Abstract
The present application provides a device for assisting scalp disinfection, comprising: the hand ring, the longitudinal lifting rod, the first width adjusting rod, the second width adjusting rod, the first head supporting component, the second head supporting component and the width adjusting screw rod are arranged on the hand ring; the upper end of the longitudinal lifting rod is arranged at the lower side of the bracelet; the first width adjusting rod and the second width adjusting rod are arranged on the lower side of the longitudinal lifting rod in a splayed manner; the upper ends of the first width adjusting rod and the second width adjusting rod can be rotatably arranged at the lower end of the longitudinal lifting rod; a first head support member rotatably mounted on a lower side of the first width adjustment lever; the first head support member comprises a first support plate that is curved in an arc; a second head support member rotatably mounted on a lower side of the second width adjustment lever; the second head support member includes a second support plate that is curved in an arc; the width adjustment screw is installed at upper portions of the first and second head support members.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to medical devices, and more particularly to a device for assisting scalp disinfection.
Background
When performing a cranial operation, it is necessary to sterilize the scalp of the entire head. After anaesthetizing, the patient lies on the operating bed for hair transplantation operation, and doctors wipe the scalp of the patient by holding a cotton ball or gauze adsorbed with disinfectant through the operating forceps to sterilize. For the disinfection of the scalp at the rear side of the head, an additional assistant is needed to help lift the head of the patient with both hands, so that the scalp at the rear side can be smoothly disinfected after being fully exposed.
Currently, there is no clinical aid dedicated to helping lift the patient's head to fully expose the back or lower scalp when scalp disinfection is performed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present application aims to provide a device for assisting scalp disinfection, which can help a disinfection operator to complete a rear scalp disinfection work by only one person.
The device of supplementary scalp disinfection of the present application, it includes: the hand ring, the longitudinal lifting rod, the first width adjusting rod, the second width adjusting rod, the first head supporting component, the second head supporting component and the width adjusting screw rod are arranged on the hand ring;

a second head support member rotatably mounted on a lower side of the second width adjustment lever; the second head support member includes a second support plate that is curved in an arc;
a width adjustment screw is mounted on upper portions of the first and second head support members for adjusting a distance between the first and second head support members.
Preferably, the lower side of the bracelet is formed with a first through hole; the upper end of the longitudinal lifting rod can rotatably penetrate through the first through hole and then extend to the upper part of the first through hole; the upper end of the longitudinal lifting rod forms a first stop head.
Preferably, a first circular ring is formed at the lower end of the longitudinal lifting rod;
the upper end of the first width adjusting rod forms a second ring;
the upper end of the second width adjusting rod forms a third ring;
the first ring, the second ring and the third ring are overlapped with each other and rotatably mounted together by a first pivot.
Preferably, the lower end of the first width adjustment rod forms a fourth ring;
the lower end of the second width adjusting rod forms a fifth circular ring;
the upper end of the first head support member forms a sixth ring;
the upper end of the second head support member forms a seventh ring;

the width adjusting screw comprises a screw body, a circular truncated cone is formed at the second end of the screw body, and the circular truncated cone can be rotatably arranged in the circular truncated cone-shaped accommodating space; the external thread of the width adjusting screw is combined in the internal thread hole of the first supporting block of the width adjusting screw; the diameter of the screw body is smaller than that of the width adjusting screw insertion hole.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the device for assisting scalp disinfection according to the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The device of supplementary scalp disinfection of the present application, it includes: the hand ring 10, the longitudinal lifting rod 20, the first width adjustment rod 30, the second width adjustment rod 40, the first head support member 50, the second head support member 60, and the width adjustment screw 70.
The upper end of the longitudinal lifting bar 20 is installed at the lower side of the hand ring 20.
The first width adjusting rod 30 and the second width adjusting rod 40 are arranged on the lower side of the longitudinal lifting rod 20 in a splayed shape; the upper ends of the first width adjustment lever 30 and the second width adjustment lever 40 are rotatably mounted to the lower end of the longitudinal lifting bar 20.
