Then, the driving column 52 can be shifted, so that the fixing block 33 is separated from the fixing groove 22, the limiting block 35 is far away from the supporting plate 34, then the supporting frame 3 moves up and down, after the position of the supporting frame 3 is adjusted to a proper position, the driving column 52 is shifted reversely, so that the fixing block 33 is clamped into the fixing groove 22, and the top of the limiting block 35 is abutted to the bottom of the supporting plate 34. Then the position of the placing plate 4 is adjusted, when the supporting plate 34 is positioned above the supporting frame 3, one person supports the placing plate 4, the other person dials the toggle bar 91 to enable the limiting teeth 62 to be far away from the connecting teeth 61, then slowly placing the placing plate 4 until the placing plate 4 is abutted to the top of the supporting plate 34, when the placing plate 4 is put down, the tension spring 7 can buffer the placing plate 4 through the connecting rope 41 at the same time, the acting force required for supporting the placing plate 4 is relieved, then the hook 42 is taken down, and the connecting rope 41 is retracted into the mounting groove 43, so that adjustment can be completed; when the placing plate 4 is located below the supporting frame 3, one person supports the placing plate 4, and the other person dials the toggle bar 91 to enable the limiting teeth 62 to be far away from the connecting teeth 61, and then lifts the placing plate 4 upwards until the placing plate 4 moves to the top of the supporting plate 34 and then loosens the hooks 42.
