Device for assisting scalp disinfection
Technical Field
The present application relates to medical devices, and more particularly to a device for assisting in the disinfection of the scalp.
Background
In the case of cranium surgery, it is necessary to sterilize the scalp of the entire head. After the patient is anesthetized, the patient lies on an operating table for performing the hair implantation operation, and a doctor clamps cotton balls or gauze adsorbed with disinfectant through operating forceps to wipe the scalp of the patient for disinfection. For the sterilization of the scalp on the back side of the head, an additional assistant is required to help lift the head of the patient with both hands so that the back scalp can be smoothly sterilized after being sufficiently exposed.
Currently, there is no auxiliary tool dedicated to scalp disinfection that helps lift the patient's head to fully expose the posterior or inferior scalp.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present application aims to propose a device for assisting scalp disinfection, which can help a disinfection operator to complete the work of back-side scalp disinfection by only one person.
A device for assisting scalp disinfection of the present application, comprising: the device comprises a bracelet, a longitudinal lifting rod, a first width adjusting rod, a second width adjusting rod, a first head supporting member, a second head supporting member and a width adjusting screw;

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a device for assisting scalp sterilization of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A device for assisting scalp disinfection of the present application, comprising: the hand strap 10, the longitudinal tie bar 20, the first width adjustment lever 30, the second width adjustment lever 40, the first head support member 50, the second head support member 60, and the width adjustment screw 70.
The upper end of the longitudinal tie rod 20 is mounted on the underside of the bracelet 20.
The first width adjusting lever 30 and the second width adjusting lever 40 are disposed at the lower side of the longitudinal tie rod 20 in a splayed shape; the upper ends of the first width adjustment lever 30 and the second width adjustment lever 40 are rotatably installed at the lower end of the longitudinal tie 20.
The first head support member 50 is rotatably installed at the lower side of the first width adjustment lever 30; the first head support member 50 includes an arcuately curved first support plate 53.
The second head supporting member 60 is rotatably installed at the lower side of the second width adjustment lever 40; the second head support member 60 includes an arcuately curved second support plate 63.
The first support plate 53 is bent toward the second support plate 63, and the second support plate 63 is bent toward the first support plate 53, and the lower ends of the first support plate 53 and the second support plate 63 are retracted as a whole, so that they can be stably supported on the underside of the patient's head.
A width adjustment screw 70 is mounted on upper portions of the first and second head support members 50 and 60 for adjusting the distance between the first and second head support members 50 and 60 from each other.
The lower side of the bracelet 10 is formed with a first through hole 11; the upper end of the longitudinal lifting rod 20 rotatably passes through the first through hole 11 and then extends to the upper side of the first through hole; the upper end of the lever body 21 of the longitudinal lifting lever 20 forms a first catch 22. The stopper 22 prevents the upper end of the longitudinal pulling rod 20 from being pulled out of the first through hole 11.
The lower end of the lever body 21 of the longitudinal lifting lever 20 is formed with a first circular ring 23.
The upper end of the lever body 31 of the first width adjustment lever 30 forms a second circular ring 32.
The upper end of the lever body 41 of the second width adjusting lever 40 forms a third circular ring 42.
The first ring 23, the second ring 32, and the third ring 42 overlap each other and are rotatably mounted together by a first pivot. Specifically, the second ring 32 and the third ring 42 may be located at front and rear sides of the first ring 23, respectively.
The lower end of the lever body 31 of the first width adjustment lever 30 forms a fourth circular ring 33. The lower end of the lever body 41 of the second width adjustment lever 40 forms a fifth ring 43.
The upper end of the first head support member 50 forms a sixth annular ring 52; the upper end of the second head support member 60 forms a seventh annular ring 62.
The fourth ring 33 and the fifth ring 52 are superposed on each other and rotatably connected together by a second pivot.
The sixth ring 43 and the seventh ring 62 are superposed on each other and are rotatably connected together by a third pivot.
The upper portion of the first head support member 50 is formed with a width adjustment screw first support block 51; the center of the width adjustment screw first support block 51 is formed with an internal threaded hole 51a.
The upper portion of the second head support member 60 is formed with a width adjustment screw second support block 61; a truncated cone-shaped receiving space is formed inside the width adjustment screw second support block 61, and a width adjustment screw insertion hole 61a is formed at a first side of the width adjustment screw second support block; the width adjusting screw insertion hole 61a communicates with the truncated cone-shaped accommodation space; the diameter of the width adjustment screw insertion hole 61a is smaller than the diameter of the truncated cone-shaped accommodation space.
The width adjusting screw 70 includes a screw body 71, a second end of the screw body 71 is formed with a circular table 73, and the circular table 73 is rotatably installed in the circular table-shaped accommodation space; the external thread of the screw body 71 of the width adjustment screw 70 is coupled in the internal thread hole 51a of the width adjustment screw first support block 71; the screw body 71 has a diameter smaller than the diameter of the width adjustment screw insertion hole 61 a. Accordingly, the width adjustment screw 70 is engaged with only the female screw hole 51a, and is not engaged with the width adjustment screw insertion hole 61a, but is merely entered into the truncated cone-shaped accommodation space therethrough.
A hand wheel 72 is formed at a first end of the screw body 71 to facilitate an operator's rotation of the screw to adjust the degree of opening and closing between the first and second head support members 50 and 60.
The lower end of the first support plate 53 forms a first bifurcation 54 to be supported at a position behind the ear of the patient's head on the upper and lower sides of the ear of the first side of the patient; the lower end of the second support plate 63 forms a second bifurcation 64 to be supported at a position behind the ear of the patient's head at the upper and lower sides of the ear of the second side of the patient.
A silica gel cover may be mounted on the first fork 54 of the lower end of the first support plate; a silicone sleeve may also be mounted on the second leg 64 of the lower end of the second support plate. The silica gel sleeve is mainly used for increasing friction.
When the head support device is used, the width adjusting screw is rotated through the hand wheel, so that the first width adjusting rod and the second width adjusting rod are separated, and the head 8 of a patient can be positioned between the first head support member and the second head support member; then the width adjusting screw is rotated so that the separation distance of the first width adjusting lever and the second width adjusting lever becomes smaller until the bifurcation of the first support plate and the second support plate abuts against the position of the back side of the ear of the head of the patient, as shown in fig. 20; each of the prongs is located above and below its corresponding ear 81, respectively, as shown in fig. 21, at which time the sterilizing operator lifts the handle ring upward and the patient's head can be lifted, and the operator can sterilize the scalp on the back or lower side of the patient's head, which is not easily exposed to the outside, with the sterilizing gauze held in the other hand.

the first head support member is rotatably mounted on the lower side of the first width adjustment lever; the first head support member includes an arcuately curved first support plate;
the second head supporting member is rotatably installed at the lower side of the second width adjusting lever; the second head support member includes an arcuately curved second support plate;
a width adjusting screw is installed at upper portions of the first and second head support members for adjusting a distance between the first and second head support members;
the lower side of the bracelet is provided with a first through hole; the upper end of the longitudinal lifting rod can rotationally pass through the first through hole and then extend to the upper part of the first through hole; the upper end of the longitudinal lifting rod is provided with a first blocking head;
