As mentioned above, the dust box is further provided with the filtering bracket 17, and the filtering bracket 17 is connected to the supporting frame 22, wherein the part of the filtering bracket 17 facing the second installation groove covers the second installation groove, so that the second installation groove becomes a relatively closed groove body, and the part of the filtering bracket 17 facing the second installation groove is provided with filtering holes, which are in a grid shape and can fix the filtering member 26 in the second installation groove, that is, the airflow entering the second installation groove from the filtering holes can only flow out from the second installation groove after passing through the filtering member 26 to the upper air duct 12, but not flow in the first installation groove beside the second installation groove; similarly, the part of the filter support 17 facing the first mounting groove covers the first mounting groove, so that the first mounting groove becomes a relatively closed groove body, and the part of the filter support 17 facing the first mounting groove is provided with an air outlet 222, that is, the air flow entering the first mounting groove after flowing through the air inlet 221 from the upper air duct 12 can only flow into the inner cavity 11 from the air outlet 222, and cannot flow into the second mounting groove beside.
In one embodiment, the check valve 21 includes a valve shaft portion 211 and a valve portion 212, a first end of the valve shaft portion 211 is connected to the valve portion 212, a second end of the valve shaft portion 211 is connected to the fixing member 23, the spring 24 is sleeved on the valve shaft portion 211, a first end of the spring 24 abuts against the fixing member 23, and a second end of the spring 24 abuts against the supporting frame 22.
In one embodiment, the valve portion 212 is rounded-truncated.
As mentioned above, the check valve 21 includes the valve shaft portion 211 and the valve portion 212, wherein the valve shaft portion 211 is connected to the second end of the fixing member 23, that is, as mentioned in the above real-time example, according to the diameter relationship between the valve shaft portion 211 and the second end of the fixing member 23, the spring 24 can be sleeved in the valve shaft portion 211 or the second end of the fixing member 23, the valve portion 212 is in a rounded frustum shape, the check valve 21 is vertically disposed, the air inlet hole 221 is disposed in the covering region of the upper end of the valve portion 212, so as to ensure that the valve portion 212 covers the air inlet hole 221, and the air outlet hole 222 is disposed outside the covering region of the lower end of the valve portion 212, so as to prevent the lower end of the valve portion 212 from covering the air outlet hole 222.
In one embodiment, the fixing member 23 has a T-shape.
In one embodiment, the air outlet hole 222 faces a region on the lower side of the dust inlet 13.
As described above, since the area below the dust inlet 13 is generally a blind area where the air flow cannot flow, and dust is easily accumulated, it is preferable that the air outlet hole 222 is aligned with the area below the dust inlet 13, and the accumulated dust can be blown off when the air flow comes out from the air outlet hole 222.
In one embodiment, a sealing member 25 is disposed between the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove.
As described above, in order to prevent the air flow between the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove from being mixed, the sealing member 25 is disposed between the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove, and the sealing member 25 is a flexible sealing pad, so that when the filter bracket 17 covers the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove, the sealing member 25 can be pressed to seal the air flow path between the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove.
In one embodiment, at least one air inlet hole 221 is provided, and at least one air outlet hole 222 is provided.
In one embodiment, the diameter of the first mounting groove is slightly larger than the diameter of the second end of the check valve 21, and the height of the first mounting groove is larger than the thickness of the second end of the check valve 21.
As described above, at least one air inlet hole 221 is provided, and at least one air outlet hole 222 is provided, which can ensure the circulation of the air flow in the first mounting groove, the diameter of the first mounting groove is slightly larger than the diameter of the second end of the check valve 21, so that the air flow entering the first mounting groove from the air inlet hole 221 can flow into the inner cavity 11 from the air outlet hole 222 through the gap between the first mounting groove and the check valve 21, and the height of the first mounting groove is larger than the thickness of the second end, which can ensure that the movement of the check valve 21 in the first mounting groove is not blocked.
In a second aspect, the present application further provides a sweeper, wherein the sweeper is provided with the dust box as described above.
It should be noted that all directional indicators (such as up, down, left, right, front, and back) in the embodiments of the present invention are only used to explain the relative position relationship between the components, the motion situation, and the like in a specific posture (as shown in the drawings), and if the specific posture is changed, the directional indicator is changed accordingly, and the connection may be a direct connection or an indirect connection.

1. A dirt box, comprising:
the dust box comprises a dust box body, wherein an inner cavity, an upper air channel, a dust inlet and a dust exhaust port are arranged in the dust box body, and a ventilation hole and a filtering piece are arranged between the inner cavity and the upper air channel;
the air valve assembly is arranged at the top of the inner cavity, the first end of the air valve assembly is communicated with the upper air channel, and the second end of the air valve assembly is communicated with the inner cavity;
when the dust box performs dust collection, the dust inlet is opened, the dust exhaust port and the air valve assembly are closed, and under the action of suction force of a fan, dust is brought into the inner cavity from the dust inlet by airflow and flows out of the upper air duct after passing through the vent hole and the filter element;
when the dust box executes dust exhaust work, the dust exhaust port is in butt joint with a work station, the air valve assembly is opened under the action of suction force of the work station, airflow passes through the air valve assembly from the upper air duct and then enters the inner cavity, flows out of the dust exhaust port and brings dust into the work station.

