Description

Method for preparing humic precursor solution
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for preparing a humic precursor solution, belonging to the technical field of deodorization, disinfection, organic matter corrosion prevention and sludge dewatering.
Background
Soil is an important circulating unit in the natural substance circulating process, organic matters in animal and plant residues are decomposed by abundant and diverse soil microorganisms until carbon dioxide is discharged to the atmosphere, and the organic matters are synthesized into complex humus, so that the process is called soil humification process. The microbial metabolites generated by the organic matters in the soil humification process are rich in humic precursor substances which have the functions of deodorizing, disinfecting and stabilizing the organic matters, so that the problems of odor, pathogenic bacteria and the like cannot be generated after animal and plant corpses and residues are covered by the soil. The soil purifies the environment on the surface of the soil while absorbing organic matters, and a healthy ecological system is ensured.
Based on the soil deodorizing, disinfecting and stabilizing organic matter effects, soil deodorizing methods, soil disinfecting methods and soil stabilizing methods are derived. These soil treatment methods can effectively achieve the treatment target, but require a large amount of practical soil, are restricted by various factors in the practical application process, and are inconvenient to apply. The method can effectively solve the problem of inconvenient application of the prior soil technology by extracting the humic precursor substances with the functions of deodorization, disinfection and stabilization in the soil. Can supplement and expand the deodorant types and stabilizing technology of the mainstream plant extract, and can replace mainstream chemical disinfectant.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the inconvenience of the application of the soil technology in the application process of the prior soil-related technology, the method extracts a key action substance, namely the humic precursor substance, from the soil to prepare a solution, and is convenient to store, transport and apply. The natural humus soil or the artificial high-quality humus soil is rich in humus precursors, the humus precursors contained in the high-quality humus soil can directly react with micromolecular substances as an intermediate product in a humus process to generate stabilized humus, the growth of pathogenic bacteria is damaged by the toxicity of the humus precursors, the healthy ecological environment of the soil is ensured, and the natural ecological substance circulation process is strengthened. Therefore, the humic precursor can be applied to the technical fields of deodorization, sterilization, stabilization of organic matters, improvement of dehydration performance and the like.
To achieve the above technical object, the manufacturing method of the present invention is as follows:
a method for preparing a humic precursor solution comprises the steps of placing natural humus soil containing soil microorganisms and metabolites thereof or artificial humus rotted and cured by natural humus soil containing soil microorganisms and metabolites thereof in an anaerobic or anoxic state for 10 days to 3 months, periodically turning over piles during the period, adding water, weakly acidic water or salt-containing solution into the placed materials, mixing and stirring the materials, filtering, standing and curing the filtrate to obtain the humic precursor solution.
The natural humus soil is humus containing soil microorganisms and metabolites thereof, is rich in soil microorganism metabolites, cell secretions, aerobic soil microorganisms and facultative and anaerobic soil microorganisms, is in a sludge or sludge-like state, and is preferably low-quality soil such as fertile underground fine soil of a wetlands and inferior soil selected from common wetlands, fields, human excrement sludge and the like.
The humic fertilizer is prepared by adding natural humus soil containing soil microorganisms and activated silicate humus into natural humus soil containing soil microorganisms and aged artificial humus containing soil microorganisms and metabolites thereof by using organic matters (domestic sludge, livestock and poultry manure and the like) as a matrix, wherein the humus process is provided by the invention patent of published invention patent No. CN202210117060.6 with the name of 'a method for humus of organic matters'.
The regular pile-turning frequency of the materials in the manufacturing process of the humic precursor substances is 1-2 times per week, the added liquid amount is more than 70 percent of the weight of the solid, the pH value of the mixture after mixing and stirring is 4.0-7.0, the standing curing time is not less than 12 hours, the filtration and filter pressing is more than 1.2MPa, and the pH value of the final humic precursor substance solution is 1.0-3.5.
From the above description, it can be seen that the present invention has the following advantages:
1. the method extracts core substances in the humification process from the soil in a simple and feasible manner: a humic precursor substance;
2. the solution produced by the method of the invention is easier to apply to the soil, such as packaging, transportation, storage and final application;
3. the solution prepared by the method is derived from soil, is environment-friendly in practical application and is a green product.
Detailed Description
The following examples are provided to further illustrate embodiments of the present invention. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Example 1
The raw material adopted in the embodiment is natural humus soil containing soil microorganisms, is taken from fertile natural marshland soil and contains 40% of andesite volcanic ash. The material was allowed to stand for 1 month after digging, during which the pile was turned 1 time per week, and then 80 wt% tap water (left to stand for 1 day to remove chlorine in water) was added thereto, mixed and stirred, and the pH value after stirring was 6.0. And (3) standing the press filtrate obtained by performing plate-and-frame pressing on the mixture at a pressing pressure of 1.2MPa for 14h, and then obtaining a humic precursor solution with a pH value of 2.8.
Example 2
In the example, artificial humus is adopted originally, natural humus soil containing soil microorganisms, 50kg of natural humus, 450kg of aquaculture sludge (with the water content of 90 percent) and 10kg of andesite pumice powder are mixed and are subjected to composting for 2 months under anaerobic conditions, and the pile is turned for 1-2 times every week. The obtained artificial humus was left to stand for another 1 month while turning over 1 time per week, and then 120% by weight of tap water (left to stand for 1 day to remove chlorine in water) was added thereto, mixed and stirred, and the pH value after stirring was 6.8. And (3) performing plate-and-frame pressing on the mixture at a pressing pressure of 1.2MPa to obtain a press filtrate, standing for 14h, and then obtaining a humic precursor solution with a pH value of 2.3.
Example 3
In this example, the humic precursor solution produced in example 1 was used to sterilize sewage. 5ppm of a humic precursor solution was added to sewage containing 4000 or more Escherichia coli/mL, and the mixture was slowly stirred for 30 minutes, whereby no Escherichia coli could be detected in the sewage.
Example 4
In this example, the humic precursor solution produced in example 3 was used to improve the dewatering performance of domestic sewage sludge. The water content of the sludge dewatered mud cake of the original belt type dewaterer is 80-83%, humus precursor solution is added according to 20% of the dry weight of the sludge, the mixture is slowly stirred for 60 minutes and then enters the belt type dewaterer for dewatering, the water content of the sludge dewatered mud cake is reduced to 73-75%, and the sludge dewatering performance is remarkably improved.
