A dental cleaning implement according to any of claims 1 to 3 characterised in that between the manoeuvring brush head (30) and the first end (41) of the adjustment lever (40) there is a connecting rod with a bend (23) to bring the end of the second bristles (31) of the manoeuvring brush head (30) after exchange parallel to the axial direction of the handle (10) via the bend (23).
8. A dental cleaning implement according to any one of claims 1 to 3 characterised in that the second bristles (31) of the manoeuvrable head (30) are progressively longer from one end of the manoeuvrable head (30) to the other end of the manoeuvrable head (30) so that the end of the second bristles (31) of the manoeuvred head (30) after exchange is parallel to the axial direction of the handle (10).
