Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an absorbent article, and more particularly to a sanitary absorbent article.
Background
Absorbent articles for physiological use, for example: sanitary napkins or diapers are usually provided with a skirt at the side to prevent body fluids from escaping from the side of the absorbent article when the body fluids are discharged in large quantities at a time, resulting in leakage of body fluids. The conventional way of making the enclosure of the absorbent article is to adopt elastic materials to be paved on the side edge of the absorbent article, so that the side edge of the absorbent article is higher than the middle area of the absorbent article, thereby achieving the three-dimensional effect of the enclosure. However, the conventional absorbent article has only upright side walls to block the lateral flow of liquid, so that liquid can still flow over the top side of the enclosure, resulting in leakage of liquid. In addition, the thickness of the cuff made of the elastic material is significantly greater than the thickness of the central region of the absorbent article, which can cause a user to feel a foreign body when the user is close to the body, resulting in discomfort in use. On the other hand, since the elastic material is not easily compressed, the absorbent article is restricted when the package is folded, and is not easily folded in two.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an absorbent article which is comfortable to use, has good leakage-proof effect and is easy to fold and store.
The absorbent article of the present invention comprises a waterproof chassis, an absorbent structure, and two containment structures.
The waterproof bottom layer is used for isolating liquid from penetrating. The absorption structure comprises an absorption layer and a permeable layer, wherein the absorption layer is used for absorbing liquid and is arranged above the waterproof bottom layer and extends along the length direction, and the permeable layer covers the absorption layer and can be penetrated by the liquid.
The leakage-proof structures are respectively arranged corresponding to two sides of the long edge of the absorption structure and extend along the length direction. Each of the leakage preventing structures includes a stopper section. Each stopping section is provided with a bottom wall, a side wall and a top wall, wherein the bottom wall is located above the waterproof bottom layer and transversely arranged, the side wall obliquely extends upwards from one side edge of the bottom wall, which is adjacent to the absorption layer, and towards the direction far away from the absorption layer, and the top wall extends from the top edge of the side wall towards the other leakage-proof structure. Each side wall and the corresponding top wall jointly define a buffer groove. The buffer groove can be used for containing liquid and limiting the liquid from flowing outwards along the width direction of the absorption layer.
In the absorbent article of the present invention, the permeable layer has a permeable main body portion attached to the surface of the absorbent layer, and two support portions extending from both sides of the long side of the permeable main body portion in a direction away from each other, and the support portions are respectively disposed below the leakage preventing structures and above the waterproof bottom layer, so that the top wall of each leakage preventing structure is higher than the permeable layer.
In the absorbent article of the present invention, each side wall has a stopper surface for stopping the flow of liquid, the stopper surfaces are arranged opposite to each other, each bottom wall has a first joining portion attached to the top surface of the waterproof bottom layer, and a second joining portion attached to the top surface of the support portion and connected to the first joining portion, each second joining portion is attached to the side surface of the adjacent permeating body portion, and the included angle between each stopper surface and the top surface of the permeating body portion is greater than 90 degrees.
In the absorbent article of the present invention, each side wall has a stopper surface for stopping the flow of liquid, the stopper surfaces are arranged opposite to each other, each bottom wall has a first bonding portion attached to the top surface of the waterproof bottom layer, and a second bonding portion attached to the top surface of the absorbent structure and connected to the first bonding portion, the second bonding portion is located above the absorbent layer, and an included angle between each stopper surface and the top surface of the permeable main body portion is greater than 90 degrees.
In the absorbent article of the present invention, the leakage preventing structure is made of one of a water-repellent material, a water-repellent material and a water-repellent material.
In the absorbent article of the present invention, each of the leakage preventing structures further includes two fixing sections extending from both sides of the short side of the blocking section in the length direction toward a direction away from the blocking section, and the fixing sections are attached to the absorbent article so as to gradually reduce the groove diameters of the buffer grooves at both ends of the blocking section.
In the absorbent article of the present invention, each of the leakproof structures further includes two fixing sections extending from both sides of the short side of the blocking section in the length direction away from the blocking section, and a downwardly recessed indentation is formed on the top surface of each of the fixing sections, and the bottom of the indentation extends to the absorbent structure, so that the fixing sections are attached to the absorbent structure, and the groove diameters of the buffer grooves at both ends of the blocking section are gradually reduced.