The dust box of claim 1, wherein the dust box body comprises an upper cover and a lower cover, the upper cover is detachably connected with the lower cover, a groove is arranged in the lower cover, the dust inlet and the dust outlet are arranged on the side wall of the groove, the upper air duct and the air valve assembly are arranged on the upper cover, when the upper cover and the lower cover are closed, the upper cover and the groove cooperate to form the inner cavity, a first end of the air valve assembly is communicated with the upper air duct, a second end of the air valve assembly is communicated with the inner cavity, the ventilation hole is arranged on one side of the upper cover close to the inner cavity, the filter element is arranged on the upper cover, and the filter element can cover the ventilation hole.

The dust box of claim 2, wherein the air valve assembly comprises a one-way valve, a support frame, a fixing member, and a spring, the support frame is disposed on the upper cover, a first end of the one-way valve passes through the support frame and then is connected to the fixing member, the one-way valve is movable relative to the support frame, the spring is sleeved on the first end of the one-way valve, the first end of the spring is connected to the fixing member, a second end of the spring abuts against the support frame, an air inlet hole is disposed on the support frame, and the second end of the one-way valve is communicated with the inner cavity;
when the dust box performs dust collection, under the action of the spring, the second end of the one-way valve just abuts against the support frame to close the air inlet, and under the action of suction force of the fan, after dust is brought into the inner cavity from the dust inlet by airflow, the airflow flows out from the upper air duct after passing through the vent hole and the filter element;
when the dust box executes dust exhaust work, the spring is compressed under the action of suction force of the workstation, the second end of the one-way valve is separated from the support frame, the air inlet is opened, airflow enters the inner cavity from the upper air duct through the air inlet, then flows out from the dust exhaust port and brings dust into the workstation, and after dust collection work is completed, the second end of the one-way valve is supported on the support frame again under the action of the spring to enable the air inlet to be closed.

The dust box of claim 3, wherein the supporting frame extends away from the inner cavity to form a first mounting groove and a second mounting groove, a first end of the check valve is connected to the fixing member after passing through the first mounting groove, a second end of the check valve is disposed in the first mounting groove, the check valve is movable relative to the first mounting groove, the second mounting groove is communicated with the upper air duct through the vent hole, and the filter element is disposed in the second mounting groove;
when the dust box performs dust collection, under the action of the spring, the second end of the one-way valve just abuts against the support frame to close the air inlet, and under the action of suction of the fan, after dust is brought into the inner cavity from the dust inlet by airflow, the airflow flows out from the upper air duct after passing through the filtering action of the filtering element;
when the dust box executes dust exhaust work, the spring is compressed under the action of suction force of the workstation, the second end of the one-way valve is separated from the support frame, the air inlet is opened, airflow enters the inner cavity from the upper air duct through the air inlet, then flows out from the dust exhaust port and brings dust into the workstation, and after dust collection work is completed, the second end of the one-way valve is supported on the support frame again under the action of elastic force of the spring to enable the air inlet to be closed.

The dust box of claim 4, further comprising a filter bracket coupled to the support bracket, the filter bracket cooperating with the support bracket to secure the filter element in the second mounting slot and to confine the check valve in the first mounting slot, wherein a portion of the filter bracket facing the second mounting slot is provided with a filter aperture, and a portion of the filter bracket facing the first mounting slot is provided with an air outlet aperture;
when the dust box performs dust collection, under the action of the spring, the second end of the one-way valve just abuts against the support frame to close the air inlet, and under the action of suction force of the fan, after dust is brought into the inner cavity from the dust inlet by airflow, the airflow sequentially passes through the filter hole and the filter element and then flows out of the upper air duct;
when the dust box executes dust discharging work, the spring is compressed under the action of suction force of the workstation, the second end of the one-way valve is separated from the support frame, the air inlet is opened, airflow enters the inner cavity from the upper air channel through the air inlet and the air outlet, then flows out from the dust discharging port and brings dust into the workstation, and after dust collecting work is completed, the second end of the one-way valve is abutted against the support frame again under the action of elastic force of the spring to close the air inlet.

The dirt box of claim 3, wherein the one-way valve includes a valve shaft portion and a valve portion, a first end of the valve shaft portion is connected to the valve portion, a second end of the valve shaft portion is connected to the fixing member, the spring is sleeved on the valve shaft portion, a first end of the spring abuts against the fixing member, and a second end of the spring abuts against the support frame.
7. The dirt box of claim 6, wherein said valve portion is rounded-truncated.
8. The dirt box of claim 6, wherein the retaining member is T-shaped.
9. The dust box of claim 5, wherein the air outlet aperture faces an area on the underside of the dust inlet.
10. A sweeper, characterized in that the sweeper is provided with a dust box as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
