In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a preparation method of a tablet for relaxing muscles and stimulating blood circulation comprises the following steps:
(1) Firstly, crushing and mixing safflower, vinegar-processed nutgrass galingale rhizome and scalding rhizoma cibotii; the cortex Periplocae Radicis is singly crushed and mixed to obtain two kinds of fine powder;
(2) Decocting calcined Pyritum in water, soaking, adding caulis Trachelospermi, herba Lycopi, herba Visci, caulis Spatholobi and herba Lycopodii, decocting, mixing decoctions, filtering, standing, and concentrating the supernatant under reduced pressure to obtain soft extract;
(3) Crushing sucrose: taking part of sucrose, and crushing the sucrose into sucrose powder for later use by a crusher;
(4) Heating extract and maltose: heating the thick paste and the maltose obtained in the step (2) respectively, and filtering for later use;
(5) Preparing syrup: adding purified water (the dosage is 40% of the sucrose), stirring, heating, stirring while heating, boiling, and making into syrup with relative density of 1.28-1.30 (100deg.C);
(6) Granulating, drying, tabletting and coating: mixing the fine powder obtained in the step (1), 24.7g of sucrose powder obtained in the step (3) and 2.4-2.5g of corn starch by using a double-power quick-release mixer uniformly, adding the extract obtained in the step (4), maltose and 43.3-61.3g of syrup obtained in the step (5) (the sucrose powder is used as a filling agent and an adhesive, the sucrose slurry is used as an adhesive, the hardness and the formability of the tablet are improved), stirring uniformly, preparing a soft material, extruding and sieving the soft material by using a swinging type granulator, granulating, drying, granulating by using the swinging type granulator, adding magnesium stearate, talcum powder, mixing, tabletting and coating.
As a preferable technical scheme: in the step (1), a low-temperature pulverizer is adopted for pulverization, and the pulverization grain diameter is 100 meshes. The medicinal materials are crushed by using a low-temperature crusher, so that active ingredients in the medicinal materials are furthest preserved. The medicinal powders are respectively mixed, so that the uniformity of the raw materials is ensured. Concentrating the concentrated liquid medicine under reduced pressure, shortening heating time, and improving curative effect.
As a preferable technical scheme: in the step (2), calcined native copper is decocted for 2 hours, chinese starjasmine stem, herba lycopi, mistletoe, suberect spatholobus stem and lycopodium clavatum are decocted for two times, wherein the first time is 3 hours, the second time is 2 hours, filtering is carried out after each time of decoction, and soaking is carried out before the decoction. Before the extraction of the medicinal materials, the medicinal materials are soaked, so that the ingredients which are difficult to decoct are ensured to be decocted.
As a preferable technical scheme: in the step (4), the addition amount of the maltose is 5.6% of the total mass of the raw material medicines.
As a preferable technical scheme: in the step (6), the addition amount of the corn starch is 0.347-0.361% of the total mass of the raw material medicine; or: the addition amount is 2.4-2.5g.
As a preferable technical scheme: in the step (6), the adding amount of the sucrose syrup is 6.26-8.87% of the total mass of the raw material medicines. The method comprises the steps of carrying out a first treatment on the surface of the Or: the addition amount is 43.3-61.3g.
The auxiliary materials also comprise magnesium stearate and talcum powder, wherein the addition amount of the magnesium stearate and the talcum powder is 0.578-0.651% of the total mass of the raw material medicines respectively; or: the addition amount is 4.0-4.5g.
As one of the most important invention points, a double-power quick-release mixer is used, so that the problems that the traditional medicine mixer can not uniformly distribute active ingredients of medicines in each medicine and the molding and the medicine effect are poor due to uneven dispersion of the medicine mixer and the liquid raw materials/auxiliary materials when the traditional medicine mixer mixes solid medicine powder and the liquid raw materials/auxiliary materials are solved, and meanwhile, the problems that the mixing time of materials is difficult to control due to high-speed stirring and granulating in the traditional method and the prepared granules are too thick or too thin and the molding problem is caused are solved, and the method has the following advantages:
(1) The mixing uniformity between the liquid raw material and the solid raw material/auxiliary material can be effectively ensured; (2) the mixing speed is high, and all the components are uniformly stirred; (3) the effectiveness of the drugs in the same batch is the same; (4) The mixed extrusion power is strong, and the prepared particles tightly induce the viscosity of the material; (5) Satisfies the ratio of solid powder to liquid raw material/auxiliary material, and the adhesive is added to the maximum extent when the liquid occupies a large area, thereby ensuring the formability.
As another most important invention point of the present invention, the following advantages are obtained by using the extract as the adhesive:
(1) Solves the problems that the extractum is dried to be used as extractum powder in the traditional technology, and a large amount of auxiliary materials are repeatedly added to dilute the content of units; (2) The method shortens the heating time of the extractum, reduces the loss of active ingredients caused by heating, thereby improving the curative effect of the product (the content of finished products in the traditional granulating process is 83-158 mug/tablet, the average value is 118 mug/tablet, and the content of finished products after granulating the extractum is 105-250 mug/tablet, the average value is 168 mug/tablet; 3) omits the paste drying process and the crushing process in the traditional process, shortens the production period for 3 days, and obviously reduces the production cost.
In addition, the invention selects common auxiliary material sucrose to ensure the molding effect on the basis of maltose and extract, and meanwhile, the extract is used as an adhesive, compared with the traditional method of granulating after drying and crushing the extract into powder, the dosage of syrup is reduced by 32-38g; magnesium stearate and talcum powder are used as lubricants to ensure the fluidity and formability of the granules.
The comparison of the method of the invention (abbreviated as the invention) of crude drug powder+extract granulation+double-power quick-discharge mixer mixing with the traditional method of drying and crushing crude drug powder, extract and maltose into extract powder+trough-type mixer mixing (abbreviated as the prior art) is shown in the following table 1:
table 1 comparison of the preparation of the tablets for relaxing muscles and stimulating blood circulation by different processes
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the preparation method of the invention can reduce the production procedures (extract drying), reduce the auxiliary material dosage and improve the unit content on the basis of ensuring uniform addition of maltose and extract, thereby improving the curative effect of the product and the formability of the particles.
