When the dust box performs dust collection, the second end of the one-way valve 21 just abuts against the support frame 22 under the action of the spring 24 to close the air inlet 221, and under the suction action of the fan, the air flow brings dust into the inner cavity 11 from the dust inlet 13, and then flows out of the upper air duct 12 after passing through the filtering action of the filtering piece 26;
When the dust box performs dust discharging operation, under the suction action of the workstation, the spring 24 is compressed, the second end of the one-way valve 21 is separated from the support frame 22, the air inlet 221 is opened, air flows from the upper air duct 12 into the inner cavity 11 through the air inlet 221, then flows out of the dust discharging port 14 and brings dust into the workstation, and after dust collecting operation is completed, under the action of the elasticity of the spring 24, the second end of the one-way valve 21 is propped against the support frame 22 again to close the air inlet 221.
As described above, the support frame 22 extends in a direction away from the inner cavity 11 to form a first mounting groove and a second mounting groove, the first end of the one-way valve 21 passes through the first mounting groove and then is connected with the fixing piece 23, the second end of the one-way valve 21 is arranged in the first mounting groove, the second mounting groove is communicated with the upper air duct 12 through the vent hole, a filter element 26 is arranged in the second mounting groove, the filter element 26 is a sponge or other filler with a filtering effect, and when the dust box performs dust collection work, the filter element 26 can filter sundries in air flow flowing out from the inner cavity 11 to the upper air duct 12, so that sundries are prevented from entering the fan to damage the fan.
Referring to fig. 4, in one embodiment, the filter support 17 is connected to the support 22, the filter support 17 cooperates with the support 22 to fix the filter element 26 in the second mounting groove and limit the check valve 21 in the first mounting groove, wherein a part of the filter support 17 facing the second mounting groove is provided with a filter hole, and a part of the filter support 17 facing the first mounting groove is provided with an air outlet hole 222;
When the dust box performs dust collection, under the action of the spring 24, the first end of the one-way valve 21 just abuts against the support frame 22 to close the air inlet 221, and under the action of suction force of the fan, after the air flow brings dust into the inner cavity 11 from the dust inlet 13, the air flow sequentially passes through the filtering holes and the filtering piece 26 and flows out of the upper air duct 12;
When the dust box performs dust discharging operation, under the suction action of the workstation, the spring 24 is compressed, the second end of the one-way valve 21 is separated from the support frame 22, the air inlet 221 is opened, air flows from the upper air duct 12 through the air inlet 221 and the air outlet 222 into the inner cavity 11, then flows out of the dust discharging port 14 and brings dust into the workstation, and after dust collecting operation is completed, under the elastic action of the spring 24, the second end of the one-way valve 21 is propped against the support frame 22 again to close the air inlet 221.
As described above, the dust box is further provided with the filter support 17, the filter support 17 is connected with the support frame 22, wherein the part of the filter support 17 facing the second installation groove covers the second installation groove, so that the second installation groove becomes a relatively airtight groove body, the part of the filter support 17 facing the second installation groove is provided with filter holes, the filter holes are in a grid shape, and the filter element 26 can be fixed in the second installation groove, namely, the air flow entering the second installation groove from the filter holes can only flow out of the second installation groove into the upper air duct 12 after passing through the filter element 26, but not flow into the first installation groove beside; similarly, the portion of the filter support 17 facing the first installation groove covers the first installation groove, so that the first installation groove becomes a relatively airtight groove body, and the portion of the filter support 17 facing the first installation groove is provided with an air outlet hole 222, that is, the air flow flowing through the air inlet hole 221 from the upper air duct 12 and then entering the first installation groove can only flow into the inner cavity 11 from the air outlet hole 222, but not flow into the second installation groove beside.
In one embodiment, the check valve 21 includes a valve shaft 211 and a valve portion 212, a first end of the valve shaft 211 is connected to the valve portion 212, a second end of the valve shaft 211 is connected to the fixing member 23, the spring 24 is sleeved on the valve shaft 211, a first end of the spring 24 abuts against the fixing member 23, and a second end of the spring 24 abuts against the supporting frame 22.
In one embodiment, the valve portion 212 is inverted cone-shaped.
As described above, the check valve 21 includes the valve shaft portion 211 and the valve portion 212, wherein the valve shaft portion 211 is connected to the second end of the fixing member 23, that is, as mentioned in the above-mentioned real-time example, the spring 24 may be sleeved in the valve shaft portion 211 or the second end of the fixing member 23 according to the diameter relation between the valve shaft portion 211 and the second end of the fixing member 23, the valve portion 212 is in a reverse truncated cone shape, the check valve 21 is vertically disposed, the air inlet hole 221 is disposed in the coverage area of the upper end of the valve portion 212, it is ensured that the valve portion 212 covers the air inlet hole 221, and the air outlet hole 222 is disposed outside the coverage area of the lower end of the valve portion 212, so that the lower end of the valve portion 212 is prevented from covering the air outlet hole 222.
In one embodiment, the securing member 23 is T-shaped.
In one embodiment, the air outlet 222 is located opposite to the region of the underside of the dust inlet 13.
As described above, since the region below the dust inlet 13 is generally a dead zone through which the air flow does not pass, dust is likely to accumulate, it is preferable that the air outlet 222 is located opposite to the region below the dust inlet 13, and when the air flow exits from the air outlet 222, the accumulated dust is likely to be blown away.
In one embodiment, a seal 25 is provided between the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove.
As described above, in order to prevent the flow of air into the first mounting groove and/or the second mounting groove, a sealing member 25 is provided between the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove, the sealing member 25 is a soft gasket, and when the filter holder 17 covers the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove, the sealing member 25 may be pressed to seal the air flow passage between the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove.
In one embodiment, at least one air inlet hole 221 and at least one air outlet hole 222 are provided.
In one embodiment, the diameter of the first mounting groove is slightly larger than the diameter of the second end of the check valve 21, and the height of the first mounting groove is larger than the thickness of the second end of the check valve 21.
As described above, at least one air inlet hole 221 is provided, at least one air outlet hole 222 is provided, so that the air flow in the first installation groove can be ensured, the diameter of the first installation groove is slightly larger than that of the second end of the check valve 21, therefore, the air flow entering the first installation groove from the air inlet hole 221 can flow into the inner cavity 11 from the air outlet hole 222 through the gap between the first installation groove and the check valve 21, and the height of the first installation groove is larger than that of the second end, so that the movement of the check valve 21 in the first installation groove can be ensured not to be blocked.
In a second aspect, the application also provides a sweeper provided with a dust box as described in any one of the above.
It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present invention, all directional indicators (such as up, down, left, right, front, and back) are only used to explain the relative positional relationship, movement conditions, and the like between the components in a specific posture (as shown in the drawings), if the specific posture is changed, the directional indicators correspondingly change, and the connection may be a direct connection or an indirect connection.

