The inner spraying pipe 28 and the outer spraying pipe 27 are arranged and matched with the spraying moving seat, so that the inner wall and the outer wall of the polished cast iron pipe can be washed, and residual iron powder on the inner wall and the outer wall of the cast iron pipe can be removed;

the cleaned cast iron pipe can be dried by matching the heat collection cover 35 with the electric heating pipe, so that residual water stains on the surface of the cast iron pipe are removed, and the spraying effect of an anticorrosive coating of the cast iron pipe is prevented from being influenced by the residual water stains;
when the cast iron pipe is dried, the cleaned cast iron pipe is placed on the surfaces of the driving roller and the driven roller 34, the electric heating pipe is matched with the heat collecting cover 35 to heat the cast iron pipe, the driving motor 36 is started while heating is carried out, the driving roller is driven to rotate by the motor matched with the belt 37, the cast iron pipe is driven to rotate at a constant speed, the cast iron pipe can be heated more uniformly, and the drying efficiency of the cast iron pipe is improved.

as shown in fig. 5; the spraying mechanism 4 comprises a spraying workbench 41, a third fixed plate 42, a third clamping seat 43, a third motor 44, a third bracket 45, a spraying movable seat 46, an outer spraying pipe 47 and an inner spraying pipe 48, wherein the third fixed plate 42 is fixed at the upper end of the spraying workbench 41 through welding, the third clamping seat 43 is rotatably connected to the surface of the third fixed plate 42, the third motor 44 is fixed on the surface of the third fixed plate 42, the third motor 44 and the third clamping seat 43 are arranged on different surfaces of the third fixed plate 42, the spraying movable seat 46 is arranged at the upper end of the spraying workbench 41, the spraying movable seat 46 is in sliding connection with the spraying workbench 41 through a sliding block, the outer spraying pipe 47 and the inner spraying pipe 48 are both arranged on the surface of the spraying movable seat 46, the outer spraying pipe 47 is fixed at the upper end of the spraying movable seat 46, the third bracket 45 is arranged between the third fixed plate 42 and the spraying movable seat 46, the third bracket 45 and the spraying workbench 41 are fixed by welding.
The third motor 44 is matched with the third clamping seat 43, so that the dried cast iron pipe can be driven to rotate at a constant speed, the anticorrosive coating of the cast iron pipe can be sprayed more uniformly, and the spraying quality of the anticorrosive coating can be improved;
the inner spraying pipe 48 and the outer spraying pipe 47 are matched, so that spraying can be simultaneously carried out on the inner wall and the outer wall of the cast iron pipe, and the spraying efficiency of the anticorrosive coating of the cast iron pipe can be improved;
when the anticorrosive coating is sprayed on the cast iron pipe, the dried cast iron pipe is clamped on the inner wall of the third clamping seat 43, the dried cast iron pipe is clamped by the third clamping seat 43, then the cast iron pipe is driven to rotate by the third motor 44, and the spraying moving seat 46 is sprayed along the spraying workbench 41 in a sliding mode, so that the inner spraying pipe 48 extends into the cast iron pipe at a constant speed, and the inner wall and the outer wall of the cast iron pipe are sprayed simultaneously by matching with the outer spraying pipe 47, and the spraying efficiency of the anticorrosive coating of the cast iron pipe is improved.

1. An internal and external spraying production line for an anticorrosive coating of a cast iron pipe comprises a grinding mechanism (1), and is characterized in that one side of the grinding mechanism (1) is sequentially connected with a cleaning mechanism (2), a drying mechanism (3) and a spraying mechanism (4), and a transmission mechanism (5) is arranged between every two of the cleaning mechanism (2), the drying mechanism (3) and the spraying mechanism (4);
the polishing mechanism (1) comprises a polishing workbench (11), a first fixing plate (12) is fixed at the upper end of the polishing workbench (11) through welding, a first clamping seat (13) is rotatably mounted on the surface of the first fixing plate (12), a first motor (14) is fixedly mounted on the surface of the first fixing plate (12) relative to one side of the first clamping seat (13), a first bracket (15) is fixed at the upper end of the polishing workbench (11) through welding, a polishing moving seat (19) is arranged on one side of the first bracket (15), a fixing rod (110) is fixedly mounted on the surface of the polishing moving seat (19), and a polishing grinding wheel (111) is mounted at the end part of the fixing rod (110);
the cleaning mechanism (2) comprises a cleaning workbench (21), the upper end of the cleaning workbench (21) is connected with a cleaning moving seat (26) in a sliding mode, the cleaning moving seat (26) is connected with the cleaning workbench (21) through a limiting block, an outer spraying pipe (27) is installed on the surface of the cleaning moving seat (26), an inner spraying pipe (28) is arranged on the outer spraying pipe (27) in a squatting mode, and spray heads are connected to the end portions of the outer spraying pipe (27) and the inner spraying pipe (28);
drying mechanism (3) are including stoving workstation (31), the upper end of stoving workstation (31) is fixed with protection casing (32), the inside of protection casing (32) is provided with drive roll (33) and driven voller (34), the upper end fixed mounting of drive roll (33) and driven voller (34) has thermal-arrest cover (35), driving motor (36) are installed through the fixing base in the top of protection casing (32), the output of driving motor (36) is connected with belt (37).

