Abstract
The invention discloses a sofa cloth composite water-based glue which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of butyl acrylate, 10-20 parts of ethyl acrylate, 4-8 parts of methyl methacrylate, 5-10 parts of polystyrene, 0.5-1.5 parts of emulsifier, 4-6 parts of cross-linking agent, 0.1-0.3 part of initiator and 40-60 parts of water. The product has good bonding firmness, is environment-friendly, and has no problem of waste gas pollution.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of adhesives, and particularly relates to a sofa fabric composite water-based glue and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Sofas have become essential furniture for people in daily life and work, and sofa cloth is a general term for various body coverings used in the sofa manufacturing process. In daily use, sofa cloth has the variability of style, can collocate different models, and the style tends towards the pluralism, still has simultaneously can clean, lightweight, antifouling characteristics, and it is more and more favored by people. The sofa fabric comprises cotton, fibrilia and other natural fibers, polyester fiber, nylon fiber and other synthetic fibers, and the single fabric has single function and cannot meet the daily use requirements of people, so that the existing sofa fabric is usually a composite fabric, namely more than two layers of fabrics are formed by bonding, and the sofa fabric has multiple performances, such as good comfort, high wear resistance and strong waterproof and breathable performances.
Glue is needed in the process of sofa fabric composite processing, the glue for composite processing at present is mainly solvent-type glue which is generally composed of main body resin, solvent and some addition aids, the main body resin is epoxy resin, polyethylene resin and the like, most of the solvent is organic solvent, the solvent-type glue has good use effect at present, but due to the use of the organic solvent, the waste gas treatment in the process of sofa fabric production processing is difficult, and the problem of overproof environment-friendly waste gas can be caused; besides solvent-based glue, hot-melt glue is also used, such as polyurethane-type hot-melt glue, epoxy resin-type hot-melt glue and the like, and although the hot-melt glue is better in the aspect of environmental protection, the compounding fastness of the fabric is not very good when the hot-melt glue is used.

Wherein the anionic emulsifier is sodium dodecyl sulfate.
Wherein the non-ionic emulsifier is peregal O emulsifier.
Wherein the peregal O emulsifier is one of peregal O-15, peregal O-20, peregal O-25 and peregal O-30.
Wherein the cross-linking agent is methylol acrylamide.
Wherein the initiator is persulfate.
Wherein the persulfate is potassium persulfate or ammonium persulfate.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the water-based glue for sofa fabric compounding, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing butyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, polystyrene, an emulsifier, a cross-linking agent, an initiator and water according to the formula ratio;
s2, adding butyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, polystyrene, an emulsifier, a cross-linking agent and water into a reaction vessel, and heating to 75-85 ℃ while stirring;
s3, adding part of initiator into the reaction vessel, and carrying out heat preservation stirring reaction for 1-1.5 h;
and S4, adding the rest initiator into the reaction vessel, and continuing to keep the temperature and stir for reaction for 2-3h to obtain the sofa cloth composite water-based glue.
Wherein, in the steps S2, S3 and S4, the stirring speed is 200-250 r/min.

10 parts of butyl acrylate, 18 parts of ethyl acrylate, 7 parts of methyl methacrylate, 7 parts of polystyrene, 1 part of emulsifier (sodium dodecyl sulfate and peregal O-20 in a mass ratio of 1: 1), 4 parts of cross-linking agent (hydroxymethyl acrylamide), 0.1 part of initiator (potassium persulfate) and 45 parts of water.
The preparation method of the sofa fabric composite water-based glue of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing butyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, polystyrene, an emulsifier, a cross-linking agent, an initiator and water according to the formula ratio;
s2, adding butyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, polystyrene, an emulsifier, a cross-linking agent and water into a reaction vessel, heating to 80 ℃ while stirring, wherein the stirring speed is 200 r/min;
s3, adding 1/3 initiator into the reaction vessel, keeping the temperature and continuing stirring for reaction for 1 h;
and S4, adding the rest initiator into the reaction vessel, and continuing to keep the temperature and stir for reaction for 2 hours to obtain the sofa cloth composite water-based glue.
Example 2
The sofa cloth composite water-based glue comprises the following components:

