After the installation of the socket 5 is completed, the dovetail slide 71 is aligned with the dovetail chute 42, and the dovetail slide 71 is inserted from the dovetail chute 42 through one end of the steel box girder body 4, so that the dovetail slide 71 and the dovetail chute 42 are completed in cooperation connection. In the installation of the connection bottom plate 7, the connection bottom plate 7 moves towards the direction of the connecting rod 3, and after one side, close to the connecting rod 3, of the connection bottom plate 7 contacts with the first rack 82, the first rack 82 is pushed to move towards the direction away from the opening of the first limiting groove, the first rack 82 drives the gear 81 to rotate, and the gear 81 drives the second rack 83 to move towards the direction close to the clamping block 61. Until the connecting bottom plate 7 is installed in place, one end of the first rack 82, which is close to the first limiting groove 33, is abutted against the side wall of the connecting bottom plate 7, and one end of the second rack 83, which penetrates out of the bottom wall of the mounting groove 321, is abutted against one end of the column 611, which is close to the bottom wall of the mounting groove 321. So, the second rack 83 can support against the clamping block 61, so that the situation that the clamping block 61 is retracted into the mounting groove 321 due to misoperation or damage failure of the first elastic piece 62 in the use process is reduced, the use safety of the hoisting equipment is further improved, and potential safety hazards are reduced.
Referring to fig. 3, a second elastic member 821 is fixedly connected to an end of the first rack 82 remote from the connection base plate 7, and an end of the second elastic member 821 remote from the first rack 82 is fixedly connected to a cavity wall of the installation cavity 8. In this embodiment, the second elastic member 821 is a coil compression spring. s1: gradually transporting each steel box girder body 4 to a hoisting device by adopting a large-sized flat car according to the sequence of the steel box girder bodies 4 in the design drawing;
s2: hoisting each steel box girder body 4 to an assembly platform block by block according to a certain sequence by using hoisting equipment;
s3: pulling the steel box girder body 4 towards the pier by using a winch traction technology, positioning and assembling, and installing the steel box girder body 4 on the corresponding pier;
s4: after the assembly of one group of steel box girder bodies 4 and piers is completed, the positioning assembly of the next group of steel box girder bodies 4 is continued until the assembly of all the steel box girder bodies 4 is completed;
s5: after all the steel box girder bodies 4 are assembled, the structural strength of the steel box girder is checked, and engineering delivery is performed after the structural strength of the steel box girder passes the checking.
The hoisting facilities in the step S1 and the step S2 adopt the hoisting equipment for multi-span steel box girder construction.
So, because steel case roof beam body 4 is at the in-process of hoist and mount, compare with traditional wire rope and suspender, foretell lifting means is difficult for producing the deformation, and rigidity and stability all have great promotion, when having guaranteed hoist and mount security, can improve the problem that steel case roof beam body 4 takes place the slope to be convenient for steel case roof beam body 4 in hoist and mount in-process and the stability of maintaining the position when hoist and mount are accomplished, and then improve the installation effectiveness of steel case roof beam body 4 in the work progress.

the lower end of the threaded section (31) is provided with a plug connector (32), the plug connector (32) is detachably connected with a plug connector (5), the upper end of the plug connector (5) is in butt joint with the steel box girder body (4), the plug connector (5) is provided with a plug groove (51) matched with the plug connector (32), and the plug connector (32) is provided with a clamping mechanism (6) for limiting the plug connector (5) to move along the axial direction of the plug connector;
the plug connector (32) is provided with an installing groove (321), the clamping mechanism (6) comprises a clamping block (61) and a first elastic piece (62), one end of the first elastic piece (62) is fixedly connected with the bottom wall of the installing groove (321), the other end of the first elastic piece is fixedly connected with the clamping block (61), the inner wall of the plug connector (51) is provided with a clamping groove (511), and the clamping groove (511) is matched with the clamping block (61);
