Generally, the angle of the inclined arrangement of the armrest body is not too large, and the included angle of the horizontal surface is preferably 10-30 degrees, more preferably 15-25 degrees. In this embodiment 18.62.
The design of the angle fully considers the relative positions of the trunk and hands of most adults, particularly the old, when lying down, so that the hands can naturally contact the armrests 4 when the trunk is lying on the backrest 2, and can keep continuous and easily-forced contact with the armrests 4 along with the change of the angle of the backrest 2.
According to the chair, the supporting legs of the armrests 4 extend between the front supporting legs and the rear supporting legs, when a patient lies down or gets up, the armrests 4 are retracted, part of force is transmitted to the supporting legs, and part of force is transmitted to the front supporting legs and the rear supporting legs connected with the supporting legs, so that compared with the traditional design of connecting the armrests 4 on the seat plate 1, the force distribution is more uniform, the whole gravity center is kept forward, and the chair is prevented from turning backwards;
meanwhile, the armrests 4 are arranged in an inclined mode, when a person lies down, hands move along the armrests 4, one side of the armrests 4 close to the backrest 2 is lower, the device can adapt to a state that the user lies down gradually, and the hands can apply stable pulling force to the armrests 4;
when a person gets up, in the initial stage of getting up, a pulling force is applied to the handrail 4, the pulling force is dispersed to the rear supporting leg 42 and the front and rear supporting legs (the rear supporting leg 42 and the rear supporting leg 32 are mainly), and compared with the traditional design, the force is mostly concentrated on the rear supporting leg 32, and the gravity center is forward, so that the stability is higher.
After a person sits and stands, the forearm is supported on the armrest 4 to exert force, the gravity of the person is exerted on the armrest 4, and the force is transmitted in the same way; in the process of gradually standing, as the arm position of a person gradually rises and the position of the person gradually advances, the arm is not supported on the armrest 4 any more, and force is applied to the armrest 4 through the hand and the wrist instead, and in the process of changing the posture of the person, the height of the armrest 4 also gradually rises, so that better support can be provided;
therefore, the design of the armrest 4 fully considers the mechanical stability and the force generated by the change of the lying posture of the person, and has the effects of reliability and convenience.
In this embodiment, the armrest body includes an armrest body 43, a U-shaped section 44 open toward the backrest 2, the rear leg 42 is connected to one end of the armrest body 43, the front leg 41 is connected to one end of the U-shaped section 44, and the other end of the U-shaped section 44 is connected to the other end of the armrest body 43. The U-shaped section 44 is designed to facilitate the elderly's grip to pull the body forward to contact the feet, then the forearm, hand, wrist, etc. and arm rest 4 act to stand up gradually. Therefore, for more convenient foot contact, the U-shaped section 44 extends to the front of the seat plate 1 so that the body can move forward more conveniently.
Preferably, the seat board 1 comprises a seat board body 11 and a seat board supporting frame 12 fixedly connected with the seat board body 11, wherein the seat board supporting frame 12 is fixedly connected with the front support legs 41; the support leg 3 further comprises a connecting rod 33 for connecting the front support leg 31 and the rear support leg 32, the support leg 3 is of a U-shaped structure with a downward opening, and the seat plate support frame 12 is fixedly connected with the connecting rod 33. the seat board 1 is fixedly connected with the front support leg 41 and the front support leg and the rear support leg through the seat board supporting frame 12, so that the gravity of the seat board 1 and the person on the seat board 1 can be dispersed to the front support leg 41 and the front support leg and the rear support leg, and the two sides of the seat board can be uniformly distributed, the overall stability is improved, and the burden of most of the gravity by the front support leg and the rear support leg is avoided;
meanwhile, since the rear leg 42 and the rear leg 32 are fixedly connected, the gravity of the seat plate 1 can be dispersed to the rear leg 32, and in this case, there are 8 ground contact points, which are more stable and reliable.
As another core point of the embodiment, the backrest 2 is connected with a headrest 5, a C-shaped connecting piece 6 and a lifting mechanism 7; the lifting mechanism 7 is fixed on the back surface of the backrest 2, the headrest 5 is hinged with one end of the C-shaped connecting piece 6 in a locking manner, and the other end of the C-shaped connecting piece 6 is hinged with the lifting mechanism 7 in a locking manner;
when the lifting mechanism 7 is lowered to the lowest position, the top of the backrest 2 enters the inside of the C-shaped connecting piece 6 from the opening of the C-shaped connecting piece 6.
That is, the opening of the C-shaped link 6 is oriented towards the backrest 2, which has the advantage that it is suitable for particularly short patients, by adjusting the lifting mechanism 7 to lower the C-shaped link 6 to a very low position, in which the top of the backrest 2 is accessible from the opening of the C-shaped link 6 into the interior of the C-shaped link 6.
Meanwhile, the C-shaped connecting piece 6, the headrest 5 and the lifting mechanism 7 are hinged in a locking mode, so that the angle of the headrest 5 in the vertical direction is randomly adjustable.
As another innovation point of the present embodiment: in this embodiment, the water receiving unit 8 is integrated on the headrest 5, so as to avoid the need of adjusting the water receiving unit 8 and the headrest 5 separately, and meanwhile, this embodiment also optimizes the attaching reliability, angle and position adjustment convenience of the water receiving unit 8.
