The smoke hanging hood 7 comprises a smoke suction hood 20, a flue 21 and a smoke outlet 22, wherein the length of the smoke suction hood 20 corresponds to the length of the upright column long welding line 30 with the chute; the smoke hanging cover 7 is hung on a hanging cover cantilever 6 of the smoke cover hanging frame and is connected with the smoke purifier 1 in parallel, and is used for absorbing smoke generated by welding and purifying the smoke purifier 1.
The program control box 8 is used for driving the motor 9 and the smoke purifier 1 and comprises a main control box and a remote controller; the program control box 8 is arranged on a control box mounting plate 18 of the dual-purpose support 5 and is connected with the smoke purifier 1 and the dual-drive motor 9 in parallel, the main control box is used for controlling the movable smoke absorption type welding tool to move according to a set program, and the remote controller is used for remotely controlling the argon arc welding equipment to start and stop.
The driving motor 9 is a GAS77-YEJ 2-4P-107.83-M4-phi 50-270-1955 type speed reducing motor, and comprises a motor and a worm gear reducer; the double-drive motor 9 is respectively connected with double driving wheel shafts 13 of the double-machine moving platform 3 and used for driving the moving smoking type welding tool to move back and forth.
The movable smoking type welding tool for batch welding of the upright post with the chute has the advantages of sharing a platform by two machines, compact structure, movable batch welding, high production efficiency, movable smoke purification, environmental protection, sanitation, remote control starting and pausing and convenient use, can bear and assist the argon arc welding machine 2 to carry out movable smoking type welding on the upright posts 24 and 25 with the chute of the batch filter press; the technical problems that a mobile smoking type welding tool for batch welding of the upright columns 24 and 25 with the sliding grooves is lacked, the production efficiency is low, smoke pollutes the field environment and the manual welding quality is influenced are solved; the automation level and the production efficiency of argon arc welding equipment are improved, the environmental sanitation of a welding site is protected, the manual welding quality is guaranteed, and the requirement of the market on a large number of filter presses is met; can increase the efficiency.

The invention provides argon arc welding equipment, which uses a movable smoking type welding tool (a movable smoking type welding tool for short) for batch welding of upright columns with sliding grooves; the argon arc welding equipment mainly comprises an argon arc welding machine 2 and a movable smoking type welding tool; the device has the functions of movably welding long welding seams 30 and smoking and purifying batch filter press upright columns with sliding chutes (comprising gantry upright columns 24 and lifting sliding chutes 25); the invention is a common technical part with the prior art and is manufactured according to the current standard of argon arc welding machines in China.
The argon arc welding machine 2 is a YC-150 type manual tungsten electrode argon arc welding machine 2, which uses an argon arc welding machine and adopts a high-voltage breakdown arc starting mode; argon arc welding, i.e. tungsten inert gas arc welding, refers to a welding method using industrial tungsten or active tungsten as a non-melting electrode and inert gas (argon) as protection; the method is generally used for thin plate welding of 6-lOmm and back sealing welding of thick plate single-side welding double-side forming.
The movable smoke absorption type welding tool comprises a smoke purifier 1, a double-machine movable platform 3, a movable track 4, a smoke hood suspension frame, a smoke hood suspension cover 7, a program control box 8 and a driving motor 9; has the functions of bearing and assisting the argon arc welding machine 2 to carry out moving welding and smoke absorption purification on the batch filter press upright columns 24 and 25 with the sliding chutes. The argon arc welding machine 2 is arranged on an argon arc welding machine seat 27 of the double-machine moving platform 3 to form argon arc welding equipment.
The working process of the argon arc welding equipment comprises the following steps: (1) preparing before welding: a plurality of sliding chute upright posts (comprising gantry upright posts 24 and lifting sliding chutes 25) are alternately and vertically arranged on the ground at the side of the smoke hanging cover 7 (the first sliding chute upright post is positioned below the smoke hanging cover 7); (2) welding and smoking: after the remote argon arc welding equipment is started, a long welding line 30 between the gantry upright post 24 and the lifting chute 25 is welded manually, and the smoke purifier 1 automatically purifies smoke generated by welding in the welding process; (3) a mobile device: under the control of a program control system, when one upright column 24 and 25 with the sliding groove is welded, the argon arc welding equipment can automatically move to the position corresponding to the next upright column with the sliding groove; after the last upright column 24 and 25 with the sliding groove is welded, the argon arc welding equipment can automatically return.
The argon arc welding equipment provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that: by additionally arranging a brand new movable smoking type welding tool for batch welding of the upright post with the chute, the argon arc welding machine 2 can be borne and assisted, and the batch upright post with the chute of the filter press can be subjected to movable smoking type welding; the automation level and the production efficiency of argon arc welding equipment are improved, the environmental sanitation of a welding site is protected, the manual welding quality is guaranteed, and the requirement of the market on a large number of filter presses is met; can increase the efficiency.