The sofa cloth composite water-based glue comprises the following components:
20 parts of butyl acrylate, 13 parts of ethyl acrylate, 6 parts of methyl methacrylate, 8 parts of polystyrene, 1.2 parts of emulsifier (sodium dodecyl sulfate and peregal O-30 in a mass ratio of 1: 0.7), 6 parts of cross-linking agent (hydroxymethyl acrylamide), 0.15 part of initiator (potassium persulfate) and 50 parts of water.

s3, adding 1/3 initiator into the reaction vessel, keeping the temperature and continuing stirring for reaction for 1.5 h;
and S4, adding the rest initiator into the reaction vessel, and continuing to carry out heat preservation stirring reaction for 2 hours to obtain the sofa cloth composite water-based glue.
Comparative example 1
Comparative example 1 is a comparative example of example 1, and comparative example 1 is different from example 1 in that: in comparative example 1, ethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and polystyrene were not added, and the remaining components and preparation process were the same as in example 1.
The water-based glues obtained in examples 1 to 4 and comparative example 1 were subjected to peel strength test and water washing property test, and the test results are shown in table 1.

From the test results in table 1, it can be seen that the composite fabrics prepared by using the water-based glues in examples 1 to 4 in the present application have good bonding firmness and washing resistance, and it can be seen that the peel strength and washing resistance of the composite fabrics prepared by using the water-based glues in examples 1 to 4 are significantly better than those of the composite fabrics prepared by using the water-based glues in comparative example 1, that is, when the styrene-acrylic polymerized polyacrylate glue prepared by using the emulsion polymerization method in the present application is used for compounding fabrics of sofa cloth, the bonding firmness is excellent, and meanwhile, the used medium is mainly water, so that the environment-friendly effect is achieved, and the waste gas pollution is avoided.

Claims (10)
1. The sofa cloth composite water-based glue is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
10-20 parts of butyl acrylate, 10-20 parts of ethyl acrylate, 4-8 parts of methyl methacrylate, 5-10 parts of polystyrene, 0.5-1.5 parts of emulsifier, 4-6 parts of cross-linking agent, 0.1-0.3 part of initiator and 40-60 parts of water.
2. The sofa cloth composite water-based glue according to claim 1, characterized in that the emulsifier is a mixture of 1: (0.5-1) a mixture of anionic emulsifiers and nonionic emulsifiers.
3. The sofa water-based adhesive for compounding according to claim 2, wherein the anionic emulsifier is sodium lauryl sulfate.
4. The sofa water-based composite water-based glue according to claim 2, wherein the non-ionic emulsifier is a peregal O emulsifier.
5. The sofa water-based adhesive for compounding according to claim 4, wherein the peregal O emulsifier is one of peregal O-15, peregal O-20, peregal O-25 and peregal O-30.
6. The sofa water-based adhesive composition of claim 1, wherein the cross-linking agent is methylol acrylamide.
7. The sofa water-based composite glue of claim 1, wherein the initiator is persulfate.
8. The sofa water-based composite glue of claim 7, wherein the persulfate is potassium persulfate or ammonium persulfate.
9. The preparation method of the sofa cloth composite water-based glue of claim 1, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, weighing butyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, polystyrene, an emulsifier, a cross-linking agent, an initiator and water according to the formula ratio;
s2, adding butyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, polystyrene, an emulsifier, a cross-linking agent and water into a reaction vessel, and heating to 75-85 ℃ while stirring;
s3, adding part of initiator into the reaction vessel, and reacting for 1-1.5h under heat preservation and stirring;
and S4, adding the rest initiator into the reaction vessel, and continuing to keep the temperature and stir for reaction for 2-3h to obtain the sofa cloth composite water-based glue.