Specifically, the embodiment further comprises a water receiving unit 8, the water receiving unit 8 comprises a water receiver 81, a water receiver bracket and a bracket fixer, the water receiver bracket is a bracket which rotates universally, the bracket fixer is hinged with one end of the water receiver bracket, the water receiver bracket can move and position between the left side and the right side of the backrest 2 around the bracket fixer, and the bracket fixer is fixed on the C-shaped connecting piece 6; the water receiver bracket is connected with an elastic piece 82, and the elastic piece 82 is used for pulling the water receiver bracket towards the direction of the headrest 5.
When a doctor of the conventional ophthalmologic chair uses the water receiver 81, the doctor must attach the water receiver 81 to the face with one hand and operate the diagnosis and treatment equipment with the other hand; although the conventional ophthalmic chair also has a water receptor stand, the stand is separate from the headrest 5 and does not have an automatic fitting capability, so that it is very inconvenient to use.
The scheme solves the problem through the support which can be universally rotated through the elastic piece 82, the water receiver support is pulled through the elastic piece 82, the water receiver support which can be universally rotated can be attached to the face under the action of the elastic piece 82, and a doctor only needs to adjust the water receiver 81 to the proper position of the face without continuously holding in the diagnosis and treatment process.
The elastic member 82 in this embodiment is a rubber band, and the rubber band has a plurality of holes, and the tension of the elastic member 82 can be adjusted by adjusting the combination position of the holes and the headrest 5, and the elastic member 82 can be a tension spring or the like in practical application.
Preferably, it also comprises a connecting plate 83, one end of the connecting plate 83 is hinged with the C-shaped connecting piece 6 in a fixable mode, and the other end of the connecting plate 83 is hinged with the end part of the water receiver bracket in a fixable mode; the back of the headrest 5 is provided with a grip portion 51 for a person to adjust the position of the headrest 5.
In this embodiment, "fixable hinged" and "lockable hinged" are mostly locked to a predetermined hinge angle by a bolt lock or a latch. This is conventional in the art, and any hinge means that achieves the above objective is within the scope of the present invention in practical applications.
Another difficulty with the use of the water receptor 81 is that it is difficult to fit the water receptor 81 to the face very tightly, and the tightening of the fitting by the elastic member 82 described above may allow the water receptor 81 to be fitted to the face, but the tightness of fitting is not optimal. In order to enable seamless and close fitting of the water receptor 81 and the face, the following is adopted: the water receiver bracket comprises a first rod body 84, a second rod body 85, a plate body 86 and a bracket body, wherein one end of the first rod body 84 is hinged with the connecting plate 83, the first rod body 84 and the second rod body 85 are connected through a lockable ball joint connecting piece 87, the plate body 86 is fixedly connected to the end part of the second rod body 85, a strip-shaped hole is formed in the plate body 86, and the bracket body is fixed on the strip-shaped hole in a position-adjustable mode; the water receiver 81 is fixed in the frame, elastic component 82 one end is connected with the second body of rod 85 and the other end is connected with headrest 5, the frame is including the cup support 88 that is used for holding water receiver 81, torsional spring 89, base 80, cup support 88, torsional spring 89 are fixed on base 80, base 80 passes through the bolt fastening on the bar hole, the water receiver 81 is the contact side with one side of human face, the power end of torsional spring 89 is fixed connection for one side of contact side with water receiver 81.
The first rod body 84 is connected with the second rod body 85 through the ball joint connecting piece 87, the second rod body 85 is connected with the elastic piece 82, and the elastic piece 82 directly acts on the second rod body 85 to enable the water receiver 81 to be attached to the face at any acceptable angle;
simultaneously, outwards pull one side of the water receiver 81 through the torsional spring 89, avoid the water receiver 81 to push outwards with the human face when water receiver 81 and human face laminating (because cup support 88 can not be fixed with water receiver 81 seamless), whole taut in the scope that can push outwards with water receiver 81 in advance through torsional spring 89, water receiver 81 just can not rock when laminating with the face like this, through the two direction effort of elastic component 82, torsional spring 89, can make water receiver 81 closely laminating human face not shift.
As an optimization of the embodiment, the armrests 4 are provided with soft cushions 43; a cross bar 21 is arranged between the two rear supporting legs 32, an electric push rod 22 is hinged on the cross bar 21, and the power output end of the electric push rod 22 is hinged with the back of the backrest 2; the cross bar 21 extends between the rear leg 32 and the rear foot 42, and the hinge position of the air cylinder 22 is located between the rear leg 32 and the rear foot 42;
a backrest bracket 23 is fixed on the back of the backrest 2;
the bottoms of the front support leg 41, the rear support leg 42, the front support leg 31 and the rear support leg 32 are respectively provided with a leveling anti-skid foot pad.
The position of the electric putter 22 of this embodiment is particularly optimized, and the point of action of the electric putter 22 extends between the rear leg 32 and the rear foot 42, since the weight of the back of the person is acting on the backrest 2, the weight of the backrest 2 is transferred to the crossbar 21 via the electric putter 22, and the position of the crossbar 21 is important for the position of the center of gravity.
