as shown in fig. 9, the cleaning cartridge body assembly 700 comprises a housing 710, a water wash bin 720 and a seasoning bin 730; as shown in fig. 4, the housing 710 is fixed on the collecting bin 200 or the supporting body 300, and is used for carrying the washing bin 720 and the drying bin 730, and includes an inlet 711 and an outlet 712 for the entrance and exit of the conveyor belt 400 and the positioning rope main body 610, respectively; the water washing bin 720 is positioned inside the shell 710 and is used for cleaning the conveyor belt body 400 and the positioning rope main body 610 in a water spraying mode, and comprises a water inlet/outlet 721, a water spraying assembly 722 and a sterilizing assembly 723; the water inlet/outlet 721 is communicated with the water pumping assembly and the water tank, is used for supplying water to the water spraying assembly 722 and recovering waste water, and is controlled by the control unit; the water spraying assembly 722 is preferably a spray head, and the number of the spray head is multiple, and the spray head is positioned on the inner wall of the washing bin 720; the sterilizing component 723 is preferably an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp and is positioned on the inner wall of the washing bin 720; the air drying bin 730 is tightly attached to the water washing bin 720 and is used for air drying the cleaned conveyor belt body 400 and the positioning rope main body 610; an air inlet and outlet component 731 is fixed on the air drying bin 730, and the air inlet and outlet component 731 is preferably an air pump.
Preferably, the gas inlet and outlet assembly 731 further comprises a gas heating assembly.
EXAMPLE III
Considering that the cleaning time of the conveyor belt 400 in the washing bin 720 is limited, and the conveyor belt 400 is easy to generate a dead angle due to the accommodating hole 420, so that the phenomenon of incomplete cleaning is easy to occur; in order to improve the cleaning efficiency, the embodiment of the present application adds the cabin body sealing assembly 724 and the air exhaust assembly 740 on the basis of the above embodiments, and makes certain improvement on the material of the conveyor belt body 400, specifically:
the material of the conveyor belt body 400 is elastic rubber (similar to the material of a balloon);
as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the cabin body sealing assembly 724 is positioned at the entrance and exit of the washing cabin 720, comprises a sealing door 725 (combination of plate body and sealing assembly) and a sealing door shifting assembly, is controlled by the control unit, and plays a role in timely sealing the washing cabin 720;
the air pumping assembly 740 is preferably an air pump, and is positioned on an inlet/outlet of the washing bin 720 for pumping out air inside the washing bin 720; in an actual use state, when the conveyor belt body 400 needs to be cleaned, the cabin body sealing assembly 724 seals the washing cabin 720, then the air pumping assembly 740 is operated to pump air in the washing cabin 720 (creating a low-pressure environment), so that the conveyor belt body 400 in the washing cabin 720 expands (due to self internal pressure), and the water spraying assembly 722 and the sterilizing assembly 723 flush and sterilize the expanded conveyor belt body 400 (the cleaning and sterilizing effects are better).
Preferably, the washing bin 720 is positioned with a plurality of reversing wheels for reversing the conveyor belt 400, and the length of the conveyor belt 400 in the washing bin 720 is greater than 1.5 times of the length of the washing bin 720.
In order to clean the positioning rope main body 610 and improve the ability of fixing the black garlic, preferably, the positioning rope main body 610 is an elastic tube body with a built-in magnetic fluid, and in a use state, the positioning rope main body 610 is influenced by the elastic force and is also attracted by the magnetic force to be tightly attached to the black garlic, and the positioning rope main body enters the water washing bin 720 for cleaning under the guidance of the reversing rod body 310.
Preferably, the cleaning cartridge body assembly 700 is run once every two hours.
Preferably, the inner wall of the collecting bin body 200 is covered with a plurality of layers of removable films, and one layer of removable films is removed after the collecting bin body 200 runs for a certain time.