The absorbent article of the present invention further includes at least one folding line extending in the width direction of the absorbent layer and penetrating through the indentation of one of the fastening sections, so that the fastening section can be folded along the folding line and can be attached to the stopper section.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the top walls shield the tops of the corresponding side walls, so that liquid cannot flow through the tops of the side walls, the side walls limit the liquid to flow outwards along the width direction of the absorption layer and stay in the buffer grooves, and the aim of good leakage prevention effect of the absorbent article can be fulfilled. And each second combination part is attached to the side surface of the permeation main body part, so that a gap can be prevented from being formed between each second combination part and the absorption structure, liquid can mainly permeate from the top side of the absorption structure, and the effect of accelerating the liquid absorption speed is realized. In addition, the included angle between each blocking surface and the top surface of the permeation main body part is larger than 90 degrees, so that each blocking surface is lower at a part close to the permeation main body part and higher at a part far away from the permeation main body part, and thus an inclined surface for guiding the liquid to flow towards the permeation main body part is formed, and after the liquid is blocked by the blocking surfaces, the liquid can flow back towards the permeation main body part along the inclined blocking surfaces, so that the liquid absorption speed is accelerated. In addition, the side walls of the leakage-proof structures are inclined and erected relative to the waterproof bottom layer, so that the tops of the side walls are not vertically upwards aligned with a user, the discomfort of the user can be reduced, and the purpose of comfortable use is achieved. In addition, the fixed section is attached to the absorption structure, and the folding line penetrates through the indentation of one of the fixed sections, so that the fixed section can be folded along the folding line, and the purpose that the absorbent article is easy to fold and store is achieved.
Drawings
Other features and effects of the present invention will be apparent from the embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
FIG. 1 is a schematic view illustrating one embodiment of an absorbent article of the present invention; and
fig. 2 is a sectional view taken along line II-II in fig. 2, illustrating the embodiment.
Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an absorbent article according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. The absorbent article comprises a waterproof bottom layer 1, an absorption structure 2 and two leakage-proof structures 3. In the present embodiment, the absorbent article is exemplified by a sanitary napkin for physiology, but the absorbent article is not limited thereto, and may be a sanitary napkin such as a diaper which can absorb a large amount of body fluid.
Referring to fig. 2, the waterproof backing layer 1 is used to isolate liquid penetration. The absorbent structure 2 comprises an absorbent layer 21 for absorbing liquid and disposed above the waterproof bottom layer 1 and extending along a length direction X, and a permeable layer 22 covering the absorbent layer 21 and allowing liquid to penetrate therethrough. In an implementation aspect of the present embodiment, the permeation layer 22 has a permeation main body 221 attached to the surface of the absorption layer 21, and two supporting portions 222 respectively extending from two sides of a long side of the permeation main body 221 toward a direction away from each other. Each of the supporting portions 222 is attached to the top surface of the waterproof bottom layer 1, and the supporting portions 222 are respectively disposed corresponding to two sides of the long side of the penetrating main body portion 221 and extend along the length direction X. In another embodiment (not shown), the permeation layer 22 only has a permeation main body 221 attached to the surface of the absorption layer 21, but the support portion 222 is omitted. Both long side surfaces of the penetrating body 221 are bonded to both long side surfaces of the absorbent layer 21.
The leakage-proof structures 3 are respectively arranged corresponding to two sides of the long edge of the absorption structure 2 and extend along the length direction X. Each of the leakage preventing structures 3 includes a stopping section 31 having a length a in the length direction X, and two fixing sections 32 extending from two sides of a short side of the stopping section 31 along the length direction X toward a direction away from the stopping section 31. Each stopper 31 has a bottom wall 311 laterally disposed above the waterproof bottom layer 1, a side wall 312 extending obliquely upward from a side edge of the bottom wall 311 adjacent to the absorption layer 21 and away from the absorption layer 21, and a top wall 313 extending from a top edge of the side wall 312 toward the other leakage preventing structure 3. That is, the cross-section of the leakage preventing structures 3 is close to the zigzag shape symmetrical to each other as shown in fig. 2 in a general state, but the leakage preventing structures 3 may be slightly deformed due to folding, pressure, etc. Each side wall 312 and the corresponding top wall 313 define a buffer groove 314. The buffer grooves 314 are used to contain liquid and restrict liquid from flowing outward in the width direction of the absorbent layer 21. In this embodiment, the leakage preventing structure 3 is made of a water repellent material subjected to water repellent treatment, and an included angle (contact angle) between the surface of the water repellent material and a tangent line of a water droplet is greater than 90 degrees, so that liquid contacting the leakage preventing structure 3 is not easy to adhere to the surface of the leakage preventing structure 3 and can flow toward the absorbent structure 2 along the side wall 312, and the absorbent article is more dry and comfortable to use. However, the material of the leakage-proof structure 3 may also be a waterproof material with a higher waterproof coefficient (greater than 1000 mm water), or a waterproof material with a lower waterproof coefficient (not greater than 1000 mm water) but better air permeability. By using a waterproof material or a water-resistant material as the leakage preventing structure 3, the liquid contained in the buffer groove 314 can be prevented from permeating from each of the side walls 312 to the corresponding bottom wall 311, and meanwhile, the liquid can be prevented from being adsorbed on the surface of the side wall 312, so that the absorbent article is more dry and comfortable in use.