1. A dust box, comprising:
The dust box comprises a dust box body, wherein an inner cavity, an upper layer air flue, a dust inlet and a dust exhaust port are arranged in the dust box body, and a vent hole and a filter element are arranged between the inner cavity and the upper layer air flue;
the air valve assembly is arranged at the top of the inner cavity, the first end of the air valve assembly is communicated with the upper air duct, and the second end of the air valve assembly is communicated with the inner cavity;
When the dust box performs dust collection, the dust inlet is opened, the dust exhaust port and the air valve assembly are closed, and under the suction action of the fan, air flow brings dust into the inner cavity from the dust inlet, and the dust flows out of the upper air duct after passing through the vent hole and the filter element;
when the dust box executes dust discharging work, the dust discharging port is in butt joint with a workstation, the air valve assembly is opened under the suction action of the workstation, air flow passes through the air valve assembly from the upper air channel and then enters the inner cavity, and then flows out of the dust discharging port and brings dust into the workstation;
the dust box body comprises an upper cover and a lower cover;
The air valve assembly comprises a one-way valve, a support frame, a fixing piece and a spring, wherein the support frame is arranged on the upper cover, the first end of the one-way valve penetrates through the support frame and then is connected with the fixing piece, the one-way valve can move relative to the support frame, the spring is sleeved on the first end of the one-way valve, the first end of the spring is connected with the fixing piece, the second end of the spring is propped against the support frame, an air inlet hole is formed in the support frame, and the second end of the one-way valve is communicated with the inner cavity;
When the dust box performs dust collection, the second end of the one-way valve just abuts against the support frame under the action of the spring to enable the air inlet to be closed, and under the action of suction force of the fan, air flow brings dust into the inner cavity from the dust inlet, and then flows out of the upper air channel after passing through the vent hole and the filter element;
When the dust box executes dust discharging work, under the suction action of the work station, the spring is compressed, the second end of the one-way valve is separated from the support frame, the air inlet is opened, air flows from the upper air channel to the inner cavity through the air inlet and then flows out of the dust discharging port to bring dust into the work station, and after dust collection work is completed, the second end of the one-way valve is propped against the support frame again under the action of the spring to enable the air inlet to be closed.