Claims (5)

1. A movable smoke absorption type welding tool for batch welding of upright columns with sliding grooves comprises a smoke purifier, a double-machine movable platform, a movable track, a smoke hood suspension frame, a smoke hood, a program control box and a driving motor; the method is characterized in that: the smoke purifier is an LB-JZ3600D type smoke purifier, and is used for processing air volume: 3600m for cultivation/h; the double-machine mobile platform is a four-wheel mobile platform shared by the smoke purifier and the argon arc welding machine and comprises a double-groove platform, a driving wheel with a shaft and a driven wheel with a shaft; the double-groove platform comprises a platform groove body, a groove body connecting plate and a hanger connecting plate; the driving wheel with the shaft comprises a driving wheel and a driving wheel shaft; the driven wheel with the shaft comprises a driven wheel, a driven wheel shaft and a driven shaft sleeve; the moving track is an I-shaped moving track corresponding to the pulley groove, and the effective length of the moving track is greater than the total interval width of six upright columns with sliding grooves in a welding state; the hood suspension bracket comprises a dual-purpose bracket and a suspension bracket; the dual-purpose support is a dual-purpose frame support for mounting the control box and the suspension cover cantilever and comprises a frame support, a suspension bracket connecting plate and a control box mounting plate; the suspension hood cantilever is a connected double cantilever for hoisting the smoke suspension hood and comprises a connected double cantilever, a suspension bracket connecting plate and a suspension hood mounting plate; the smoke hanging cover comprises a smoke suction cover, a flue and a smoke outlet, wherein the length of the smoke suction cover corresponds to the length of a long welding line of the upright post with the sliding chute; the program control box is used for driving the motor and the smoke purifier and comprises a main control box and a remote controller; the interconnection relationship is: the double-machine moving platform is arranged on the double-moving track and can move on the double-moving track, the smoke purifier is arranged at the outer end of the moving platform, the smoke hood suspension frame is arranged at one side of the moving platform, the smoke suspension hood is suspended on the smoke hood suspension frame and connected with the smoke purifier in parallel, the double driving motors are respectively connected with double driving wheel shafts of the double-machine moving platform, the control box is arranged on a control box mounting plate of the dual-purpose support and connected with the smoke purifier and the double driving motors in parallel; the movable smoking type welding tool can bear and assist the argon arc welding machine and carry out movable smoking type welding on the stand columns with the sliding grooves of the filter presses in batches.
2. The batch welding of claim 1 with sliding chute column moving smoking type welding tool is characterized in that: the groove width of the platform groove body of the double-machine mobile platform corresponds to the width of the driving wheel, and two ends of the platform groove body are provided with axle holes; two ends of five groove connecting plates are welded at the inner side of the double-platform groove body at intervals respectively, and double-hanger connecting plates are welded at the upper surface of the left platform groove body at intervals to form a double-groove platform, wherein the front surface of the double-groove platform is provided with a smoke purification machine base, and the rear surface of the double-groove platform is provided with an argon arc welding machine base; the driving wheel is provided with a pulley groove corresponding to the moving track, and a driving wheel shaft is arranged in a wheel shaft hole of the driving wheel to form a driving wheel with a shaft; the driven wheel is provided with a pulley groove corresponding to the moving track, the driven shaft sleeve is a polypropylene shaft sleeve, the driven shaft sleeve is embedded in a shaft sleeve hole of the driven wheel, and the driven wheel shaft is movably arranged in the driven shaft sleeve to form a driven wheel with a shaft; the double-belt-shaft driving wheel and the double-belt-shaft driven wheel are respectively arranged in axle holes at two ends of the double-groove platform to form a double-machine moving platform, the left and right wheel tracks of the double-machine moving platform correspond to the double-track wheel tracks, and the double-machine moving platform can simultaneously bear a smoke purifier and an argon arc welding machine.
