a. firstly, prefabricating ballastless track unit modules in a factory according to track design, embedding embedded parts in a supporting structure of a track, and vertically fixing a connecting rod piece on the embedded parts;
b. then laying a vibration damping leveling layer, wherein the vibration damping leveling layer adopts a cement blanket, the cement blanket is laid on the supporting structure along the track design direction, meanwhile, the upper end of the connecting rod piece extends out of the through hole of the vibration damping leveling layer, and then watering is carried out on the surface of the cement blanket to soften the cement blanket;
c. connecting the ballastless track unit modules end to end on a cement blanket, enabling a connecting rod piece to be arranged in a containing groove formed by connecting adjacent ballastless track unit modules, and applying a prepressing example to the ballastless track unit modules according to design requirements before the cement blanket is hardened to realize leveling of the ballastless track unit modules;
in the actual fine leveling construction, the elevation and the settlement of a base layer are measured and controlled by adopting machine vision, in order to reduce errors of elevation and thickness control and calculation workload, an electronic computer is adopted to measure a plurality of measuring points which are sequentially arranged on each section at intervals, the set elevation of the ballastless track unit module obtained by observation and the measured elevation of each measuring point are made into a data file, the difference value between the elevation of each measuring point and the design elevation, the thickness of each measuring point, the thickness average value, the mean value and the representative value of each paragraph are obtained by data analysis, and the next adjustment and control are guided.
d. After the cement blanket is hardened, sleeving the limiting compression ring on the connecting rod piece of the accommodating cavity, pouring self-leveling high-damping concrete into a gap between the limiting compression ring and the connecting rod piece to form a damping connecting column, and pouring and filling one of polyurethane, epoxy modified polyurethane and polyurethane modified epoxy materials into the gap between the limiting compression ring and the inner wall of the accommodating cavity to form an elastic connecting ring;
e. external limiting fasteners are arranged on two sides of the ballastless track unit module,
the bottom of the limiting side retaining column is fixed on the supporting structure through an anchoring stud, the middle of the limiting side retaining column is pressed against the side face of the track plate, and the top of the limiting side retaining column is buckled on the top face of the track plate.
In the step a, the prefabricating process of the ballastless track unit module comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of prefabricating a standard track plate (with door-shaped steel bars), galling the bottom of the track plate, spreading fiber materials for enhancing the interface bonding performance, and finally pouring a reinforced concrete layer on the upper side of the bottom of the track plate according to design.
By the method, when the ballastless track unit module is disassembled and maintained, the ballastless track unit module can be replaced only by removing the external limiting fastener, destroying the damping connecting column and taking out the limiting compression ring.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 5, the vibration damping leveling layer 5 is directly laid on the roadbed 9 of the railway, and the ballastless track unit modules are further laid on the vibration damping leveling layer 5.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 6, the difference from embodiment 1 is that the vibration damping leveling layer 5 is directly laid on the box girder 10 of the abutment 11 on the pier 12.

Claims (10)

