The large-sized container equipment is widely used in various engineering fields such as chemical industry, medicine, environmental protection and the like. In the manufacturing process of on-site large steel container equipment, the large steel container equipment is generally provided with a container bottom plate, the lower side of the container bottom plate is contacted with a concrete foundation during installation, screw holes are formed in the bottom plate in advance, and the bottom plate is connected with prefabricated foundation bolts in the concrete so as to achieve the effect of fixing equipment bodies, and the installation of the large steel container equipment is completed.
The installation structure of the large steel container in the prior art needs to align screw holes on the bottom plate with foundation bolts in the installation process, and the large steel container is large in size, heavy in weight, difficult to position in the hoisting process and high in installation difficulty. And the large steel container has large volume, heavy weight and high manufacturing cost.

The steel cylinder 1 is generally a cylindrical cylinder or a cuboid cylinder, the steel cylinder 1 is made of carbon steel or stainless steel, the maximum design value of the steel cylinder 1 in the height direction is 12m, and the thickness of the steel cylinder 1 is 6-12mm. As shown in fig. 2, the fixed anchor plate 3 comprises a vertical plate 6 and a horizontal plate 7, the vertical plate 6 is arranged along the vertical direction, the shape of the vertical plate 6 is matched with that of the steel cylinder 1, the upper end of the vertical plate 6 is fixed on the lower side surface of the embedded plate 2, the upper side surface of the horizontal plate 7 is fixed at the lower end of the vertical plate 6, and the horizontal plate 7 is of an annular structure matched with the cross section shape of the vertical plate 6. The lower side edge of the vertical plate 6 is positioned in the middle of the horizontal plate 7, so that the load balance of the inner side and the outer side of the vertical plate 6 is ensured.
The steel cylinder 1 and the fixed anchor plate 3 are respectively positioned at two sides of the central position of the embedded plate 2, and the fixed anchor plate 3 is positioned at the inner side of the steel cylinder 1. The downward load of the steel cylinder body 1 to the embedded plate 2 and the anchoring tension of the fixed anchor plate 3 are mutually offset. Therefore, the load of the steel cylinder body 1 to the embedded plate 2 can not influence the waterproof sealing plate 5 welded on the inner side edge of the embedded plate 2, and the deformation of the waterproof sealing plate 5 is effectively avoided. Specifically, in this embodiment, the distance between the outer side surface of the steel cylinder 1 and the outer side edge of the embedded plate 2 is 100-200mm, the width of the cross section of the embedded plate 2 is 450-700mm, the thickness of the embedded plate 2 in the vertical direction is 12-24mm, and the outer side edge of the vertical plate 6 of the fixed anchor plate 3 is 120-180mm from the inner wall of the steel cylinder 1. The space between the inner side edge of the vertical plate 6 of the fixed anchor plate 3 and the inner side edge of the embedded plate 2 is 120-200mm. The minimum design value of the height of the vertical plate 6 of the fixed anchor plate 3 is 200mm, and the width of the horizontal plate 7 of the fixed anchor plate 3 is 50-100mm.
The waterproof sealing plate 5 comprises a horizontal welding plate 8 and a waterproof plate 9, the horizontal welding plate 8 is of an annular structure, the shape of the horizontal welding plate 8 is matched with that of the embedded plate 2, the outer side edge of the horizontal welding plate 8 is fixed with the inner side edge of the embedded plate 2 through continuous welding and sealing, the waterproof plate 9 is of an inverted truncated cone-shaped tubular structure, and the upper end edge of the waterproof plate 9 is fixedly connected with the inner side edge of the horizontal welding plate 8. The waterproof sealing plate 5 is provided with a waterproof coating on the outer side. The horizontal welding plate 8 and the waterproof plate 9 are integrally formed.
The material of the waterproof sealing plate 5 is consistent with that of the steel cylinder body 1, the inner side edge of the waterproof sealing plate 5 is lapped on the upper side of the inner side edge of the embedded plate 2 and is sealed and fixed in a continuous welding mode, and the waterproof plate 9 of the waterproof sealing plate 5 is embedded into the concrete bottom surface 4 downwards. The vertical height of the waterproof sealing plate 5 is not less than 200mm. The concrete bottom surface 4 is formed by pouring P6-P8 grade concrete, so that the liquid in the container is ensured to seep downwards to a thickness far smaller than the vertical thickness of the waterproof sealing plate 5. Therefore, the bottom surface structure of the steel cylinder body 1 is directly omitted, the weight of the whole container is greatly reduced, the production cost is saved, and meanwhile, the installation is more convenient.