Each bottom wall 311 has a first combining portion 315 and a second combining portion 316 connected to the first combining portion 315. Each first bonding portion 315 is attached to the top surface of the waterproof bottom layer 1, so that liquid cannot flow out from between the first bonding portion 315 and the waterproof bottom layer 1. As shown in fig. 2, in the implementation aspect of the present embodiment, each second joint portion 316 abuts against a side surface of an adjacent permeation main body portion 221 and abuts against a top surface of the corresponding supporting portion 222, so as to increase the height of the second joint portion 316 relative to the waterproof substrate 1, so that the top wall 313 and the side wall 312 of each leakage-proof structure 3 can be higher than the permeation main body portion 221 to provide a liquid flow blocking effect. At the same time, the support 222 can guide the liquid to permeate downwards, avoiding the liquid from permeating back to the bottom wall 311, keeping the top side of the leakage preventing structure 3 dry. In another aspect of this embodiment, the permeable layer 22 does not have the support portions 222 disposed on both sides of the long side of the permeable body 221. More specifically, the second bonding portion 316 may be attached to the top surface of the absorbent structure 2 such that the side wall 312 and the top wall 313 overlap at least partially on the top side of the absorbent structure 2 to ensure that the top wall 313 is higher than the permeable main body portion 221, which is more capable of ensuring the liquid blocking effect of the leakage preventing structure 3. In addition, in an embodiment without the supporting portion 222, each of the second combining portions 316 can also be attached to the top surface of the waterproof bottom layer 1 and attached to a side surface of an adjacent permeating main body portion 221, and the height and the inclination angle of each of the side walls 312 are adjusted to make the corresponding top wall 313 higher than the permeating main body portion 221, so that the liquid blocking function of the leakage-proof structure 3 can also be realized.
Each side wall 312 has a stop surface 317 for stopping the flow of liquid. The blocking surfaces 317 are disposed opposite to each other, and an included angle between each blocking surface 317 and the top surface of the penetrating main body 221 is greater than 90 degrees, and each second connecting portion 316 is attached to the surface of the penetrating main body 221 to prevent a gap from being generated between the corresponding blocking surface 317 and the penetrating main body 221, so that when liquid flows to the two side edges of the penetrating main body 221, the liquid is blocked by the blocking surfaces 317 and flows back toward the penetrating main body 221 along the inclined blocking surfaces 317, and the liquid can be prevented from remaining in the buffer groove 314.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the embodiment, the fixing section 32 is mainly implemented by adhering (for example, applying a hot melt adhesive) the fixing section 32 to the absorbing structure 2 in cooperation with an embossing method, so that the groove diameters of the buffer grooves 314 at the two ends of the stopping section 31 are reduced. Further, the top surface of each of the fixing segments 32 is formed with a downwardly concave indentation 321 as shown in fig. 1. The bottom of the indentation 321 extends to the absorbent structure 2 to increase the tightness between the layers of the fixing sections 32, so as to enhance the three-dimensional effect of the corresponding stopping section 31, and expand the opening of the corresponding buffer groove 314 to increase the leakage-proof effect of the absorbent article. It is worth mentioning that the absorbent article further forms two fold lines L. The folding lines L extend along the width direction of the absorption layer 21, and each folding line L penetrates through the indentation 321 of the corresponding fixing section 32, so that the fixing section 32 can be folded along the folding lines L and can be attached to the stop section 31. Meanwhile, each folding line L penetrates through the indentation 321 of the corresponding fixing segment 32, so that the fixing segment 32 is prevented from being wrinkled or tilted upwards when the absorbent article is folded, and the three-dimensional effect of the stopping segment 31 is further prevented from being influenced.
In summary, in the absorbent article of the present invention, the top wall 313 blocks the top of the corresponding side wall 312, so that the liquid cannot flow through the top of the side wall 312, and the side wall 312 restricts the liquid from flowing outward along the width direction of the absorbent layer 21 and staying in the buffering groove 314, thereby achieving the purpose of good leakage prevention effect of the absorbent article. Moreover, each of the second bonding portions 316 is attached to the side surface of the permeable main body 221, so that a gap can be prevented from being formed between the second bonding portion 316 and the absorbent structure 2, and thus, liquid can mainly permeate from the top side of the absorbent structure 1, and the effect of increasing the liquid absorption speed is achieved. In addition, the included angle between each of the stop surfaces 317 and the top surface of the penetrating body part 221 is greater than 90 degrees, so that each of the stop surfaces 317 is lower at a portion close to the penetrating body part 221 and higher at a portion far from the penetrating body part 221, thereby forming an inclined surface for guiding the liquid to flow toward the penetrating body part 221, and thus the liquid is stopped by the stop surfaces 317 and then flows back toward the penetrating body part 221 along the inclined stop surfaces 317, thereby accelerating the liquid absorption speed. In addition, the side wall 312 of each leakage-proof structure 3 is inclined and erected relative to the waterproof bottom layer 1, so that the top of the side wall 312 is not vertically upward and is aligned with a user, and therefore, the uncomfortable feeling of the user can be reduced, and the purpose of comfortable use is achieved. In addition, the fixing segment 32 is attached to the absorbent structure 2, and the folding line L penetrates through the indentation 321 of one of the fixing segments 32, so that the fixing segment 32 can be folded along the folding line L, and the purpose of easily folding and storing the absorbent article is achieved, and therefore, the purpose of the present invention can be achieved.
However, the above description is only an example of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited thereby, and all simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and the contents of the patent specification are still included in the scope of the present invention.
The above description is only an example of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited thereby, and the invention is still within the scope of the present invention by simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and the contents of the specification.
