4. The aqueous tile paint of claim 2, wherein: the dosage of the epoxy silane coupling agent is 0.1-10 wt% of the acrylic emulsion.
5. The aqueous tile paint of claim 2, wherein: an emulsifier is also added in the pretreatment process.
6. The aqueous tile paint of claim 5, wherein: the dosage of the emulsifier is 0.1-5 wt% of the epoxy silane coupling agent.
7. The aqueous tile paint of claim 1, wherein: the color paste comprises the following components in parts by weight:
15-30 parts of water;
0.5-10 parts of a dispersing agent;
0.1-5 parts of propylene glycol;
0.01-1 part of defoaming agent;
65-85 parts of toner.
8. The water-based tile paint of claim 7, wherein the dispersant is at least one of a non-ionic wetting dispersant and a polymeric dispersant.
9. The preparation method of the water-based tile paint is characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, preparing color paste;
uniformly mixing acrylic emulsion, a film forming aid, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, polyethylene wax, a rheological aid and water, slowly adding color paste while stirring, and uniformly mixing to obtain a main agent;
and uniformly mixing the main agent and the curing agent to obtain the water-based ceramic tile paint.
10. A method of using an aqueous tile paint, wherein the aqueous tile paint prepared according to claim 9 is directly brushed onto the surface of a tile substrate.