The first head supporting member 50 is rotatably installed at a lower side of the first width adjustment bar 30; first head support member 50 includes a first support plate 53 that is curved in an arc.
The second head supporting member 60 is rotatably installed at a lower side of the second width adjustment lever 40; second head support member 60 includes a second support plate 63 that is curved in an arc.
The first support plate 53 is bent toward the second support plate 63, the second support plate 63 is bent toward the first support plate 53, and the lower ends of the first support plate 53 and the second support plate 63 are retracted as a whole, so that they can be stably supported on the lower side of the head of the patient.
A width adjustment screw 70 is mounted on upper portions of the first and second head support members 50 and 60 for adjusting a distance between the first and second head support members 50 and 60 and each other.
A first through hole 11 is formed at the lower side of the bracelet 10; the upper end of the longitudinal lifting rod 20 can rotatably penetrate through the first through hole 11 and then extend to the upper part of the first through hole; the upper end of the bar body 21 of the longitudinal lifting bar 20 forms a first stop 22. The stopper 22 prevents the upper end of the longitudinal lifting rod 20 from coming out of the first through hole 11.
The lower end of the bar body 21 of the longitudinal lifting bar 20 is formed with a first ring 23.
The upper end of the bar body 31 of the first width adjustment bar 30 forms a second circular ring 32.
The upper end of the bar body 41 of the second width adjustment bar 40 forms a third circular ring 42.
The first ring 23, the second ring 32, and the third ring 42 overlap each other and are rotatably mounted together by a first pivot. Specifically, the second ring 32 and the third ring 42 may be respectively located on the front side and the rear side of the first ring 23.
The lower end of the bar body 31 of the first width adjustment bar 30 forms a fourth circular ring 33. The lower end of the bar body 41 of the second width adjustment bar 40 forms a fifth circular ring 43.
The upper end of the first head support member 50 forms a sixth ring 52; the upper end of the second head support member 60 forms a seventh annular ring 62.
The fourth ring 33 and the fifth ring 52 are superposed on each other and rotatably connected together by a second pivot.
The sixth ring 43 and the seventh ring 62 are superposed on each other and rotatably connected together by a third pivot.
A width adjustment screw first support block 51 is formed at an upper portion of the first head support member 50; a female screw hole 51a is formed at the center of the width adjustment screw first support block 51.
A width adjusting screw second supporting block 61 is formed at an upper portion of the second head supporting member 60; a circular truncated cone-shaped accommodating space is formed inside the second width adjusting screw supporting block 61, and a width adjusting screw insertion hole 61a is formed on the first side of the second width adjusting screw supporting block; the width adjusting screw insertion hole 61a is communicated with the circular truncated cone-shaped accommodating space; the diameter of the width adjustment screw insertion hole 61a is smaller than the diameter of the circular truncated cone-shaped accommodation space.
The width adjusting screw 70 comprises a screw body 71, a circular truncated cone 73 is formed at the second end of the screw body 71, and the circular truncated cone 73 is rotatably installed in the circular truncated cone-shaped accommodating space; the external thread of the screw body 71 of the width adjustment screw 70 is engaged in the internal thread hole 51a of the width adjustment screw first support block 71; the screw body 71 has a diameter smaller than that of the width adjustment screw insertion hole 61 a. Therefore, the width adjustment screw 70 is engaged only with the female screw hole 51a, is not engaged with the width adjustment screw insertion hole 61a, and enters only the truncated cone-shaped accommodation space therethrough.
A hand wheel 72 is formed at a first end of the screw body 71 to facilitate an operator to rotate the screw to adjust the degree of opening between the first head support member 50 and the second head support member 60.
