T型钢框架梁222结构形式时,对应的连接钢板采用矩形连接钢板232,此时对应的连接件11选用T型钢连接件;当建筑跨度不大,一般选用槽钢框架梁221结构形式,当建筑跨度较大时,一般选用T型钢框架梁222结构形式。
本发明所述的一种低层生物基建材装配式建筑结构装配方法,龙骨21、框架梁22、和钢支撑25形成了墙体骨架,槽钢框架梁221或者T型钢框架梁222内嵌在生物基建材墙体内,再附以岩棉3、防水层4、水泥板5等材料,安装生物基建材内墙板26、生物基建材外墙板27,形成了墙梁一体成型生物基建材墙板2。墙梁一体成型生物基建材墙板2与方钢管框架柱1焊接的连接件11在梁柱节点位置处通过螺栓连接,实现整个建筑框架梁柱装配,再在整个建筑框架梁柱装配体上铺设C型钢檩条6和ALC板7构成楼板结构体系;在ALC板7上铺设地砖8,在C型钢檩条6下方安装吊顶9,即可实现整个装配式建筑的现场组装。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低层生物基建材装配式建筑结构,其特征在于:所述龙骨(21)、框架梁(22)、和钢支撑(25)形成了墙体骨架,所述墙体骨架内还填充有岩棉(3),岩棉(3)向外方向依次设置有防水层(4)和水泥板(5),所述水泥板(5)紧贴生物基建材外墙板(27)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种低层生物基建材装配式建筑结构,其特征在于:在框架梁(22)顶部铺设C型钢檩条(6)和ALC板(7),构成楼板结构体系;在ALC板(7)上铺设地砖(8),在C型钢檩条(6)下方安装吊顶(9),实现楼板的装配。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低层生物基建材装配式建筑结构,其特征在于:所述龙骨(21)由冷弯薄壁U型地龙骨(211),冷弯薄壁U型横龙骨(212),冷弯薄壁C型竖龙骨(213)和冷弯薄壁U型边龙骨(214)组成,所述冷弯薄壁U型地龙骨(211)横向设置在最下端,所述冷弯薄壁U型横龙骨(212)设置在中间,所述冷弯薄壁C型竖龙骨(213)与冷弯薄壁U型横龙骨(212)垂直交叉设置,所述冷弯薄壁U型边龙骨(214)竖向设置在边缘端。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种低层生物基建材装配式建筑结构,其特征在于:所述框架梁(22)包括槽钢框架梁(221)和T型钢框架梁(222)两种结构形式。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种低层生物基建材装配式建筑结构,其特征在于:当框架梁(22)采用槽钢框架梁(221)结构形式时,对应的连接钢板(23)采用U型连接钢板(231)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种低层生物基建材装配式建筑结构,其特征在于:当框架梁(22)采用T型钢框架梁(222)结构形式时,对应的连接钢板(23)采用矩形连接钢板(232)。
8.一种低层生物基建材装配式建筑的装配方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤S01:选取方钢管框架柱(1),在方钢管框架柱(1)上位于梁柱节点位置处焊接连接件(11),并在连接件(11)上预先开设螺栓孔;
步骤S02:制作墙梁一体成型生物基建材墙板(2),并将制作好的墙梁一体成型生物基建材墙板(2)通过连接件(11)与方钢管框架柱(1)连接;
步骤S03:在墙梁一体成型生物基建材墙板(2)上铺设C型钢檩条(6)和ALC板(7)构成楼板结构体系;在ALC板(7)上铺设地砖(8),在C型钢檩条(6)下方安装吊顶(9),实现楼板的装配。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种低层生物基建材装配式建筑的装配方法,其特征在于:步骤S02所述的墙梁一体成型生物基建材墙板(2)是按照以下方法制作而成:
步骤S021:选取冷弯薄壁U型地龙骨(211),冷弯薄壁U型横龙骨(212),冷弯薄壁C型竖龙骨(213)和冷弯薄壁U型边龙骨(214)装配组成龙骨(21);
步骤S022:在龙骨上安装钢支撑(25);龙骨(21)、框架梁(22)、和钢支撑(25)形成了墙体骨架;
步骤S023:在墙体骨架内填充岩棉(3),岩棉(3)向外方向依次安装防水层(4)和水泥板(5);
步骤S024:在龙骨(21)内墙面方向装配生物基建材内墙板(26),在水泥板(5)外侧方向装配生物基建材外墙板(27)。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种低层生物基建材装配式建筑的装配方法,其特征在于:步骤S022所述框架梁(22)包括槽钢框架梁(221)和T型钢框架梁(222)两种结构形式;当框架梁(22)采用槽钢框架梁(221)结构形式时,对应的连接钢板(23)采用U型连接钢板(231);当框架梁(22)采用T型钢框架梁(222)结构形式时,对应的连接钢板(23)采用矩形连接钢板(232)。
