Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of polyurethane adhesives, in particular to a polyurethane adhesive applied to conveyer belt buckle protection and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of society, the industrial productivity is continuously improved, the energy demand is continuously increased, so that the workload of a coal mine transportation system is increased, and the coal mine transportation system generally adopts a conveyer belt. The conveyor belt needs to be connected in a multistage mode to form the required length, and the specific conveyor belt connecting method is that conveyor belt buckles are firstly arranged at the ends of the conveyor belt, and then every two sections of conveyor belts are connected into a whole through the conveyor belt buckles. However, when the conveyer belt buckle connected with the conveyer belt in the prior art is subjected to the action of external force in use, the risk of tripping is easy to generate, so that the normal production process of the conveyer belt can be influenced, and the conveyer belt buckle is easy to fall off to bring potential safety hazards, thereby forming danger to personal safety.
The use of the conveyer belt buckle directly relates to the service life, maintenance efficiency and the like of the coal mine conveyer belt, so that a conveyer belt manufacturing enterprise designs a plurality of conveyer belt buckles for prolonging the service life of the conveyer belt, and adopts an adhesive coating method to protect the conveyer belt buckle.
At present, the adhesive specially used for protecting the conveyer belt buckle in the market is not common, most of the adhesives are adhesives with other purposes, but the adhesives generally have the defects of containing organic solvents, being not environment-friendly, being low in strength and the like, so that the conveyer belt buckle protecting adhesive with the characteristics of environment friendliness, high curing speed, high bonding strength, yellowing resistance and the like is urgently required to be developed, and the adhesive can be qualified and can be used for protecting the conveyer belt buckle.
In view of this, the present invention has been made.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a polyurethane adhesive applied to belt buckle protection of a conveying belt and a preparation method thereof, so as to solve the technical problems in the prior art. The invention has the advantages of high curing speed, high bonding strength, good adhesion to a base material, high mechanical strength, good transparency, yellowing resistance, no bubbles and the like, and various performance parameters are matched with the protection conveyer belt buckle, so that the invention can be used for protecting the buckle part of the conveyer belt and prolonging the service life of the conveyer belt.
The invention aims at realizing the following technical scheme:
a preparation method of polyurethane adhesive applied to conveyer belt buckle protection comprises the following steps:
(1) The preparation of the first component: according to the mass parts, 20-30 parts of polyether polyol, 30-50 parts of chain extender, 20-30 parts of plasticizer, 0.1-0.5 part of defoamer, 1-3 parts of color paste, 0.5-2 parts of organosilicon coupling agent and 0.001-0.01 part of catalyst are mixed together, so that a first component is prepared;
(2) A step of preparing a second component: adding 50-60 parts of polyether polyol and 5-15 parts of polyethylene glycol into a synthesis reaction kettle according to parts by mass, heating to 110 ℃, dehydrating at a high temperature until the water content is lower than 200ppm, cooling to below 50 ℃, adding 40-55 parts of diisocyanate, heating to 70-80 ℃, and reacting for 3 hours, wherein the synthesis reaction is completed, and obtaining a polyurethane prepolymer, namely a second component;
(3) And (3) compounding: and mixing the first component with the second component according to the mass ratio of the first component to the second component=100:50-60, so as to prepare the polyurethane adhesive applied to the buckle protection of the conveying belt.
