The movable deck 100 is liftably installed on the hull 200 to facilitate the up-and-down transportation of cargo. The movable deck 100 has a first position a and a second position b, the first position a being higher than the second position b.
In order to ensure that the movable deck 100 can be used in both the first position a and the second position b, the fire safety of the ship is ensured. The embodiment also provides a spraying system, which comprises a nozzle pipeline 1, a spraying main pipe 2 and a hose 3, wherein the nozzle pipeline 1 is fixed on the movable deck 100; the spray header 2 is fixed below the second position b of the movable deck 100; the first end of the hose 3 is communicated with the interface of the spray header 2, the second end of the hose is communicated with the interface of the spray head pipeline 1, and the second end of the hose 3 can lift along with the lifting of the movable deck 100, so that the spray system can be used at both the first position a and the second position b.

Alternatively, the spray head pipeline 1 and the spray header pipeline 2 can adopt hard steel pipes, and the hose 3 is only arranged between the joints of the spray header pipeline 2 and the spray head pipeline 1, so that the requirement of the spray system pipeline on pressure intensity is met.
Optionally, the hose 3 is made of a refractory material. The hose 3 is exemplarily a rubber hose.
In addition, the length of the hose 3 is as short as possible on the premise of ensuring the lifting requirement of the movable deck 100, so that the hose 3 is prevented from being excessively long and being laid down on the movable deck 100, and the influence of the arrangement of the hose 3 on the cargo transportation in the cargo hold can be avoided.
Preferably, the first end of the hose 3 and its second end are oriented the same, the hose 3 being in a U-shaped arrangement. This design is convenient for optimize the overall arrangement of hose 3, under the prerequisite that satisfies hose 3's demand, shortens hose 3's length as far as possible. In addition, the design needs to take the bending radius of the hose 3 into consideration, so as to avoid the influence of too small diameter of the hose 3 on the use and shorten the service life of the hose 3.
Illustratively, the hose 3 has a length in the range of 5m to 5.5 m. The bending radius of the hose 3 ranges from 800mm to 1000 mm.
The hose 3 is arranged on the side, so that in the cargo hold area, when the movable deck 100 is at the second position b, the spraying hose is U-shaped, and when the movable deck 100 is lifted to the first position a, the joint part of the nozzle pipeline 1 on the movable deck 100 drives the hose 3 to move upwards together to reach the set position to form a J shape. The smoothness of the spraying system can be realized within the height range of several meters for the 100-layer height of the movable deck, and the function of the spraying system is ensured.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the movable deck 100 includes a port deck 101 and a starboard deck 102 which are independently and symmetrically arranged, the spraying system includes a left spraying device 10 and a right spraying device 20 which are independently and symmetrically arranged, the port deck 101 is provided with the left spraying device 10, and the starboard deck 102 is provided with the right spraying device 20. According to the design, the movable deck 100 is divided into a port deck 101 and a starboard deck 102 which are independently arranged, on one hand, the movable deck 100 is convenient to lift and adjust, on the other hand, the left spraying device 10 and the right spraying device 20 are convenient to install, and the large-area spraying fire-fighting requirement of the movable deck 100 is met.
Further, the port deck 101 and the starboard deck 102 each include a front deck 103 and a rear deck 104 that are independently provided, the left spray device 10 and the right spray device 20 each include a front spray device 30 and a rear spray device 40 that are independently provided, the front deck 103 is provided with the front spray device 30, and the rear deck 104 is provided with the rear spray device 40. According to the design, a port deck 101 and a starboard deck 102 are divided into a front board deck 103 and a rear board deck 104 which are independently arranged, and a front spraying device 30 and a rear spraying device 40 are respectively arranged aiming at the front board deck 103 and the rear board deck 104, so that the spraying fire-fighting requirements are met.
Optionally, the front spray device 30 includes a first spray head pipeline 301 and a first connection pipeline 302, the first spray head pipeline 301 extends along the width direction of the ship body 200, multiple rows of first spray head pipelines 301 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the ship body 200, and the multiple rows of first spray head pipelines 301 are communicated with each other by the first connection pipeline 302; the first head pipe 301 is provided with a plurality of heads 4 arranged at intervals along the length direction thereof.
Preferably, the interface of the first nozzle line 301 is provided on a side of the forward deck 103. This design facilitates the assembly of the connection of the first spray head line 301 with the hose 3.
Illustratively, the hose 3 connected to the first shower head pipe 301 has a diameter of 100 mm.
Optionally, the rear shower apparatus 40 includes a second shower head pipeline 401 and a third shower head pipeline 402, the second shower head pipeline 401 is U-shaped, the third shower head pipeline 402 is disposed at a U-shaped middle position of the second shower head pipeline 401, and a U-shaped arm of the second shower head pipeline 401 is parallel to the third shower head pipeline 402.
Preferably, a plurality of rows of spraying branch circuits 4011 are arranged on the U-shaped support arm of the second nozzle pipeline 401 at intervals along the length direction of the U-shaped support arm, and at least two nozzles 4 are arranged on the spraying branch circuits 4011.