The lower end of the first support plate 53 forms a first prong 54 to support at the postauricular position of the patient's head at the upper and lower sides of the patient's first side's ear; the lower end of the second support plate 63 forms a second bifurcation 64 to support at the postauricular position of the patient's head on the upper and lower sides of the patient's second side's ear.
A silica gel sleeve can be arranged on the first fork 54 at the lower end of the first supporting plate; a silicone sleeve may also be mounted on the second branch 64 at the lower end of the second support plate. The silica gel cover is mainly used for increasing friction.
When in use, firstly, the width adjusting screw rod is rotated through the hand wheel, so that the first width adjusting rod and the second width adjusting rod are separated, and the head 8 of a patient can be conveniently positioned between the first head supporting component and the second head supporting component; then, rotating the width adjusting screw to reduce the distance between the first width adjusting rod and the second width adjusting rod until the fork of the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate abuts against the position of the back side of the head of the patient, as shown in fig. 20; each branch is located at the upper side and the lower side of its corresponding ear 81, respectively, as shown in fig. 21, at this time, the disinfection operator lifts up the hand ring, the head of the patient can be lifted, and the operator can disinfect the scalp at the rear side or the lower side of the head of the patient, which is not easily exposed to the outside, using the disinfection gauze held in the other hand.

1. A device for assisting scalp disinfection comprising: the hand ring, the longitudinal lifting rod, the first width adjusting rod, the second width adjusting rod, the first head supporting component, the second head supporting component and the width adjusting screw rod are arranged on the hand ring;
the upper end of the longitudinal lifting rod is arranged at the lower side of the hand ring;
the first width adjusting rod and the second width adjusting rod are arranged on the lower side of the longitudinal lifting rod in a splayed manner; the upper ends of the first width adjusting rod and the second width adjusting rod can be rotatably arranged at the lower end of the longitudinal lifting rod;
a first head support member rotatably mounted on a lower side of the first width adjustment lever; the first head support member comprises a first support plate that is curved in an arc;
a second head support member rotatably mounted on a lower side of the second width adjustment lever; the second head support member includes a second support plate that is curved in an arc;
a width adjustment screw is mounted on upper portions of the first and second head support members for adjusting a distance between the first and second head support members.
2. A device for assisting scalp disinfection according to claim 1 wherein:
a first through hole is formed at the lower side of the bracelet; the upper end of the longitudinal lifting rod can rotatably penetrate through the first through hole and then extend to the upper part of the first through hole; the upper end of the longitudinal lifting rod forms a first stop head.
3. A device for assisting scalp disinfection according to claim 2, characterised in that:
a first circular ring is formed at the lower end of the longitudinal lifting rod;
the upper end of the first width adjusting rod forms a second ring;
a third ring is formed at the upper end of the second width adjusting rod;
the first ring, the second ring and the third ring are overlapped with each other and rotatably mounted together by a first pivot.
4. A device for assisting scalp disinfection according to claim 3 wherein:
the lower end of the first width adjusting rod forms a fourth ring;
the lower end of the second width adjusting rod forms a fifth circular ring;
the upper end of the first head support member forms a sixth ring;
the upper end of the second head support member forms a seventh ring;
the fourth ring and the fifth ring are overlapped with each other and can be rotatably connected together through a second pivot;
the sixth ring and the seventh ring are superposed on each other and rotatably connected together by a third pivot.

a first support block of a width adjusting screw is formed on the upper part of the first head support component; an internal thread hole is formed in the center of the first supporting block of the width adjusting screw rod;
a second supporting block of a width adjusting screw is formed at the upper part of the second head supporting member; a circular truncated cone-shaped accommodating space is formed inside the second supporting block of the width adjusting screw rod, and a width adjusting screw rod insertion hole is formed in the first side of the second supporting block of the width adjusting screw rod; the width adjusting screw insertion hole is communicated with the circular truncated cone-shaped accommodating space; the diameter of the width adjusting screw insertion hole is smaller than that of the truncated cone-shaped accommodating space;