The internal and external spraying production line for the anticorrosive coating of the cast iron pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the grinding mechanism (1) further comprises a support frame (16), the support frame (16) is fixed at the rear end of the grinding mechanism (1) by welding, electric push rods (17) are installed at the upper end of the support frame (16), the number of the electric push rods (17) is two, the two electric push rods (17) are arranged in parallel, the lower end of each electric push rod (17) penetrates through the support frame (16), and grinding stones (18) are installed at the lower end of the support frame (16) through an installation plate.

The cast iron pipe anticorrosive coating inner and outer spraying production line as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that an output shaft of the first motor (14) penetrates through the first fixing plate (12), extends to the surface of the first clamping seat (13) and is connected with the first clamping seat (13), and the lower end of the polishing moving seat (19) is slidably connected with the polishing workbench (11) through a limiting block.

The cast iron pipe anticorrosive coating internal and external spraying production line as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cleaning mechanism (2) further comprises a second fixing plate (22), the second fixing plate (22) is fixed at the upper end of the cleaning workbench (21) through welding, a second clamping seat (23) for fixing the cast iron pipe is rotatably connected to the surface of the second fixing plate (22), a second motor (24) is fixed to the surface of the second fixing plate (22), an output shaft of the second motor (24) penetrates through the second fixing plate (22) and extends to the surface of the second clamping seat (23) to be connected with the second clamping seat (23), a second bracket (25) is arranged between the second fixing plate (22) and the cleaning moving seat (26), and the second bracket (25) is fixedly installed on the surface of the cleaning workbench (21).

The cast iron pipe anticorrosive coating internal and external spraying production line as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driving roller (33) and the driven roller (34) are connected with the protective cover (32) through rotating shafts, wherein one end of the rotating shaft connected with the driving roller (33) penetrates through the protective cover (32), the belt (37) is connected with the rotating shaft connected with the driving roller (33), the driving roller (33) and the driving motor (36) are driven through the belt (37), the heat collection cover (35) is arranged at the upper ends of the driving roller (33) and the driven roller (34), and the heat collection cover (35) is internally provided with a snake-shaped electric heating pipe.

The cast iron pipe anticorrosive coating internal and external spraying production line as claimed in claim 1, wherein the spraying mechanism (4) comprises a spraying workbench (41), a third fixing plate (42), a third clamping seat (43), a third motor (44), a third bracket (45), a spraying moving seat (46), an external spraying pipe (47) and an internal spraying pipe (48), the third fixing plate (42) is fixed at the upper end of the spraying workbench (41) through welding, the third clamping seat (43) is rotatably connected to the surface of the third fixing plate (42), the third motor (44) is fixed on the surface of the third fixing plate (42), and the third motor (44) and the third clamping seat (43) are arranged on different surfaces of the third fixing plate (42).

The internal and external spraying production line for the anticorrosive coatings of cast iron pipes as claimed in claim 6, wherein the spraying moving seat (46) is arranged at the upper end of the spraying workbench (41), the spraying moving seat (46) and the spraying workbench (41) are connected in a sliding manner through a sliding block, the external spraying pipe (47) and the internal spraying pipe (48) are both arranged on the surface of the spraying moving seat (46), and the external spraying pipe (47) is fixed at the upper end of the spraying moving seat (46).

The internal and external spraying production line for the anticorrosive coating of the cast iron pipe as claimed in claim 7, wherein the third bracket (45) is arranged between the third fixing plate (42) and the spraying moving seat (46), and the third bracket (45) is fixed with the spraying workbench (41) by welding.