The dust box of claim 1, wherein the upper cover is detachably connected with the lower cover, a groove is formed in the lower cover, the dust inlet and the dust outlet are formed in the side wall of the groove, the upper air duct and the air valve assembly are formed in the upper cover, when the upper cover and the lower cover are covered, the upper cover and the groove are matched to form the inner cavity, the first end of the air valve assembly is communicated with the upper air duct, the second end of the air valve assembly is communicated with the inner cavity, the vent hole is formed in one side, close to the inner cavity, of the upper cover, the filter element is arranged on the upper cover, and the filter element can cover the vent hole.

The dust box according to claim 1, wherein the support frame extends away from the inner cavity to form a first mounting groove and a second mounting groove, a first end of the one-way valve penetrates through the first mounting groove and then is connected with the fixing piece, a second end of the one-way valve is arranged in the first mounting groove, the one-way valve can move relative to the first mounting groove, the second mounting groove is communicated with the upper air channel through the ventilation hole, and the filtering piece is arranged in the second mounting groove;
When the dust box performs dust collection, the second end of the one-way valve just abuts against the support frame under the action of the spring to enable the air inlet to be closed, and under the suction action of the fan, air flow brings dust into the inner cavity from the dust inlet, and then flows out of the upper air channel after the air flow passes through the filtering action of the filtering piece;
When the dust box executes dust discharging work, the spring is compressed under the suction action of the work station, the second end of the one-way valve is separated from the support frame, the air inlet is opened, air flows from the upper air channel to the inner cavity through the air inlet and then flows out of the dust discharging port to bring dust into the work station, and after dust collection work is completed, the second end of the one-way valve is propped against the support frame again under the action of the elasticity of the spring to enable the air inlet to be closed.

A dust box according to claim 3, further comprising a filter support connected to the support frame, the filter support cooperating with the support frame to secure the filter element in the second mounting groove and to retain the one-way valve in the first mounting groove, wherein a portion of the filter support facing the second mounting groove is provided with a filter aperture, and a portion of the filter support facing the first mounting groove is provided with an air outlet aperture;
When the dust box performs dust collection, the second end of the one-way valve just abuts against the support frame under the action of the spring to enable the air inlet to be closed, and under the action of suction force of the fan, air flow brings dust into the inner cavity from the dust inlet, and then sequentially passes through the filtering holes and the filtering piece and flows out of the upper air channel;
When the dust box executes dust discharging work, under the suction action of the work station, the spring is compressed, the second end of the one-way valve is separated from the support frame, the air inlet is opened, air flows from the upper air channel to the inner cavity through the air inlet and the air outlet, then flows out of the dust discharging port and brings dust into the work station, and after dust collection work is completed, under the elastic action of the spring, the second end of the one-way valve is propped against the support frame again to enable the air inlet to be closed.

The dust box of claim 1, wherein the one-way valve includes a valve shaft portion and a valve portion, a first end of the valve shaft portion being connected to the valve portion, a second end of the valve shaft portion being connected to the fixing member, the spring being sleeved on the valve shaft portion, a first end of the spring being held against the fixing member, and a second end of the spring being held against the support frame.
6. The dust box of claim 5, wherein the valve portion is in the shape of an inverted circular truncated cone.
7. The dust box of claim 5, wherein the securing member is T-shaped.
8. The dust box of claim 4, wherein the air outlet is directly opposite to the region of the underside of the dust inlet.
9. A sweeper, characterized in that it is provided with a dust box as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
