The method for manufacturing the embossed decorative plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw material components of the organic silicon varnish comprise, by weight, 40-60% of acrylic resin, 10-15% of epoxy resin, 14-20% of organic silicon oligomer, 13-19% of ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate, 2-5% of isopropyl alcohol, 0.1-0.3% of dispersant, 0.1-0.3% of defoamer and 0.2-0.4% of wetting agent.
6. The method for manufacturing a relief decorative plate according to claim 1, wherein in the step C, the spraying thickness of the sprayed silicone varnish is 20-30 μm.

The method of manufacturing a relief decorative plate according to claim 1, wherein in the step a, a UV light curable coating is applied on the surface of the substrate by roll coating and cured to obtain a UV blocking primer layer, a UV light curable coating is applied on the surface of the UV blocking primer layer by roll coating and cured to obtain a UV primer layer, and a white UV light curable coating is applied on the surface of the UV primer layer by roll coating and cured to obtain a UV white primer layer.

The embossed decorative plate is characterized by being manufactured by the manufacturing method of the embossed decorative plate according to any one of claims 1 to 7, and comprising a base material layer, a UV sealing bottom layer, a UV primer layer, a UV white bottom layer, an embossed pattern layer and a surface protection layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top;
the thickness of the UV sealing bottom layer is 20-25 mu m, the thickness of the UV primer layer is 20-25 mu m, the thickness of the UV white bottom layer is 20-25 mu m, and the thickness of the surface protection layer is 20-30 mu m.