1. The assembled ballastless track structure of the high-speed railway is characterized by comprising ballastless track unit modules (3), a vibration damping leveling layer (5) and a limiting connecting rod piece (704); the ballastless track unit module is characterized in that the limiting connecting rod piece (704) is fixed on a track supporting structure along the design extending direction of a track, the vibration damping leveling layer (5) is laid on the track supporting structure, the ballastless track unit module (3) is of a prefabricated structure, the ballastless track unit module (3) is laid on the vibration damping leveling layer (5) in a head-to-tail connection mode, and the ballastless track unit module (3) is fixed on the supporting structure through the limiting connecting rod piece (704).
2. The assembled ballastless track structure of the high-speed railway of claim 1, wherein: the vibration-damping leveling layer (5) is made of a cement blanket.
3. The assembled ballastless track structure of the high-speed railway of claim 1, wherein: the ballastless track unit module (3) comprises a track plate (302) and a track bearing platform (301) fixed on the track plate (302).
4. The assembled ballastless track structure of the high-speed railway of claim 3, wherein: the limiting connecting rod piece (704) comprises a built-in limiting boss (7);
the built-in limiting boss (7) comprises an elastic connecting ring (701), a limiting pressing ring (702), a damping connecting column (703) and a connecting rod piece (704), wherein the outer wall of the limiting pressing ring (702) is provided with limiting steps protruding outwards along the circumferential direction, the inner diameter of the limiting pressing ring (702) is matched with the outer diameter of the connecting rod piece (704), the connecting rod piece (704) is fixedly connected with an embedded part in the track supporting structure, a through hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the connecting rod piece (704), on the vibration damping leveling layer (5), the connecting rod piece (704) extends out of the top surface of the vibration damping leveling layer (5) through the through hole, the limiting pressing ring (702) is sleeved on the connecting rod piece (704), and concrete is poured in a gap between the limiting pressing ring (702) and the connecting rod piece (704) to form the damping connecting column (703);
the centers of the connecting ends of two adjacent track plates (302) are respectively provided with containing grooves which are identical in structure and are oppositely arranged, after the adjacent track plates (302) are spliced, the space formed by enclosing the two opposite containing grooves is matched with the size of the limiting pressure ring (702), the inner wall of each containing groove is provided with a positioning block, each positioning block corresponds to the limiting step on the limiting pressure ring (702), the positioning blocks are matched with the limiting steps, and when the two adjacent track plates (302) are spliced, the positioning blocks are clamped below the limiting steps to limit the track plates (302) in the vertical direction; and after the adjacent track plates (302) are spliced, pouring an elastic material in a gap between the limiting compression ring (702) and the accommodating groove to form an elastic connecting ring (701).
5. The ballastless track structure of high-speed railway assembled type, according to claim 4, wherein: the concrete for pouring the damping connecting column (703) adopts self-leveling high-damping concrete.
6. The assembled ballastless track structure of the high-speed railway of claim 4, wherein: the elastic material is polyurethane, epoxy modified polyurethane or polyurethane modified epoxy.
7. The assembled ballastless track structure of the high-speed railway of claim 4, wherein: the built-in limiting boss (7) is cylindrical, elliptic cylindrical, polygonal column or kidney column.

The assembled ballastless track structure of the high-speed railway of claim 4, wherein: spacing clamping ring (702) are formed by the ring of upper and lower two coaxial laying fixed, the height of spacing clamping ring (702) and the thickness phase-match of track board (302), the last ring external diameter of spacing clamping ring (702) is greater than ring external diameter down, makes the outside of spacing clamping ring (702), last ring and lower ring junction form a spacing step.

The assembled ballastless track structure of the high-speed railway of claim 4, wherein: the limiting connecting rod piece (704) further comprises an external limiting fastener (8), and the external limiting fastener (8) comprises a limiting side retaining column (801); the external limiting fastener (8) is arranged on two sides of the track plate (302), the bottom of the limiting side retaining column (801) is fixed on a supporting structure through an anchoring stud (802), the middle of the limiting side retaining column (801) is pressed against the side face of the track plate (302), and the top of the limiting side retaining column (801) is buckled on the top face of the track plate (302).
10. A construction method of a fabricated ballastless track of a high-speed railway is used for constructing the fabricated ballastless track structure of claim 9, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. firstly, prefabricating a ballastless track unit module (3) in a factory according to track design, embedding an embedded part in a supporting structure of a track, and vertically fixing a connecting rod piece (704) on the embedded part;
b. then paving a vibration damping leveling layer (5), wherein the vibration damping leveling layer (5) adopts a cement blanket, the cement blanket is paved on the supporting structure along the track design direction, meanwhile, the upper end of a connecting rod piece (704) extends out of a through hole of the vibration damping leveling layer (5), and then, watering is carried out on the surface of the cement blanket to soften the cement blanket;
c. connecting the ballastless track unit modules (3) end to end and paving the cement blankets, so that the connecting rod piece (704) is arranged in a containing groove formed by connecting the adjacent ballastless track unit modules (3), and applying a prepressing example to the ballastless track unit modules (3) according to design requirements before the cement blankets are hardened to realize the leveling of the ballastless track unit modules (3);
d. after the cement blanket is hardened, sleeving the limiting pressure ring (702) on a connecting rod piece (704) of the accommodating cavity, pouring self-leveling high-damping concrete into a gap between the limiting pressure ring (702) and the connecting rod piece (704) to form a damping connecting column (703), and pouring one of polyurethane, epoxy modified polyurethane and polyurethane modified epoxy materials to fill the gap between the limiting pressure ring (702) and the inner wall of the accommodating cavity to form an elastic connecting ring (701);
e. external limiting fasteners (8) are arranged on two sides of the ballastless track unit module (3),
the bottom of a limiting side blocking column (801) is fixed on a supporting structure through an anchoring stud (802), the middle of the limiting side blocking column (801) is pressed against the side face of the track plate (302), and the top of the limiting side blocking column (801) is buckled on the top face of the track plate (302).
