Example one
Referring to fig. 1-8, an embodiment of the present invention provides a folding handle structure 100, including a first connector 110, a second connector 120, and a holding assembly 130; the second connecting piece 120 is hinged with the first connecting piece 110; the holding assembly 130 is sleeved on the second connecting member 120, and the holding assembly 130 is detachably connected to the first connecting member 110, so that the holding assembly 130 restricts or releases the restriction of the rotation of the second connecting member 120 relative to the first connecting member 110. In a specific application, the second connecting member 120 rotates relative to the first connecting member 110, wherein when the first connecting member and the second connecting member are in a straight line, the folding handle structure 100 is in an unfolded state, and in order to maintain the unfolded state, the holding assembly 130 is sleeved in the second connecting member 120 and then is tightly connected with the first connecting member 110, so that the holding assembly 130 limits the rotation of the first connecting member 110 relative to the second connecting member 120; when the holding assembly 130 is separated from the first connecting member 110, the holding assembly 130 can be released from limiting the rotation of the first connecting member 110 relative to the second connecting member 120, so that the second connecting member 120 can be folded relative to the first connecting member 110.
Referring to fig. 1, in one possible embodiment, the holding assembly 130 is at least sleeved at the hinge joint of the first connecting member 110 and the second connecting member 120 to limit the rotation of the second connecting member 120 relative to the first connecting member 110. In a specific application, the holding assembly 130 may be a short sleeve, when the rotation of the second connecting member 120 relative to the first connecting member 110 needs to be limited, the holding assembly 130 only needs to be sleeved at the hinged position of the first connecting member 110 and the second connecting member 120, so that the rotation of the second connecting member 120 relative to the first connecting member 110 can be limited by the short holding assembly 130, and thus, the use of materials for the holding assembly 130 can be reduced, and the production and manufacturing costs can be saved; in addition, the second connecting element 120 is provided with an anti-falling part (not shown) for preventing the holding assembly 130 from falling off, wherein the anti-falling part can be a thread surrounding the second connecting element 120 or a convex part protruding on the second connecting element 120, so that when the holding assembly 130 is separated from the first connecting element 110, the holding assembly 130 cannot fall off the second connecting element 120, thereby avoiding the problem that the user easily loses the holding assembly 130 in the using process.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in one possible embodiment, the first connector 110 is provided with an escape opening 111, and the second connector 120 is rotatably connected to the second connector 120 through the escape opening 111. In specific application, the first connecting member 110 is provided with a downward avoiding opening 111, which can limit the second connecting member 120 to be folded upwards, so that the folded second connecting member 120 is prevented from occupying an accommodating space above the accommodating space, wherein the avoiding opening 111 serves as a hinge opening, so that the second connecting member 120 can have damping when rotating relative to the first connecting member 110, and thus the burden of the holding assembly 130 when limiting the rotation of the second connecting member 120 relative to the first connecting member 110 is reduced.
Referring to fig. 1, 5 and 6, in one possible embodiment, one end of the first connecting member 110 is provided with a first thread 112, and one end of the grip assembly 130 associated with the first thread 112 is provided with a second thread 1311, so that the grip assembly 130 is clamped to the first connecting member 110. In a specific application, the first thread 112 is connected to the second thread 1311, so that the grip assembly 130 is clamped to the first connector 110, thereby limiting the rotational folding of the second connector 120 relative to the first connector 110.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, in one possible embodiment, the holding assembly 130 includes a sleeve member 131, the sleeve member 131 is disposed on the second connecting member 120, one end of the sleeve member 131 is provided with a second thread 1311, and the sleeve member 131 is disposed on the second connecting member 120 and detachably connected to the first connecting member 110 through the second thread 1311. In a specific application, the sleeve member 131 is a steel pipe member for limiting the rotation of the second connection with respect to the first connection member 110.
Referring to fig. 1, in one possible embodiment, the holding assembly 130 further includes a soft sleeve member 132, and the soft sleeve member 132 is sleeved on the sleeve member 131. In particular applications, a soft sleeve member 132 is provided over the soft sleeve member 131 to increase the comfort of the grip assembly 130.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in one possible embodiment, the cylindrical surface of the soft sleeve 132 remote from the sleeve member 131 is provided with a skid 1321. In a specific application, in order to prevent the hand from slipping on the holding assembly 130, a spiral anti-slip pattern 1321 is provided on the holding assembly 130.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in one possible embodiment, the folding handle structure 100 further includes an elastic component 140, the elastic component 140 is located between the second connecting member 120 and the holding component 130, the elastic component 140 includes a mounting seat 141 and a spring 142 fixed on the mounting seat 141, the mounting seat 141 is fixed on the second connecting member 120, and the spring 142 abuts against the holding component 130. In a specific application, when the holding assembly 130 is separated from the first connecting member 110, the elastic member 140 can eject the holding assembly 130 out of the second connecting member 120, so as to achieve the function of quickly separating the holding assembly 130.
Example two
The subject matter of this embodiment is different from the subject matter of the first embodiment, and the specific differences are as follows:
referring to fig. 7 and 8, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a scooter 10, including the folding handle structure 100 and a headstock 200, wherein the headstock 200 is provided with the folding handle structure 100. In a specific application, the folding handle structure 100 is disposed on the head frame 200, so that the handle on the head frame 200 can be folded for easy storage, and meanwhile, the head frame 200 can be prevented from being folded accidentally during use.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in one possible embodiment, the scooter 10 further includes a body 300, and the headstock 200 is detachably coupled to the body 300. In a specific application, in order to facilitate the assembly of the scooter 10, the headstock 200 is detachably connected to the scooter body 300, and in addition, the scooter body 300 can further contract the volume space occupied by the scooter 10 after being detached from the scooter body 300.
The above examples only show some embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the claims. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention.
